Amazing hotel in Sarentino. Quiet, beautiful, and perfect to relax. Surrounded by nature and great to disconnect. The restaurant is the highlight with the nature-inspired menu that fits the whole atmosphere of the place. Staff is extremely polite and helpful. We will definitely come back.

We had dinner at Terra to celebrate my partner's birthday. Every dish is very well presented and the service is impeccable - but for some reason it feels something is lacking and though the dishes taste good there isn't a dish which I would remember for life (there's just not that "wow" flavour I was looking for). That said it's still a very good meal (esp the lemon bread is really refreshing).

From the moment we arrived at this boutique hotel, perched high in the mountains, we knew we were in for a special experience. With only 11 rooms, this family-owned gem offers a level of intimacy and personalized service that is rare to find. The breathtaking views of the mountain ranges and the town below are straight out of a postcard, making every moment here feel magical. The location is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, offering easy access to skiing and hiking in the nearby towns and mountains. But what truly sets this place apart is the staff. Their genuine kindness and willingness to go above and beyond made us feel like part of their family. The wellness room, with its saunas, massage rooms, and serene ambiance, offers a perfect retreat after a day of adventure. However, the crown jewel of this hotel is undoubtedly its culinary experience. The 2-Michelin-star restaurant provided a dining adventure like no other, while the equally impressive breakfasts, lunches, and casual meals were prepared with the same exceptional quality and care. In comparison to renowned establishments like Aman and Four Seasons, this hotel not only stands its ground but shines in its unique charm and excellence. It's a true hidden gem, offering a magical and unparalleled experience at every turn. We're already planning our next visit to this extraordinary retreat.

The restaurant is a great experience. Gisela and Heinrich are simply a symbol of who the real chief and creator should feel like. The team, the food, the spectacle - it was all cohesive, wonderful and along with the location it brought an absolutely accurate picture of what perfection and passion should look like. Total recommendation!

A wonderful place to visit to be close to nature and if you enjoy hiking, as there are multiple trails just near by. The hotel is simple yet elegant and the owners as well as the rest of their team were friendly and very helpful. The highlight of our stay was dining in the restaurant where we experienced a cuisine that was magical in many ways. The presentation, the service, the chef and his team made every dish presented memorable flavours that tickles your taste buds. Would love to visit it again, we had a marvellous experience.

A hidden gem in south Tyrol. The hotel is small but very equipped (well maintained and clean spa, high end restaurant, great breakfast...). The 2-michelin star restaurant is one of the best we have experienced - all ingredients are from the surrounding mountains, and the chef knows how to turn all elements into a fantastic, creative cuisine through his "magic"! The staff team are so professional, helpful, and friendly! They made us feel like home! Totally loved this magic place! Hate I cannot give more than 5 stars!

We interrupted our journey at the Hotel & Restaurant 'Terra - The Magic Place' for a two day Gourmet Dinner. As a couple we booked two double rooms (with Dolomites facing balcony) and got a great room, facing the mountain view - it was very spacious, tasteful interior and quite. The beds were excellent, as well as the bathrooms and we had very nice nights. The views from the restaurant are breath-taking. However some very small details will remind you, that the building was built in a different style. We had two Gourmet menus (2-star Michelin) and it was without a doubt two highlights. Very tasteful, creative and well presented. The service was matching the Gourmet standard and very knowledgeable. We would like to point out, that all menu courses were an out-standing composition and delicious. The Hotel & restaurant service was very helpful and friendly. We will be back to visit this great place in Tirol again.
