I’m in Norfolk and recently discovered Territory Foods delivers here! Absolutely delicious and healthy meals dropped off at my apartment twice a week. I can pop them in the microwave to reheat, though steak I put under the broiler for a couple minutes. The salads are amazing and I’m shocked they’re not soggy. The smaller boost size meals are more than enough for me, my husband orders the standard size ones. I wish I had found them years ago.

Google
It was so bad I had to tell my friends. Seriously though, the food looks like dog food (maybe worse). I was really excited to give it a try, but after getting 2 deliveries, it was clear I had to cancel. This is a real photo from a meal I was sent. 🤢🤮 Also, their “support” (Tammy) is not helpful.

Google
I love this service. It makes it so much easier for me to eat healthy, it's convenient and it is not over-priced. What's more is that the meals are absolutely delicious. I've seen reviewers here say their dishes don't have enough salt, but obviously it makes more sense for the company to undersalt and allow customers to add salt than oversalt and have customers complaining about salt they can't remove- duh. Plus everyone is different, what's too much salt to one person will be under-salted to another. I think Territory is great, I'm loving my experience with them so far. Thank you Territory for all you do!

Google
Horribly Bad! It's shocking to see Territory's fall. Lately, I had been feeling suspicious about my health issues after consuming Territory foods on a regular basis. Now, I have started to find dead flies in their food. Also, the taste isn't' there anymore. Food doesn't feel fresh nor smells good.

Google
Used to be great. No more delivery to local gyms since covid. Expensive delivery costs. No more meal sizes, used to be three. Food is a hit and miss, which I didn't mind until the price of the meals average $13-14 a meal now. Not worth it anymore. Shame I liked the variety.

Google
I ordered food for pick up, and found it interesting that the pick up system is like an honor system where there is no proof of pick up. The food seemed to have been a lot higher than normal fridge temperature, and I got intense indigestion right after eating a boost meal. The food itself was mostly like medium quality cafeteria food and definitely not worth the price. There was also some residue all over the food containers. They do have an easy cancellation process, but don't seem eager to collect feedback - you have to especially send an email to an address they provide if you want to send any feedback.

Google
Fantastic service!!! The food is super tasty. There are two of us in my house that really need to eat gluten free, dairy free is a good idea as well. Thankfully Territory gives us great meals without the worry of gluten and the stress of prepping our lunches each week. In my area they have some seriously stellar meals - Pineapple Coconut Chicken w/ Sesame Green Beans & Quinoa Pilaf and Buffalo Chicken w/ Cumin Carrot Salad (SPICY) to name just a couple. Great meals, an ordering system that you can customize to your needs and my pick up spot is top notch, very friendly to all who pick up there, shout out to CrossFit Forward who always make me feel at home when I pick up. Before Territory I would never have considered using a meal service and certainly not long term, but I am hooked on the meals, the convenience and the fantastic service!

Google
1- Territory food's food is not great. It taste like the people who made it did not stop and taste it themselves. Under salted, over salted, spices are not good and the overall quality is not what I expected. I did not know they farmed out the preparation of their food to local catering companies. I have worked in catering for years and know how disgusting their kitchens can be.... Gross. 2-Not worth the money overall, and a complete waste of the worlds resources. They send in a box with insulation, and ice packs. All to be thrown away after delivery. Its so wasteful. There are much better ways for delivery. 3-It was on auto order and I got a second delivery I did not want or expect. Their customer service was amazing and refunded the full amount within an hour of me emailing them. Bravo and thank you!

Yelp
Absolute dream! Territory makes eating healthy a breeze. They have options for every style of eating out there - keto, vegetarian, low carb, whole30, paleo, plant based and more...but best of all is that all of their options are Gluten Free! Always! They frequently pair with local chefs, including Souper Girl and Founding Farmers. The algorithm pairs you with some meals based on your meal types and requests, but you can always swap things out - which I love because I'm picky as heck! The meals arrive in a cardboard box w/ ice packs. And the packaging is recyclable! The meals themselves even come in biodegradable containers (bye bye plastic!). The meals almost always look like the pictures and always taste delicious. If you're looking for quick, healthy meals - you've found your place!

Yelp
I have been using Territory for the better part of the last two years. For the most part, the service has been hit or miss... Recently, I've had a number issues. Everything from extremely late deliveries to bones / foreign objects in my meals. Based on Territory's subpar customer service and unwillingness to provide a refund and compensation for the chicken bone that cut the back of my throat and nearly chipped my tooth, I have cancelled future deliveries and I am going to look elsewhere for better quality provider.

Yelp
I ordered a $60 produce box from them, which is a new thing they're doing. I've never ordered prepared meals from them, so this review is based on the produce box. On their website they said they do produce box delivery only on Mondays and Thursdays. But on the confirmation email I received, it said they start delivering the day before into the day they promised. They delivered it straight to my doorstep on Sunday night. You can sign up for delivery notification. The process itself was very easy. As to the box itself, I attached photos of the list of the items we got and of the box (the kale hid a few of the squash and the eggplant). I thought the quality of the produce was good, but I was kind of expecting a bit more in terms of quantity (compared to my own CSA delivery in the summer). Overall I am satisfied, but wouldn't make this a regular order.

Yelp
Gave me horrible food poisoning when I used their service. Recommend folks look elsewhere.

Yelp
They redeliver food when it's been dropped off at another residence. They say that's not the case but they sent me TWO "your order is on the way" messages one occurring after picking up my food at the misdelivery residence and then bringing it to me. They SAY redelivery is not their policy but how do you know. They could have exposed me to disease or a plain sadist who wanted to food tamper. They didn't anticipate the initial recipient to find my number on the internet (thanks for exposing my PII btw) and warning me that they marked the containers and retaped the box in a specific way to ensure that it would be obvious if the food was redelivered. Disgusting in times of pandemic they cut corners and they say it's not their policy. There's no way for customers to know. Take you chances or get a better service.

Mark T.

Yelp
WATCH OUT! Spoiled meals. So far this year I have received seven plus meals where the wrapper over the container is swollen. Two of those meals were that way the day they arrived. I contacted Territory support and they recommended that I not eat them but offered no further information. I have been a weekly user for over five years and was very satisfied until recently when they changed their packaging method and went to weekly delivery. Now the price is up 30%, they charge for delivery, there are no more salads and, of course, they potentially give you food poisoning. No thanks. I cannot risk getting sick.
google avatar

Yelp
If you have a security door or gate, think twice. My first and last order sort of arrived this morning. By "sort of" I mean that the delivery person got within walking distance to my front door, but somehow failed to follow my pretty clear instructions on how to enter the code on the security gate for our neighborhood. There's nothing wrong with the gate or my instructions. I went out and tested it. It works fine. But that's not the worst part. No. When the driver couldn't get the gate open, she ditched the box in a flowerbed nearby and texted me a picture of it! I KNOW, RIGHT?! So I slog two blocks in my pajamas (sorry, neighbors!) in the dark to fetch the box. And nearly all of my interactions with Territory today have been along the lines of "she tried, she totally did exactly what you said, are you sure you gave the right instructions, is there another gate" etc. Like maybe I've never given anyone instructions for how to get to my house before.... Like I said, on the off chance that maybe both gates were inoperable at the same time for my gate code , I went out and tested it. There is no way this person put the code in correctly. It's not hard. It's a pound-sign and four digits. Canceled.

Yelp
I do want to acknowledge that Territory was helpful during the pandemic when grocery delivery slots were tough to come by. Expensive, but the quality was reasonable. Unfortunately, our experience continues to erode. One time, something arrived that the date said was a week expired and they claimed it was just a labeling error. No big deal. However, the variety has not been as good lately and the prices have escalated to the point where it no longer makes sense. If you order anything with meat they really overcook it to the point that there is little margin for error in reheating in your microwave. Delivery has been meh. One week they just no showed us and credited our account with no explanation. But our most recent delivery has us cancelling. They went from reliably (mostly) delivering on Sunday afternoon to overnight delivery. Aparently this means that they will add additional packing material to keep things fresh until morning. I just want to thank the delivery person for ringing our doorbell at 2am. I really didn't need that hour of sleep I lost. Between the high prices, the declining variety and quality, and the "enhanced" delivery schedule, I can no longer recommend this company.
google avatar

Allison N.

Yelp
As someone who is pressed for time during the week, I appreciate the ease of Territory's delivery service. I am trying to be better about my eating habits and stick to a generally Whole30 compliant diet and Territory makes that a lot easier. Their meals change throughout the weeks and are flavorful, fresh and delicious. I generally get the boost size and have found it's a good size. The only reason I can't give this 5 stars is because it is kind of expensive per meal (without the $25 it's around $90 for 7 meals which is rather pricy). I'm not sure I'll be a regular subscriber but may order it here and there.

Yelp
Edit: Someone came and took care of this issue within an hour. Thank you and I appreciate the promptness. Original: Someone keeps illegally dumping your waste in our trash bin. This isn't the first time. Our business' already generate enough waste we are unable to get rid of yours as well.

Yelp
Saying there is an issue with billing on a Friday then sending an email on Monday morning telling me my order is ready is ridiculous! Talk about mixed messages... It's Christmas Eve and I don't have time to pick up my order... I guess that's just $60 down the drain since everything is closed on Christmas. When I sent an email requesting clarification, I was told 2 orders were placed and one went through! How is that possible when I only have one account? It's feeling like this company is just out to get your money... (Which in their final reply states that they can give me a credit for future meals! But no refund!) I thought I'd give it another chance after the horrible experiences I had months ago. But double ordering and sending mixed messages to customers is so not cool!

Yelp
Very easy to pick up my food on my way to 895 in canton. The meals have excellent variety and choice and heat up nicely. I love the flavors and recipes and the nutrition info! I will keep ordering from territory. Worth the money compared to what I was spending eating out and the junk that I was putting in my body! Give them a try!

Yelp
So continues the never ending unfortunately negative saga with Territory's customer service. Now downgraded from 5 stars, to 4 stars, to 2 stars. I will be out of town the latter half of next week so I had opted to skip delivery on Thursday, March 8 in favor of one delivery on Monday, March 5. I received a confirmation email that I would only be receiving a meal on Monday, March 5 in the order of $31. Much to my surprise, I was charged $71.60 today as they decided to add on four meals for Thursday, March 8 for me. Despite how delicious their food is, this is completely unacceptable. I am awaiting a response from their customer service, again, but am becoming increasingly wary. I am strongly considering canceling my subscription at this point.

Yelp
I had a great overall experience with territory foods. The online ordering process was simple and straightforward and I opted to pick the foods up at my local gym at no cost. How convenient! I was looking for a convenient and healthy alternative for lunch other than spending all weekend meal prepping for the week. I like that you can just take the containers to work and pop it in the microwave. I was happy with the taste of most of the meals I ordered and found it to be fairly cost effective. Definitely go for the chimichurri steak!!

Yelp
I recently tried a food service, Territory Foods. I see it from time to time advertised here and they are actually TERRIBLE FOODS. They completely failed to deliver my meals despite their "technology" saying that it did. When I notified them 3 times, nobody followed up. When you do reach them, they apologize profusely and still fail to solve the problem. Terrible company. Horrible customer service. Avoid avoid avoid Their response omits that I cancelled after 3 times trying to find my order with them. If that's resolved positively on their view, then they should not survive.
google avatar

Katherine A.

Yelp
Territory is a great option for delicious, nutritious, gluten-free, dairy-free meals that you can choose. They are reliable and provide responsive customer service. They have also made changes to be environmentally friendly, which also reduces customer exposure to plastic containers. Thank you!
google avatar

Michael C.

Yelp
Absolutely awful customer service. I recently had a major surgery on my arm and after receiving one order my appetite was not coming back so i decided to skip my next two deliveries. I did so and was still charged. I followed all of the policies and procedures on their site and got a condescending email from a customer service rep. I would absolutely not order from Territory. Their customer service is porous, their meals overpriced and simply not that great. I have competed in 4 fitness competitions and I prep better than they do. Their meals are very high fat as well so not exactly conducive to a healthy lifestyle. You are better off taking the time to prep yourself.

Last week I received my credit as requested. Thank you Territory Foods! I wish Territory Foods only the best as we all ride out this catastrophic storm of a global medical pandemic. To your health and longevity~ LP

Yelp
I've had the worst experience with them. I wanted to love territory but their website, infrastructure, and service are horrible. I've had 4 time today, that I've tried to order a meal, selected for it to be a one time order because I do not want to have it recurring. And each time after I confirm the order, it saves it as a recurring order, even though I selected it as a one time order. I e-mailed them, stating the problem and that I had already cancelled the order twice because even though I had selected one-time order it kept saving the order as recurring after confirmation. They wrote me saying this: "I see that you do have a recurring order of 4 XL meals for delivery next week. Don't want a recurring order? Switch to a one-time order during check-out (in the bright yellow box on the summary page). However, since you already have a recurring order, you'll have to cancel your order and place a new, one-time order." Hmmmm.... thank you for telling me what I already told you I did! So then I went through the same thing two more times, cancelled the order made sure to select one-time order and each time it saves as recurring after I confirm the order. They refuses to give me back my money and only credit what you paid to your territory account if you cancel your order! They are literally holding my money hostage. I can't get the food because it wont save as single order and they won't give me my money back!

Yelp
I have been gifted multiple different meal delivery services, several of which were health-minded, and this is hands-down THE BEST. The meals are so much more than your typical protein-brown rice-vegetables. The meals are so creative and delicious, I end up eating vegetarian/vegan a lot more than I would on my home. Delivery is easy and shows up at a gym near my house twice per week, and a couple of times, I had it delivered to my home, like when I was on maternity leave and had just had my daughter. LOVE them! Will never try another company again. Customer service was amazing the few times I needed to reach out.

Yelp
So good! I ordered lunch and dinner for the full week-so, 10 meals in total. All of the meals were delicious. Literally, there wasn't a meal I didn't enjoy. I selected the low carb option in the boost size. This size worked well with my calorie/macro goals, and all of the meals were filling. For someone who eats out often, this is a great service for fresh healthy food at around the same price. Use the following link to get $25 off your order! http://www.territoryfoods.com/yum/WYRE
google avatar

Daren R.

Yelp
I don't ever cook healthy meals, so this has been the best way for me to eat healthy & not have to go thru the whole "making dinner" process. Plus, the sauces are so yummy. I find meals I like (there are like 5 I love) and basically stick with those. Occasionally I'll get creative with a meal or 2, but not too often. I know it's pretty reasonably priced, but it's a bit more than I should spend, but it's worth the convenience.

Yelp
I've been ordering from Territory for more than three years regularly. The food generally is good -- not always great -- but that could be personal preference. I've learned which chefs I prefer. I like that they give you a full ingredient list, plus nutritional information before you order -- very helpful for dietary restrictions or food allergies. The service is great for anyone who is working on portion control, whose family has differing food tastes or dietary needs, or even for a busy family that can't always eat dinner at the same time. They tell you to refrigerate the items and eat the food within a few days after delivery, but in a pinch, I've frozen items and eaten them a few days later. Don't try to freeze the items long-term, however - they aren't packaged for that. On the website, they will automatically schedule a delivery if you don't tell them to skip the week or put your account on hold. You also need to be careful to SAVE changes to the automatic schedule. But Territory sends many emails reminding you before the order is final, so there are chances to fix any errors. Plus, you can list food preferences, tell them what dishes you tried but don't want again, so the automatic choices will get better if you order frequently. I haven't had the customer service concerns other mention. Once my order was missing two items, but they quickly credited my account--an inconvenience but something I can live with in the middle of a pandemic.

Yelp
Territory is delicious and convenient. I've started ordering 3 meals a week and no regrets! Their spicy and paleo dishes are my favorite! The pick up location in Adams Morgan is super convenient for me. You can use code FUELNOW for $50 off your first order. Full disclosure, I get $25 back for this. I rarely ever write reviews, so its a testament to how much I like Territory!

Yelp
This is an updated review on Territory's home delivery service. I recently moved from DC to Arlington, which means there is no longer a convenient gym nearby my dwelling where Territory delivers. I opted for home delivery, which is about $8 extra. I used the following promo code for $25 off my first order: IVNFOOD Or you can use: https://www.territoryfoods.com/yum/IVNFOOD My meals are delivered on Sunday and Wednesday nights between 10pm-2am, which works great for me. Because my apartment building has 24 hour concierge service, my meals are dropped off right in front of my door without me having to be bothered, and I can grab them when I wake up in the morning. They come in a delivery bag with ice packs, so the food keeps fresh. You then leave the delivery bag out, and it gets swapped out during the next delivery. This option may not work for some if you live in an apartment without 24 hour concierge and need to give the deliverer access, as s/he may need to call you, which could be late at night/early morning.

Yelp
I'm a fan! Absolutely fantastic option for healthy meals delivered to you or your local CrossFit affiliate. The struggle is real with lunch meal prep and Territory has alleviated the burden. Each week I hop on the site and pick what fits my taste. I've been impressed with many of the meals and have chefs I lean towards repeat ordering from. The serving size is perfect and I'm a huge fan of the macro label! I don't feel guilty after I'm done with my meal, which is a plus. It's great to receive healthy, hearty, yummy food I can enjoy.

Yelp
TERRIBLE customer service. Steer clear--better yet----RUN!!!! They will cancel orders after you pay, not refund and talk very poorly to you!!! Terrible awful company

Yelp
Amazing food, amazing service. I'm obsessed with Territory. I recently started a new job and a lot of my coworkers eat Territory meals for lunch. As a healthy food lover who's definitely struggled with meal prep, I was really curious and wanted to try it out. My manager gave me a discount code for my first order so I tried three of the standard lunch/dinner meals. I was hooked from my first meal! I love that everything is gluten free. The meals are perfectly seasoned and heat up in the microwave really well. But the best part about the Territory meals is how I feel for the rest of the day. Instead of a crappy/overpriced sandwich, salad, or soup for lunch I'm now eating something that's nutrient-packed and protein-rich. Very convenient ordering and pickup - I head to my spin studio just a few blocks from where I live and my meals are waiting there, packed safely, for me to enjoy. Love!

Yelp
I've been a weekly territory customer for my work lunches for a few months now. I just canceled the service after receiving my second lunch full of dirt from unwashed greens. They cannot seem to provide a quality product free from dirt if you order something that requires thorough washing. Today the problem was dirty bok choy, the last time was dirty kale. It is so unpleasant to have to chomp on a bunch of dirt and sand when trying to eat my lunch. To territory's credit, the first time I was served a dirt meal, they promptly credited me for the food. This second time, i'm not waiting around for a credit. I just want food that is not filled with dirt and I want to have the confidence in knowing that I can order greens in the future that is free of debris. The food is good, and if you get this service, I'd stay away from anything that requires greens. I would also assume the vegetables are not being washed. I'd stick to meat and potatoes or meat and root vegetables or beans. I cannot shake the feeling after these two bad experiences that food handling safety is being practiced by the Territory "chefs". If it were, my food would not contain dirt.

Yelp
https://www.territoryfoods.com/yum/JAGK Use the above promo code to get $25 off your first order and $25 off your second order (that's $50 altogether!) I have now been using Territory off and on for over a year. I recently moved and Territory saved my life and my wallet! I really relied on Territory to provide me with fresh, healthy meals while I was finding a new apartment, packing, and getting everything moved then settling in to my new place. Without Territory, I definitely would have ended up ordering pizza or getting Z-Burger or some other sort of fast food every night. Their meals are really great and I can confirm that Territory is always coming up with new selections. I also like that they are becoming more keto friendly! In terms of sizes, I originally was getting the boost size, but I've switched to the standard size for the past few months. It's much more food and more of a big meal - it's perfect for me since I tend to eat two big meals a day (lunch and dinner).

Lynn S.

Yelp
So first, the good. The food is delicious. It is healthy, tasty, and actually tastes fresh unlike other meal delivery services I've tried. They deliver twice a week so you're never eating food that is more than 3 days old. On quality alone, 5 stars. But the bad part is, it is way overpriced. The meals average ~$15 a piece once you include delivery (and can be more depending on which options you choose). For that amount I could get take out from a restaurant every single day. I am a average sized woman who would like to lose a couple pounds, so I found the portion sizes adequate, but they are definitely on the small side. If you're not a small person and/or looking to lose weight, I think the meals would leave you starving. So it's just hard to justify $15 a piece. I will not be a long term customer because I can't justify the cost, as much as I enjoy the food and convenience.

Yelp
My spouse and I were super excited that this would end our healthy lunch struggle, but unfortunately our struggle continues. We ordered three boost size meals. Each boost meal is roughly $10. Before you finalize your order for the week you get to select the meals you want and there are tonnnns of options, which is awesome. Instead of paying for the shipping fee I picked up the meals at a local gym. The pick up process was easy peasy. The problem is the meals were not very good. The Cuban pork dish was super salty. I contacted customer service to ask about requesting less salt in meals going forward and they said that each meal has 1/3 of your recommended daily salt intake and you cannot request less. That's a lot of salt! My spouse had the veggie spicy curry, which was mostly rice and celery and only a few other small veggies. For 10 bucks I expect small good veggies in a veggie meal. One problem I noticed on the website is you cannot see how people rate each meal. Before selecting a meal I'd like to know if other people liked it. All to say, the idea is good but the food is less than par and very expensive for what you get.

Yelp
Territory is absolutely AMAZING!! Its been a month and my life has been totally changed by this service. Everyday I look forward to an interesting and delicious lunch and dinner with less than 5 minutes of effort. I am paleo and these meals are just perfection. The customer service is divine as well! Use code SOULFUEL for $50 off your first order.. as others have said, full disclosure, I get $25 back for this. BUT heres the thing... I NEVER write reviews, so its a testament to how strongly I feel about this company. The food is so good! Its 100% clean and takes all of the guess work out of satisfying your body and taste buds. I am a huge fitness and health fanatic and I love seeing others fall into a healthy lifestyle. Territory is one step towards this! Please just give it a try and see for yourself :D

Yelp
For a company that prides on convenience, affordability, and taste, the service provides none of the above. 1. Delivery times are from 10pm to 2am. If you, like me, are at the mercy of a front desk for packages and have to get to work relatively early in the morning, then your food will be left waiting around 16-17 hours. 2. The packaging, which is large and cumbersome, does a terrible job of keeping things cool. Bad coolants plus inconvenient delivery times? You get spoiled, wasted food. 3. The food is nothing special. I got a $50 coupon, used it on the smallest size, and still had to pay $16 over. The caloric content and nutritional value of one box is less than half what you'd get at sweetgreen, for the same price. I might as well have thrown my money into thr Potomac, that's how much value I got from this service.

Yelp
I like Territory! For someone who isn't a good cook (yet) but wants clean, healthy, and non-frozen meals (that listen up, Blue Apron, I don't have to cook myself) -- Territory works! I like the company's emphasis on fresh and varied meals from local chefs and commercial kitchens. I like that you can choose the specific size of meal you want to meet your health and fitness goals. I also like that there are many convenient pick up spots all around the city so that I can save money by avoiding home delivery costs. I think the ordering website is slick and snazzy and easy to use for the most part (though I do have some suggestions for improvement) and makes it easy to customize your meals for the week. I also like that the ordering system is straightforward, allowing you to skip particular weeks or even put your subscription on pause indefinitely. The customer service department seems proactive as they have monitored my food reviews and even reached out to me directly about the occasional unsatisfactory meal. Although I do agree with certain other commenters that the boost meals are on the small side and that the weekly menus can start to feel repetitive after a while, I still think the pros of the service far outweigh the cons. Definitely a good alternative to cooking for busy professionals who care about what they put in their bodies!

Yelp
UPDATE 5/14/17: After one of the business owners reached out to me to resolve my issue with not receiving my full order, I have updated my review to 3 stars. I think the owner handled the situation well and was sincere in his apology. He provided a full refund and explained that they just implemented a new system and that is why I did not receive a response before for my issue. I took off 1 star because the food is just "OK" for the price. I wish it was a little more filling (more carbs). Some of the meals with chicken had a interesting briney taste, but some of them were actually good. And the other star is because it seems like some of the kinks still need to be worked out on some fronts. But thank you for the excellent follow-up and customer service. It's just a shame it took a few attempts to reach someone. I have changed my mind and would say to others to give it a try at least with the $50 credit and decide for yourself. It seems like I just had a fluke order issue. I think if it did not happen I would have given 4 stars. Original Review: Never again. I ordered from the company last week and went to pick my food up on Monday. I ordered 6 meals and 2 of them were missing. I contacted the company THREE times for a refund or to receive the meals later. They never responded and they even had the audacity to send me an automatic email survey asking if my issue had been resolved.... WHAT? The food was also not that great. I upgraded to the larger size meals and they were still too small and I'm a petite 5'4" 110lb girl. Online it says the meals would be between 400 - 650 calories, one of my meals was under 400 calories and had only 8 grams of protein...(??). Why would anyone want to pay $14 for that.. Also, the nutrition facts aren't even accurate. I ordered the meals for my bf as well and the chicken in our meals were completely different sizes. His was double the size of mine. Quality control people. The chicken had a weird taste like it was brined for too long and yet it was still dry AF. I guess the one star is for the $50 off coupon if you still want to try it.. but I would definitely not. Going to look for a different company to order from.

Yelp
Update! I've been trying out the food service since Nov. 20th and I have to say overall I'm very happy with the service. I opted to pick up my meals each week from a local gym instead of having my meals delivered to save on delivery fees. PROS: 1. The meals are mostly healthy/nutritious 2. The meals are proportionate 3. The meal packaging explain the calories and content 4. The food service is reliable 5. The packaging is looks nice and neat 6. There is a decent variety of meals on the menu 7. They change of the menu every week 8. You can rate the meals, to remember which meals you did not like and give the company feedback. 9. If you are on the regularly scheduled plan you can pause different weeks you don't want food delivered if you are going away for the week etc. 10. You can pick up your meals from a local gym to save on delivery fees each week. 11. The standard sized meals are pretty filling. CONS: 1. I'm not a fan of all of the meal choices as I'm not a fan of sweet potatoes or red peppers but that is obviously my personal preference so thank God you can customize your meals each week. Oh and you can't ask the chefs to remove ingredients as they are made in batches, not individually. 2. The company does not really have much of a over phone option to speak to customers directly. They only communicate via email. Not a huge issue, but I'm just old fashioned like that. 3. The meals are a bit pricey but I guess that's the price you pay for having someone prepare the meals for you that are healthy. 4. There are only two set days in which you can schedule to pick up your meals. Final notes: Don't expect the meals to taste amazing if you are used too eating meals with a lot of salt (which most restaurants do). The meals are meant to be healthy so they try to avoid as much salt and unhealthy ingredients as possible for obvious reasons.

Yelp
I'm definitely a fan of Territory! You see, my problem with Blue Apron was that, sure, they send you all the ingredients, but you still have to chop, dice, shuck, etc., and that can take a lot of time. For the cost, the value wasn't there for me for Blue Apron. Enter: Territory. They provide fresh, locally made meals to your door/gym/yoga studio that should be consumed within a few days. You have your choice from a variety of meal options such as Paelo, Mixitarian, Whole 30, Expecting Moms, Air/Sea/Plants, etc., but you can always customize! I'm quite the picky eater so I definitely customize every time I order. I typically start with Air/Sea/Plants but then just choose what I want to eat even if it doesn't fit into that category. Sometimes there aren't that many options that I would be okay eating but there's at least always 3 and that's all I need! I typically order the 3 boost size dinners for Monday delivery and it costs $32. I get it delivered to my yoga studio so I don't pay for delivery. I've really loved all the meals I've had, especially the cuban pork with mashed yuca, singapore style noodles, stuffed eggplant, spaghetti squash and andouille sausage, etc. The food I get with territory is way better than anything I could try to attempt to make. I do not really enjoy cooking and I don't have a lot of time for it being super busy at work but also a part-time student. Territory allows me to eat well in a jiffy. Super happy I found out about it! I am not set-up for auto-delivery, which makes your orders a little cheaper, just because sometimes we do try our hand at cooking. I always try to anticipate my schedule the week before to see if I should order Territory or not. The value is there! Highly recommend. My referral code is www.territoryfoods.com/yum/ANG4FREE if you want $25 off your first order!

Yelp
Hey all! So, I have read the other reviews on Yelp and thought I would add mine. I really like the Territory Foods meals! Their food has been fabulous and even meals of which I was a little suspect (meaning I thought I might not like the combinations)... were great. The flavors are yummy and I have found that the "Boost" size is perfect for me for both lunch and dinner. While I don't follow a strict Whole30 diet, I love that I can choose Whole30 as an option because it helps me manage my food choices and limit carbs, sugar, grains, and legumes. I feel healthier and have even lost a few pounds!! I haven't had any issues with service. It's important to note that I do not select a weekly subscription because I travel quite a bit and I pick up my meals at a local CrossFit and it has been easy as I drive by the gym on the way to work. It works for me and makes life easier because I don't waste food by grocery shopping when I am traveling so much.

Yelp
My wife and I have really enjoyed Territory! We are able to eat clean and healthy while having delicious meals. Their customer service has been great and very responsive. They've quickly dealt with any issues that arose and went above and beyond, in my opinion, to accomodate or resolve them. We tried several of different services and we found that Territory has been the best by far.

Yelp
I ordered 8 meals & one medium produce box. Based on the ridiculously small portions, I was skeptical from the moment I opened the box. The taste of the meals was mediocre at best & definitely not worth $168! The produce box mostly consisted of green leafy vegetables (wilted), a couple of smashed tomatoes, a few very tiny apples, an overripe pomegranate & a few carrots. I expected better quality & more variety. Not worth the money at all! Freshly is a much better & cheaper option.

Yelp
I'm loving Power Supply food and its concept! Been using its services for a few months now. Food is delicious and consistently nutritiously balanced. Changing weekly menus with an option for Mixitarian, Paleo and Veggie allows for a variety of meals to choose from. Option for different meal sizes-xl, standard and boost allowing eat right portion sizes. Been using boost during heavy exercise routine while trying to loose weight, to boost metabolism and have regular low carb meals every 3 hours. worked perfect for me!!! customer service is great and they always changing and adding things to the whole aspect. happy customer

Yelp
I have been ordering food from them for severl months. My first impression was great, gave recommendations to my co-workers, friends. But the quality of each meals are getting lower every week. I have tried different diet such as Whole 30, Low carb, Low fat. My Whole 30 meals were nothing but potatoes - the half portion of my meal was potatoes. Low carb meals is the lack of variety, same menues. Low fat diet has more options to choose, but the taste was 'it's O.K, I can eat it if I have nothing to have.' level. The major turn off is that they put cold food such as salad and warm to hot serve meal put all together in same container. I had to separate them before heat up. Personally, I don't want the hustle before eat. It supposed to be 'grab - heat - eat', no prep required. I really lost interest toward Territory.

Yelp
Territory is truly a wonderful service. I'm very active and deeply care about the quality of what I eat and how it relates to my performance in my various athletic pursuits. The amount of time I spent planning my meals for the week, calculating macros, shopping, and actually cooking was exhausting during the times that my schedule was already busy from work and other commitments. Often I would just cook the same things week after week for efficiency's sake, only to get sick of certain foods and recipes. I'm horrible at portioning meals and would often make too much (and I hate wasting food!) or too little for the week. I know, I know.... I'm totally type-A and high-maintenance when it comes to food and nutrition! The value in Territory's service, for me at least, is that it takes all of the planning and guess work out of prepping your meals. Unlike other meal delivery services where the ingredients are sent to you with recipes, Territory sends you prepared and portioned meals aimed for the athletic and/or nutritionally conscious individual. You are essentially buying your time back that you would otherwise be using to plan meals, and that for me is worth every penny. Once you've created a Territory account, all you have to do is select which meals you wish to receive (breakfast, lunch and/or dinner), what your dietary preferences are (paleo, vegetarian, or mixed), which days you want meals (M-W and/or Th-F), what portion size you want your meals in, and where you would like have meals delivered to. Every week you select from a menu of which meals you wish to receive (you can mix and match from different dietary preferences if you want). You don't have to be a member of the fitness community to which they're delivered, many of which are Crossfit boxes. In my experience there is usually a fridge by the front door that you can pick your food up from, no assistance required, as long as you're doing it within the gym's business hours. Your food will be waiting in a box for you with your name on it. The most important detail: the food is delicious and there's great variety. There was maybe one or two meals I tried out of dozens that I thought, "meh, this isn't for me." You can rate meals on your online account to keep track of what you like and don't like, and even submit feedback to the Territory staff. You can also look up macros and specific ingredients for each meal online (they're also printed on the meal container labels). I really think they do listen to feedback, as I saw some of the suggestions I made about the food reflected in repeat recipes weeks later. All meals come in recyclable containers. When Territory was still branded as Power Supply, their food containers for the week came packaged in layers of Saran Wrap. I won't lie, as someone who cares a lot about the environment it made me cringe! They've since made the move to shipping their weekly meal orders in cardboard boxes. The company is obviously taking steps for an environmentally-friendly approach, of which I respect and appreciate. Customer service is also fantastic. If you ever need to pause your meals, you can do so through your account. I can't say enough positive things about Territory. The staff obviously has a vision for an amazing and valuable service, and they ironed out pretty much every detail possible for a flawless user experience. This meal service is definitely worth a try.

Yelp
I have been a Territory customer for over 5 years and have recently cancelled my all orders. Their customer service is absolutely atrocious. They had an error processing my credit card, used to pay for the service for two years, and simply cancelled the order last minute without ever contacting me. I wrote to customer service complaining and they told me that they know this practice is "a serious flaw in our system" and assured me I would still get my meals free of charge. That did not happen. Now I have to scramble to lock down food for an entire week. It is completely unacceptable for a company to treat customers this way, especially long-term customers with a track record of never missing a single payment in over five years.

Yelp
Absolutely love Territory and the easiness of receiving meals! My spin studio has a fridge, so I can grab them super quick on my way out after a class. To this day, I have not had a bad meal experience. My favorite is the Ground Turkey Chili Verde - it's amazing. Territory is great for anyone who is looking to eat clean and healthy, but can't find the time to meal prep. Highly recommend! Yelp
I'm so disappointed. Territory saved my butt a few times when my husband was out of town and I needed to get dinner on the table for my family after working all day. Their food is decent. Some meals are great. Others should be permanently taken out of rotation. It's hard to know because you can't rate the meals in a way where everyone can see the ratings. And you can't mix the sizes of meals, which is annoying. I had my account set to not be a regular subscriber. I thought this was a permanent setting unless I went in and intentionally changed it. I've ordered more than once, so I'm shocked this happened. Somehow, after my last order, I was switched to auto-subscribe. Their email saying they had placed an order on my behalf came at 2:30am. At 6:30am, I saw it and requested they cancel. They sent me back a patronizing and long-winded email telling me they couldn't cancel, so now I'm stuck with 11 meals we potentially will have no interest in eating because we didn't pick them. I called at 8:45am when it said their customer service was open at 8am, but it went to a voicemail. There are lots of meal delivery services. Use someone else. Update: I guess if you make enough of a stink they listen. After cancelling my account, they ended up refunding this week's order as a one-time courtesy, and will not be making a mid-week delivery. They also admitted there are bugs in their system, which I hope they work out. I'm changing my stars from 1 to 3. As I said, some meals are good and some aren't. It's frustrating to have all meals be the same size with no way to mix and match. Maybe in the future, I'll go back. We'll see.
