Seriously, seriously good. The best meal we had on our Belgian holiday and we ate in a whole bunch of places.
I'll say this, that you probably have to like modern restaurants. The decor is cool and clean, the staff efficient rather than friendly, the plates are small-to-medium and designed to be shared, and will come out when the kitchen decides they're ready. Some people won't like this, that's fine. It works for me. And the food, my lord. This kitchen can cook. Crispy pork, beef shortrib, spelt risotto, mushroom pate(?), a carrot tart tatin which is one of the most delicious things I've ever eaten... Treat yourself. Worth it.
