From the moment we arrived, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The valet service was prompt and professional, setting the tone for a seamless evening. Inside, the ambiance was warm and inviting, and the service was absolutely impeccable – attentive without being intrusive. When the waiter, Francesco, came over and introduced himself, the first thing he asked was if we have any allergies. I appreciated this so much, as my husband is allergic to tree nuts. He then proceeded to point out which dishes had tree nuts so we could avoid ordering them. As for the food and drinks – simply delicious! Every dish we had was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The drink menu was equally impressive, with both classic cocktails and signature drinks, like the Amarena, which in my opinion is a must have!! Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just treating yourself to a great night out, this place delivers on all fronts. Highly recommended!! We can’t wait to go back.

I can recommend dinner at Terina wholeheartedly. The atmosphere and decor is all together elegant, cozy and beautiful. The service was phenomenal, with the wait staff being very attentive, but not overbearing. My guest and I sampled several dishes, with the seared lasagna being the standout dish for me, while my guest thoroughly enjoyed the deconstructed beef Wellington. I tried the apple pie infused old fashioned, and it did not disappoint, with excellent balance and rich flavor. If you want a great dining experience, don’t hesitate to visit, you won’t regret it.

My brother and I went for early dinner on a Friday. Def recommend going early before the dinner rush starts if you don’t have a reservation. Our server gave us great recommendations and was very accommodating with our various requests. The food was absolutely delicious. We shared a thick sliced bacon appetizer topped with tiny apple cubes and cinnamon *chefskiss*, and what was basically a grilled cheese if it was dialed up 1000%. I got the veal chop from their specials menu and my brother got the pork chop. Both were amazing. A lot of their foods have some kind of spicy component but they’re willing to try to tone it down if you prefer. Dessert was espresso martini zeppoles, also delicious. This is very much a splurge kind of place though. Two apps, three entrees (one was to go for someone else), and one dessert was a little under $250 not including tip. They do add a surcharge for card payment. That said, it’s definitely a great place to try.

A Must-Visit Dining Gem! Terina exceeded all expectations. The ambiance was both stylish and cozy, making us feel at home. Our server was attentive and friendly, enhancing our experience with expert recommendations. Every dish was a delight, bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The special squid ink pasta with crab was exceptional. Let’s not forget about the desserts that were the perfect end to a sensational meal! For anyone seeking a memorable meal, this place is a must-visit. We’re already planning our next trip back! Highly recommend!

Deserves TEN stars .... This is a new gem 💎 in Bay Ridge. I GAURANTEE it will soon be very difficult to get a reservation here. ( may be making it difficult for my friends & I to return here - I hope not ) there is almost NOTHING bad I can say about this restaurant. Started with the Terina scallops, excellent. Another in our party had the tuna with crispy rice, which I was told was exceptional. A nice touch is the herb & garlic infused olive oil, as well as the herbed butter on the table for the Tuscan style bread. Main courses were : swordfish oregenata, filet mignon, double - cut pork chop arrabbiata, truffle short rib paccheri & deconstructed beef Wellington ( my only complaint, was although I requested medium well, what arrived was well done ) for dessert 🍨 the pistachio Gelato was MAGNIFICENT ( not made in house ), as well as the chocolate mousse. I found the decaf cappuccino to be very enjoyable since it was HOT 🔥, the way it should be. Very nice wine list - we enjoyed a couple of nice pinot grigio & reisling glases. The atmosphere is simply ELEGANT - from the bar dining area, to the main dining room. The attention to detail is UNMISTAKABLE - starting with the cut crystal glasses & bar wear to the most comfortable & stylish dining chairs, along with the beautiful, bejeweled, chandeleir with emerald green accented crystals. Not to mention the appointed lower lounge area & the rose wall backdrop. The wait staff were very attentive. Would have appreciated a bit more of a generous pour on the Frangelico after dinner drink - got about a sip out of it, which was mostly ice, however enjoyed the apple martini at the bar 🍸 upon arrival, while waiting for the rest of our party. The bar seating was quite luxurious. Overall stylish ambiance. Very much like a Manhattan fine dining restaurant Looking forward to returning for another fine dining experience. I understand the menu will be a seasonal rotation, so am eager to see what summer brings.

Phenomenal experience at Terina tonight. From the front of house, to servers, and food, it was an exquisite experience. Starting off with the pane in addition with the rich garlic butter and the fragrant oregano-infused olive oil was delightful. For starters, the scallops were perfectly seared, delicate, and delicious. My main, the deconstructed Beef Wellington, was a creative and incredibly tasty dish, featuring a perfectly cooked steak topped with flaky pastry with a creamy mushroom cognac sauce. Wonderful. A delightful dining experience from start to finish. Highly recommend! Shoutout to Sal! I'll be back for the Veal Chops!

Terina is a hidden Gem in Bay Ridge an hands down one of the best Italian spots I’ve been to. The Beef Wellington was cooked to perfection, packed with flavor, and the tiramisu is truly to die for—rich, creamy, and done in a way that sets it apart from the rest. The food, atmosphere, and service all come together for an unforgettable dining experience. I would highly recommend you trying the spot out and make sure to make a reservation.

I had such a special evening celebrating my #DoubleNickel at Terina. It was an absolute honor to be the first party in their private room, and they went above and beyond to make it unforgettable. Every detail was perfect, and the love and care they put into the experience shined through in every moment—just look at some of the beautiful photos captured! Chef Joe truly outdid himself! The menu he created was pure magic, and every bite was a masterpiece. We ate, laughed, and enjoyed every second together—by the end of the night, we were all beyond full and completely satisfied. A heartfelt thank you to Joe, Sal, and Billy—I’m looking forward to many more meals together. And to Paul and Tim, the incredible dynamic duo, your kindness and attention made the night even more special. You both are truly the best! To everyone looking for a place where food, service, and atmosphere come together perfectly, trust me—this is it. Put it on your must-try list, and I promise, you won’t regret it. You might even run into me there!

Yelp
My favorite Staten Island restaurant is in Brooklyn Chef Joe Salimeni, the force behind Staten Island's J's on The Bay, has done it again with Terina on the corner at 85th and 3rd in Bay Ridge. A beautiful space, upscale yet not pretentious, with great food, impeccable service, and an attentive staff. From the creative menu and a right-sized wine list, we started with zucchini flowers and octopus carpaccio followed by swordfish oreganata and bucatini di roma, complemented with a deep, bold Italian red. 6 minutes and a mile and a half off the Verrazano, with valet parking. Make the trip Staten Island. Make Terina your next destination for an unforgettable night out.

Yelp
Dining at Terina was an unforgettable experience. The moment we walked in, we were struck by how beautifully the place was decorated, stylish, warm, and inviting. Every detail in the ambiance was thoughtfully curated, making it a perfect setting for a special evening. The highlight of our night, beyond the delicious dinner, was the pleasure of meeting the chef and owner. Their passion and hospitality truly shined and added such a personal, memorable touch to our experience--it was the cherry on top. The service was just as impressive. The servers were professional, attentive, and always on point, which made the evening flow seamlessly. I can't recommend Terina enough--exceptional food, outstanding service, and a beautifully crafted atmosphere. Will definitely be returning! We had 4 appetizers, Mac n Cheese side, and 2 Entrees Pork Chop and Veal, and Dessert. I could not take a picture because I was busy stuffing my face.

Yelp
This was a 5 star experience for sure. I not sure why there are only four other review on Yelp though. The Star of the show was Axel our waiter who was as good as a server gets. Personable, engaging, and made great suggestions. One think he was one of the owners or had an interest in the business. This use to be Areo which was so famous for so many years. It was a go to place for many. Terina is also a supper lounge and is trying a new spin by offering membership. There will be benefits to that distinction. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, the wait staff is well dressed and groomed. Everything is top notch, from the lighting, to the bar, chairs, and walls. They offer a bottomless brunch on Sundays. Many consider prices high from some of my friends that have been here. I agree to a point although I would rather spend a little more and walk out feeling great about the choice to come here rather than worry about whether something will go wrong. A lot of restaurants have time limits and Terina tries not to do that. Some people don't care, others would like to "dine" and spend a little longer. For appetizers we had the tuna crispy rice which is four pieces of yellowfin tuna, the eggplant Polpette which roasted Sicilian eggplant which was the most interesting dish I had. It is in the shape of two meatballs. It wax really tasty and a different spin on eggplant. The grilled baby lamb chops. They give you four lamb chops. We also had the crabmeat avo which was is fresh lump crabmeat served with avocado slices. There are three to a portion. For entrees we had the Lasagna Calabrese which had a nice kick to it. That's usually not found with lasagna. The other dishes were the salmon served in a broth with mussels and clams. The last wax the Bronzino which was served filet with the tail. For desert we had the tiramisu and mini donuts which were filled with Nutella and pistachio. You get four to a serving. The chef created a special desert called Mille Feuille which is similar to a Napoleon. It's two layers of pastry dough filled with creme and strawberries. I would highly recommend Terina and I would hope that any of the staff will provide a great experience.

Yelp
Very nice place with several rooms of tables. We had an assortment of dishes, appetizers & mains & all were well prepared and delicious. My wife loved their special lobster roll & I, the duck breast. Both over the top. Service was excellent throughout the meal. It was our first time here & we'll be back.

Yelp
My fiancé and I visited Terina on a Thursday night. We had an 8:30pm reservation and were seated right away. To our surprise there was live music in the restaurant that night, which we loved. We tried the cacio e pepe mozzarella carrozza and calamari fritti for appetizers. We loved the sauce that the mozzarella carrozza was platted on top of and the tender crispy calamari was delicious but on the spicy side for us. For our main course we had the deconstructed bees Wellington and the spicy vodka pasta and loved both of these dishes! This is a great date night or special occasion spot.

Yelp
I saw someone review of this place on Instagram and it caught my attention. So the place is really a real deal. It is quite big with indoor and outdoor seating. The indoor has downstairs area which I would say more romantic, but the main dining area is also very classy. The food is up to the decor, everything was very good, especially cacio pepe mozzarella carrozza what seems to be their trademark appetizer. I also really liked their busiate siciliano pasta. The place is very popular, especially on the weekends, so reservation is recommend.

Yelp
I really enjoyed the food here but I'd prefer it be less like Pastels. The disco music playing while we ate made it very hard to hear each other. But the food was next level just a step above others in the neighborhood. They put a unique spin on nearly every dish. They took mundane Carozza, vodka sauce and sausage and broccoli rabe and really them different. Even the bread and dips served were good. Might be a few dollars more than others but totally worth it. Nice addition to the neighborhood. Watch out Brooklyn Roots.

Yelp
4 people we try going to the past three weeks, but they had no tables opening. Everything was reserved. Well, finally, the fourth week they had an opening for reservation and we accepted And most likely they could keep the reservations they could keep the place and I wasn't impressed with nothing at all And hopefully they will stay open, but I will never go back there again I wasn't impressed with nothing on the main course neither my guest

Yelp
Terina occupies the same space that Areo and Baci once lived in. The restaurant attracts a high end local audience. I slipped in and I grabbed a bar stool. There was a live band performing Jazz standards, so it was a bit loud. I perused the menu, and I ordered. I began with Clams Cargot. These are Escargot style Clams, and there were very good. I ordered Orrecchiete Barese as my second. The Pasta was a bit undercooked, and the dish was a bit too Garlicky for my taste. A glass of Nero d'avola was delicious. I'd return if there weren't so many "Christopher Moltisanti's" in the room.

Yelp
The service here is actually the worst. You will NEVER be sat on time with a reservation, sometimes asked to wait over an hour for your table. If you dare inquire how much longer your table will be, the manager will say "what do you want me to do??" as if his entire job is not to efficiently run his restaurant. If it's a one-off occurrence, that's one thing but when it has happened to three different people, multiple times each - it's the restaurant, babes. Avoid at all costs.

Yelp
I have been at Terina a few times for dinner, I have tried almost everything on the menu, food is delicious, the atmosphere is great, you are welcomed as if you were a family member, the service is great!
