TERO - The Experience by Chef Reif Othman

I’m honestly still thrilled by this experience. We came as a work group, not really knowing what to expect — and from the very first moment, everything was flawless. From the waiting area, where we sat surrounded by the chef’s beautiful collection, to the chef’s table itself, the entire journey felt thoughtful, immersive, and special. What truly stood out for me personally: I was the only one in the group who doesn’t eat seafood, and I didn’t even mention it. The chef and the team proactively noticed and seamlessly adapted the tasting to suit me — without making it awkward or breaking the flow. That level of attention and care is incredibly rare. The food was simply out of this world. Every course felt intentional, refined, and unforgettable. Special thanks to Chef Nino and Umli for the exceptional care, and to the wider team for making us feel genuinely looked after. One of those rare experiences that leaves you feeling like royalty. Highly, highly recommended.

Absolute WOW experience! From the warm welcome (where they already knew our names) till the very end, everything was excellent with handwritten menu as a memory from the chef himself! We loved it! The food was 12/10 and the service perfect. We loved sharing personal stories about the waiters and the personal touch they brought. The ambience was perfect and easy to have a conversation (if someone is concerned about noise levels). Everything was so well balanced and super super delicious! You can also watch the chefs prepare the food which was amazing! They change their menu every 3 months and we honestly can’t wait to be back!

10/10 - a really wonderful experience and a beautiful culinary journey through Asia. We got to try dishes from Indonesia, Philippines and Japan. It’s super interesting to see the Chefs prepare their dishes and what they mean to them. Will be back 100%!

I was speechless as a chef one of the best food experience I ever had in my life ! The food was outstanding a combination of flavours and textures with beautiful aromas . Very well executed, interesting food. The overall experience was great. Most of the dishes were pretty perfect and unexpected. One of the few negative things about the whole experience was only the chairs, for a fairly long meal they get a bit uncomfortable.

Unique experience in a very chill place and nice atmosphere to discover Chef’s universe. Feels like we are in his living room tasting his latest creations inspired by his trips. Also big crush on the desert with chocolate & gochugaru ❤️

Honestly I am a huge fan of Reif and I had super high expectations for this meal. Nothing was to the standard that I would have expected. The food was ok but unmemorable. The sushi was dry and some pieces had little to no taste. I couldn’t cut through the beef cheek. The uni custard and the stracciatella maitake where the only standouts. On either side of us other guests where photographing their food with LED lights which were on continuously. This removed whatever intimacy the dinner and location provided and the staff weren’t bothered by any of it. The chef wasn’t there to talk about the dishes or their inspiration which is part of what I would expect in a place like this. Instead he spent most of the evening chatting with just one of the guests. Truthfully at this price point you would expect a total experience and for every touchpoint to be perfect. There should be storytelling and intentionality. This was a complete disappointment. I regret taking my husband here for his bday.

What can I say? My most unforgettable natal day experience! Everything is topnotch!
