Terra Dining KL

Another local used ingredients and flavours fine dining restaurant in town. The overall dishes was pleasant and most of the Malaysian fusion combination taste does turned out to be alright. However, if you are looking for something with continuous wow factor I have yet to find in Klang Valley or even in Malaysia. Most of the points are given for their top-notch services.

Had such a great time at Terra Dining! Honestly, the food really surprised me in the best way. I love that they focus on local ingredients—stuff we don’t always think of as special, but they really made them shine! ✨ My favorite dishes were the heirloom tomato with tomato water (sounds simple, but it was so fresh and tasty) and the slipper lobster with assam laksa bisque—seriously to die for. The staff were super sweet and made everything easy, even helped out with our birthday cake. Would totally recommend checking this place out!

Finding the restaurant behind a nondescript wall in a block of casual restaurants felt like finding a hidden treasure. The staff were generous and seemed so excited to share about the food and drink we were being served. And they were right - it was exciting. Each plate was thoughtful from the use of local ingredients to the embracement of Malay influence of strong mixed flavours that developed into something greater than their parts. This was also true for dessert and the tea tasting drinks menu - don’t underestimate this, it was amazing. We found the company name on the Eftpos receipt was Farm to Fable - this sums up the food perfectly. It’s a little distance from where we were staying in Bukit Bintang but it was absolutely worth traveling for! Get a booking if you can and have a dinner to remember.

Came here without any expectations but turns out it was one of the best fine dine I’ve ever had! I’m not exaggerating, I’m not a “raw food” person, so dining at terra was perfect for me 🫰 I added the tea as our pairing instead of wine. The tea was everything. No regrets for paying extra for it. I truly enjoy my meal !

Food taste great but some were a bit too flavorful. Service was superb. Wine and non-alcoholic pairing was ok but a bit too much with so many courses. Will consider to go by glasses next time. May need bigger space if fine dine as quite noisy when have few bigger crowds there and talking.

My bday treat from husband, love every dish every explanation, make me feel so proud of being a Malaysian! Young chef with his skillful and soulful cooking skills, really impressive, the first dish already winner, white curry, really my top 1 I’d be back because of this !

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A big thank you to Valerie at Terra Dining! She was so kind and caring towards my mum — really thoughtful and attentive, making sure my mum felt comfortable the whole time. The food was amazing too — very special, unique, and something we don’t usually get outside. Truly a niche dining experience. Valerie’s warmth and the wonderful food made our visit unforgettable.

Tera Dining was definitely a unique experience, not your usual fine dining course. The food was delicious and well done. Service was great too, staff all very friendly and attentive. Only thing is, the place quite small, so if got big group inside, can be a bit noisy. But overall, really enjoyed the vibe and the whole dining experience!
