From the moment we arrived, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The valet service was prompt and professional, setting the tone for a seamless evening. Inside, the ambiance was warm and inviting, and the service was absolutely impeccable – attentive without being intrusive. When the waiter, Francesco, came over and introduced himself, the first thing he asked was if we have any allergies. I appreciated this so much, as my husband is allergic to tree nuts. He then proceeded to point out which dishes had tree nuts so we could avoid ordering them. As for the food and drinks – simply delicious! Every dish we had was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The drink menu was equally impressive, with both classic cocktails and signature drinks, like the Amarena, which in my opinion is a must have!! Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just treating yourself to a great night out, this place delivers on all fronts. Highly recommended!! We can’t wait to go back.

We recently hosted work dinner here, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The restaurant is beautiful both upstairs and downstairs, with a very welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff from the moment we arrived. We were seated in a private room downstairs, which was ideal for a work setting we were able to connect a laptop, run a presentation, and still enjoy a relaxed, intimate dinner together. The manager was very attentive, and service throughout the evening was seamless. The cocktails were a highlight. I had the pomegranate martini and the apple cider sangria both were delicious, very light, and refreshing. Everyone at the table truly enjoyed their drinks. We had a set menu, and everything came out fresh and well prepared. The starters included the green apple salad, Caesar salad, fried calamari, fried chicken lollipops, and fried rice topped with tuna. The fried calamari was especially delicious, perfectly crispy and paired with their hot signature marinara sauce on the side, which added the perfect kick. The fried rice with tuna was good as well, though I think it would be even better with a bit more sauce, like a spicy mayo overall, the starters were a great way to begin the meal. For pasta, we had the pesto sausage pasta (which I didn’t try since I don’t eat pork) but my colleagues and friends said it was great, however I did have the penne vodka, and it was absolutely delicious. I loved the creamy sauce and the pasta size perfectly cooked and very satisfying. For my entrée, I had the filet mignon with string beans, potatoes, and mushroom sauce on top. It was cooked beautifully and full of flavor. By the end of the night, I was completely satisfied, and my friends and colleagues all enjoyed their meals and cocktails as well. We will definitely be hosting more work dinners here it’s a great space for private events. A friend of mine will be hosting a baby shower soon, and I’ll absolutely be coming back with friends and family. Highly recommend making reservations.

I came here for solo dinner and ate at the bar. It was a great experience. The food is perfect. I tried the special pistachio burrata, short rib pasta, and the chocolate mouse dessert. The food has amazing balance, complimentary ingredients, and delicious flavor. The owner is friendly, welcoming, and seeks feedback. I will be back. I hope they are around for a while and have much success.

Not enough good things to say about Terina. We recently celebrated my husband’s 40th here and it was everything and more. ⭐️ The food is INSANE. Soooo good and beautifully done. Our guests could not stop talking about it! ⭐️ The service is top tier impeccable. Literally everyone is so nice.. from the valet, hostess, bartender and servers. Ben was our server for the night and he did not disappoint! Had our drinks flowing, cleared tables when needed, packed to go trays and even helped bring everything to the car 🫶🏼 ⭐️ The ambiance is elegant and luxe especially the downstairs speak easy space.. perfect supper club vibes for date night or Sunday dinner with family. The hospitality really stands out here. Thank you so much to Sal and Chef Joe for an amazing experience. Looking forward to hosting all our events here 🎉

I first discovered Terina online and told my mom that we needed to make a trip from Michigan to New York just to experience their lasagna it looked that good. To my surprise, my mom planned the trip, and it turned out to be one of the best surprises ever. During dinner, I shared my story with the gentleman seated next to us, and Sal overheard the conversation. He came over, welcomed me like family, and made the night even more special. The food at Terina was absolutely exquisite, the service was exceptional, and the ambience was perfect. This was truly one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. We’ll definitely be back!

Came to this restaurant last night for my birthday dinner with my husband. We have been eyeing it after seeing all the food posts on socials and hearing buzz in the community. To start, the hostess is very pleasant and all the staff were wonderful. Our waitress was Tia and her service was excellent, which really adds to your dining experience. Even as you go to restroom, every staff you pass is welcoming and acknowledges you. Now this may not matter to everyone, but I noticed how well the staff were put together, almost dressed up, as if they were going out for dinner and not just another night at work and for me that really elevates the dining experience to another level. The ambience is very nice, dim lit mood to match the moody and eccentric decor. The faucet in the bathroom is really cool & high quality towelettes always a plus. Now for the food, we ordered a lot as we usually do and I can say the portions are so large we would have been better off with another couple joining us, of course we took left overs to go. We ordered 3 apps, the cacio e Pepe mozzarella corrozza, the special king crab leg oreganatta & spicy tuna crispy rice. Tuna was my favorite, 4 large pieces. The crab leg was honestly on the dryer side & quite difficult to scoop out the meat, can't say I would order it again esp for $75, the mozz en corrozza was soo gooey and large portion definitely something unique. On the saltier side for my own liking but husband had no complaints in that regard. For entree we shared truffle mushroom gnocchi, beef Wellington deconstructed, and their special chicken trio. The gnocchi was exceptional and cooked to perfection, again on the saltier side and more peppered than my personal preference but still very enjoyable 2nd favorite dish of the night. The Wellington steak was cooked to perfection would definitely order again. The chicken was amazing but notably a heavy dish with all the sauce. If we had 4 people and could sample little of everything I maybe would have had more room to enjoy at this point. I imagine eating that dish with having just 1 appetizer beforehand would have been amazing. The dessert we went with was the tiramisu & bread pudding with pumpkin tartufo. I always order tiramisu when dining out and this is a top fave, very unique, large portion, as full as I was at this point I had to eat it, the kinda dish you cannot leave behind. The bread pudding was on the drier side for my liking and not a fan of the pumpkin tartufo, to be fair it was too much and not pairing well with the tiramisu but my husband very much enjoyed it. He likes dishes more well done and crispy I prefer more moist so could be a preference thing. Presentation of every single dish was beautiful, very much elevated the experience and your eyes ate first. Overall we very much had a 5 star experience and look forward to coming back, can see this being a go to spot for a simple intimate dinner, group outing, or another celebratory occasion. One of the owners came up and asked us how we were doing, clearly they are very involved in their customer experience and present on the floor. They brought out a sparkler with my dessert and happy birthday chocolate placed into the dessert. One of the staff surprised me with a non expected moment and staff sang happy birthday. Thank you Terina for a lovely and memorable birthday experience.

Google
Absolutely the place to be ! Went with a large group and tried so much of their menu. There was not one bad thing brought to the table. Still dreaming of the food !!! Baked clams were the best I’ve ever had.

My brother and I went for early dinner on a Friday. Def recommend going early before the dinner rush starts if you don’t have a reservation. Our server gave us great recommendations and was very accommodating with our various requests. The food was absolutely delicious. We shared a thick sliced bacon appetizer topped with tiny apple cubes and cinnamon *chefskiss*, and what was basically a grilled cheese if it was dialed up 1000%. I got the veal chop from their specials menu and my brother got the pork chop. Both were amazing. A lot of their foods have some kind of spicy component but they’re willing to try to tone it down if you prefer. Dessert was espresso martini zeppoles, also delicious. This is very much a splurge kind of place though. Two apps, three entrees (one was to go for someone else), and one dessert was a little under $250 not including tip. They do add a surcharge for card payment. That said, it’s definitely a great place to try.

Yelp
As soon as we stepped inside, the ambiance was absolutely gorgeous, warm, inviting, and perfect for a special occasion. The service was incredible from start to finish. The staff was very attentive, making sure everything we needed was taken care of with a smile. We came here to celebrate a very special birthday, and Terina truly made the evening unforgettable. The food was nothing short of amazing everything was full of flavor and cooked to perfection. I was so pleased to even take some leftovers home and enjoy it all over again! The location is great, not too far from me, which makes it even more convenient to visit. I must say, I can't recommend this place enough. I honestly can't wait to return for a girls' night dinner. Terina is the perfect mix of beautiful ambiance, exceptional service, and delicious food. Highly recommend!

Yelp
5 Stars- Came here with a few friends. This was my second time here over the past few months. Terina is one of the classiest restaurants in NYC. It's really nice for any occasion and I think it's great for special celebrations. Well appointed decor, one of the cleanest restaurants you will find anywhere. The restaurant is beautiful and classy. You do not need to go to Manhattan to have a great dining experience. Our server Briana was very nice and understanding. Our water glasses were kept filled and she was attentive to our needs. The management and staff are very accommodating. Prices are on the high side although the food was awesome. We shared several appetizers which included the Eggplant Popette, the scallops, and the Burrata Pear salad. For our entrees row of us had the salmon pescatore which comes with volgoli and mussels. We also had the halibut special and the pollo tres colored. For desert we had the lemon sorbet and the cream puffs. I would highly recommend Terina if you want great Italian food and a great experience.

Yelp
This restaurant is very good. Classic italian food. Big portions and incredible flavor. The veal chop and zucchini flowers were great. Definitely want to try their pasta next.

Yelp
Francesco made our night! He was attentive and professional but also warm and welcoming. Really terrific. The food is outstanding! We had trouble choosing from among so many options but Francesco was a great guide. We'll definitely be back. Try the testarossa!

Yelp
My favorite spot in Bay ridge Brooklyn, has been reinvented! Us Staten islanders need to flock there. This restaurant is located at the old Areos iykyk and it did not disappoint. Service was excellent. From the moment we walked in I knew it would be a great experience! We had reservations that were honored. We were brought downstairs to a private dining room. It had a speakeasy vibe. But it was quiet. If you are looking for an intimate experience then request the downstairs..A little disappointed we weren't in the main dining room. Spoke to the owner Sal, he said to state it on the reservation. We will definitely be back. Food was very good. There is valet parking which helped. Overall we would recommend this restaurant.

Yelp
My fiancé and I visited Terina on a Thursday night. We had an 8:30pm reservation and were seated right away. To our surprise there was live music in the restaurant that night, which we loved. We tried the cacio e pepe mozzarella carrozza and calamari fritti for appetizers. We loved the sauce that the mozzarella carrozza was platted on top of and the tender crispy calamari was delicious but on the spicy side for us. For our main course we had the deconstructed bees Wellington and the spicy vodka pasta and loved both of these dishes! This is a great date night or special occasion spot.

Yelp
Dining at Terina was an unforgettable experience. The moment we walked in, we were struck by how beautifully the place was decorated, stylish, warm, and inviting. Every detail in the ambiance was thoughtfully curated, making it a perfect setting for a special evening. The highlight of our night, beyond the delicious dinner, was the pleasure of meeting the chef and owner. Their passion and hospitality truly shined and added such a personal, memorable touch to our experience--it was the cherry on top. The service was just as impressive. The servers were professional, attentive, and always on point, which made the evening flow seamlessly. I can't recommend Terina enough--exceptional food, outstanding service, and a beautifully crafted atmosphere. Will definitely be returning! We had 4 appetizers, Mac n Cheese side, and 2 Entrees Pork Chop and Veal, and Dessert. I could not take a picture because I was busy stuffing my face.

Yelp
My favorite Staten Island restaurant is in Brooklyn Chef Joe Salimeni, the force behind Staten Island's J's on The Bay, has done it again with Terina on the corner at 85th and 3rd in Bay Ridge. A beautiful space, upscale yet not pretentious, with great food, impeccable service, and an attentive staff. From the creative menu and a right-sized wine list, we started with zucchini flowers and octopus carpaccio followed by swordfish oreganata and bucatini di roma, complemented with a deep, bold Italian red. 6 minutes and a mile and a half off the Verrazano, with valet parking. Make the trip Staten Island. Make Terina your next destination for an unforgettable night out.

Yelp
I saw someone review of this place on Instagram and it caught my attention. So the place is really a real deal. It is quite big with indoor and outdoor seating. The indoor has downstairs area which I would say more romantic, but the main dining area is also very classy. The food is up to the decor, everything was very good, especially cacio pepe mozzarella carrozza what seems to be their trademark appetizer. I also really liked their busiate siciliano pasta. The place is very popular, especially on the weekends, so reservation is recommend.

Yelp
Very nice place with several rooms of tables. We had an assortment of dishes, appetizers & mains & all were well prepared and delicious. My wife loved their special lobster roll & I, the duck breast. Both over the top. Service was excellent throughout the meal. It was our first time here & we'll be back.

Yelp
I can recommend dinner at Terina wholeheartedly. The atmosphere and decor is all together elegant, cozy and beautiful. The service was phenomenal, with the wait staff being very attentive, but not overbearing. My guest and I sampled several dishes, with the seared lasagna being the standout dish for me, while my guest thoroughly enjoyed the deconstructed beef Wellington. I tried the apple pie infused old fashioned, and it did not disappoint, with excellent balance and rich flavor. If you want a great dining experience, don't hesitate to visit, you won't regret it.

Yelp
The food was great as was the service. It's a good looking restaurant with a vibrant crowd. Put this on your go to list.

Yelp
I really enjoyed the food here but I'd prefer it be less like Pastels. The disco music playing while we ate made it very hard to hear each other. But the food was next level just a step above others in the neighborhood. They put a unique spin on nearly every dish. They took mundane Carozza, vodka sauce and sausage and broccoli rabe and really them different. Even the bread and dips served were good. Might be a few dollars more than others but totally worth it. Nice addition to the neighborhood. Watch out Brooklyn Roots.

Yelp
Amazing food, atmosphere, and drinks! Service was incredible! Everything was delicious~ especially the mussels and Branzino! Cannot wait to return!

Yelp
4 people we try going to the past three weeks, but they had no tables opening. Everything was reserved. Well, finally, the fourth week they had an opening for reservation and we accepted And most likely they could keep the reservations they could keep the place and I wasn't impressed with nothing at all And hopefully they will stay open, but I will never go back there again I wasn't impressed with nothing on the main course neither my guest

Yelp
Terina occupies the same space that Areo and Baci once lived in. The restaurant attracts a high end local audience. I slipped in and I grabbed a bar stool. There was a live band performing Jazz standards, so it was a bit loud. I perused the menu, and I ordered. I began with Clams Cargot. These are Escargot style Clams, and there were very good. I ordered Orrecchiete Barese as my second. The Pasta was a bit undercooked, and the dish was a bit too Garlicky for my taste. A glass of Nero d'avola was delicious. I'd return if there weren't so many "Christopher Moltisanti's" in the room.

Kay D.

Yelp
The service here is actually the worst. You will NEVER be sat on time with a reservation, sometimes asked to wait over an hour for your table. If you dare inquire how much longer your table will be, the manager will say "what do you want me to do??" as if his entire job is not to efficiently run his restaurant. If it's a one-off occurrence, that's one thing but when it has happened to three different people, multiple times each - it's the restaurant, babes. Avoid at all costs.

Catherine B.

Yelp
I have been at Terina a few times for dinner, I have tried almost everything on the menu, food is delicious, the atmosphere is great, you are welcomed as if you were a family member, the service is great!
