The 20 Best Restaurants On The Amalfi Coast - Amalfi Coast - The Infatuation

"At Terrazza Duomo, you’ll dine with a striking view of the Cattedrale di Sant’Andrea, which more than makes up for the expensive but remarkable meal. The modern menu takes Campania standbys and elevates them with unusual flavors, like paccheri stuffed with burrata and black truffle, placed on conch and cherry tomato sauce, or grilled octopus and artichokes served on warm potato foam. You can also choose from various tasting menus (€80-€400) that are all about fresh fish and one meat-only menu, but the six-course “Trust the Chef” menu is never a bad move. Book ahead if you want a premium seat on the terrace facing the cathedral." - federica bocco

My wife and I spent spent 3 nights here last week. Great location with a view of the Pizza Del Duomo (Cathedral) and all the restaurants and shops in the village. Great service. Rita, the hostess, was friendly and helpful with information for the surrounding areas. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The shower was a bit too small for most people, but overall it was a great stay. The free breakfast up on the terrace was excellent with a great view of the ocean.

Unforgettable dining experience with the most incredible view of the Duomo! The food was delicious—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service was friendly and professional, making us feel truly welcomed. We enjoyed cocktails at sunset, and the atmosphere was absolutely magical. Perfect spot for a romantic dinner or a special night out in Milan. Highly recommend!

Restaurant terrazzo Duomo came highly recommended by a seasoned traveler. I was disappointed. The food was fine and they provided some nice extra touches like a welcome Prosecco and a nice little dessert for free. The prices were very high. My bill totaled 100 euro and my meal was more like a light snack. And the service was indifferent. I had to ask for everything by trying to get the attention of the servers. It is clearly a place for locals with little regard for patrons who they don’t know. There was a bit of arrogance and indifference to their service. There are many places in Amalfi where you can get a good meal along with friendly respectful service. Upon leaving I said Arriverderci which was met with an icy glare and a point to the door. I expected more for the very steep pricing.

The hotel’s location is perfect in Amalfi. We were alerted that parking in Amalfi was very difficult and connected with the hotel before arriving. They had a service that met us ½ a block from the hotel and took our car for parking that was a true highlight for our night in Amalfi. I could see how not having parking arranged would cause so much hassle and even could derail your stay. This amenity alone made this a great hotel for us. But, in addition, the top floor restaurant was great, the location perfect and the room was well above average. I could spend many more nights here I the future!!!

My husband and I came here for dinner the first night our honeymoon as it came highly recommended from our hotel. The servers were so kind and the food was fine. I know Italian’s like al dente pasta, but for one of our dishes the pasta was crunchy? The views were fantastic, but this restaurant is very $$$$$

Amazing experience, we came late in the night. check in was easy due to nice and helpful staff who also speaks English. Rooms are cozy and super clean, service is top , i rarely give 5 every where but this hotel, location, cleanliness stole my heart. Note- carry light luggage, coz you have to take a lot of stairs. We were there in February’s last week so less crowded, that might change in peak season which starts from april.

i've stayed there for 3 nights in august/25 great localization in the central square of amalfi and a beatiful view to the cathedral good breakfast (included) fair prices and a good cost/beneficit good room, good internet you have to take at least 30 steps with your luggage (as everywhere in amalfi) bad points - there were too much noise in early mornings and at night from the restaraurant/upper room would come back
