How to Spend 3 Days in Marrakesh, Morocco

"An open-air rooftop restaurant in a chic souk that is one of the few places in the area to serve alcohol and boasts an impressive wine and seasonal cocktail list, including a standout Marrakchi Mule. The menu blends refined flavors—highlights include a butter-soft beef tenderloin and a signature tanjia ravioli filled with slow-cooked beef shank, candied lemons, saffron, cumin, and garlic—and its ground-floor pastry shop is a convenient stop for Moroccan mint tea and traditional pastries." - Asia London Palomba Asia London Palomba Asia London Palomba is a trilingual Italian writer from Rome, currently based in Boston. Best spot in Marrakesh! Tucked inside the old medina, the food’s amazing-rich tagines, killer vibes, service on point. We dressed up, high heels and all, but by dessert our feet were done. The waitress? Sweetheart-lent us her spare sneakers so we could stroll back to the hotel. Pure magic night, total memory.

Terrasse des Épices is an absolute must-visit in Marrakech! The food was super delicious, and the atmosphere is just perfect. I had a Margarita cocktail that was one of the best I’ve ever tried. What really made the experience special was the service. Our waiter, Anas, was simply outstanding – truly the best waiter I’ve ever had. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Marrakech

Great restaurant with perfect ambience ce and lovely food. The service was second to none. We tried the Manfouk tagine and Marrakchia Tanjia. Lovely wine too and the wine selection was huge. Lovely spacious plot on the roof. It is more high end for those on a budget. Advisable to book a table in advance.

Was recommended this restaurant and it did not disappoint. Incredible food and drinks (lamb tagine and chicken tagine were delicious, iced tea was also superb. If you’re interested in wines or beers - a huge menu is available !). The service was slow given how busy they are but not a problem if you’re happy to wait. Brilliant views and atmosphere as a rooftop restaurant in Marrakech

We came for dinner and ordered the ceviche to share as a starter, then a burger and the seabream as mains. The ceviche was a standout, delicious and fresh. We also had wine and beer. Overall, the service was good and friendly. 4*s given as price is significantly above other places in the area and we felt it didn't stand out as much given this. The live music and terrace is beautiful though so worth a visit if you want a fancier night out.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Terrasse des Épices totally delivered! What a vibe — beautiful rooftop setting right in the middle of the Medina. Even though it was super hot out, the little mist fans at the booths made all the difference. We were totally comfortable and could actually enjoy the afternoon. The drinks were phenomenal — seriously some of the best we’ve had anywhere. The food was full of flavor, and the desserts? Dangerous. 😄 Everything was on point — great service, great atmosphere, totally worth it. Would go back in a heartbeat.

An absolute hidden gem in Marrakech! Terrasse des Épices completely won us over. The service was outstanding – friendly, attentive, and pleasantly unobtrusive. From the very first moment, we felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The highlight was definitely the burger with braised meat – incredibly tender, perfectly seasoned, and cooked to perfection. Every bite was a true delight! The ambiance on the rooftop terrace is also fantastic – stylish, relaxed, and with a beautiful view over the city.

A peaceful oasis in the Medina, this restaurant offers great quality food in an elegant atmosphere. The rooftop has amazing views of the city. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food is a bit overpriced compared to the average restaurant, but worth paying for the location. Highly recommend the lamb tajine!
