I’ve been there but one time and that one time I was given the entire experience. My friend and I decided to sit at the bar. The bartender was very knowledgeable when not only it came to drinks but, when it came to food too. Kelly, our bartender was a very kind very helpful person who I feel genuinely cared about our experience. The food, ridiculously amazing and affordable. The atmosphere, pleasant and where I see an opportunity for a hot date there, you can also settle business arrangements there. I’m looking forward to being there again. 5/5 10/10 100% RedRock and stations continues to live up to their name with this restaurant keep it up.

I've been here twice in the past couple of months and both times were wonderful. The service is professional, knowledgeable, skilled, and friendly. The atmosphere is sophisticated, sleek, and comfortable. And the food is terrific. Everything is so good, from the bread & exquisite nibbles that come to your table, to the entrees, to the sides (I can hardly wait to have that creamy polenta again!), to the desserts...I strongly recommend Terra Rossa! Edit: I just noticed that many of these reviews are from years ago. They closed and reopened just recently. When you read the reviews, be sure you're reading about the current Terra Rossa. Seems unfair that their ranking includes the old reviews.

Google
Service was very good, unfortunately the food was not. Started with cold soup and then went to warm lasagna. Over cooked fish and heavenly breaded and undercooked veal parmigiana. Salads were good but heavily peppered. Over cooked fish and veal were taken off the bill but we didn’t go there for free food. Don’t open if you aren’t ready to serve decent food.

I was told by the Red Rock Reservations today that Terra Rossa is no longer in business? (This is the ONLY reason for the previous one star. Nothing bad to reflect on Red Rock OR either of these restaurants.) Can someone confirm this? It was a great place and we enjoyed the staff as much as the food! Sad if this is true. Received a message from the new restaurant (Osteria Fiorella) and we will be eating there next week! Excited for sure. I will post another review for the new place as soon as we have our experience. Friends tell us its awesome! We love the Red Rock. Even though we live here in Vegas, we love staying at the Red Rock and enjoying all the amenities there.

We went on consecutive nights. The first dinner was good enough to go back the next night. That was a mistake. The server failed to realize there were two guests at the table. He was more interested in hearing himself talk than taking our order, or offering a second drink. My wife got his full attention.

We would give it 10 stars if that was an option. Our server, Adelle was friendly and very knowledgable on the menu. Beautiful ambiance and dinner was fantastic. It was our Anniversary and we made a great choice coming to Terra Rossa.

Google
Overall, the food was good. Nothing spectacular with generally attentive service, but not entirely aware. Had to get up to ensure a request was followed. Otherwise, there is a delicious selection of wine and overall originality of food.

Google
Stopped in for a pizza last night, must give kudos to this kitchen, it’s not an easy task to get pizza Dough right at 4000’ elevation, these guys hit bullseye. The salads and vegetable sides were superb, totally reminds me of eating in Italy. The whole family loved it!

Yelp
I cannot say enough about this restaurant! The BEST servers staff, whatever! Professionalism from start to finish with a warm friendly touch of "we care"! Dahn is my favorite server! Excellent and professional with a warm heart!! I will be writing corporate to reinforce how well this restaurant runs! Ryan is tops! Must try!!! Food is awesome!!! Very accommodating! Love love love this place!

Yelp
My friend and I celebrated our joint birthday dinner at Osteria Fiorella, and it was an incredible experience. Saul, our server, provided excellent recommendations and demonstrated great knowledge of the menu. Thanks to his guidance, we enjoyed a perfectly curated meal for our celebratory evening. Sampling several wines before choosing the perfect bottle added an extra special touch. The food and desserts were absolutely delicious, and we couldn't have been more delighted. I can't wait to return! A huge thank you to Brittney and Saul for making the night so special and memorable. Must try: The Brussells sprouts!

Yelp
This was my third visit to Osteria Fiorella, as my previous experiences had been fantastic. Unfortunately, this time was quite different and disappointing. The most frustrating aspect was being offered bread while waiting for our order, only to later find that we were charged for it. This felt misleading and left a negative impression. I ordered the Rigatoni pasta with meat, but the portion of meat was scarce, barely noticeable. My husband's lasagna had only a small amount of meat--perhaps a teaspoon--while the rest of the dish consisted mainly of pasta sheets. Given the prices, the quality of the food did not align with expectations.

Yelp
I went the Durango Casino location We were celebrating a birthday, we asked for a table by the end of the restaurant and were told it was reserved, none ever arrive to that table, the restaurant was empty, we were the only people in the restaurant, we were seated by the door, with I wasn't happy about it. The food was good was very good. The service was good except for the issue with the table.

Yelp
As most reviews mention, price up and quality down :-( Skip the apps and just enjoy the main pasta. Tbh I recommend just driving down the road to Al Solito Posito * Bread and olive oil (4/5) - burnt crust but nice fluffy interior. Noticed other tables also had burnt crust, so maybe it's just bad day * Melon prosciutto (3/5) - strange combo that didn't go well together. Plus you have to arrange it yourself * Corn Agnolotti (4/5) - sweet * Saffron Pappardelle (4/5)

Yelp
Begun as a pop-up, but officially announced as a permanent fixture with signage shortly after, Osteria Fiorella takes its name from Vetri's Pasta Bar back in the City of Brotherly Love, and although none will mistake the immense dining room with tiled kitchen plus patio as part of South Philly's Italian Market the 1970's soundtrack and warm service is nonetheless welcoming to all. Dividing the decisions into six sections, all priced approximately 25-40% less than those at Vetri Cucina, $6 Bread began the evening alongside Olive Oil though those in the know will instead focus on sopping up Sauces such as the stewed Tomatoes beneath Sal's tender Veal, Pork and Beef Meatballs. Honoring old-school Italians across the menu, Fiorella a former Sausage shop owner and Sal Marc's father, Pasta-making follows time honored tradition with an eye toward modernity, ribbons of Pappardelle peerless amidst Beef and Marrow while seasonal Squash dazzles at the center of dipable Caramelle. Never overlooking Vetri's legendary Gnocchi, so light they might float off the plate were it not for Sauce and Cheese, "Salad" consisted of Prosciutto and Figs served adjacent a Wood-Oven Pizza topped with imported Mortadella plus vibrant Pesto. Adding on honeyed Carrots and $68 Veal Chop Parm that can easily feed two with its golden-crisp Meat, top-tier Cheese and bright Tomatoes it is from Pastry Chef Ashley Costa that Desserts shine bright whether one selects a creamy Custard Bonet, Candy Bar Cake, Fruit Tart or faultless Baba with Apples and Gelato.

Yelp
I've been here on a few occasions, but I would say the best experience is when you get a chance to sit in the outdoor section of this restaurant when there's good weather. It makes you kind of forget you're in Vegas instead of just any regular fancy restaurant. I also feel like it's a bit more spacious outside as well. The food and service was excellent as they were able to recommend food and drinks as well as check on us enough where it doesn't seem like a bother. I've eaten their pasta and pizza here and they're both pretty good. I think it's more about what you're feeling. My easy go to is always their Clam Linguine, but on this occasion we wanted to try the Cacio e Pepe. So why not get both? Win win situation I'd say. They're both slightly different flavors which make's it fun to bounce between the two but I'd say the Linguine Clam is the winner. They also recommended a really good tequila that I've never heard of which was Fortaleza Blanco which I'd say is worth a try as well.

Yelp
You can tell this is one of my favorite restaurants by the number of checkins I have. I came here last Wednesday for dinner. I noticed that their menu had some changes. They rarely do a complete redo, but instead, change out one or two of the mains with something new. One thing I really like is that you can order from the Happy Hour menu anywhere you sit in the restaurant. For a solo diner, this is great! The price is downsized and the portion is also. This is fine with me. Some dishes that I'd never order for myself, I can now order for starters because the amount of food is less. The drink prices are of no interest to me. Immediately after being seated, I was asked about water/drinks and then I was brought a basket of bread and a bowl with olive oil and balsamic. For a starter, I got the red pepper bruschetta. Bread topped with mascarpone, balsamic, and roasted red peppers and I was off to a great start. I have had their pappardelle there but there was a new version, saffron pappardelle with the saffron rolled into the dough. It was coated with beeef shank ragu and bone marrow soffritto. The saffron in the pappardelle gave the pasta a unique flavor. For dessert, something new was added. They have bamboloni and I had to give it a try. They were served with lemon curd and blueberry conserva. What a good ending to this meal. Service here is always top notch and this was no exception. Dan was attentive and answered questions I had. My iced tea was replaced with a fresh one without asking. It's just the way they do things. Another visit will be coming soon as the summer corn agnolotti is back on the menu. This is a favorite of mine.

Yelp
A great spot to enjoy great food, wine and cocktails. The staff and service is excellent! Brittany is always warm and welcoming! If you like bourbon they have bottle of Pappy Van Winkle 23 year old at the bar!

Yelp
Went out to Red Rock Casino and decided to get dinner on a Saturday night. It was at round 6 pm and they were able to seat us right away. The decor is lovely and intimate without being intimidating. The host, server, and server assistant were all wonderfully knowledgeable and helpful. They knew the menu, described how the dishes were made, and the ingredients involved. The chairs had handles in them which made it very easy to pull out or push in. I just love that detail. They have real menus here too and not iPads and QR codes like other places. I was worried I was underdressed, but had no issues with my jeans and cardigan. The place is very well decorated, so it was a relief that I could still dine. We opted for drinks and the iL Ladro was fantastic. I love rum and pineapple and this was bright and refreshing. My friend had a watermelon and basil drink with a foamy egg white topping and it was refreshing and herbaceous. I had the Saffron Pappardelle with beef shank ragu. It was not too oily from the bone marrow and the meat was super tender. Great homemade flavors with an elevated touch that really excited my tastebuds. My friend had the rigatoni and they were very large sized. I enjoyed how big they were because they were able to take on the delicious meat ragú sauce that came with it. The bread was delicious. Chewy and fresh. Just wished the sourdough bread was more tangy. Nonetheless, it was really good. Everything was just on point and nothing felt forced. I had a wonderful evening and the vibes were just right there. Dinner for two was very reasonable especially even with drinks. I would highly recommend coming here for a delicious dinner.

Yelp
410. We celebrated our one year anniversary here since I lived next to Red Rock Casino. Good option on a weeknight. Not packed at all. We ordered pasta and a bottle of wine. Service was attentive. Food was decent. I feel that this place scores better on ambiance and service more than anything which can be important for an occasion like this. For us, the proximity and no wait made it really convenient. Great way to make a weeknight feel extra special.

Yelp
This place is sooo amazing I have no idea why we didn't come here sooner!! Located at the red rock casino this place has everything a pasta lover would want which is good bread, fresh pasta and endless amounts of cheese!! The service was so wonderful and they truly cared for my mushroom allergy making sure everything we ate was checked prior. Our server was so nice and offered some amazing specials! Definitely come for happy hour as the crowd is a bit less and you can try some of my favorites like the meatballs for cheaper!!! The restaurant was elegant and modern which I loved and will be coming back here again!

Yelp
What a treat. My wife and i shared the rigatoni and a margarita pizzza. Both superb. My wife asked a hundred questions about all the pastas and our waiter Dan was up to the task. The entire staff was attentive and friendly. Ill be coming back next time I'm in Vegas.

Yelp
Now that Osteria Fiorella has been here for years I think it's safe to say we have the best place to eat at Red Rock Casino hands down. We've watched a ton of restaurants come and go from this same location, and this is clearly the best. Chef Marc Vetri went all in here, and even though he lives in Philly, I've seen him in the restaurant more than once! He seems very involved, as the pastas and desserts are updated with the seasons. One spring they had this corn agnolotti with blueberries and I know that sounds weird but it was one of the best pastas I've ever put in my mouth. The vibe is chill and classy with classic rock usually playing softly in the background, yet still upscale. They will do seasonal brunches where the patio is open and football is on and it's an entire mood! I love it. I've gone here for cocktails and apps with my girlfriends, to full on 5 course meals with champagne, veal parm, and fancy wine. Speaking of wine, they have some great selections here! It can get pricy quick so keep an eye on that. However, they fully cater to your wine needs. Once I really wanted to try a specific red they had that was not on the menu, and they opened it and served me a glass. I was blown away by that! Everyone treats you like it's a special occasion, from the hostess counter to a manager visiting my table every trip. I've never had a dish here I didn't enjoy, or a server who wasn't educated on the menu and amazing at their job. This place is one of the few legit Italian restaurants in Summerlin, and without a doubt my favorite.

Yelp
Beautiful restaurant with inside and patio dining including a full bar. Service was professional and knowledgeable. Anything you order here will be delicious. The gnocchi was not traditional but still excellent and the focaccia was to die for!
google avatar

Yelp
My friend and I decided to try this place again. In our previous visits, it had been somewhat inconsistent. I ordered the bucatini adding a meatball and my friend had the cacio e pepe. Both were quite good and the portion size was not overwhelming, which I appreciate. We were seated on the patio, which is nice and they had misters, which made it very pleasant. Our server was very attentive and knowledgeable. We also tried the candy bar cake for dessert. It was too sweet and rich for me but the ingredients were great quality. The menu is not very extensive, so not a plethora of choices, but I think there is still something to please everyone.

Yelp
Overdue review for an awesome dining experience Osteria Fiorella. Location is conveniently located inside Red Rock Casino. Had family in town staying at the hotel so, everything worked out. Here's what we ordered::: Classic Margherita Pizza- Finished the pizza. It was excellent! Fiorella Salumi Board- Standard charcuterie board. Great with wine. Linguine and clams- Delicious and would come back. Fav of the night! Fazzoletti with Beef Shank- It was okay. Dinner came with bread. The service was awesome. The server made sure we were taken care of. Beautiful place for a romantic and intimate setting. When at Red rock casino and have the urge for Italian. This is the spot. Cheers! ~

Yelp
Great food. Well particularly the bread and appetizers. I ordered lasagna and felt I could've made it better but it's a very subjective thing to say since I may not know what authentic pasta really taste like. Meatballs were fire! The experience was definitely great. Tiramisu dessert was also amaze-balls! I would love to come back and enjoy some other dishes.

Yelp
10/10. Amazing service from all the staff. Exceptional quality of food. And wonderful ambiance in the restaurant. I was attending a conference for work at the Red Rock and immediately spotted this Italian restaurant in the beginning of my trip. On the last night I decided to try it and I am so happy I did! My coworker and I shared the pizza as a starter in addition to the bread and oil that you get. The bread was so soft and fresh. The pizza was very light which made it very easy to finish the whole thing. The flavors in the sauce were great. I finished my meal with the bucatini pasta. I have no words for how much I enjoyed this dish. It was so good and packed with flavor. I also had a cocktail (not pictured) that was so good I need to mention it. I believe it was the appletini. It was perfectly sweet. Overall, this was one of the best Italian meals I have had. If I am back to this hotel, then I will absolutely be enjoying a meal here again!
google avatar

Mary S.

Yelp
Really enjoyed our dinner experience. The service was excellent. Our server also educated us on the menu items. He informed us what item was house made. The food was absolutely delicious. I love the bread. The bread was soft. We ordered the caprese salad as an appetizer. Tomatoes were all fresh. I ordered the pasta with meatball. The sauce was delicious. The restaurant is located in the Red Rock Casino. Nice ambiance inside but does have a bar and a patio with outdoor seating.

Yelp
The food here is so so good! The ambiance is amazing and so great for big groups! I came here with my colleagues and this was the perfect pick after a long day of work. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a great Italian spot with good and a classy evening!

Yelp
We had a delicious meal at Osteria Fiorella. The best part was the incredible wine from Italy, which was a 2020 VIETTI Nebbiolo. I took a photo of it to show you
google avatar

Yelp
We have been here many times, but realized this is the first time I've left a review! The food is always amazing and consistent. The bread is out of this world! We always have excellent servers and the restaurant itself is very welcoming and comfortable with soft lighting. My go to is always the sausage rigatoni and the Caesar salad.
google avatar

Yelp
Osteria Fiorella is one of my favorite Italian restaurants that is conveniently located inside the beautiful Red Rock Casino. I came here again about over a month ago for a quick bite and drink with my hubby and the food and service did not disappoint! I had their burrata beet pistachio salad and their delicious tender meatballs as my meal and they were amazing! My husband had the potato gnocchi and had me try it and it was pretty amazing! I also took a swig of his fruity cocktail called Floreale which I think is seasonal only and it was excellent! I love the very classy and elegant ambiance and the staff who is always very friendly, professional and on point with their service. And I love the fact that they will do their best to accommodate you at least in the bar area if you don't have reservations. I think this is one of the best Italian restaurants in the area and they truly deserve 5 stars! If you haven't tried this wonderful Italian eatery I highly recommend that you do. You will be so glad that you did! Thanks for making my Italian foodie dreams come true Osteria Fiorella!

Yelp
My ladies group and I planned our monthly HH outing at this wonderful indoor/outdoor venue. Treat yourself to an outdoor seating during this fabulous Vegas weather. It was very busy however one of the hotels fabulous chefs, Adam, came to our rescue and managed to find us a table. Make sure you make a reservation if you're looking to dine outside. Tuesday nights are 1/2 price wine bottles which is amazing !!! We chose a lovely white, Fiano Feud, Campania 2019. It was neither too dry nor too sweet. Highly recommend if you need to please different palates in your party. We like to share appetizers so we chose a charcuterie board, gnocchi, calzone, and a margarita pizza. Cannolis arrived for us to share for dessert. Every appetizer was delicious. Hard to chose which was our favorite. All were wonderful. Highly recommend as a fabulous restaurant for HH. I'll be back to check out the full menu one day soon.
google avatar

Yelp
Lovely service! The food is good. My daughter had the gnocchi based on the server's recommendation. Said it's the best she ever had. There were a few snafus like forgetting to hold anchovies in the cedar as requested, but that was minor and no big deal. It easy to get to from inside or outside the casino. Plenty of free parking near it.
google avatar

Yelp
We decided to come here for our anniversary instead of battling traffic down in the strip. What a great choice it was as we had a very delicious dinner. We made it 15 minutes before happy hour ended so we got to order the meatballs-quite tasty, vegetable antipasto-flavorful, and sausage pizza-wow-the crust so crispy and light with flavorful sausage on top. We also ordered the bucatini and a sausage rigatoni. Both pastas were super delicious. For dessert we had the lemon semifreddo so refreshing. Our waiter also brought out some sorbet for our anniversary! So sweet! We will definitely be back!!
google avatar

Hanna S.

Yelp
I've never had an ordinary dish here; everything is luscious. On our last visit, we had the beef shank pasta, mortadella pizza, and strawberry eclair. Other than the pizza, the portions weren't big, but the food was so rich and decadent that we didn't mind. Professional service and a pretty patio make this place a total winner. The prices are fair given the location.

Lisa M.

Yelp
Service was slow then after dessert and spending over $500 on dinner they asked us to leave cause they had another reservation. Kindly offered a glass of champagne on our way out but still found it awkward. It was our friends first time there and as locals, we won't be going back.

Yelp
We have been to Osteria Fiorella 4 x in the last 3 months and the experience ALWAYS is superb. Service is on point. The servers and mixologists know their craft. But, the food! Pizzas are simply classically delicious. Pasta is fresh, olives are amazing. My wife and I have a new favorite on this side of town. We used to go to another italian place on town center, but they have been underperforming lately over the past 3 years os so (which is disappointing). Osteria Fiolella is excellent!
google avatar

Teri A.

Yelp
We visit Summerlin about twice a year and always stay at Red Rock Resort. While we've dined at Osteria Fiorella many times, this recent experience was exceptional. Jerrell, the sommelier and the entire staff were amazing, constantly checking on us and serving us with genuine smiles. We came two nights in a row! Our usual order includes Bucatini Pomodoro, Rigatoni with Sausage Ragu, Classic Margherita Pizza, and a side of Meatballs. Be sure to take advantage of their happy hour specials and the half-priced wine bottles on Tuesdays. The food is always fresh and delicious, but it's the outstanding service that truly sets Osteria Fiorella apart from other restaurants in the Las Vegas/Summerlin area. We'll done Jerrell and team! We'll definitely be back!

Yelp
We've been to OF twice now and I have to say, I liked it even better the second time. The restaurant is nicely decorated, not crowded, provides a view of the kitchen and has indoor, bar and outdoor seating. The service was just short of outstanding (easily excellent). I really can't think of something to pick on. We started with a cocktail for me, the Fiorella Old Fashioned and the Burrata with beets. The Old Fashioned was almost perfect (I know taste of the taster). My only gripe, a very small gripe, was it was a tiny bit on the sweet side. The Burrata was beautiful, fresh, and just as soft and creamy as you should expect. The sauce also had pistachios, which was a new one for me, but it really added to the dish. The beets (I don't even like beets) were amazing and sweet with just a hint of sour from the balsamic. For our mains, my wife ordered the Cacio e Pepe, and I ordered the Sausage pizza. The Cacio e Pepe was just as it should be, simple, amazing perfectly cooked pasta and excellent to the last creamy bite. Frankly the pizza surprised me (yes, I'm a pizza snob). See a picture below, that's what persuaded me to try it. The crust, oh the crust, it is everything to a great pizza and this didn't disappoint. Don't be surprised if you ask for extra cooked pizza crush to eat with the rest of your meal. The Italian sausage was tasty and perfectly cooked, the red sauce was just short of excellent and it was covered in shredded basil. You'll see from the pic below that I couldn't help myself, I ate half before I remembered the picture. We were too full for dessert, maybe next time. The prices are decent, definitely below comparable places on the strip. We'll be back.

Nick N.

Yelp
This Italian place was a surprise gym at Red Rock casino. Prices weren't too crazy. Our server Caesar and staff was superb, everything we ordered tasted perfect. Only thing I would change would be a bigger menu since we live so close
google avatar

Justine D.

Yelp
What a hidden gem! Never realized this amazing restaurant was located at the Red Rock Casino. Food was so tasty. We loved the bread, meatballs, pizza and rigatoni. Drinks were strong and flavorful. Staff were all super sweet, and reservations were so easy to obtain (we booked an hour before)! We will be back for sure.

Yelp
I'm falling in love with Red Rock Casino all over again. I've been visiting there quite a bit. A group of ladies and myself went to this restaurant. It's beautifully decorated, sexy and seductive. The food was delicious. I got the meatballs with a side pasta. My friends got the pasta and beef shank. The desserts were absolutely delicious. I would go back just for them. Did I mention the bread, the bread, the bread is amazing! I would love to try their happy hour, it's only Monday through Thursday, I will be back for more.
google avatar

Lai-Ling B.

Yelp
Absolutely incredible!! I'm still dreaming of these pastas especially the chestnut agnolotti, which stole the show! Every single dish was lick the plate good. I would have if we weren't sitting in a lovely restaurant. Lol the ambiance was nice although I wish come casino restaurants covered the windows leading to the casino to make it a more intimate setting. The kanpachi crudo was a nice unique variation of crudo. My cocktail - spring jawn was also very tasty. The cream in it reminds me of a more tropical cocktail. The service was very attentive and thoughtful. We are so happy to have found an amazing pasta place locally. We are very picky and so this is truly saying a lot when I say we will for sure be back!

Yelp
The food was ok. The lasagna looks like meatloaf. They don't give you big portions, very small. The service was OK as well. Ambiance was good.

Yelp
Been here 3 times before and I think this is my first review. I can easily say every time has been a real treat 10/10. This time, last Thursday was a beautiful day and after a very long and exhausting day with work and things, wife and I needed a date night to unwind. We both had a strong craving for pasta and I mean the real deal kind of pasta. At the time a couple of our besties were in Europe so that also likely had something to do with us having pasta vision. At about 6pm is when we decided ok yea let's get a really nice Italian dinner and although there's a few Italian places we've been meaning to try...we were hungry now and the sun was slowly and beautifully setting so we needed a sure thing quality meal and dining experience ...fingers crossed Osteria Fiorella had availability sitting outside to continue watching the sunset with beautiful weather and quality pasta....lucky us by 7:15pm that's exactly what happened and as soon as our pasta dishes came out, can honestly say we both felt like we were in Europe and we're still talking about how lovely that night was for us. Thank you Osteria Fiorella and our server too. The Corn Agnolotti and Saffron Pappardelle was so delicious and had us feeling so grateful and happy, I can't say enough good things about it.

Yelp
Service was exceptional on Christmas Eve! We were warmly welcomed and the staff did a great job checking in throughout the night. Their menu has something for everyone! I do wish I ordered a pizza but the cacio e pepe was a satisfying meal. My partner enjoyed the lasagna and I have to say it is one the best I have had!!! I appreciated the fresh anchovies in the Caesar salad. Their cocktails and house ice cream were killer. Looking forward to stopping by for happy hour.

Yelp
We had a lovely time here. My husband and I met my niece here for dinner and I had probably the best manhattan cocktail. I couldn't decide what to order from the drinks menu and I told the server to surprise me and I ended up ordering another one. Ambience was nice, open layout, very relaxing that we were one of the last ones to leave.

Yelp
This is one of our favorite restaurants in the Red Rock Resort, and we were so happy to visit! We shared apps (antipasti and salumi) and had the gnocchi and the most amazing cacio e Pepe with a shared side of string beans. The service is always top notch and the service attentive without overdoing it. The elegant dining area is comfortable and made more so by the classic/yacht rock playlist.

Yelp
I've dined here numerous times and have never been disappointed with the food and service. I've ordered just about everything on the menu, my favorites include: - Cacio e pepe - Potatio gnocchi - Sal's meatballs - Lasagna - Linguine & clams Also, don't forget to consider their specials. One time I got the crab pappardelle, which was excellent. Osteria Fiorella is my favorite restaurant within the Red Rock casino property and I will continue to come back whenever I'm in the mood for Italian food.

Yelp
Located inside Red rock hotel, this Italian themed dinner spot is as classy as it is tasteful. I was so impressed with the ambiance and the grandeur of the bars and decor. We had apps and drinks and it was during happy hour so very reasonably priced. Great for groups of you have a reservation. Delicious specialty cocktails. 5/5 stars for sure

Yelp
The best part of my meal was the bread. Yummy. It was def homage. The pasta wasn't as flavorful as the bread. The half chicken was more like half a Cornish hen. It was a mini chicken. I've never seen a chicken that small. There was only one bone in the chicken. Master butchery. The service was outstanding. They sat us right away and our water was never less than half full.

Yelp
Had a wonderful dining experience. All the staff was knowledgeable about the menu and could speak to the ingredients used and how it was cooked. Evwrything we tried was flavorful, perfectly balanced and cooked well. It was my favorite meal after four days in Vegas. The restaurant is beautiful and has a great patio.

Yelp
I wanted to take my family here to celebrate my wife's birthday. We like to try a different restaurant every year and this was the new place. Never been here before and we have mixed feelings about the restaurant. We made reservations for 4 and when we arrived, we were warmly greeted, and we were seated in a table in between two other tables. We asked to be seated in the booth that was directly across from us, and we were told that it was reserved. No sign on the table and to find out during our dinner, a couple (party of 2) was seated in the booth. It made us go hmm! A booth to sit 6 for a party of 2 when we requested it. They must be important we thought. Moving on. Our server was Cesar and he was amazing. The cocktails were great. Pricing was fair for this caliber of restaurant. Some advice to the bar staff. An Old Fashion should be served with 1 large ice cube instead of chunks. The drink was diluted by the time I finished. My wife's wine was a Chalk Hill Chardonnay and a nice pour. The menu had a great selection of dishes that sounded appealing, and we were pleased to have the choices. We ordered the bread. The bread was priced out at 5 dollars for a breadbasket. The bread was good but used to restaurants having this as a complimentary item. My wife ordered the Tricolore Salad and when it came to the table it was a pretty big salad. Enough to share between the two of us. We were pleased. We saw the table next to us get the Calamari (Frito Misto) and was a big portion. A meal in itself. We were excited on what our main entree would come to the table as. My wife ordered the Bucatini Pomodoro 20.00 dollars. We asked for Chicken and asked what the upcharge would be. We were told 12 dollars. We were surprised, but we thought, hey! if the portions are consistent with the salad and the Calamari we saw, then we should be good. Well, no. The pasta, even though it is freshly made, it came out looking like a kid's meal. Super small portion and the chicken was about a 3 oz serving (don't really know) that was so small, it wasn't worth the 12-dollar upcharge. I ordered the Classic Margherita pizza, and it was average to say the least. Lacked flavor, limp when held up. No crispiness to the bottom crust. Crispy on the outer crust. Definitely a 5 compared with a NYC style pizza. My daughter and her boyfriend ordered the Ricotta Gnocchi which they enjoyed and ordered the Bergamotto Spritz cocktail which they liked. Cesar finished off the night with presenting my wife with a salted caramel gelato desert with a candle in it and it was pretty darn good, I have to say. All in all, the experience was a fair to good experience. Not great. I am interested in coming back for the happy hour and what they have to offer and also to try that Calamari dish. That looked amazing!

Yelp
We always love eating here, we will do just 'bar sitting' and that's always good and the bar tenders are nice. We always enjoy reservations and sitting in the dining tables. The waiters are amazing, the food is always delicious and the wine service perfect! Always a great visit!

Yelp
This place is beyond the real deal, this is coming from someone who is raised Italian and has been to Italy several times. The pasta is SO fresh and the sauces are incredible, the bread will make you want to be reborn. On top of that the service is phenomenal. Ryan is one of the managers and he is excellent. He goes out of his way to make us feel welcome. Talk about hospitality. Someone needs to give this man a raise!!! Also Saul is the best waiter on the planet, he took such good care of us. Everyone here is 100% about hospitality.

Yelp
The food and drinks at this Italian restaurant at Red Rock Casino are delicious. The service was a bit off. We arrived on a Wednesday evening around 5:30-6pm and had no reservations. We were greeted and then asked for a table for 2, they had room at a high top table near the bar area towards the outdoor seating. We waited there for a little while before our waiter Terrel came. Once he did we placed a drink order and took a little more time to look at the menu. Once he came back with my drink, we had a couple of questions about the menu, making sure everything was a La carte as it seemed and it was. My meal was going to be meatballs with a side of potatoes. My husband wanted a rigatoni dish for his meal and we wanted to split a salad. My meal came first and after a few minutes, I started to eat, my husband had a few bites of my food also. I went ahead and finished it because I didn't want it to be cold. Then My husband asked a waiter to see if he could check on our salad. After a few minutes, our salad was served, by this time I had completed my meal and my husband still had not received his plate. After finishing our salad we then asked if they could check on my husband's meal, and after a few more minutes his meal was finally served. We weren't upset, we were just a little bit confused as to why our meal was served the way it was. We were informed after wondering why our meal was served so choppy that the waiter thought we ordered an appetizer first. Unfortunately that wasn't the case because I asked the waiter if everything was a La carte and then clearly let him know that the meatballs and potatoes were my meal and the rigatoni dish was my husband's meal and we were going to share a salad. The food was great, it was just a little upsetting that we didn't have our dinners at the same time. We decided we will be going back to try other dishes, but we will definitely make reservations before going next time. We will also make it clear to the waite staff what our actual meals are that we want to eat together, because maybe the waiter misunderstood.
