Terrazza Aperol - SilverKris

"Perched on a terrace next to the Duomo in Milan, this fun, funky bar is drenched in bright orange décor and devoted to the Aperol Spritz, offering spectacular cathedral views. It celebrates the iconic aperitif each evening from 6pm during aperitivo, serving variations on the classic mix—traditionally three parts prosecco, two parts Aperol and a splash of soda—with proportions often adjusted by individual bartenders. Visitors can also appreciate the drink’s history: first produced in 1919 and made from gentian, rhubarb and cinchona." - SilverKris

The real highlight here is the atmosphere and the view — that’s also why the prices are a bit high. But it’s definitely worth it; this is one of the most enjoyable places to sit in the area. The food is decent and does the job, and the gentleman who served us was very helpful. However, it seems that the staff are under pressure to ask people who sit too long without ordering much to leave. Since we had food and drinks, it wasn’t an issue for us, but if you plan to just have a coffee and stay for a few hours, you might feel that pressure.

This is a special little place. There is a bit of a wait, but we didn't care so much about the view - just wanted a cool place for our last cocktail of the trip. We were tickled to the see the finger foods that came out with our cocktails. Such a fun touch. Service, as other have mentioned, is slow - but honestly why be in a hurry at a place like this? Just enjoy! I enjoyed the SARTI ROSA SPRITZ. We all enjoyed our bevvies and our last stop on our Italia Journey. If you are an Aperol Spritz fan this is a must do! Cheers!

I enjoyed this place for what it is. A fancy place across the Duomo to go have a drink and that’s it. Drinks are overpriced but what do you expect ? 😄 I enjoyed the vibe, the company and the atmosphere, then we went to have dinner somewhere else. I would be back for a drink or two, and the included appetizers are a plus.

Impressive view! Instagram destination. There is no coffee here - only cocktails - alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Their price is 21€. For them, in addition to a cocktail, you get a compliment from the establishment - snacks, which are interesting in taste. The gesture is important! We visited it at the end of October and we didn't wait. I guess there is a long wait for seats in the summer. Choose the afternoon hours to visit, because the church is well lit by the sun.

The Aperol Terrazza experience in Milano is a bit cold. The servers seem upset to be at work and there is a rough staff vibe across this business that is just as bitter as Aperol itself. We did get the only kind server who asked why we were sitting so deeply inside and she told us it’s because the front of house guy was just ‘too mean’. He was annoyed but we were grateful to be there. Please speak to your staff about this. On the positive side we had the best drinks and for the high price point we were given a small amount of items to accompany the drinks. The murals are beautiful and of course the view of the piazza - we just wish the staff would match the quality of Aperol as it reflects sadly on the brand from beginning to end.

We arrived late at night and got a pretty good seat on the terrace after waiting atleast 10 min which was alright. We even stayed and chose dinner because the seat is reserved for dinner. The space on the terrace was quite small and crowded. Drinks: Even though I ordered still water, I still had to choose a beverage other than that that was on the menu which then was 11€ per ice tea (2x). The price for still water 0,5l on the bill was 5€. And the Aperol for 21€ was nothing special. The non alcoholic options were 3 drinks, keep that in mind. Food: We were not a fan of the appetizers included in the service (two plates for three people). My mother and I ate them but I was the only one who got stomach problems later on which surprised me. My brother ate the L'italiano Burger for 22€ and after trying it was quite tasty. The staff was quite friendly but 15€ Coperto was too much in our opinion. Coperto per person was 5€ (10%). Tip: You have to pay 1€ for the toilette outside of the restaurant on the 4th floor. Bonus: We received 1x voucher from the restaurant. We did not have high hopes but the restaurant was disappointing in a way.

It's expensive, also for an aperitivo in Duomo, but they have amazing view. For terrace seating there is a line, you may need to wait. The food is ok. Not good, not bad. The aperol is very good, and they bring you some finger food to go with it. It costs 21 euros. The seating is a bit chaotic, and there is a bit of confusion. The waiters are very polite, but it is a bit slow. We had to wait 20 min for dessert after dinner. Overall for views and aperol it would be a 4/5, the dinner was just ok.

The wait is long for the outdoor seating area. We were seated quickly if we sat inside. We sat by a glass door that has a small terrace area and were able to take great pictures. So it didn’t matter we weren’t reacted outside. It is very busy as people come up here for the view of the Duomo and also to try new Sarti Spritz. Our server was great. A few more friends joined us later and they helped them accommodate themselves next to us. The salad was ok. You come here for the drinks and the view, not the food. I had a nice time.
