Google
One of the most amazing dining experiences I have ever experienced. It's a sit in around a 8 seater table mixed with strangers so you're encouraged to chat and get to know one-another with a chef in the middle of your table, entertaining you and cooking your food right infront of you! The food here was amazing and was decently priced the overall experience.

Google
SO YUMMY! The food and experience is so fun! Nothing crazy done but its good bc you will probably be HUNGRY and want your food fast. They still do some basic fun tricks. But the food is so fresh. We had a women chef which is great! So friendly and professional. The servers and hostess were kind and hard working. Definitely recommend this restaurant and BOOK in advance. Slots go out fast!

Google
Yum. Standard Hibachi experience in a very cool place: the Japan pavilion at EPCOT. Great chefs and good food. Fun for a couple or an entire group. Try it! :)

Google
Always delicious and always a great time! I usually order the chicken and steak, but everything I’ve had there has been very good and very fresh. The steak is probably my favorite thing there, as they are always perfect with their temperatures.

Google
Amazing noodles! And food over is very good. No fried rice (they give you cup of white sushi rice), but still delicious. Very friendly staff. Good service.

Google
This is an excellent option at Epcot. Good quality and great portions for the price. Specially when at a Disney park which is usually overpriced average food. The show is the typical Teppanyaki routine that you get at all of these types of eateries.

Google
Best hibachi ever!!! 🤩 This was such a great experience and so incredibly delicious. We got the steak and shrimp hibachi, it came with rice and noodles as well as a salad. It was reasonably priced and a great portion size! The chef was entertaining and the whole experience was a tonne of fun. I would eat here again in a heartbeat; definitely the highlight of my Epcot experience!

Google
One of my favourite Disney restaurants had a really fantastic lunch here food so nice and fresh and the chef was very funny ! The cocktail I had was also very nice . I note that in USA this type of restaurant is not so much a Disney one off experience but if you are from UK I can fully recommend !

Yelp
Was nervous at first due to mixed reviews about Salmon entree - ours was perfect. Crispy on the outside cooked w butter and tender on the inside We fought over the veggie udon - so so tasty The Yasai (veggie) entree comes with slices of tofu (which they grill) and it was more than enough food Our waitress Hana was sweet and helpful. Chef Kana was so so entertaining and such a great cook! Food was perfect, can't rave about this place enough.

Yelp
This was my favorite meal of our Disney trip! 4 things that were a hit: 1) our chef Tomo from Jacksonville! He expertly prepared our meals and had many funny jokes. Maybe one of our favorite moments was when he tapped his tongs on the grill "tap-tap-tap-tap-tap", and another chef in an adjacent room responded with the tail end to the beat "tap-tap!", you know, like one of those Bugs Bunny tunes at the end of a joke. 2) plentiful array of food that you get with each entree. I enjoyed the salmon, and it comes with stir fry udon, white rice, salad or soup, and sauces. I'm used to getting only noodles or rice. 3) extensive drink list. My Paris Breeze cocktail was fruity, strong, and hit the spot! 4) the "show" during the cook prep, where the chef does tricks like flip veggies into their hats and draw Mickey Mouse characters in oil on the grill (part of their contract, LOL). The bill added up fast; after all was said and done, we were $250 lighter, but it was worth the vacation splurge! Last note is that though we had a reservation, we still had to wait about 20 minutes for our seats to be ready, so that was a bit unexpected.

Yelp
Came here for my son's birthday. It was our first visit and both of us enjoyed it immensely. Our server was attentive and just the sweetest. So was our chef who was also funny. We left with smiles on our faces and full bellies. 24.10.2024

Yelp
We had a very nice experience at the Teppan Edo. The staff had a lot of energy and were extremely nice towards our whole table. The place is run great and very punctual. We had the shrimp and NY Steak. My daughter had some sushi. My wife and daughter ordered Sapporo beers at $14.00 each. When we were in Japan the same beer was $3.00. All of our food was very good and the show they put on was fantastic. My only gripe why I gave 4 stars was the $14 beers. Other than that everything was 5 stars.

Yelp
Second time within a few months visiting this restaurant - again it was a great and delicious experience! Our chef was fun and creative! Very clean, organized restaurant - our reservation was on time and it was fun dining with other families and being able to make new memories !

Yelp
Love this spot. We eat here with our 4 kids and they love it. We eat here without our kids as well. The quality of food is outstanding and the service is just great. We order the miso soup, julienne steak, filet mignon, salmon, volcano roll and spicy roll. All of it is delicious. The mo mo whisky sour is one of our favorite drinks at Disney. It can be very busy and loud, but it is worth it and such a fun spot for friends and/or families to enjoy a fun meal together.

Yelp
This review is based on rude customer service at end of my dinner. During the drink orders I asked for an orange slice and mint sprig for my water. I had to ask twice. When I received the bill I was charged $4.25 for orange juice. I asked the woman who was collecting payment what this charge was for because I did not order orange juice. She pointed to the orange slices in my water. I said no one charges for that and said I will take it out of the tip. She said she will be back. We did not ask to talk to any manager, but moments later an angry and confrontational, manager large white male returned. He repeated what I told the cashier. I said again no one charges for that. My wife then repeated what I said and also said the person who took drink orders did not disclose the charge. He rudely said he would not remove the charge and "tipped shamed" me in front of other customers still seated at the table. Then he stormed off. We just spent $150. We ordered an appetizer, two entrees and two drinks. Here's my receipt. I dine out all the time, I honestly have never been charged for something like this. I am okay paying for any charge I am made aware of prior to it showing up on my bill. This restaurant doesn't even have a line item in their POS system for "garnish". We previously ate at Shiki Sai Sushi on 8/22/24 which is a ajoining restaurant from same management company and had they great food and stellar customer service. I left that restaurant an excellent review. What a night and day experience. Shiki Sai Sushi impressed me and I was looking forward to returning. (not sure now...) We had end of the night reservations at 8:50pm. Teppan Edo, you can also do better by not "rushing " your customers out just because it is the end of your shift. The food was fine, nothing great, we knew what to expect from prior visit. Again how a service issue was handled at the end of our meal was so unacceptable. That a server/cashier escalated a $4.25 question/issue to a manager and then an unprofessional manager came out with an attitude will never again see another dollar from us. We are Disney Vacation Club Members and Annual Pass Holders. We spend a chunk of change at Disney. Definitely not a Magical Evening - It ruined our evening.

Yelp
Great meal, don't be late. I was here with two other families, so we had three reservations, two for four people and one for five. My husband was called for Guardians so him and my older son went to ride it. Our dinner reservations were at 4:50 p.m. and at that time he was just getting on the ride. At most Disney restaurants they will accommodate lateness, but my friends and I joked because this is Japan, they don't tolerate it. They told me I could wait for him, but they couldn't guarantee how long it would take for our family to be seated. Since they have to start 8 people at the same time per table, it makes sense that we could be stuck waiting for another opening of four. I decided he made his bed and could now lie in it, so my younger son and I joined our friend's reservation and my husband and older son were out of luck. I got the shrimp hibachi and like my earlier review said, it's a lot less food than other hibachi places. I wasn't hungry and I could have probably finished the whole meal. I also got a drink that was shochu with freshly squeezed grapefruit. I didn't know this, but they bring you the fruit for you to squeeze yourself! I found that pretty funny. The shrimp was perfectly cooked and the noodles were really good. My 3-year-old ate both. I like the performance and the fans overhead make sure the seating area doesn't get smokey at all. I will keep coming back here, but next time I'll make sure my husband doesn't try to make a last minute ride.

Daniel H.

Yelp
Disney fun but the food is, well a typical hibachi. We had to book roughly 5 days ahead for a prime time dinner spot so keep that in mind! The restaurant itself was very clean and all the staff were very helpful and nice. The menu was broad enough for most people to find something to eat as well which is helpful in a place like Disney! We went for the hibachi as it sounded like a dun thing to do after drinking around the world, well you can't have a bad time with dinner and a little show right? The dinner was fun to watch and they made lots of Disney references which made everyone at the table laugh and have a good time, my only gripe was the food was a little generic tasting and small portions. For the price of the meal I really expected more, I rarely finish my plate at hibachi spots locally but here I was still hungry after finishing my meal! At any rate, the food was good enough and it was a pleasant experience, it just fell a bit short for me is all.

Nick G.

Yelp
Hibachi is my favorite style of food. Despite being a local, this was my first time here. I ordered a spicy roll as an appetizer and salmon as my entree. The food was fantastic....a lot less butter and salt than you normally get with hibachi which i thought was great. Our Chef was a master of his craft for sure! Our chefs skill level compared to a typical hibachi restaurant, in my opinion, was superior.... You are definitely paying "Disney prices" but when the food and experience is this good, the price is less a concern...

Heather N.

Yelp
I got the Yasai entree that came with a salad, udon noodles, and fried vegetables. It was surprisingly well seasoned and the mushrooms were super delicious for some reason. Maybe they marinated it? Pina colada: a bit in the sweeter side, especially at the end but it was still really good. Matcha ice cream: nothing too special, it was ok. Mango mouse: it was ok as well but a bit more on the sweeter side. It was communal seating which I wasn't expecting but that's ok. The servers and chefs all all really nice and cute. The chef made cute jokes while cooking but I assume it was scripted since I saw other chefs doing and saying the same thing.

Adam M.

Yelp
We eat here every time that that we come to Epcot. It's a great show for kids and the food is delicious! We had a young cast member this time earning his ears cooking for us and he did an amazing job. Highly recommend the steak hibachi with the Momo Whiskey Sour! The kids are always entertained by the show!

Carrie B.

Yelp
We always want to try different restaurants while touring the World at Epcot but we typically land here and it has always been a solid meal. I wish they would do fried rice but the udon noodles are different and yummy. They do rush you through the meal and seat you at a table of 8 so you will likely be dining with strangers. Our chef was lively and funny and my steak was prepared great and was a much nicer cut than those who got the steak and chicken combo.

Bryee P.

Yelp
After a few years, we decided to try Teppan endo again! Same great service and food as last time! There was no wait, so we were sat quickly! Definitely will go back next time we visit Epcot!

Clay G.

Yelp
Teppan Edo at Epcot is your Japanese Hibachi experience in the world showcase. Not to be mistaken with Tokyo Dining in the same building. You'll still get the same great service from the Japanese college program students but the dinner show is lots of fun with Mickey Mouse rice and more!

Dani B.

Yelp
An entertaining experience! The food is always delicious and prepared right in front of you. The staff is always super friendly. It's kind of loud inside but I'm always busy watching the chef cook! Try the violet sake!

Amanda L.

Yelp
This was one of the restaurants my husband and I have been wanting to try out for a few years. I'm extremely glad we did. The interior was incredibly beautiful and had a lot of natural light coming in. While we were waiting for it to officially open for the day, we were treated to an amazing greeting and opening ceremony from the cast members there. It was incredible to watch and experience! We were instantly taken to our table, which we shared with a few different parties as it is a hibachi style restaurant. We placed our orders, and within what felt like seconds, we were already given our water, and soon after our appetizer, the teppanyaki. Not only was it plated ever so nicely, but it was detectable! The octopus had a great savory flavor to it and a soft yet crisp crunch to it. I loved it and would definitely go out of my way to get it again. I ordered the chicken hibachi, which comes with grilled vegetables (onions, zucchini, carrots) as well as a miso soup, salad with ginger dressing and later on udon noodles. I was a bit bummed as they didn't offer fried rice, but I did enjoy the taste and flavor of the udon noodles, so I was happy about that! My meal was so tasty and filling. I felt content the rest of the day. Our chef and waitress, as well as the other staff, really enhance this experience. I cannot wait to come back again in the future!

Austin B.

Yelp
A pretty darn good place at Epcot for sure! Everything right from the get-go was amazing. The cast members that work here have a really nice little opening ceremony when the restaurant officially opens and is very welcoming. The style is very authentically Japanese! We were sat with a couple other parties because it is a hibachi style and we still had a nice amount of space in between all of the parties. Our waitress was superb with drinks and refills coming before we could finish the first ones. I opted for the chicken breast hibachi and it came with udon noodles and a generous portion at that, as well as vegetables and a side of rice. My only issue is you can not get fried rice, it is only white rice here. The n oodles were cooked to perfection as was the vegetables and chicken. The food was seasoned perfectly and the dipping sauces had a robust flavor to them. We had an order of the teppanyaki for an appetizer and the presentation as well as the flavor was astounding. I have been thinking about it almost daily since we have had it! The octopus was great and melted in your mouth and the crunch of the coating it was wrapped in was amazing as well. The prices are average theme park prices and pretty on par with other hibachi places around Orlando and the country. I will for sure be stopping here again when I am in the mood for an awesome cooking show and delicious food!

Wyatt P.

Yelp
A really fun Hibachi place in Epcot! Came here with a party of 4. They were very organized and quick to seat us down. After getting our order in, drinks were first served out, then the chef came out. The Hibachi chef was very funny and entertaining. The servers were very friendly. They even gave my friend a small gift after hearing that she graduated recently. Very worth it. Good place to go to!

John C.

Yelp
Our family of five had a great dinner experience here. The grill master made Olaf and Mickey on the grill. The food and service was excellent.

Liz S.

Yelp
When friends invited us last minute to join them for dinner here near closing time, we jumped on the opportunity because it had been around 10 years since we last ate here and also thought it would be a cool experience to leave the park past closing. We had shared the spicy roll and also ordered the shrimp and shrimp and steak meals. The food was pretty good. We scarfed down the mango mousse cake too. Some of the downsides: they could use better ventilation in there, the restaurant overall was pretty dirty, it took three times to ask for some water before we received it, and the only desserts in stock were the cake and ice cream (I think there were two others). While I enjoyed the food, it'll probably be awhile til I would go back.

Yelp
These types of hibachi/teppan yaki restaurants are really not my thing. Too much mediocre food in my experience and the show doesn't do much for me. That said, when someone suggested Teppan Edo for dinner I was intrigued, as maybe my son would like it. Disney is also the safest place to try this kind of place, given his severe dairy allergy (even butter). Walking up the stairs to get in is the way to go, as it's a pretty cool entrance. Reservations were backed up a bit however we got seated 15min late. Service was very good, as you would expect from both Disney and this type of restaurant in general. Our chef was a bit slower than some of the others nearby, however she did a good job cooking and was very nice. Got the Momo Whiskey Sour and it was unremarkable; would recommend going the sake route instead. I got the steak and shrimp, which came with a garden salad, udon noodles, veggies and white rice. The salad was a good rendition of the typical ginger dressing. The udon were more impressive; I usually hate udon however these were freshly made and soaked up the sauce they made nicely. Veggies themselves were very good. Shrimp were good however they did rely on butter (cooked after my son's); steak was better than expected and done to a perfect rare even if it wasn't the best cut of meat. Not sure why they gave so many sides of different extra sauces, however it was a nice--albeit unnecessary--touch. Portion size was the most restrained of any place like this I've been to; that said, there was ample food to be full. Most importantly, my son loved the show as well as the food. Obviously I liked the place. Kind of surprised how much too. After spending too much time at Via Napoli over the years, this might be the new move.

Yiqiu W.

Yelp
The food is average to us. The quality of the beef is on the lower side. It tastes grainy and over sauced. The chicken doesn't have much flavor inside but lots of sauce on the surface. Same as the vegetables stir fry noodle. Overall the food is on the salty side.

Annie N.

Yelp
This is located in Epcot at Walt Disney World. It is in the Japan pavilion sort of in the middle, next to America. This pavilion has three restaurants all together and this one is upstairs. It is going to be family seating, meaning 8-10 at a table and you will be seated with other people. The atmosphere is lots of tables in a row all in little room sections. It is very standard Teppanyaki restaurant. The walls have lots of decorations and paintings which does bring authenticity to the restaurant as well. I have been coming here since I was a child. My husband and I went a little while ago and I honestly was not impressed. I love this type of food and I love the Teppan experience with the chef. This just lacks and years ago was so much better than it is now. Everything is cooked right in front of you. This is the best part! It's so fun, please interact and don't just sit there and stare. It makes for a better experience. My husband and I have tried to come back a couple times in the last few years. One time, it was not even an authentic chef, our chef was from Texas and discussed Texas the entire time. I look for the authentic and opportunity to interact with different cultures. So, I really missed that. The service is always fantastic, the servers really take great care of you, refilling drinks, explaining options if asked. They are very very nice. Their menu includes appetizers, sushi and entrees along with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Your entree includes vegetables, udon noodles and rice and starts with a garden salad. There is also a variety of sauces to dip your food in. Entrees includes chicken, steak, seafood and combinations. I usually get steak and shrimp. The food is fine, it tastes good, its seasoned and cooked to order so everything is piping hot. My issue is over the years, the portions have gotten smaller and smaller, and the prices have gone higher and higher. Lunch and dinner are the same, so it doesn't matter when you go. It's the same price. But $44 dollars for steak and shrimp, I literally got 3 shrimp cut in half to make "6" and probably about 4-5 ounces of steak. The vegetables are mixed with udon noodles which is also very little. I absolutely love this type of food, I just can't justify the price when I can go down the street outside Disney to Kobe's for the same food but more, and less price. If you cannot go outside the parks, try it out. Will you have a good meal, yes, will you pay a lot, yes, will you still be hungry, you might. It's good but it can be better. It has progressively changed over the years for the worse and I wish it would go back to the old ways.

Logan K.

Yelp
My sister and I follow a gluten friendly diet and we were treated so well here! The chef (who was amazing by the way!) made our food first and was so knowledgeable! The server, Mayuko, also went so above and beyond for us. The food was great and so was the experience!

Rafael S.

Yelp
Great service (friendly) and Great noodles! Our granddaughters liked the Teppanyaki show. But all else was mediocre; the chicken was low quality, dry / old, bland. The scallops were bad; small, and tasted old (and expensive). The Sake Mojito was also tasteless. Not a place to return; nor to even go if someone had alerted me. A waste of time, calories and insulting to our taste buds. Ambiance is Disney crowd management style.

Rick G.

Yelp
First off, I have been wanting to go here for a long time. I am glad I finally did!! The ambiance is typical Japanese Teppanyaki restaurant, a little tight to move around, but pleasant enough. Service? Holy cow the service is the best I have ever had! SUPER friendly, SUPER attentive, just all around, SUPER! The wait staff is super professional, patient, and all around AMAZING!! The food is...wow. The one thing I didn't really eat that much was the white rice, but it was good regardless. I did the combo of steak and shrimp. I was NOT disappointed. The dessert of the mango mousse cake was sweet, but not too much. I hate to use the word perfect, but that is exactly what this place is! We will definitely be making this a must do location for us from now on!!

Carla S.

Yelp
This is the closest to a real Teppan experience you will get. This is my third time dining at Teppan Edo, located at Epcot's Japan pavilion and it is always a fantastic experience. The experience feels authentic and the staff hospitality is five stars. The food is cooked in front of you by a highly skilled Chef who makes the experience entertaining by infusing Disney flare into the food. During my dinner, "Olaf" made an appearance, a hidden Mickey showed up in an oil form and the Chef made another Mickey using the vegetables and noodle's. Really cool! The table is for eight people and you share it with another party. We were a group of four so we shared with another family. My party ordered the chicken and shrimp combo, the filet and chicken and steak and shrimp. I highly recommend upgrading to the filet mignon for $10, it is worth it. The protein comes with udon noodles, white rice and vegetables. The sauces include the yum yum sauce and a ginger dressing. Your meal also includes a salad. For drinks, I haven't tried a lot besides the yuzu lemonade with strawberry popping boba. Super refreshing drink. Yuzu is a citrus fruit so think of something similar to a lemonade. If you are planning a trip to EPCOT and would like to dine at Teppan Edo. You must make a reservation in advanced. We were lucky to find a spot open the weekend of mothers day but we booked over a month in advance. Right now they are upgrading the former Tokyo Dining restaurant ( a new sushi concept is coming) next door so the waiting area for Teppan Edo feels tight.

Maria L.

Yelp
This dining experience inside the Japan pavilion at EPCOT is hibachi style. Admittedly it's not my favorite hibachi in the Orlando area, but if you're going to be inside the theme park and you want hibachi it's definitely not bad. Our chef was fun and was able to accommodate a few allergies at our table very easily. Meals come with noodles/veggie mix, white rice, a salad and your meat choice. It's a cool experience for the little ones to watch the meal be cooked at the table, so that's a plus too. One of the reasons that this restaurant doesn't get a 4-5 is because I just felt like my food was ok, nothing special especially for the price.

Mike V.

Yelp
In Japanese, the word teppanyaki stems from teppan (鉄板), which is the metal plate or flat iron griddle on which the food is cooked, and yaki (焼き) translates as grilled or pan-fried. Teppan Edo has wonderful food and the entertainment and culinary skills of the chefs is always way above the norm. They also have sushi and sashimi for appetizers, or you could make a meal out of them. If you want an excellent volcano roll, this is the place. Everything here is seasoned and prepared to perfection, and cleanliness is never a worry at a Disney restaurant. Lastly, they have some of the best soda water in all of Disney World. I know that must sound kind of strange, but when you've been walking in the blast furnace heat of Florida, this spot is a refuge from the heat, and an oasis for your hunger and thirst.

Kasey T.

Yelp
I recently tried this Teppanyaki gem, and it exceeded my expectations! The culinary spectacle is unmatched, with a delightful blend of flavors and impeccable presentation. The value for money is outstanding. The meal kicks off with a delightful combo of udon noodles, veggies (onions, carrots, zucchini), and a side of white rice. The customizable protein options (I went for the steak and shrimp) are a highlight, especially when dipped in the delectable yum yum and ginger sauces. Don't miss the volcano roll appetizer--a grilled sushi roll adorned with savory sauce and seafood. The authentic ambiance and professional staff transport you, making it feel like a magical escape from Disney. Be ready for a lively atmosphere with four tables in each room, creating a cheerful buzz. For savvy Annual Passholders, seize the lunchtime advantage--they honor AP discounts during lunch, not dinner. I've experienced both, and the quality remains stellar. A top-notch Disney dining experience, and I eagerly anticipate my future visits!

Eric P.

Yelp
The whole experience was terrible. Staff is nice but are all in a rush. You have to eat at the times they tell you to and food is mediocre. For the price point is not worth trying this place.

Alejandra G.

Yelp
Food was delicious, service was great, our cook was amazing, very entertaining, casual and very busy, I'm sorry but our waitress spoke too fast and you couldn't understand more than half of what she was saying, have the time she had to show us, but overall a great experience!

Crystal B.

Yelp
Teppan Edo is a staple in the Japanese Pavillion of Epcot. The staff, dressed in the traditional kimono wardrobe, seat you to enjoy a Habachi style dinner and also offer a full sushi experience in a separate restaurant next door. Make a reservation to avoid long wait times. If you order the hibachi dinner, you choose what meats/proteins you would like grilled by the tableside chef over an open flame hibachi grill (shichirin) 火鉢 with vegetables and a side of white rice. The sauce choices are a yum yum sauce, ginger-onion based sauce, and soy sauce. The chicken and shrimp is a full serving, plated at your seat in front of you. The shrimp and chicken were cooked well, and the sautéed vegetables were well seasoned and juicy with flavor. If you prefer thicker noodles (in comparison to lo mein), you'll enjoy the udon that comes with your meal. Expect a decent sized crowd, and full tables in the evening, the ambiance is busy, family friendly, loud and lively. You will be seated with others if you have a party of 2-3, because the tables seat about 8 guests. Enjoy the shops and firework show (in the evening) downstairs on your way out! Rating: 6.5/10

Michael R.

Yelp
Incredibly friendly and accommodating service every time we visit. For the minute you walk in to the minute, you're sit seated at your table, they pay attention to the details and the customer. The restaurant is very typical above average Teppanyaki Grill and I love the chicken and steak combination. As an appetizer, consider ordering some sushi, which is above average and reasonably priced. If you've ever been to Benihana, you're looking at a very similar experience at this location I'll be at not quite as flashy or shower. There's less emphasis on performance, and more emphasis on efficiency, and providing the customer with good quality food. Your standard entrée also includes a soup and salad, and I can honestly say that not only or my wife, and I very satisfied with the entire meal we came away quite full. I would rank this option among the top five dining experiences in any of the Disney parks. Highly recommend.

Mark C.

Yelp
Kaede was an absolutely amazing chef and Sae was the perfect host to start our night! Both of them were very attentive and sweet and made our birthday celebration one to remember. Food was great of course but they were the most memorable!

Hui L.

Yelp
Highly recommend getting a reservation for here! They were super understanding when we were late because our reservation time overlapped with our virtual queue for Cosmic Rewind. Of course we rushed over after we got off the (awesome) ride, and the hostess was able to get us to our table without much of a wait. Chef Mizuki was great with performing tricks while also cooking our food. My order of veggie stir fried udon (came with salad and rice) was served first. We also got the chicken stir fried udon with a filet mignon add on. The flavor of these dishes were really smoky and umami! For the price, the portions were pretty great too. The yuzu popping boba lemonade was also refreshing. Another guest got the wagyu add on and I probably wouldn't get that at Disney, maybe it's just me but it just felt a bit overpriced for such a small portion (like 5-6 pieces). At the end of the meal, the staff didn't rush us at all even though we were the last to leave our table. The receipt even comes with a small paper crane which I thought was a nice touch.

Yelp
What can I say but I LOVE this place!!! I go every year for my birthday. The food is always AMAZING and the customer service is also AMAZING!!! You can tell they love what they do!!!

Yelp
My hubby likes coming here and Food here is always pretty decent. My issue on our last visit was the seating arrangement. We were a party of two and had asked to sit on the end where there were two seats. At first they denied us that but eventually told us OK.

Yelp
We decided to do a last minutes Orlando trip and did a half day trip to Epcot and we were able to catch a meal at Teppan Edo. This is the hibachi restaurant and is the main restaurant at the Japan pavilion at Epcot. To start we ordered some sushi as appetizer and it was ok it tasted like the ones from Publix. Than for main entree we ordered chicken and shrimp which was cooked in front of us. Like I mentioned the food was ok it could of needed a little bit more seasoning. We are glad that we tried it but will stick with Benihana back at home.

Yelp
Teppan Edo in Japan World Showcase at Epcot is a great place to dine. We could not get a advanced dinner reservation after trying multiple times. At the Epcot, we tried for dinner reservations but no luck. Our friend randomly tried lunch and a reservation was available so we took it. It's a Teppanyaki style meal where a cooking a show is provided by the Teppan chef (like Benihana). Our Teppan chef was the first female (Asumi) that we experienced, and we have eaten at numerous Teppan restaurants such as Benihana, Tanaka of Tokyo, Hana Japan Steakhouse, etc. She was excellent! Asumi was skilled, very interactive, friendly and a great cook. All of our orders were prepared and cooked to perfection. The cooking show Asumi put on was very entertaining and meshed seamlessly with her meal preparation. The seafood and meats were all cooked as ordered. Everything tasted excellent! If you're going to Epcot World Showcase, make reservations at Teppan Edo for lunch or dinner. You won't be disappointed.

Yelp
The service and ambiance were top notch. Kenta was an entertaining chef who was engaging cracked some good jokes. The food could be better. The noodles were too thick, and chicken and steak were alright. The bummer was the lack of fried rice. For Disney Epcot food, it's better than a lot of options but in terms of hibachi, not the best. Come for the experience not the food.

Yelp
Decided to give this place another shot from my first visit a few years ago. Ken was our cook and while he was friendly, he wasn't that skilled at hibachi. Just like the last time, he failed almost every trick attempted. The food was pretty bland and lacking compared to other local hibachi restaurants at half the price. You only get a small bowl of steamed rice, no hibachi style fried rice. You don't get noodles and vegetables as the menu implies and other hibachi restaurants do, you get noodles mixed with spinach, zucchini, carrots and onion with a bit of soy sauce. Steak was way overcooked and flavorless other than the soy sauce. Shrimp was very tiny and cut into smaller pieces to seem like you actually got an appropriate count but was actually about 3-4 cut in multiple pieces. Restaurant is very loud and can barely hear the servers. I was thinking at first maybe I was too harsh judging on a single visit but this one was just as bad if not worse! Save your money and go to Shogun, Kobe, or any other Hibachi style restaurant and get a much nicer meal and show.

Yelp
This was quite a nice surprise - the food was great (we all either enjoyed the steak/shrimp combo or shrimp or chicken/shrimp and it was tasty), and our chef Tomo was very entertaining. Great for kids too. It's a bit pricey but a nice treat considering the live entertainment and cooking!

Yelp
The staff is nice but experience is horrible. You have to eat very fast and food is mediocre at best which is unacceptable for the price point.

Yelp
Great Hibachi steakhouse experience - not to be missed - the chef provides table side preparation of the food with gusto and charm. Everything tasted fresh and great. Patrons are seated in groups of 8 in a semi circle around the hot plate where the chef performs - if you do not want to share a table you should look elsewhere to eat - and if you only want a snack there are other options - leaving while chef is performing is not on this menu...

Yelp
So I'm losing my mind, but there's a good chance the inside was completely changed. Last time I was here, which was Im thinking, 12 years ago, and the time before that when I was 17, I could have swore this was half sushi bar, half Teppanyaki grill tables, but when I went in this time, it was only Teppanyaki tables. We had the pleasure of having a girl as our cook. I have never had a girl as a Teppanyaki cook before. Her name was Momoko. She was so kind and funny and did a wonderful job cooking our food and making it fun for us. The whole building I believe container 4/5 rooms and each room had 4 tables in it. The food was amazing. Cooked absolutely perfectly. We tried the sashimi plate and unfortunately it only came with 2 pieces of each fish, but they were sooooooo tasty and fresh and perfect. It was a wonderful experience. Glad I chose to revisit after all this time

Yelp
Disappointed in this restaurant. Wasn't a fan of the food here. No taste and I got chicken. Had to ask for salt to give my food some flavor. I had hi hopes being that it was Disney, but it fell flat! More noodles than vegetables, and the chicken was overcooked with no taste. They didn't offer a cast member discount for dinner, that is only during lunch service. Sad to say I would pass on this restaurant.

Yelp
Our family of four got a late evening reservation at Teppan Edo to celebrate Valentines Day. As you round the corner from the main door, there is a long hallway off of which were perhaps 8 to 10 smaller rooms of four hibachi tables each. Our table was literally in the last room of the place and on our way there we overheard several groups having a great time. The online menu has the usual Japanese Steakhouse options. What I found missing was a fried rice option (white rice only) , a starter soup not being included and no fire. We started with a couple Sapporo beers and a white wine. For appetizers, we had a spicy roll that was delicious. Our table mates got a volcano roll which was cooked in front of them with a spicy sauce. I'd like to try that next time. I ordered a steak and shrimp combo but didn't upgrade for $10 more to a filet. My daughter got the filet upgrade with her shrimp and not only was it tastier but it looked to be a slightly bigger portion. Despite not upgrading, I really enjoyed my meal. It was expertly prepared by our chef who had been working there for over 20 years. He had all the tricks and was very funny. We would return here anytime. Everything was well done and the family had an awesome time.
