Listen, there are four of us and we ordered almost everything from the menu. And everything was excellent, it arrived hot, generous and delicious and the staff is simply amazing. Highly recommend

I recently tried the Spicy Chicken Teriyaki at Teriyaki Madness, and it was phenomenal. The addition of spiciness to the somewhat traditional teriyaki flavor made it absolutely delicious. The chicken had the perfect char-grilled taste, and the combination with vegetables and brown rice was excellent. It's a healthy and tasty meal. Highly recommend!

Food was great, the people working the counter were super helpful and walked me through the order process, and the service was super quick. However! Graded down because of the *flies* swarming the front door and inside the restaurant. It didn't look like it was because the place was dirty or anything, but its hard to be comfortable getting food from a place with that many flies!

First time ordering or visiting. It was 4:30 on a Monday day. I was the only person in the restaurant. I ordered teriyaki dinner. The person who took my order did not say one word or suggest anything. I waited about 20 minutes to receive my food. The chicken was terrible. Very dry and hard, no taste whatsoever. I was very dissatisfied with the entire process. Will not be back.

I visited this place 08.13.24 at 4::10 pm My first good impression was the lady on the front desk she is very friendly and very helpful. My 2nd impression was the food . I ordered chicken teriyaki and was so delicious. And my 3rd and last good Impression was the cleanness very good job everyone . I highly recommend .

Very cool spot located on Bixel between 6th and Wilshire. I was skeptical about the location and the food, but it was a great value for your money and the portions were huge. I ordered the spicy chicken bowl with brown rice and veggies. Personally, I wasn't a huge fan of the veggies, but the brown rice was perfect and the chicken was well-balanced with the sauce. I even ordered edemame that didn't disappoint. I can't wait to go back.

The crew are so nice. Food comes fast, chicken is nice. Good location. Ordered large to share it with my partner! Very affordable. Love it!

Good quality food and a fair price point. I like to come here for lunch and the service is always great. Very friendly staff - they always get my orders right. My go to is the two protein combo- good portions. Need that protein!

I don't normally write bad reviews but this place was a real letdown. I went on a Sunday around 7p. There was no one at the counter when I ordered initially but it looked like they were all in the kitchen working. No knock on that. I ordered a reg salmon bowl, reg orange chicken bowl, pot stickers, crab rangoons, and edamame. The host said it would be awhile as they had other orders but no time given. I'm guessing it was online orders bc it was empty. Waited about 25 minutes which seemed excessive. The sides were decent so kudos to that. The bowls were the biggest issue for me. The salmon was maybe a 4oz tops and came with about 3 cups of rice. Plus the salmon tasted like chicken. The orange chicken was maybe a half a cup of chicken to the same 3 cups of rice. Ratio was really off and didn't feel it was worth. I feel like Panda across the street wouldn't been a better taste/value. Unfortunately won't be coming back again. Wouldn't recommend.

I really love this places, but today I was Disappointed . This is the first time something like this happens . The food is delicious as always . Bad service may be next .

I put for pickup like 3 min before I got there and it was ready right away! Service was great cashier guided me to the pickup area! Food was amazing. My favorite food is teriyaki so my expectations were high! I definitely recommend eating here it's so good!

I'm so glad I live and work close to this spot! The customer service is always great, and the food never disappoints. I love the spicy chicken bowl, but since I can't handle too much heat, I usually go with the teriyaki chicken bowl with white rice and veggies. So good every time!

The food is good but the portions are laughable. A large chicken teriyaki plate with vegetables was 18 dollars and came with 1lb of vegetables and barely any chicken. I don't mind paying 18 dollars but the portions better be generous. You're not gonna get returning customers being skimpy.

Admittedly I didn't have high expectations because I randomly stumbled on this spot, but this absolutely satisfied my teriyaki craving. The food was reasonably priced and the portion size was really good! I got their regular Chicken Teriyaki bowl, the veggies were cooked perfectly. I usually get chicken teriyaki at Yoshinoya and the bowl here at Teriyaki Madness is way better. We got the crab rangoons as well, make sure you eat these fresh. They're best enjoyed freshly fried, perfectly crispy. I also got to try my boyfriend's spicy teriyaki and it was spicier than I expected! Still yummy though Parking lot was extremely convenient, and service and ambiance were fine.

I will be going back. Food was fresh and very tasty. I got the chicken teriyaki and want to go back and try something else off the menu.

Grabbed some lunch here and had the large Chicken Teriyaki with veggies and upgraded with fried rice. Food was delicious and service with a smile. Cashier even stepped out from behind the counter and handed me my food while I waited at a small table nearby. Solid place for lunch, i'll be back!

It was good! The rice was a little too mushy and there could definitely be some more chicken in the large bowl. But overall the food is tasty and the order for pickup system is efficient

Food is definitely good and the portions are huge enough to share or leftovers. I am not a sauce person so it was perfect for me! If you like sauce they give you extra teriyaki on the side. If you like spice. To me it had a bite, for the rest of my family they said it was perfect to them. The service is great even though it was ordered for delivery. I say great service because the food was delicious, presentation was great, they also delivered the meal to me.

This place is great! The service is prompt and courteous. And the restaurant is clean. Try the spicy chicken. It's delicious!

This is Blasphemy. This is madness. This is Sparta! All jokes aside, this is Teriyaki Madness! It's always nice to come here when I don't know what to eat for lunch. Easy to get to with a parking lot next door! Inexpensive, tasty, and filling! I always get the chicken egg roll, half chicken and half steak bowl! Extra spicy sauce on the side! Flavors always on point and it's a fast pickup! Don't forget to download the app for rewards! Desserts are always nice

I am so tired of placing an order only for it to be wrong. I am missing an entire order of chicken that was for some reason replaced with noodles. The food is okay, but for these prices, I expect my order to be RIGHT.

The screwed my order terribly... their fried rice for an up charge is literally white rice with teriyaki sauce on it... literally no need to call it fried rice... call it what it is. Ordered my chicken well done and the pieces of meat are still slimey and gooey... honestly still see pink in the meat.... Drove home 10 mins away... opened my bag... only 1 bowl in here not 2. Got to drive back and get it now. Unhappy first experience.

A pleasure to have in our community. Owner is a nice guy and staff are even nicer people. Working hard and making fresh food -- appreciate their consistent service. Just recently this spot was broken into by some hoodlums - I felt for the owner/staff. Tough to run a business now adays. Support this place, they serve great food at a fair price. Also, the reusable containers are awesome, high quality.

Food is decent but the owner, the drew carey lookalike, is kind of rude. He's frugal with the straws too. he made me return two because i didnt see the two placed in the bag. the short woman with crazy eyes, is always typing on her phone behind register and messes up the orders bc she doesnt pay attention. the cooks do their best.

Prompt service !! You can also order online !! This bowl has beef, chicken, brown rice, and veggies. Enough for 2/3 !! Our go to for teriaki. On El Toro next to Chipotle st back of center with Home Depot. SO good !! Clean booths for inside eating, too !!

Would always drive past this spot because there was never parking, then finally, one day, there was! Tried the Spicy Chicken Teriyaki bowl with white rice and DAMN! It was so delicious and actually spicy. Great portions and great price too. Then the staff, super nice and friendly and will gladly give insight on their thoughts about the food, love that. Highly recommend over other teriyaki spots.

Delicious and fresh food that served up quickly and fulfills my weekly teriyaki craving. Shout out to Nyla, the sweet and courteous young lady for at the front counter for serving up excellent service with a friendly vibe. Also found Easy and convenient metered parking out front. Will definitely be back when in the area.

Great service! It was my first time eating here and the ordering process was seamless. The cashier was nice, friendly and approachable and it's so nice to have a clean tidy "grab & go" spot in the heart of DTLA. I definitely recommend popping in for a visit! Just did an online pickup order. Unfortunately someone stole my food before I arrived. The staff remade my order without any issue. The spicy chicken bowl was so flavorful and delicious and fresh! Absolutely great spot to pickup quick fresh healthy and tasty lunch

Forgot to update this review, as I did return back to this location months after it was posted. I did inform the cashier of the situation, and about having my food remade after the owner responded to my review. My order was made properly this time with no hassle. I actually find myself missing that spicy kick that you get from these bowls vs the average chicken teriyaki bowl. I don't travel Downtown very often, but if I ever find myself in DTLA again I'll most likely make a stop here.

Burnt chicken and super salty. Not recommended. There are better options out there. They refused to exchange it. No wonder it was empty. See pics attached.

The beef was amazing! The salmon...I could leave it. I would definitely return for a second visit. The portion sizes are great also. Food lasted three days!

The food here is delicious. When you order spicy, you actually get spice with fire. The service we received was impeccable as we had a grand order. We also had a personal experience with the business owner, and it was a pleasure knowing he cares about his customers, the food , and their satisfaction. This is a great franchise, in an urban establishment, which will go far. Highly recommend this Teriyaki Madness to everybody!

Today I wanted to try something thing new while being in the area of Los Angeles. As I walked into Teriyaki Madness the establishment was filled with happy and satisfied customers. With me not knowing what I wanted to eat as to there being a variety of good selections, the owner was there to assist. The owner was very helpful and kind along with staff. I'm looking forward to getting home and enjoying the food but just off of the welcoming service alone I definitely would return to this establishment.

Absolutely an awesome experience from the start! I needed to order lunch for our office for a training session and the request was for Asian food. Upon looking at my choices I decided to go with Teriyaki Madness - SO GLAD I DID! The food was delicious. Not only that, but the owner, TJ was involved with our order from the start until he personally delivered the food, which was nice and hot. Our office staff truly enjoyed it. Prices are extremely reasonable and with the type of customer service we received (which was outstanding!) we will definitely be back. Many thanks, TJ and the Teriyaki Madness staff - you folks rock!!!

Good teriyaki spot in downtown area. The sauce is good I've tried the beef chicken and vegetable combo and it was a 6 out of ten. The chicken in my opinion is better that the beef so moving forward I'll stick to that. The prices were fair and staff was nice.

Food always really good, healthy and cooked to my liking. Give extra sauce without charging and mobile orders always on point.

I have already written about how great everything Teriyaki Madness, in Downtown LA, is, but I have not addressed the appetizers. While you are there getting your great chicken or steak bowl, you just have to try their appetizers. They are the best and a little known secret of wonder. If you are buying for your office, you need to get a lot of them, because they are going to go fast. If you are taking home you need a lot because you will want more later. If you are eating there, do what you want, they are right there if you want more. My favorite is the Crab Rangoon. For about 5 bucks you get 4 of them and they are heavenly. They have crab in them and some sauce that is just delicious. They are wrapped in yummy soft and crispy at the same time batter that is fried. You need a lot of these. Next is the Chicken Potstickers, which are just as great as you will find at any fine dinning Japanese eatery. You need more crab than the potstickers, but make sure you have enough for everyone. Their chicken eggrolls are great as well. I don't care for Edamame so I can't offer an opinion. Now, with the above you need a bowl and lately I have been coming quite attached to the salmon bowl. It is teriyaki style and over whatever you want, rice or vegetables. The service here is always super kind and parking is easy--and for Downtown LA, that is a miracle. Go there.

While my order took a long time i mainly filled up on soda the spicy chicken was great but not spicy at all i had the steak but the steak had no flavor and i got like 2 slices, i ordered an 8 piece potsticker and they came to me as if they were fried all crunchy made me disappointed cause i love potstickers, udon was below available honestly good vegetables but definitely not steamed i can feel the animosity from the cook.
