Google
Some fantastic teriyaki and my new go-to spot for spicy chicken teriyaki! Located next to a gas station, it's got hole in the wall vibes but also that flavor! I'm excited to try their other teriyaki options

Google
Ordered food from this restaurant and it was amazing! If you’re in the area and looking for a quick bite to eat, check this place out. Staff is friendly and helpful , wait time isn’t long, prices are decent and you get a good portion of food! Don’t miss out!!

Google
Great spot for some quick teriyaki and Chinese comfort food. The food was fresh and fast, friendly service. Very good teriyaki.

Quin Decim

Google
Teriking has become a favorite. the portions are big enough to 2 meals for me. everything i have tried has been amazing, and the spicy versions are even better!

Megan Young

Google
Ordered ahead for pick-up and had super quick service. The food was okay but the prices did not seem to match the quantity. The chicken fried rice was very greasy and tasted only like sesame oil which was surprising considering how light in color it is. This is my "local" spot so it was a little disappointing.

Google
I’m new to Seattle and have tried about 10 different teriyaki places. Teriking has to be the best. They have great food and the combos come with a large variety of delicious things.

Google
I came here four years ago during a trip to Seattle and it was so good I went every single day during the two weeks I was there. So good I've been thinking about it ever since (for four years) and haven't been able to find a place that's similar or even comes close since then. I would visit Seattle again just to try their food once more.

Mariel Buggy

Google
Very nice teriyaki place. Food was very good, & restaurant has nice ambiance. Only thing I would mention is some food was slightly spicy when it wasn't listed on the spiciness scale, so if anyone has sensitivity towards that I would double check. Good overall, & would revisit.

Yelp
Great take out spot. From New York and wanted to try Seattle teriyaki. This little take out place was amazing, family run, and great portion sides. Beef short rib is where it's at.

Yelp
This is in fact teriyaki. Came on a Wednesday for lunch, and there was a bit of rush (they aren't open Tuesdays). They have call or text an order ahead, which may be useful on busy days as it took us around 30 min to get 4 orders. The place is causal, decent amount of seating, what you expect from a teriyaki place. Food was decent. It's a good amount of food for $20. I liked the egg roles and dumplings that came with the order, the lettuce "salad" with dressing was funny. The chicken(s) were fine, cooked well, mildly flavorful. Nothing impressive but nothing bad!

Yelp
Korean Owned Teriyaki with big portions and good variety. House Yakisoba 4/5: contains chicken beef and shrimp. The chicken is teriyaki chicken base without the sauce. Beef tasted kind of like bulgogi and I only saw maybe 3-4 shrimps. The noodles itself had a really tasty black pepper after taste that made it not too oily. I'd get it again, maybe just the beef, it compliments well with the noodles Chicken + Chicken Katsu Combo 4/5: a lot of food. There's a small mound of rice. Two chicken Katsus and two pieces of grilled chicken teriyaki chopped into pieces. Also included is 3 gyozas and 2 egg rolls. Teriyaki chicken needed more sauce and was a little dry compared to the katsu. The Katsu is solid for the cravings. Big servings, solid teriyaki.

Yelp
My review is based solely on the "Pick Up" option. I ordered the Spicy Bulgogi, which comes with rice, salad, egg roll, and gyoza by default. I customized it by removing the rice and egg roll, and adding extra salad and gyoza. I've seen reviews mentioning that the portion size was smaller compared to the price, but in my opinion, it was a good portion. I finished it in one sitting, but had leftovers for lunch the next day, and it was quite filling both times. The salad was a bit disappointing since it only had lettuce, but it paired well with the meat. The bulgogi was tasty, with a great flavor. It might be too much on its own, so you might want rice or salad to complement it. The gyoza was delicious. Overall, it was a satisfying meal, and I would definitely come back for another pick-up.

Yelp
Teriyaki seems to be a thing in the greater Seattle area. I am not sure if it reflects the population or if it's a thing that Seattle is known for but I definitely had to try it. The presentation of the meal was appealing with the seared chicken. The sauce was perfectly sweet and savory. The chicken itself was moist and the rice perfectly cooked. The only thing I think it lacked was the quantity. Relatively speaking, the other competitors provided a little more in terms of volume of food. Otherwise a very good experience.

Yelp
Saw this place passing by and stop by. It's a Teriyaki Spot tucked next to a Shell Gas Station. Walk in and you're greeted with menu in front of you. There a decent amount of seating. I ordered the Chicken Teriyaki w/ Katsu. The food came with Pot Stickers and Gyozas. Teriyaki Chicken is good but not a fan of the sauce. Katsu is good. Pot Stickers and Gyozas were good. Oh and the salad was good too. If your in the area swing by

Yelp
Some of my favorite teriyaki in Seattle! Great portion sizes and the spicy teriyaki is so good here.

Yelp
Seattle Teriyaki done right!! Who would've known you could get fantastic teriyaki at a gas station lol! Affordable and delicious and exactly what we needed after Seattle Center ventures. Will definitely return

Nathan K.

Yelp
Great food! Really good service! I love the shrimp and spicy chicken combo. Great portion size I always have leftovers.

Yelp
This place is a great spot for fast service and relatively affordable food. It is located next to Shell gas station close to Aurora. You can order online on their website which has a 1.50 convenience fee but otherwise the prices are the same. It was very easy to order online and pick up, with everything on time and self-explanatory. We got the honey garlic chicken which was on the sweeter side as well as the spicy teriyaki bowl. Everything was delicious. Only reason why I'm not giving 5 stars is because if you aren't in a rush you can definitely find better teriyaki spots in the city with a little more tender meat.
google avatar

Michael G.

Yelp
Love this spot. Quick, reliable, and tasty. Favorite neighborhood teriyaki spot for sure. Always a friendly face behind the counter and over the phone. Great amount of variety on the menu too and just about every dish I've had is great.

Yelp
This review is entirely based on the beef yakisoba. I've not tried the teriyaki chicken or anything else there. Three stars is a rough rating to give because it insinuates the experience was nothing special. I've admittedly not had many yakisoba's, but I was not pleased with the level of sweetness with it here as I was hoping for a more savory flavor, which is why I didn't get the teriyaki chicken to begin with. I would recommend you DO try this place though, as their menu was extensive and they had a lot of neighborhood to-go orders flying out the door which makes me thing the other items could redeem my impression of their offerings. Very small place next door to a gas station, across from a grocery store, smack dab in the middle of a very high activity apartment area, near Seattle Center (Space Needle park). They were open until at least 9pm, which is when I grabbed my late meal. The seating area is very small and not any sort of intimate setting, but convenient if you wish to quickly sit, eat and exit. Ordering and order retrieval was pretty quick at about a 5 minute wait.

Yelp
Honestly was surprised by this place, I've driven by it a lot and finally ordered take out when I was craving my favorite Seattle dish. The chicken was tasty, I personally like my sauce a little thicker but overall tasted good! The surprise for me was the rice, it was perfectly cooked and had that mirin sweetness to it. The eggroll and potstickers were alright, not amazing. Overall great value for the big portion!

Yelp
Good portion size for downtown Seattle spot. I like the Katsu and spicy chicken . It hits the spot.

Mariana M.

Yelp
Super yummy! Great price and portions- everything tasted great, but the honey garlic was especially good! 10/10 would recommend

Yelp
Unexpectedly wonderful! While staying in Seattle for business I stumbled into this humble little restaurant with the biggest flavors Ive enjoyed in a long time!! The teriyaki chicken cooked perfectly, katsu chicken breaded amazingly and the serving size fit for a king! So jealous of the locals here, when it comes to teriyaki this place is Teriking! Highly recommend

Yelp
I went to Teriking while visiting Seattle for a hockey tournament. The location was great as it was literally just behind the hotel we were staying at during the trip. I walked over, placed an order for two of the chicken bento boxes. The man at the counter was friendly. I watched as he interacted with the few others that came in and he provided the same service consistently. The food did not take more than 10 minutes to prepare. Luckily, they were not super busy at that time. Time to eat! The food was delicious! The chicken was cooked well and the teriyaki sauce was very tasty and I liked the amount of sauce placed on the chicken. It had enough without being drenched. The gyoza and egg roll were also very good. The portions are very large also. I definitely could have just ordered one plate to share between me and my 12 year old. We took our food to go but, if planning on eating at the restaurant, just know the building isn't huge. If I remember correctly, I would say there were about 9ish tables, a mix of two and four tops. Definitely worth trying. I am happy we did while visiting!

Yelp
Teriking has become a habit with me, just thought I'd add another pic of a recent meal. I usually wind up ordering one of the combos, or chicken katsu, or General Tso's. Always happy!
google avatar

Peter N.

Yelp
order was wrong, ordered beef and chicken teriyaki, it came as only chicken. So the extra $3 was for nothing. The photo shows the order comes with gyoza, didn't get those. i asked for utensils didn't get those which made eating the chicken messy since i was in a hotel with no utensils and eating the soup was impossible. the food was meh. avoid this place they rip you off
google avatar

Amanda D.

Yelp
Looking for a quick, simple dinner delivery and got exactly what I wanted. Decent sized portions, not too sweet teriyaki sauce and the chicken was cooked nicely. Definitely met expectations.
google avatar

Yelp
It may seem excessive that I have been giving out a lot of 5-star reviews lately, but a) I've been lucky I guess and b) I'm possibly more easily impressed during "these times". ANYWAY, Teri-King gets stuff right, they don't skimp on ingredients, they have a wider menu than the previous teriyaki place that was here (previous place gave us grief for asking to "add extra broccoli"). Anyway, we've been to Teri-King many times recently and are impressed. There's a parking lot which is handy but here's a tip: don't park in the Domino's spots - they get huffy! Online ordering is very easy - or you can phone them directly: they won't get mad if you ask them to add extra broccoli!)

Yelp
This place is a bit of a "hole in the wall" restaurant located by a gas station. It's not the biggest or prettiest but while in Seattle my wife and I had to experience Asian cuisine and we read this was a bit of a hidden gem. We walked in and were greeted by a friendly employee who waited for us to decide what we wanted and took our order. I already had in my what to get which was good because there is a decent amount of options. We ordered two meals and there is a small fridge with cold drinks so we got sodas to drink. We sat at a table inside and when our food was ready the employee brought our order to our table. We both god bento box type meals that had a main course, a small salad, white rice, dumplings and Takoyaki (octopus balls). I went with teriyaki beef and my wife ordered short ribs as our main courses in the box. I learned before heading to the city of Seattle that restaurants there kicked off America's teriyaki craze so that influenced my decision to order what I did. I really enjoyed it, the beef had big flavor and some grilled veggies. I tried the short ribs and they also had great flavor. The salad and rice were pretty typical for Asian restaurants, they were just fine not great and not bad. Neither of us has had Takoyaki before so as a first time neither of us really were sure about them. We had to ask the employee what they even were. A fried outside was good but the inside had a very strange liquid texture that neither of us enjoyed. Since we haven't had the dish before it's hard to judge them more than to say these weren't for us. They came as an addition to the meal so I didn't consider them, negative or positive, for the "score" of this review. The other dumplings were more typically filled and we enjoyed them. If your looking for a quick meal and are in the area I would recommend coming here. There might be dishes we didn't try that leave a more memorable taste but what we had was tasty. I wouldn't recommend going a far distance to try it or say you should go here over other places we had on the trip so that's why I went with 4 stars.

Yelp
Very good teriyaki and reasonably priced. Great egg rolls as well. Neighborhood a little scetchy.

Yelp
Little hole in the wall by the gas station. Decided to give it a try! Walked in and the menu had a lot of good options from chicken bowls to beef bento boxes and everything in between. I decided to go with the classics of the chicken bowl and the veggies. The flavor was there! Though I do wish I had asked for another teriyaki sauce. Even though the bento boxes are a little more expensive than the bowls (+$4) I think it'll be worth it! So that is what I will be trying next time I go!
google avatar

Dat T.

Yelp
The food is actually pretty good here! And the portion you receive for the process you pay? You definitely get the bang out of your buck!
google avatar

Yelp
Stumbled upon this place by accident while sight seeing on vacation. We were in a pinch so popped in here. All the food seemed fresh enough, the chix terriyaki had a nice sauce and taste. The noodles were cooked good, i liked the veggies BUT the sauce was an odd sweet taste. I didnt really care for that, but could be a preference. The young man at the counter was nice enough.
google avatar

Josh N.

Yelp
Imagine a school cafeteria but with asian food. That's what you pay for, that's what you're going to get. Workers seem fine but my stomach the next day was not. No space to sit inside.
google avatar

Marcela V.

Yelp
Decided to try this spot on DoorDash. Has since become our favorite teriyaki spot. It's also great that they are open a bit later than other teriyaki spots. Yesterday we flew home from San Jose and were tired, we were lucky enough that Teriking was still open. It hit the spot! I also love that they add some veggies in the bowl. They taste delicious and make me feel like I'm being a bit healthier haha. So far we've only had the spicy chicken and the regular chicken bowl, as well as the yakisoba. Looking forward to trying some of their other dishes!
google avatar

Chris Y.

Yelp
Great food and service. I've been there twice this week. The good is tasty. Straight forward service and you get a decent amount of food for the price. It's right next to a gas station that has a good drink and snack selection as well.

Justin K.

Yelp
Everything was good except for the lettuce it wasn't so fresh. But the spicy chicken and eggrolls were best
google avatar

Lucien G.

Yelp
Under new management this place has gotten a lot better. I got the ribeye beef teriyaki which was good! Decently portioned on the meat and rice, the sides were nice, salad was a tasty spinach blend rather than your regular iceberg lettuce, sauce was good. That being said, I cant really say this is worth $17 for a plate. There are other teriyaki spots nearby offering a much better value and similar quality.
google avatar

Robert G.

Yelp
We had a spicy chicken bowl and general tso's chicken. The spicy chicken is 2+ stars out of 4 on the spice-level and had a very nice char on it. I could not recommend it more. The general's chicken also had a decent kick, though not as much as the spicy chicken teriyaki. The glaze on the general's was well constructed and it was saucy enough to pair well with steamed rice. I would also recommend this item. I've had the beef yakisoba before and it's also very tasty. All in all you can't really go wrong here. Service is friendly and quick too. Yakisoba - 7/10. Spicy chicken - 9/10. General's - 8/10.

Yelp
Solid place for teriyaki and more in Lower Queen Anne! This shop replaced the old teriyaki place and stepping in, it does feel brighter all around. Decor has been updated and it's clean and pleasant, plus the menu has lots of variety. You can find teriyaki dishes as well as shumai, different soups, noodles dishes, and more. There is an added bonus that it's right next to my dry cleaners (Queens Cleaners...the best) so convenient. I got the wonton soup and edamame, and both were good. The wonton soup was thick and had a good flavor to it--nice and rich. I would have preferred a few more veggies in it though, and more brothy broth. The edamame was good but could have been fresher. Overall, good value and tasty!
google avatar

Jenny L.

Yelp
Ordered delivery and it was tasty. The little dough/seafood balls in the bento box were not my favorite. Overall, it was tasty.
google avatar

Gabriel M.

Yelp
Fast, tasted good and very friendly service. Had orange chicken with white rice, tofu and a salad for less than $15.
google avatar

Jake B.

Yelp
Definitely happy with my meal here - was great to get a bento box in a pinch. Reasonable prices for a lot of delicious food. The bento box had a large variety of well-made items, definitely will fill you up. Would recommend!

Yelp
Dislike this place? Try covington teriyaki Like this place? Try covington teriyaki Plus one star for the gyoza Inlight of recent developments, my and my girlfriend throat hurts a lot... Like we're coughing. A lot

Carolyn Nakasone M.

Yelp
They need to update their dates and times open. Went there but they were closed. Sad.
google avatar

Mateo G.

Yelp
This food was alright. Not bad, but probably wouldn't return for this kind of food. I think it could be a hit or miss

Gabriel G.

Yelp
HIDDEN GEM! My friend and I were looking for a decent meal with a good portion size. Considering a lot of places in Seattle are high priced with small portions, but this one isn't! Fairly priced with a big portion size! I live in Texas and I'm used to big portion sizes and thus, this restaurant fit right in my alley. If I ever come back to Seattle, I would absolutely come back here. You get your moneys worth! Recommend the Deluxe Teriking Chicken!

Jaylin S.

Yelp
the best chicken teriyaki i've ever had! food came out quick while they still had to make takeout orders that were coming in.
google avatar

Doug I.

Yelp
From the outside, Teriking doesn't look to inviting since it's located in a small parking lot that's shared with a Domino's and Convenience Store. However, once you walk in and smell the food, your mouth begins to salivate. The food was legit. We ordered chicken teriyaki, beef bulgogi bento boxes, chicken yakisoba and more. Everything was delicious as it satisfied the entire group. One thing to note, their chicken is marinated and grilled to perfection. The flavor was perfect, not too salty and not too sweet. The service was fine, we just happened to walk in right at 6pm during the dinner rush hour. We waited, but not too long to get our food. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in Seattle. Highly recommend this place if you're craving some good teriyaki!
google avatar

Gosia J.

Yelp
Really good food but look at the price difference between ordering through Yelp $16.00 and ordering directly from the restaurant $12.00
google avatar

Ray H.

Yelp
It's exactly what you'd expect to get from an average teriyaki store. Not particularly exciting, but not bad either, I like it as an easy option that's close to me. Be sure to call if placing a takeout order as it's much cheaper than going through their online ordering site
google avatar

Astrid L.

Yelp
If you're going to name your business teriking you definitely should have some good teriyaki. This was the worst teriyaki I've had in seattle. I truly don't understand the 4 & 5 star reviews. I don't usually post reviews but this food was not good. The rice was mush. The sauce doesn't taste right. The spicy sauce was like Tabasco sauce vinegary but not in a good way... the egg roll was clearly pre-made / frozen. The salad in the same box as the teriyaki made the salad warm and soggy. And I have no idea what the round fried balls of white cream and veggie was but it was awful. Better off spending your money at any other teriyaki joint. I hope this place starts doing better. The chicken was too charred, like there were so many black char flakes from the grill on the chicken itself.

Mike B.

Yelp
Legit Tonkatsu. Came with gyoza, side salad, seaweed salad, rice, and not enough katsu sauce. Would def recommend for katsu craving. Ordered online and was ready exactly on time
google avatar

Crystal G.

Yelp
We were looking for something close to our hotel and found this hidden gem. Walked in not expecting much....the food was fantastic. Had the General Tao chicken (delicious and spicy!), beef bulgogi, and chicken fried rice. Would definitely return here if we were locals. Also - I was impressed with how closely the cashier was packing the to-go orders.
google avatar

Tom E.

Yelp
My miso soup was filled with dead ants!!!! Our orders usually have been fine from here, but today I noticed a bunch of small black specks in my miso soup. On closer inspection, I realized they were dead ants! Never ordering from here again.

Yelp
Alicious, It was one of the high ranked places to try Chicken Teriyaki. We honestly loved it!
