"Milan is often recognized as the birthplace of the concept store, where the idea of blending retail, art, and lifestyle seamlessly converge. Simply put, Terroir is a gourmet grocery with specialty coffee and natural wine by the glass. In a city full of traditional bottegas with Italian foodstuffs, Terroir stands out by offering an exceptional blend of international teas, chocolate, pastas, and potato chips (and all the belissimo packaging). An older, deeply local clientele mixes with young regulars and in-the-know visitors on the search for specialty coffee, craft beer, and artisanal kimchi." - Elizabeth De Filippo-Jones

Wonderful shop run by people who are passionate for local, high quality, ethical products. A real gem for travelers who want to find something unique and worthy to take home from Italy. The workers of the shop showered us with attention, and even packed our bottles in a bubbly wrap, which helped to bring them home without any damage! Special thanks for the restaurant recommendation, it was unforgettable experience! We hope your business will thrive and your shop will be always appreciated by travelers and locals. Greetings from Albina and Lasse🇺🇦🇳🇴

Passion for serving customers the best product. I was looking for a real and good olive oil. At Terroir Milano, I was hosted by Francesco who gave a lesson about olive oils and guide me through the options of difference olives that makes a good olive oil, the tips to "feel" the olive oil, for example how to sense / smell a good olive oil. It was a genuine interest of Francesco to understand in which occasion and parings I would take the olive oil. He made excellent recommendations of mild olive oils to pair with some bread and wine. I highly recommend Terroir Milano for anyone looking for great, genuine and tasty Italian delicatessen.

Found this by complete accident - a hidden gem with an incredible selection of artisanal foods, ranging from chocolate, wine, pasta and fresh produce. They served delicious coffee from La Cabra on V60 or Aeropress. Do not miss it.

Our last stop in Italy to load up on gifts, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place. The moment I walked in the door, the owner’s father, Francesco, joined me at the hip and began, in excellent English, to tell me the stories of the products as though he were describing old friends. I learned so much about olive oil just from his stories! Everything here comes with a story about the people and place behind it, which is the point. Every product here is someone’s passion, and the store itself feels the same. So grateful we found this place and now my suitcase is overfilled!
