Google
I had an amazing experience at this concert venue! From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and well-organized. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the check-in process quick and easy. The sound quality was incredibly clear, powerful, and perfectly balanced no matter where you stood. Lighting and stage production were also top-notch, adding so much energy to the performance. The venue itself was clean, comfortable, and well laid out. I’d definitely come back for future shows and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great live music experience!

Google
Terminal West in Atlanta consistently delivers an excellent concert experience. This intimate venue, located within the King Plow Arts Center, has fantastic acoustics-every show I've seen here has sounded superb. The facility is exceptionally clean, with a unique industrial-chic vibe and well-maintained restrooms. While it's standing-room only, the 625-person capacity means you get an intimate, personal view of the stage, which is about 420 sq ft. Parking is available in the adjacent King Plow deck for a flat rate of $12 on show nights (card only), which is very convenient. The venue also features an outdoor deck and an attached restaurant (Stationside) for before or after the show. Highly recommend for any music fan looking for a high-quality, intimate show in a clean space.

Google
Had an amazing time here last night. I love going to concerts and this was probably the most intimate setting and room I've been to yet. Not a bad spot in the house. And the food and drinks were amazing as well. Staff was very informing and attentive.

Christina M.

Google
This venue is very intimate. The ticket prices are always good, the cafe has a good selection of food, even vegan/vegetarian options. The drinks are solid. It gets packed due to standing room only. But don't let the deter you, you'll have a blast.

Google
This was a new establishment for me visiting😋 They have right ASIAN FARE FOODS! I Love trying new food experiences. Here i had Fried pig ears. I expected them to be cranky🤔 But they weren't. No Problem, my first time here. I had a serving of Steamed Dumplings, an herbs that I have not experienced before. But it wasn't to My taste bubs😋. But the the atmosphere and the server was amazing. Recommend that you check it out for yourself.

Google
Drove 5 hours to see Finn Wolfhard. Great intimate venue. We got there 3 hours early to get near the front of the line and then found out we could have got an early access pass so that was a little disappointing. Overall, great experience.

Google
We went to see Sleigh Bells and had an amazing experience. The parking was so convenient. The bartenders and staff were efficient and friendly. Easy access to restrooms and patio. There wasn’t a bad spot on the floor, great views of the stage on any side!

Google
This place is fantastic. My only complaint is the bar doesn’t accept cash. I love how small and intimate it is. I love how nice it is. I love the back smoking deck. I can’t wait to see more bands here. Such a gem hidden in Atlanta.

Yelp
Love this venue and the staff it's always a great vibe . Parking isn't difficult or too far which I love about this venue . I saw one of my favorite bands for the first time Maribou State and it exceeded my expectations. Wonderful experience.

Yelp
I absolutely loved this venue!! Wow. I was a bit nervous to go here for a concert, thinking that the size and overall vibe wouldn't fit the event, but I was pleasantly surprised. I had an amazing time. The staff here were great. Everyone was so helpful and friendly, and extremely organized which I truly appreciated for this being a concert. I loved that there is a restaurant in the back where I was able to order food before the show. And the food was actually really good! I got the quesadilla and churro bites - both delicious. Drinks were great, bathrooms were spotless (which is unheard of in these types of venues) and overall made for such a great evening. Would definitely recommend this venue and look forward to attending again for another event!

Yelp
I absolutely LOVE this venue! we have gone to many concerts as adults here. and they have food which is a big plus.. but the kids concerts are the best!!!! we went the kids of Grateful Dead and Phish! it's music for the adults and games for the kids! I can't rave more about it!
google avatar

Stacie B.

Yelp
One of the best concert venues I've been to. Was absolutely shocked at how spotless it is inside. Very cute, trendy set up and decor. There is a bar and restaurant inside as well. We didn't try any of the food, but it looked and smelled good. The venue is very small, so there's no bad spot in the place. Parking is a bit interesting as it's divided into several different very small lots in the same area, but easy enough to figure out given a few minutes. We've already bought tickets to a future show here based on the positive experience we had, and looking forward to going back!

Yelp
This is a great music venue. The staff were so lovely and helpful tonight, especially when the ticket app denied us our tickets. However, please fix the parking situation. If we paid on the way in, we wouldn't be all backed up trying to leave. And, the machines have issues. Boo!

Sarah J.

Yelp
Marc Scibilia concert was awesome! His stories, his talent and energy. The vibes! Loved it all!

David S.

Yelp
Saw Marc Scibilia here last night. Fantastic venue (some seating for us old folks would be nice) and a multitalented lyricist and musician. Marc Scibilia is a modern day bard. His opening act, Cassandra Coleman, was amazing. I think we'll be hearing a lot more from both of these artists!

Yelp
I went to this venue for the first time for the Raveena concert, and I was pleasantly surprised by how well it is run and how simple it was to get inside. I'm used to pretty long lines at concerts, but there wasn't one because the staff moved swiftly! I also love that there is a parking garage onsite. The garage costs $10, and you must pay with a card, but that is great compared to parking around other venues. I am looking forward to attending more shows here.

Yelp
Day time review from the words of an 11 year old attending Rock&Roll Playhouse "Grateful Dead for Kids": "Wow! I am at a club...with my friends!" "Is this what a real Grateful Dead show was like? You know with parachutes and fun things for the kids to play with?" "The bartender just made me a real cherry coke with the cherry syrup in it!" "I feel so important being up high here on the balcony!" "I know these lyrics!" "Let's dance!" Thank you TW for allowing my child to hear live music and think that your clean venue during the day was like a GD show These shows are a lot of fun and are really more for the parents to get out and hear songs they love. Thank goodness the bartender who served my Child cherry coke also served me a real drink because being in a club in the daytime with lots of little little kids, I needed it. Lots of fun!!

Yelp
Food incredible. Bone marrow soup off the charts. Even tea served with aplomb. This is a must try.

Kristen M.

Yelp
one of my fav places to hear music but for GOD'S SAKE fix yalls parking.... comsider your competition like Eastern or Variety... your parking lot will make me rethink yall.... or damn put a shakedown in there since it takes ... seriously... 40 minutes is not a good look.... bands will listen to their fans... look at Lakewood.....the bands are pretty lame compared to Verizon.... take care of your peeps.... this is absurd.

Yelp
[TL;DR] Amazing, cozy venue with a sound system that will rupture your eardrums. Imagine taking a place like the 40 Watt out of Athens and dropping it in Atlanta. 600 tickets. I think that's the maximum number of tickets sold for a concert at this place. The place is one of the smaller concert spots I've been to but doesn't feel too compact. There are a number of bars, including one outdoors on the upper smoking deck. It's about the only place you can watch a concert and eat avocado fries. Speaking of, the upper deck leads to a balcony. It's quite... limited. The best view is from against the rail since you have to look down to the stage. Of course, it'll only fit about 10-15 people across... depending on the people of course. There aren't any places to sit so make sure if you're going to come out looking cute that you bring a pair of comfortable shoes.
google avatar

Joi M.

Yelp
This a medium sized concert and event venue. There are two levels and a small outside lounge area upstairs. There is a surface lot and garage parking. There are also offices in the attached building.

Yelp
I haven't been to a music venue this nice in a very long time. Make sure to enter this location into google maps. Don't use waze or it will take you to a different area. I made that mistake. Terminal West is located at King Plow, so look for King Plow signs. You do have to pay for parking. Terminal West is located to the left. When you walk in, you see the stage area and two bars on each side. the other room has tables and chairs for you to hang out. There even a tv of the stage in that room, which I think is GREAT for those who need a break but don't want to miss anything I came here for a work wrap party. They had drinks and appetizers, which were very good. They do give free water on the side of the bar as well. The bartenders were very friendly. Most music venues I go to are old and really dirty, but Terminal West is the complete opposite. Even the bathrooms are nice with plenty of stalls for the ladies. YAY! The band that was going to be performing that night was nice enough to perform for our party for an hour. The sound system is great and they were a great fun group to watch and dance to. I'd definitely come back here to check out to check out a regular show on the weekend.

Yelp
I have to say this may be my new favorite venue in ATL. I came here a few weeks ago to see Grace Vanderwaal. The parking was easy and only $5. Lots of people were waiting outside the door to be the first in line when we arrived about 45 minutes prior to doors opening. I didn't really find it necessary, as once you are inside there is not a bad spot. There are two bars on either side in the back, and also a restaurant and another bar that opens during the concert. Getting out was also easy. Tickets were only $25, reasonably priced; however, the show sold out quickly and then people were reselling their tickets for $200. So, if you want to see a show, make sure you buy your tickets in advance so you don't have to buy crazy priced tickets later!

Yelp
Such a great venue for a small concert! Love this place! Super quirky looking from the outside and is super clean and open on the inside. Staff are very nice and quick to serve food and drink.

Yelp
Prologue: J and I went to a concert here a couple of days ago. Initially I thought Terminal West was a cousin of Terminal 5 in NYC (another music venue) but it looks like they aren't relatives. Plus Stuff: +Parking was pretty inexpensive ($5), and a friendly attendant guided us to lot B. The stroll to the venue was only about a minute or two. The website FAQ tells me that there is free parking in "Lot 9" further away if you want to increase your step count. +I expected to be sweaty so I didn't bring my jacket. To my surprise, it was almost cold in Terminal West. Easily removable layers might be smart during the chillier months, and also take into account the type of music you'll be listening to (dancey? more chill?). +The space has a very modern cool vibe. +The merchandise table was located in Stationside, the restaurant attached to Terminal West. The Ticketfly ticket printout had a 10% off coupon for your meal. Although we didn't have dinner here, it's nice to have that option. +Speaking of tickets, the ticket provider is Ticketfly, not Ticketbastard. I wasn't the one who actually purchased the tickets, but I'm sure Tickefly is a zillion times better. +I went to put a poster in the car, and the door guy kindly let me back in though it seems like technically there's no re-admittance. +The space is cozy for a music venue. J and I walked in and wondered "Is this it?" Massive and impersonal can't be used to describe this venue. +If you drink beer, Terminal West has a huge selection of craft beers in cars. There are two bars in the main area, and then you could get drinks in Stationside, +There is complimentary self-serve water on the bar, hooray! +The bathrooms were not dirty, and I didn't have to wait in line to snag a stall. +Fun fact from the website: apparently Terminal West was a former "100 year old iron and steel foundry originally used to manufacture plows as a part of the King Plow Company." Minus Stuff: -We wished there was more seating available. Our joints aren't always up to the task of standing for hours, and comfy shoes and NSAIDs can only do so much to combat a concrete floor. There were maybe two seats at the bar I was at and a couple upstairs on the minuscule balcony but those were already occupied. -The sound was extremely loud for one of the opening bands. Earplugs were quite handy to have. It was also strange since the sound wasn't deafening for the subsequent acts. So your volume may vary. -I smelled cigarette smoke here and there from my spot by the bar. I guess where I was faced the exit to the smoking patio. Luckily the smoking died down as the show went on. -This has nothing to do with Terminal West, but why are people always going back and forth during a performance? I hate when people walk by you constantly. Don't you just want to focus on the performance and absorbing the music being made for you? I could go on with general gripes about concerts in general, but I'll refrain. Epilogue: J and I had an excellent experience, and I'd come back for another show. Be like me and sign up for Terminal West's e-mail list!

Yelp
What an awesome venue!! I was so glad to discover this place. The parking is easy, $10, and a short walk to the venue. The sound quality was great inside, and the big red curtains on the stage looked dramatic and beautiful. The bartender was friendly, and I believe there are two bars (one on each side), as well as a connected room where you can sit and eat. I can't wait to return for another show.

Yelp
Cool little venue to see a show. This was my first time at the place and had no complaints. Easy to grab drinks, hit the rest rooms and watch the show. Overall wasn't too crowded and the acoustics sounded great.

Yelp
Terminal West has been creeping into my "Favorite Venues" list for a while now. Officially opening its doors in 2012 as Terminal West, these folks have been working with musical acts in this space even longer. Perks of why this venue is better than others? - Sound is great - high ceilings - better temperature regulation in large crowds, its still easy to stay cool - ability to repurpose the venue for events other than music - the great industrial vibe, but still with more space on the floor than many venues - no "I'm not tall enough to see" syndrome - the stage is high enough that you can see from a bit farther back (one of the reasons I get the most peeved at certain venues) - great bar selection - crows nest so if you really want to get there early enough to "sit" to enjoy without standing on the floor, you can.

Yelp
I think this may be my new favorite venue in Atlanta! I visited Terminal West for the first time for one of the Shaky Knees late-night shows. It's a fairly small venue compared to others in Atlanta, which I really liked. There's plenty of room to stand and an upper "observation deck" area in case you want to watch the show from a higher point of view. I really liked the industrial look of the place and the fact that there were plenty of bathrooms! There's nothing worse than standing in a never-ending bathroom line and hearing a band start playing your favorite song...not a problem here! There were two bars on either side of the venue, both of which had a fantastic selection of craft beer (also reasonably priced) and very friendly bartenders. The lines moved very quickly. They had posters all over the place with their upcoming concert schedule, which also looked really great. I'll definitely have to make the drive over again soon! My only qualm was that there seemed to be a ton of parking spots around the venue, but they were all reserved. I easily found street parking, but I can imagine that may not be as easy for other shows that don't start at midnight like ours did.
google avatar

Rachel K.

Yelp
Parking - there's a Deck and a small lot. Hooray for deck! But you'll have to pay I believe. I'll take that any day over a bad parking situation Inside Terminal West; there are bars to purchase alcohol, a place to buy food, and a really cool area in the back to walk outside (upstairs). I was pretty surprised. I thought this place sucked lol. Clearly I'm wrong. The stage is small. So is the standing area but most who play here I feel like aren't massive famous people. I think. I dunno - I saw Of Montreal here because my bf is a fan. The downstairs near the stage was pretty packed but not like horribly. We were able to stand upstairs. Way more room and not as crowded. Overall - if any band I liked played here I wouldn't be discouraged. (Normal venues tend to turn me off/make me wish I stayed home).

Alex A.

Yelp
Great place overall but abysmal re: accessibility. Their website said to email them regarding it, so I did that several days before the show and never heard back. Day of, I submitted a contact form that never received a response and also called a total of 5 times throughout the day, with every time the phone going to voicemail. When we arrived, we were told that they point-blank cannot provide seating. Would've loved to have this information beforehand, or have the venue do anything whatsoever to accommodate disabled visitors.

Yelp
Disclaimer: I've only been to this venue once... I usually like to visit a location a few times before making a review, but this place is my exception. The parking was $5.00, and was organized going in, but could of been slightly better when leaving. The front door was organized and they had the equipment to scan tickets from a cell phone. Which was convenient for us. Upon entering was an also artist singing with a live band (wish I knew the name, because they were great). The bar staff were very accommodating, fast, & efficient. Seating is almost non existent, but the music kept us on our feet dancing all night. The offer slightly healthy food options. I totally enjoyed the chicken & avocado tacos. The main performer came on shortly after the initial bands performance (s/o to CeeLo Green for his professionalism)!!! I was mainly impressed by how well organized the event was and really enjoyed CeeLo's performance from beginning to the end!!! He was on by 9:30 and ended around midnight... Yaaaaasssss! I would recommend this location!

Yelp
What a hidden gem in Atlanta. Along W. Marrietta where the warehouse district is Terminal West. A very nice music venue. I was there tonight for the first time for the BMI Beat Summit. T.I. was a surprise guest and stayed for the entire set. Top producers Manny Fresh, DJ Toomp, and KLC were there battling it out. Epic Event! Don't miss the next one if you like Hip Hop that is. Security was present, along with beautiful bartenders. Parking is amble. They have their own parking garage. The music is loud and the space is plentiful. This could easily be a nightclub. VIP parking is gated off. You can go upstairs for a higher view and along the way step outside for fresh air and a view of the train tracks. The more I type about it, the more I love this place. Restrooms are clean but in the Mens, the toilets are waaay too close together. Tip: Go into one of the stalls. On the opposite side of the main entrance is a restaurant just through the double doors. This could also be a VIP area. This area has it's set of restrooms and a separate outside entry as well. The stage is big as well. There were about 100 people on it this night. It was a funfilled event and I am looking forward to the next event at Terminal West.

Yelp
When you leave a place needing a shower and wishing you were anywhere else than here...there is a problem. The venue was beautiful and when we arrived at 8pm we were able to explore. The main sound room can accomodate a large group of standing concert attenders. The room next door has tables, drinks, and amazing staff that serve the best seasoned tatertots! Around 9pm the first act played and we headed up the stairs and through the outdoor patio (ok for smokers), opened a door and we found the balcony to the concert. This was the perfect place to watch the entertainment without the pushing, cigarette burns, and had a great view. Unfortunately, around 10pm when more people arrived the place filled up with smoke. They stated smoking was only to be outside on the patio upstairs but no one enforced it. The worst part was it was like an indoor HashBash. Even with the patio door closed behind us the stage and crowd area started filling up with smoke. The light really accented the people smoking puffs inside ( and the very potent odor) so it would be easy to monitor and it is easy to see the glimmer of the roll being lit in the dark. Unfortunately there were no security, police, or crowd control once you enter the building and there were hundreds of people lighting up inside over those two hours. By midnight I was sick to my stomach and had to leave the others to their hash venue. If they clean up and enforce their smoking standards then I would love to go back to enjoy the music. I lived in Miami and experienced the nightlife there for years but this was horrible.

Yelp
Cool place to catch a concert. Came here with AT and our friend for a Little People concert in November of last year. Truthfully, I am not into electronic music but I wanted to tag along just because. Plus this place is in the Westside area and I was more excited about the places that we could walk to after parking super early (to avoid usual lot overflow problems that are associated with concerts and such events). So... Since it was November and the concert probably started at 9 p.m. or something, I didn't realize how cold it would be. We walked to Delia's Chicken Sausage Stand for dinner, since I hadn't eaten there before and saw my fellow Yelpers review it to great fanfare, and ended up making a pit stop at Octane Coffee before going back to Terminal West to get some liquid refreshment and a break from the cold. Once we got back to Terminal West, it was fast to get inside and even find seats at bar-height tables. AT and JC went to the bar to get some libations as I held down the fort at our section of the table. The music didn't take long to start and the volume was as you'd expect, which can be overly loud for me honestly. Yeah, AT can't take me to many concerts but when he does, I'm shoving in ETYMOTIC Musicians Earplugs. Dude, seriously, I actually enjoy listening to music and just hearing in general too much to f*ck up my ears. Anyway, there seems to be a smoking area for people though after awhile. it seemed nobody cared about even leaving the standing/sitting space to spoke their pot and whatnot. So maybe even more bothersome than the super loud sounds, which I can mitigate with my earplugs, is the free-for-all drug consumption. I guess I shouldn't be surprised at these kinds of things. So good concert venue, for sure, as everyone else says, but I'm just not a big concert-goer.

Yelp
I often look for up and coming Neo-Soul, Electro-Pop, and experimental music here. The tickets are easy enough to buy, and then show on your phone. Recent acts including Polica, Tokimonsta and Jungle are examples of killer stuff that is big enough for a good show of 200-300 people, but not grand enough in scale for a larger venue like Tabernacle or Masquerade. I like to drink beer. This place has a great assortment of beers, at fairly reasonable prices for a live music concert hall. There are two bars downstairs in the main area, food and I think more bars in the side dining and sitting area. So, for sure no issues getting drinks. The best part of this place is the upstairs deck and patio. Very cool, al fresco area with a bar and the railrood tracks running parallel. It is really cool to see the train go right by at 1AM. A real fun space. Just off that is the upstairs balcony, it is a killer area which can maybe fit 30 people, and is where i prefer to look down at the show. Places like this lend more credence to Atlanta being a city, and growing into more of a centralized city as opposed to just the center of a group of suburbs. I will keep coming back, and look forward to more good times. They charge $5 for parking now, and I find that lame, but not lame enough to pop them down to 4 stars.

Yelp
I went to Terminal West on January 16th 2017 for the 6LACK concert. This was the first show of his first tour and needless to say, everyone was ecstatic. Upon arriving to the venue, there was an employee working traffic directing people to the free and paid lots. I parked in the free lot up the hill. Even though I was running late, there was still an ample amount of parking. The line was still long despite arriving late but the attendants did an excellent job of checking tickets and getting people inside the venue. This was my first time inside of Terminal West and I was pleasantly surprised on the size. There was more than enough room for everyone to enjoy the concert and for 6LACK's people to sell merchandise. All in all, Terminal West is easily one of my favorite indoor concert venues and I wish more Hip-Hop/Rap artists would have concerts there!
google avatar

Karen R.

Yelp
Fun place to see a concert. People tend to crowd by entrance so just move through to the other side or find a spot (like the awesome deck along the railroad tracks) to hear the music and view on monitors. Expect to stand. Offers free water. Usually very reasonably priced compared to other places you may see the same acts.
google avatar

J F.

Yelp
I wanted to point out that Terminal West is the optimal space to see live music in Atlanta. The acoustics are amazing, the crowd can easily feel like part of the band's vibe, and the lighting is perfect. Masquerade doesn't even come close to the intimacy and elegance of this venue. Additionally, the staff is exceptionally well - trained in fine customer service. They are proud of their employer and go out of their way to be kind and patient.
google avatar

Yelp
Terminal West is Atlanta's flagship mid size venue. It has hosted some of the most memorable music events in the past 2 years, and is staffed with the utmost professional staff. No matter what genre of music you like, you'll be in for a treat with the state of the art sound system and great selection of food/beverages.

Nori K.

Yelp
This is a beautiful venue; however, it is NOT smoke free. Many people were vaping, making it difficult to breathe. I reached out to the staff during the concert and was told there is really nothing they can do about it. If you need a smoke free venue, this is not the place for you. I'm giving one star b/c the website clearly states smoking is not allowed.

Jessi L.

Yelp
You will catch Covid if you come here, my sister did, and she is very careful. The staff was laughing about all the fake vax cards, I think one may have been handing them out to people that they know! So, they stand against freedom if they don't know you, yet your risk of catching Covid is still exceptionally high. Beware!
google avatar

Sara B.

Yelp
This is my favorite music venue in the city. It beautiful, has amazing sound, and amazing acts come through. Particularly, bands whose sound fits the venue like the Old 97's, American Aquarium, and Larkin Poe have come through and had amazing shows. They also have reasonably priced drinks and parking, and they have free ear plugs if you're so inclined.

Yelp
We have been to Terminal West many times for shows, and, through beer goggles, we have been impressed by their surprisingly tasty menu. This time, we visited on a Tuesday evening before a busy concert, and we were again pleasantly surprised by the outstanding food and affordable prices. We shared the incredible tempura avocado, served with a chili dipping sauce- it was as good as we remember, deliciously crispy enough to complement the perfectly ripe, yet firm, avocado (which is sometimes hard to find in Atlanta). She had the tofu taco, which is a stand-out for its citrusy, orangey flavor, and I had the the Greens and Quinoa salad, which was a pleasant kale salad with pepitas and quinoa which left me feeling satisfied yet good for the show. The food at this out-of-the-way concert venue is a pleasant surprise and good enough to budget an extra half-hour before a concert to sample between beers. Enjoy!
google avatar

Cindy K.

Yelp
I don't know what the staff/management does to make this such a stellar venue! Since moving to Atlanta last summer, I've been to a handful of shows here (Snakehips, Jai Wolf, Tchami, and Cashmere Cat) and each one has been a great experience. Although the venue is on the smaller side, I haven't had any problems with feeling extremely crowded - and this is coming from someone who is lowkey scared of crowded spaces l o l. Even then, you can easily shimmy your way to the back or to the upstairs deck to escape being covered by sweaty people.

Yelp
Easily one of my favorite venues. No smoking inside and if you arrive at doors 9/10 they have food still being served. Drinks are at a fair price and free water through the night if you get thirsty which is amazing. (Vs other clubs) The staff easily makes up for the lack of production. Very clean very well kept. Would recommend this place to everyone. Another huge reason I'm giving this place 5 stars is the fact it's not a drug den. And the crowd that shows up at these events have all been amazing as well. Just can't say enough nice things!

Yelp
I'm putting Terminal West at 4-stars. One thing I come to appreciate with music venues is the ability to enjoy myself without bumping into someone and vice-versa. You catch the wrong show, it can turn into a mosh pit and with the limited space on the floor, you could become part of it. Other than that, Terminal West throws sensational shows. Security is awesome, the bar is quick and abundant, good stage setup (lights, acoustics, audio equipment) and good location. Parking will cost you, but as always, I don't suggest driving.

Yelp
GREAT live music venue. Smaller than many, but very good sound and easy to get to bars, bathrooms, and food. EXCELLENT layout with the feel of an old train building and the sound of a modern music hall. Drinks were generous and reasonably priced. I saw a band called Green River Ordinance here and they sounded amazing. They did final few songs in the crowd, which helped make this an intimate venue and ONE OF THE BEST in ATLANTA. Small, but excellent overall. SOUND - A VIBE - A CROWD - B+ (all ages, but a few drunk college kids, as expected) Parking - C+ - Take an Uber!

Yelp
Once I found the place, it was a good venue for a concert. Sound was excellent. Lighting was excellent. But, if you don't know in advance where it is, good luck. Use the address supplied on the website on your GPS, and it takes you past the entrance to the parking lot. Would it kill them to put up a clear sign that says "Terminal West Parking, Enter Here"? I'm not talking a tiny little sign. I'm talking a sign that you can actually see when driving down the street. It's like the folks running the place only want hipsters who've been there before to attend events. But, like I said, once I did finally find the place, it was a very nice little venue for up-and-coming acts who aren't ready for the big venues.

Yelp
This is my favorite place to go for a concert! The venue is a smaller one but the get a lot of great bands Don't worry about parking since there is plenty for the venue. I do recommend that you bring cash for parking and park in the cash lot. Getting in and out of the cash lot is much easier than the credit card lot. The venue isn't too big but they have every thing you need. They have a large beer selection at both their bars. Also, if you get hungry, Station Side Food ( witch is attached to the venue) is pretty good. The Station Side Food area is also where the merchandise for the bands are sold and a great place to sit down if you need to.

Yelp
"I brought some old underwear to throw onstage at the Garth Brooks concert." -- The Big Bang Theory, Season 6, Episode 23 I love this concert venue for some many reasons, but mostly because they don't every over sell it. Sure it's small and intimate, but the acoustics are amazing and whether you are seeing a small bluegrass trio or a larger rock band, you still get the feel of being just you and the band - even if you are shoulder to shoulder with a stranger. Because a TW, everyone is there to enjoy the show. TW is part of the King Plow Arts Center complex and has a plethora of parking and is usually pretty cheap ($5) even when a big name band is playing. The venue itself is just a hop, skip and a jump from the lot and the ticket booth is a small window right next to the door. The process could not be easier (and yes, they scan tickets). Inside, is a large floor with some stools off to the sides, a couple of bars, nice bathrooms, and upstairs area (with a bar) with a balcony and a great vantage point for the stage. Ticket prices are always within a reasonable range that doesn't kill your wallet, which is a definite plus for me since I attend so many in a year. Drinks are strong and worth the price tag and this place is always spotless - this is the place to see your favorite group.

Yelp
I love this venue. Terminal West is part of King Plow Arts Center and smartly they turned the tiny parking lot (that had a lot of reserved spaces) into a two tiered parking deck that does not seem to fill up even when there's a sold out show. Parking couldn't be too much easier, and pleasantly so since it used to be a slightly nightmare-ish. It's true, even when TW is full (sold out St Lucia and Joywave, most recently for me,) you are not crowded or mushed in there. There are like 4 bars, which is fairly amazing for a venue this size. Two are on the main floor, one inside the side room/food area and one upstairs out on the outside patio. The venue is beautiful and clean. The bathroom - in my experience - has never had a line.. and it is also pretty clean. The cocktails are strong and they have a large selection of beers. The view is great from almost any spot on the floor. Surprisingly, the balcony is not a great spot unless you're on the railing. That's probably the only negative thing I can think of. If you're down to see a show, look at the ones coming up at Terminal West.. you will likely enjoy it!

Yelp
I really, really like this place. It's a great place to catch a concert. Terminal West is located at King Plow Arts Center. The place is on the smaller side allowing for a more intimate concert experience. You feel like you are in the middle of everything. Seating is pretty non-existent if you prefer to do that at shows. There are a few bar stools located along one of the walls and a few tables and bar stools on the small balcony. You'll have to get to the venue early if you want to snag one of those. They have a place to grab food (Stationside Grub) and plenty of places to grab a drink. The sound at this place is great. You can feel the bass in your bones. You don't really expect much in the way of bathrooms at concert venues. The bathrooms here are some of the cleanest around. And not too crowded since the place is on the smaller side. The best thing about this place is that the ticket prices are very, very reasonable. Most shows are less than $20. A steal when compared to concert tickets elsewhere.

Yelp
I like Terminal West a whole heck of a lot. The size is nice: intimate, not overwhelming. The sound was phenomenal. They've got a small balcony and a rad back patio along the train tracks. Also, three bars throughout the joint: impressive stuff. Drinks were strong, the bartenders were super friendly, and it was just a really nice, easy venue. Parking at King Plow can be a bit of a pain with all of the mysteriously reserved spots, but you shouldn't have any issues finding a spot across the street. This is a great addition to the live music/event scene in Atlanta, no doubt.

Yelp
This is hands down my favorite place to catch a show in Atlanta. Terminal West sits in the King Plow Arts Center on the Westside just down the tracks from the mixed use mecca of dining, shopping, and residential that is the Howell Mill Provisions District. Parking is delightfully simple, affordable, and quick on both entrance and exit. There is a deck for those with credit cards, and a cash lot beside the deck and back to the second level where attendants charge $5 per car and provide validated parking for the gates on the way out. The will call is literally next to the front door and is simply the easiest way to ticket here. Show some id, get a wristband, and in you go. Inside, the facility is spacious and inviting. There is a large main floor, center stage, and two bars in the back corners. The rear of the venue has bathrooms on the main that are astonishingly clean and well maintained for a venue hosting so many revelers. Upstairs, there is an outdoor bar overlooking the railroad tracks and a small balcony inside where you have a central view down on the concert goers and stage. There are some highback tables in the back of the venue depending on the show and stools along the wall in case you need to grab a seat. Acoustics here are wonderful compared to most larger venues. Adjacent to the concert hall is a full length, hardwood floor eatery known as Stationside. Never fear showing at doors open again, because you can grab a table and some delicious bites and drinks while you wait for any of the acts to start. Food is surprisingly good and worth the trip. Prices very reasonable too. Terminal West is simply a wonderful way to experience some of the best up and coming indie and alt acts when they come through Atlanta. Prices for shows are super reasonable ($20-$30) and even sell-outs have enough room to spread out and enjoy yourself. Outstanding addition to the Atlanta Arts scene!

Yelp
YES I declare! Victory for Atlanta! Terminal West is a really great venue- 5 stars I dare say. I went to Terminal West for a benefit concert so I didn't get an impression of the normal crowd but the venue itself was jam up. From what I can tell, they generally have DJ's and electronic music coming through here. The space is really modern and clean with a twist as there are pieces of the original train depot scattered throughout. The stage room is smallish allowing you to get up close and personal with your fave bands. There is additionally a balcony upstairs and space around back by the tracks. The staff is A+. All really nice, charming (not so bad looking) people who seem to love their jobs and like helping you have a good time. Terminal West is jumping on the canned beer phenomenon. They have a huge selection of unique beers in cans which I personally prefer so another job well done. There are three bars here and the bar tenders are speedy little men. If you get hungry, they serve complementary pretzels. Who doesn't love a free pretzel?! It took my friend and I a little while to actually find Terminal West. Its located right beside the Paul Mitchell School and doesn't stick out as a concert venue. There is a huge parking lot in front. Several of the spots have a reserved sign by them but I'm not sure if that applies at night. I've heard people say they felt like this was a sketch area, but I felt completely safe. I've already told basically everyone I know that if they are going to a show at Terminal West to invite me regardless of who the band is. Can't wait to get to another concert here.

Yelp
Great intimate location..wasn't too crowded. Only downside is that the drinks at the bar tasted watered down. Overall had a great time!
