"The Pourcel brothers have upcycled this former wine storehouse into a vast space where stone, steel and wood are blended in a smart neo-industrial vein. The dishes, which draw on locally sourced ingredients at their height of their maturity, are infused with inspirations from far and wide. We stayed at the bar and tried the Tapas menu. Some dishes were fantastic such as the "tube de calamar" and the "brochette de boeuf" but some were a bit deceptive although good, well presented and well cooked. Dishes are quite generous for tapas. Do not hesitate to ask the Sommelier for advises as the Gentleman is very helpful and knowledgeable. Wines were very nice. Staff at the bar was very pleasant. Staff serving dishes needs to improve its understanding of the dishes. Very good experience overall.

I have stopped here twice when passing through Montpellier. I'll go back. The food is amazing and the whole experience is terrific.

Place to go if you want to see and be seen. The food is original and OK, but really overpriced. Don’t imagine a boutique restaurant where the client is valued and receives special treatment. It is a big trendy factory, with a staff that is here to make things go fast. The building and decoration is still nice.
