Terminal South is set to be Peoplestown's vibrant new hub, featuring a dynamic food hall, Switchman Hall, with diverse stalls and all-day dining, all just steps from the BeltLine.
"Stafford Properties announced the plans for Switchman Hall in March of 2023. The food hall will house 18 food stalls, including previously announced tenants such as The Original Hot Dog Factory, Perfect Seasoning — which already has a location at Chattahoochee Food Works — and Southern Grace. Like Terminal South, Switchman Hall will be adjacent to the Southside Beltline. It’ll also be the final stop on MARTA’s upcoming rapid-transit bus line, MARTA Rapid." - Sarra Sedghi
"Smooth n Groove, created by Keon Davis and Lizcha Bennett, offers smoothies, juices, and wraps and sandwiches named for popular dances. Examples include the Roger Rabbit made with carrots, passion fruit, and banana, and the Twerkulator turkey cheeseburger topped with drip sauce on a sweet Hawaiian bun." - Beth McKibben
"This new food stall will serve 20 Japanese and Korean-style ramen options on the menu." - Beth McKibben
"Expect breakfast, lunch, and dinner dishes from this all-day food stall, including biscuits, fried green tomato BLTs topped with crispy pork belly and tomato relish, and a buttermilk biscuit topped with fried chicken and honey butter." - Beth McKibben
"Switchman Hall is part of the Terminal South development, expected to open in 2024 along Ridge Avenue in Peoplestown. It will feature 14 restaurant stalls and outdoor seating on a former loading dock. The food hall aims to reflect the diversity of the neighborhood, focusing on local Black- and minority-owned businesses. It will offer a variety of affordable food options. The development is part of an adaptive-reuse project by Stafford Properties and is located near the Southside Beltline trail and MARTA’s planned bus rapid transit route." - Beth McKibben
