Me and my wife went in without a reservation but managed to get a seat at the bar and it was well worth it. The hot honey pizza and gnocchi were amazing! The bartender was nice and the space was beautiful. Definitely a place to eat again!

Google
We went for brunch and were disappointed. Every member of my party complained that the food was too spicy. Things we ordered: breakfast sandwich, breakfast sandwich minus jalapeños, eggs Benedict, hair of the dog and burrito. We mentioned this to our server and he said he gets that complaint a lot. 🌶️

Ordered a small and large salad and this is how they came. $20 for the small. Literally looked at it and asked myself if it was a joke or a side salad?? When I eat there in person, it’s much larger portions and I usually fill about half of a cardboard box up to take home. The salad itself is always tasty but was heavily disappointed in how much we paid to receive SO little. Would never order takeout here again.

Google
Great place! They will validate parking at the lot next door. Highly recommend the chocolate torte - the perfect amount of sweet and savory. Pairs amazing with their version of an old fashioned. Scallops is paired with seasoned popcorn, which was surprisingly a perfect compliment to the meal!

Google
The pizza was so delicious! Service was excellent and were not too overbearing. Only weird thing was the music on the patio. The volume was nice but they were playing Kidz Bop..? It was 6:30 on a Friday night so it was a bit surprising to hear the music choice. We will be back! This is the summer pizza and the mushroom pizza.

I love the ambiance and the fresh pizzas from Terra but the last couple times I’ve been, I’ve been disappointed. I got a Caesar salad that as served with tasteless cold chicken, But this focaccia appetizer was the last straw for me. Flavorless cardboard bread with butter at the bottom of the plate and Parmesan just tossed on top.

Google
First time having dinner @ Terra! Excellent all around. Fabulous dinner, service, and attention to detail!! From the custom menu to two wonderful appetizers- roasted carrots & mussels (see the picture of the menu) Three of us had: Rigatoni Bolognese, Braised Cider Short Ribs, and Seared Scallops!! Outstanding. Even the coffee and dessert! This is another gem in Grand Rapids!!

Loved the atmosphere and the food! Was cool to see the chefs working in the visible kitchen. Shoutout to Jeremy! Food was amazing and loved watching him cook.

Yelp
What an absolute hit. From the seating to the atmosphere to the service and the food. Fortunate to come here with a few friends and we were celebrating so tried a bunch of menu options and saved some for leftovers. Everything we tried was honestly excellent. As expected, anything with bread in the meal was incredible. We have had Terra bagels before so that makes sense. The only thing I wouldn't order again was the dessert. Cake was a bit dry when we were hoping for a more sticky toffee pudding vibe. Or would go for the chocolate torte. Very reasonably priced and was basically a full house when we walked in for a Tuesday dinner time. Had no wait time though and service was quick. Special mention for the pâté. So so good.

Yelp
I have been to Terra a lot of times, but not once sat at the bar. To be honest, I never even noticed the bar. I brought my husband here for the first time and we bellied up to the bar and had a great experience. I ordered the hot honey pepperoni pizza, gluten free and it was so good. I asked the bar tender how the gf crust was, he said it's one of the best he has ever had, I agree! It was so good!! My husband had the house hamburger with the Cesar, kale salad and loved both!! The cocktails were tasty and I loved the Pony Show red blend wine. I can't wait to go back!!

Yelp
Terra has been such a staple in GR for many years that I sometimes forget that it's there (especially since I don't venture into Eastown very often). However, my friends and I went recently for brunch and really enjoyed it! There's a lot of metered street parking but there is also a parking lot next door that you can get validated (who doesn't love free parking?!) if you dine in. My friend and I split the breakfast pizza and it was more than plenty for us to share plus take home for leftovers! It's a lovely woodfire pizza with eggs, sausage, potatoes and a lovely little drizzle sauce. Perfect brunch, with plenty to go around and share! I definitely enjoyed my experience and feel like I need to go back and try their dinner menu again soon. It's been so long that I'm not sure if they've changed their menu and would love to check it out.

Yelp
Mmmm Terra GR is one of those local favorites that I always recommend to visitors and newcomers to GR. They are always reliable for a fresh and satisfying meal. You can never grow tired of Terra as they update their menus from season to season as well. This last time I visited, my friend and I started out with the focaccia and whipped feta. Soo good! The focaccia was fluffy and the feta/olives/olive oil mixture was a perfect addition on top of the bread. We then moved on to our pasta dishes - the rigatoni bolognese and the pesto spaghetti. These dishes had the perfect amount of seasoning and weren't too salty. We both had leftover pasta to bring home as well. For drinks, I tried out the beet margarita and loved it! Was a nice tease of summer in a glass.

Yelp
Terra hits the spot every-time, their brunch menu is small but very curated, the service always hits the mark and the ambiance is charming. The restaurant boasts a pizza oven, an open kitchen concept. I would like to see more of a rotating brunch menu and the drink prices did not do it for me, $9 for a 4 ounce mimosa seemed a bit steep for me. I also didn't enjoy the beat margarita, but the server was very attentive to it and insisted I order something different. The service was amazing, the extra care for a birthday menu, and dessert was unmatched. And good lord, I dream about the hair of the dog dish. 3.5/5 stars strictly due to pricing.

Audrey W.

Yelp
Quite literally the best filet I've had in my life. Everything we ordered was cooked perfectly, the mocktails were lovely, and our waitress was attentive and kind. Loved dining here, will absolutely come back next time I'm in GR. Dining room is well spaced and fairly quiet, was great for family dinner.

Kerry F.

Yelp
We had a gift card and decided to try out brunch. There was no wait on a Saturday afternoon and we were seated quickly at the bar. I ordered a beermosa and my husband ordered something gingery (his was better) for food we opted to try the biscuits and gravy with an egg added and he got the salmon Benedict. They were quicker made and served up. The biscuits were the star. The gravy was delicious and creamy! The salmon was also good but a little dry. After my meal, I had a second drink the Terra garden, which if you like a savory cocktail is absolutely perfect!

Yelp
Terra is an absolute gem, and I can't sing its praises enough! The food is a delightful symphony of flavors, and the ambiance? Simply breathtaking. This place is a visual feast; it's just so pretty! One of the standout features for me is their happy hour - it's a taste bud party! The dishes are not just delicious but also thoughtfully crafted. From the first bite to the last, every morsel is a journey of taste. And guess what? They've got a parking lot in the back, and they'll validate your ticket. I've had the pleasure of visiting Terra for both brunch and happy hour, and personally, I believe happy hour is the star of the show. It's like a gourmet adventure at a steal. The service here is top-notch too - the staff is friendly, attentive, and adds to the overall wonderful experience. Terra is a place where culinary artistry meets unparalleled ambiance, and it's an absolute must-visit. Whether you're going for brunch or, like me, falling in love with their happy hour, you're in for an unforgettable treat! Get their pizza :) hot honey pepperoni has a little sweet and spicy kick that is sublime

Yelp
Randomly stopped in for breakfast, and glad I did. The meals were substantial. The mushroom omelette was large and full of mushrooms. The breakfast burrito was a tasty filling of eggs, pulled pork, jalapenos and black bean paste. It was nice that the burrito was toasted. The best part of the meal was the hot sauce they make inhouse. It was a great complement to the burrito. The potatoes that came with each looked better than they tasted. They were a rusty red; assuming they were tossed in paprika, which sounds like it should be good, but they were just meh.

Yelp
Delicious food and great service! Highly recommend the Brussels Sprouts Appetizer. Nice selection of drinks, both with and without alcohol.

Cory D.

Yelp
Sick vibes, chill music, nice patio... food is top notch and service was impeccable. You can tell they care! The open kitchen, dinner and a show!

Nichole K.

Yelp
Terra is one of the best dinner spots in GR. They hit the mark in all the ways... Ambiance. It's got the perfect sized space that's thoughtfully decorated, cozy and welcoming. They take reservations. YES!! They offer a kids menu - which isn't just your typical fries and tenders. Their food/menu is STELLAR. They have such fresh dish ideas and perfect execute on them. They are also plentiful... not dainty dishes like in a good handle of other spots that hit the same price point as their menu. Sure, the main dish might be $30, but at least you can box up half of it and leave feeling full versus other spots where you pay that amount and when you get home immediately eat a bag of pretzels. Customer service is out of control wonderful. On this last go around our kids wanted some cheesy bread which is not on the menu. They accommodated - they make brick oven pizzas and I'm sure wants difficult for them... but the fact they said 'yes' to a special requisition... you've got our hearts! They also offer a true happy hour menu with great discounts on apps and drinks. Not many places do that anymore. Also, a note on parking... the ramp to the east of the building... Terra will validate!

Yelp
This place was a good place to check out for a night in Grand Rapids. I was taken here by a friend who considers this her go to place, and I could easily see the appeal. Terra's ambiance feels fresh and modern. The service was very friendly and timely. We stayed chatting and catching up for quite awhile, and our server was friendly and consistently checked in without feeling like he was hovering. The food was a pretty solid hit for me. We shared the focaccia which was pretty good, and I ordered the margarherita pizza. It was all pretty delicious, and we ordered dessert too. If you're looking for something in particular for dessert, they might not have what you'd like. All their desserts were ones I would necessaily expect as part of standard fare and were more creative/unique than the average restaurant. They definitely tasted good and had been made in-house, but I'm not sure it was exactly what I was craving. This place was a great restaurant for my friend and I to catch up, enjoy some good friend, and a good environment. Will definitely check this place out again when I'm in the area.

Yelp
Terra has been a go-to spot for me for years. The menu is not necessarily super innovative or unique, but they do certain things really well and I've stopped by several times in the past few months. The kale Caesar salad used to be my favorite at Terra. I've since found a better version of this salad elsewhere, but usually Nate and I will still order a small one to split. Their wood-fired pizzas are really yummy and I just had the brunch pizza again for the first time in ages. It was tasty but I didn't love the super thick cut bacon as it was a bit fatty. Service is usually great at Terra, and they'll write your name on the menu if you're celebrating a special occasion. Definitely make a reservation for dinner at Terra, as they do fill up quickly and there's not a ton of space to wait inside. Terra offers gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options. It's also cool that they use local farms and suppliers. Note that they don't have a fryer, so you won't be able to get fries with your burger or sandwich. Pastas and desserts are usually well done at Terra. There is validated parking available in the structure next door and there are a few street spots right outside. Last time I was there I had to park a few blocks away, but there's residential street parking nearby.

Yelp
My wife and I first went to Terra for an anniversary dinner back when it first opened. We've been here a few more times, but always love their creative menu, sourced locally as much as possible. The ambiance is friendly and warm and, with one look at the menu, you know you're in for something special. I visited for a New Year's Day brunch and splurged on the "Hair of the Dog" bowl, which was delicious! Biscuits and gravy is one of my favorite breakfast guilty pleasures, so I was thrilled with their take on it! So delicious! If you're looking for farm-to-table, creatively crafted food, grab a seat or table and enjoy.

C N.

Yelp
Great service. Great food. Would definitely recommend and we only had breakfast. Looking forward to our next visit.

Kurt G.

Yelp
Went to the Sunday Brunch, to try something new. Inside, the feel was warm and cozy, but we sat outside, since it was a nice day. The menu is small, and they were out of their smoke Salmon, so I settled on the Breakfast Burger which did not disappoint. Loved the potatoes, and the spicy kick of the thick Burger. My Wife enjoy the Burrito. Service was a bit slow. But over all a nice experience.

Zoraida V.

Yelp
Ambience was very nice. It compensate for the average pizza and the red sangria with cinnamon which was unbearable. I ended up asking for a coke version soda they have to clean my pallet.

Karen H.

Yelp
If you're reading this and they have shishito peppers on the menu (with bacon and corn), get those! Amazing textures. Drool-worthy. The beet lemonade is also very good and unique. Pass on the chicken with bean-filled pupusa. We ordered too much food so we took a bite of the chicken and then boxed it up. Ended up throwing it away later because it never sounded better than the other things in our fridge. I love the farm to table idea and realize that you're going to pay more for that. Terra's staff is wonderful and makes you feel special. It is a cute place. But the food here just isn't flavorful enough for the price. It isn't bad, but it isn't great. We got a lemonade, an app, a charcuterie board, and a chicken dish for $90. That's not awful, but there are a lot of other places I would pick before Terra for that price and amount of food. The shishito peppers stood out because they had big, savory chunks of bacon, bits of char, and a nice texture, but other than that, nothing really stood out.

Yelp
Chapter One: The Quest Begins Once upon a time, in a city known for its culinary excellence, there stood a restaurant named Terra. Their mission? To bring authenticity to the table like a knight brings a dragon to its knees. They sourced their ingredients with more thought than a philosopher pondering the meaning of life. Seasonal, sustainable, all from local farms and purveyors. It was like they had a GPS for goodness. Chapter Two: The Arrival As I entered Terra, I felt like a gluten-free gladiator stepping into the Colosseum. The aroma of fresh ingredients wafted through the air, creating an atmosphere that was as inviting as a grandma's kitchen during Thanksgiving. Only here, instead of grandma, there were professional chefs crafting edible masterpieces. Chapter Three: The Discovery That's when it happened. Like finding a unicorn in the wild, I discovered it - the best gluten-free pizza I've ever had. Now, I've had more gluten-free pizzas than a hipster has vinyl records, but this...this was something else. It was like Terra had managed to capture the essence of Italy, sprinkle it with a dash of magic, and serve it on a plate. Chapter Four: The First Bite The moment of truth arrived. With a heart full of hope and a stomach full of anticipation, I took my first bite. And let me tell you, it was like Mardi Gras in my mouth. The crust was crispier than autumn leaves underfoot, the toppings fresh and flavorful as a summer garden. It was a symphony of taste, each note perfectly harmonized to create a melody that danced on my tongue. Chapter Five: The Aftermath As I polished off the last slice, I sat back, a satisfied grin on my face. Terra had not just served me a pizza; they had served me an experience, a story. An epic tale of flavors and textures that had me as hooked as a cliffhanger season finale. Epilogue So, folks, if you're on a quest for the best gluten-free pizza, look no further than Terra. They don't just cook food; they craft passion-driven experiences, all while providing genuine hospitality that would put your favorite aunt to shame. It's farm to table, sure. But more than that, it's heart to heart. And stomach to satisfied stomach

Arianna K.

Yelp
I always have an amazing time at Terra and have taken so many people here for dinner. I've had a great experience every time! It's family friendly, but also perfect for a romantic date night. Their menu is beautifully balanced with something to enjoy for everyone. The cocktails and desserts are also wonderful and i enjoy myself every single time I come! Definitely recommend!!

Kylie C.

Yelp
I've been to Terra twice now about 3 years apart, both times at happy hour. Both times the experience has been positive. Produce was fresh, service was great. I love their Kale Caesar salad - it's better with the salmon rather than chicken or plain. You can get at least 2-3 meals out of the large. The focaccia bread was the perfect blend of crunchy and soft; the olive tapenade was delish on top of the pesto (which was almost mousse-y in texture). That last time I went I had tried the pizza - all I remember is that I gave the flavor a 3/5 (crust included). For dessert (birthday!) I tried the tiramisu. For being Italian, this is a dessert I've rarely eaten. But I have to save this was really good! It was moist without being soggy, and the flavor was not overpowering or overwhelming - it was just right/nice and smooth. And the vanilla sauce was a perfect addition. The strawberry rhubarb crumble was very refreshing and a nice blend of sweet & tangy. One of these days I'm going to have to try an actual entrée.

Sumita B.

Yelp
Cool place for brunch!! Service is top notch and everyone is so friendly. Definitely unique menu items like breakfast pizza. Place gets packed so arrive early :) will definitely want to come back to try lunch and dinner menus Love their tea and personal tea pots

P. H.

Yelp
This is one of the best gluten-free pizzas I've ever had. A delicious, crispy pan pizza - absolutely amazing. Other meals we've had there have been great too (salmon, salads), but others have missed the mark. And we had one really weird experience: A regular pizza my friend got for takeout was totally bland and everyone agreed tasted like nothing, whereas the GF one was delicious. And the crazy part was that there were pieces of wood stuck to the bottom! Like part of the oven or pizza paddle had broken off and gotten stuck to the pizza! She literally bit into pieced of wood! We sent a message to the restaurant via their website to try to get the pizza taken off our bill, but never heard back.

Emma T.

Yelp
Came back again!! This is my go to place when I've got visitors in town. Their menu is versatile and their cocktails are super fun. During the week I never struggle to get a table. The service is always fantastic. I'm well on my way to being a regular!

Andrew B.

Yelp
Took our family there for our daughters bday. We had reservations and were sat immediately. Giving it 2 stars due to the level of service...server was dismissive and rarely was around to check on our food, fill water, coffee and drinks. Food quality was okay, but not something that would make us want to go back. Cool space, but lacks all the level of service. Was hopeful to find a great place in Eastown.

Stella W.

Yelp
Excellent! The mushroom pizza is to die for! The crust is so good, not soggy and it also hold up the amount of stuff on top! Idk how they could make the crust not soggy considering kale and mushroom are the main toppings here! The kale also gives it a nice crunch while mushroom gives the fragrant! Yummy! Our server also made really good recommendations on the wine! He's so knowledgeable on the wine they sell! A rarity unless you go somewhere with a somm. :)

Steve B.

Yelp
Terra is one of those places where the atmosphere is nice/adequate/warm/inviting. But the food is bursting with flavor and appealing to the eye. Reasonable prices (about $20-30). We ordered appetizers and they were a little underwhelming for the price. For example, the scallops app only had three little scallops and the cheese dip came with potato chips for dipping. (Hence the 4 stars). Service was excellent. Kourtney was our server and was super nice, memorized all our orders without writing them down, and kept our drink orders coming (and we were a large group). Kourtney was awesome! Actual meal was amazing. Great display and great taste! Probably will go back. Just May skip the appetizer course.

Nicolas D.

Yelp
A surprising good restaurant! Sat outside because inside was pretty loud. I had a pizza and cheesecake. Both were outstanding. The server was knowledgeable about the menu and helpful in ordering. I'll go back.

Ann A.

Yelp
Overall, a great place. Their mushroom pizza is a must try. I visited multiple times just because I was craving this in particular! The service is great as well. The area around the business can get busy and I always found parking complicated, hopefully it has gotten more clear over the last few months.

Austin G.

Yelp
I had high hopes for Terra GR in Eastown. It's my parent's favorite restaurant and Yelp reviews give it a 4.5 star rating. However, when my family dined here in August 2021, it wasn't a good experience. Here's where they shined and where they didn't: 1) Space: It's a beautiful restaurant inside a newer building. It's spacious with two bars, a large dining room and a small outdoor patio. The decorations are rustic classy, creating an inviting experience. 2) Kids menu: They made it a good experience for our four-year-old. They gave her a menu with a picture to color in using the crayons given her. The kids menu included pasta, pizza, burgers and grilled cheese. She LOVED the mac and cheese. 3) Price: For Grand Rapids, they may come across steep, but it's not bad. We ordered three meals and two cocktails and the bill was just over $60. Compared to other cities in the country, the prices aren't so bad. 4) Sourcing: They proudly list the local farmers they support. 5) Drinks: They have a good drink menu that includes cocktails, beer, hard cider and other drinks. My wife's old fashioned was more sweet than she prefers, but not bad. My red sangria was less sweet than I prefer, but it was good too. Where we left wanting more was in: 1) Food: My wife and I ordered the chicken lettuce wraps and the Michigan mac and cheese. Both weren't good. Despite having jalapenos in the mac and cheese, it had NO flavor. It literally tasted like plain pasta with oddly large lumps of chicken. The lettuce wraps had some flavor, but the chicken to lettuce ratio was way OFF. It literally looked and tasted like a frat house made poor quality chicken in a crockpot and then three it onto lettuce. It was so bad. Both dishes were poorly made. 2) Service: Despite having reservations, we had to wait awhile for someone to acknowledge we were in the restaurant. During the pandemic, staff is short, but the restaurant was almost empty. Additionally, our server was not friendly, passive aggressive and not helpful. If you're visiting Grand Rapids and want quality food, skip Terra GR and head to MDRD, Little Bird or the Green Well.

Yelp
Stopped in here a few weeks ago with my husband for brunch. We didn't have a reservation but were able to seat ourselves at the bar since there was space. We each had a Bloody Mary to drink, and each ordered one entree. My husband got the Breakfast Pizza: bacon. fennel sausage. potatoes. scrambled egg. kale. hand-pulled mozzarella. tomato sauce. sarvecchio. brown butter hollandaise. cracked black pepper ^The Breakfast Pizza was BOMB. No topping overpowered the other. Everything was seasoned great and we really enjoyed it! We saved a few pieces so that he could snack on it later while watching football. I got the special of the day, which was some sort of Pot Pie. The flavor was okay. It wasn't nearly as tasty as the breakfast pizza, and I think they may have used too many carrots - the pot pie sauce was pretty sweet instead of being savory. Chicken didn't taste very seasoned at all. When this placed used to be Trillium (WAY back in the day), their food was consistent and was always so good! Terra has always been really hit or miss with us; sometimes we really like what we order, other times it's sub par. Service was fine - our waitress was helpful and attentive. :)

Yelp
My co-workers have been bringing in Terra Bagels forever and I just stumbled upon this last weekend while we were exploring the city. All around it's got a cool vibe, nice outdoor patio, and solid food. We had a salad, pizza, and the donut of the day. We went the margarita pizza which was good, I just would have liked a little more cheese and sauce personally. Also the crust is good but a bit more airy and light that I prefer. The salad was well done. The donut of the day was a play on a cannoli, so not really what we were expecting, but very tasty. Overall, I could tell it was high quality, but I wanna give it another try and see if we can get to five stars.

Sarah S.

Yelp
My husband and I enjoyed a date night here and really enjoyed the food. We love a charcuterie plate, and Terra's did not disappoint. Came with some local honey that was awesome along with golden raisins and an olive tapenade. I've been craving their wood fire pizza and ordered one with arugula, prosciutto, and fresh mozz. Sooo good. The crusty is crisp on the outside with a nice chew. One of the few places in GR with a great artisanal pizza. The kale Caesar salad was tasty just a bit too much of the crouton crumbs on top. The cocktails were delicious. Service was great. At first we were seated in the corner table up against the wall and kitchen. We asked if we could be closer to the window and in a more open space. The hostess was accommodating.

Kira F.

Yelp
I again have nothing to say except good things about Terra. I love the ambiance of this restaurant, it's always bustling but in a good way. Service is always timely and I have never had to wait a long time to be seated, get food, or drinks. The staff is super friendly and polite every time I've been there. Now to the best part; the food. I ordered the seared salmon with the virgin beet margarita and both were amazing. The salmon had a crispy skin and the grain and vegetable mix was super fresh and light. If you're looking to eat on the healthier side I would definitely recommend this dish. The virgin beet margarita was so good but if you don't like tart things I would definitely steer clear. I love all of Terra's mock-tails on their drink menu. Overall another great experience and I'll always be coming back!

Reyna J.

Yelp
food was ok - ordered the mushroom pizza and my friend ordered margarita pizza - it was rather dry but they did not offer any sauces to compliment the pizza felt a little rushed to finish our food - but the drinks were good! very busy vibe

Tyler W.

Yelp
If you go once you'll definitely go twice love this place recommend going here for a good meal!

Heidi C.

Yelp
The food is amazing. The ambience is lovely, I just wish the wait staff was more friendly. The hostess has a very cold attitude and does not smile at all. The waiter is efficient and attentive but speaks so low you can't hear him at all, but he is friendly. I do love the pizza and the cocktails are great!

Andrea Z.

Yelp
Yummy pizza, creative salads & a well executed menu. Drink menu always has something fun. Try the beet margarita and the kale salad with protein of your choice. Yes, even if you don't prefer kale this salad may change you!

Mj J.

Yelp
During our most recent trip to GR, we decided to have dinner at Terra GR. It came highly recommended. It's a cute little spot. We decided to order the meat and cheese plate and split a pasta dish. The craft cocktails were delicious and we were both pleasantly pleased with our entree. Make sure to call ahead for a reservation as this place gets pretty busy.

Caroline B.

Yelp
Probably the best pizza I have ever eaten. My fiancé and I went around 5 o'clock on a Monday. No wait to be seated. Ordered goat cheese and mushroom pizza, kale Caesar salad with chicken. I had a beet margarita with jalapeño tequila, he had NA beer. It was amazing. We live in metro Detroit and I would probably drive back to GR just for this food. It was soooooooooo good.

Elizabeth S.

Yelp
Always consistently great! Service that makes you smile. Good brunch vibe Those pizzas!!!

Olivia V.

Yelp
Terra is a must go to in Grand Rapids / I believe their pizzas are one of the best in town along with their kale Caesar salad - even if you don't like Caesar try it!! Their brunch is pretty great and allows for a fun way to start your day.

Joy A.

Yelp
Service was terrific. I got the mushroom pizza which was a huge portion-enough for 2. Delicious. Ate outside & it was perfect.

Brianna F.

Yelp
Our friends live right above Terra & were able to make a reservation and bring us here! One of the perks of visiting Terra was walking down the steps inside their apartment building & walking into this hip & super vibey restaurant. We were seated at a table just in front of the kitchen, which was amazing. We got to see all the cooks working on our food while enjoying drinks and conversation. Our waiter Thomas was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and was able to describe any of the entrees with expertise & lots of great adjectives that really just made you want to order 1 of everything. Several guests at our table ordered the Terra 75 to start off- their version of the French 75. It was a perfectly crafted cocktail. We also started off with the caramelized onion dip & the kale Caesar salad, both were mouth watering and a great look into what our entrees would be like. I went with the smoked porchetta for my meal. After listening to Thomas describe it, I just knew I had to have it. Pork belly, rolled and roasted in an oven then sliced and crispy on the outside. Served with an amazing mole sauce & fresh veggies. The mole sauce was the icing that held everything together. The flavors in this dish were amazing & sadly I could never recreate this at home to this perfection. I just about licked the plate clean at the end. The other guests at my table had entrees such as the margarita pizza, beef stroganoff, and bolognese. Everyone loved their entrees & we can't wait to visit again!

Yelp
Terra has been around for a while, and it used to be a staple of our date night restaurants. However in my 3 recent visits, things have declined almost every time. #1 the menu is boring, most entrees just aren't appealing. Although the pizza is good, there are numerous places (in the area) that have a better pie. #2 Although I am very sympathetic towards staffing issues, the service is pathetic. What has been frustrating is there is plenty of staff, they just appear to be aimlessly doing nothing as we sit for 45+ minutes for a drink and pizza #3 if you are going to advertise higher class cocktails on your menu, either make sure they actually taste good, or the bartender is qualified to make it. My wife and I both tried the beet margarita. It was horrendous, literally tasted like someone was just filling my mouth with lemon juice (not even lime). Until this place is whipped back into shape, I wouldn't waste my hard earned money there.

Yelp
Terra is a gem of GR, located right in Easttown, with lots to eat and drink. Great service, sometimes pretty slow because the place is busy. A lovely place for a dinner date. I've known Terra for their pizzas, but after trying their Seared Steak and Seared Salmon, AND their mussel pita starter(?), which I cannot forget. I can't wait to go back!!! Curious to try their brunch menu as well. Street parking is available, but there is a spot to park in a minute of walking distance.

Yelp
Had a nice brunch with a girlfriend of mine and really enjoyed the outdoor seating in their patio area. The food was tasty but my only complaint was that the French toast portion was pretty small- I left still feeling pretty hungry after (the photo attached is the entire serving). However, my friend ordered a pizza and had enough to take home with her. Great and walkable location! I'd come back again and try another selection from the menu.
