If restaurants twinned with each other like cities and towns do, this place would be the Belgian twin with @highergroundmcr - an innovative, farm-to-table gastronomic restaurant located in the former studio of artist Fernand Khnopff, which emphasizes sustainable cuisine using local, seasonal produce.
I was welcomed and looked after superbly, and advised what would best to create a beautiful lunch. So relaxed and calming, this was a place for sharing with myself today.
Parthenais beef. Tataki style, black garlic, mustabal, gomasio
Tomato. Risotto, chanterelles, Parmesan, parsley
