Had an exceptional dining experience at Terrior. This is easily one of the best dining experiences - a mix of Japanese influence with ingredients from Thailand and japan. The tasting menu was full of unexpected surprises, each dish was innovative and shows off the skill of the team. The ingredients are not necessarily expensive just for the sake of making this a luxurious meal, but actually made sense. My personal favourite was the razor clam and the duck. The chef and team were really knowledgeable and friendly, explaining the dishes when served. The sommelier Boat was also very knowledgeable and explained why the wine would pair well with certain food. If you are in Bangkok and are looking for a unique experience, I would highly recommend Terrior. Do book in advance online and go soon as I saw they are going to close later this year as the Chef is going to Europe

In my opinion, this is one of best tasting menu we had in Bangkok. More about using the best quality ingredients and closer to Japanese omakase but cooked using modern French technique. The service team is well trained and attentive. Max capacity is 14 per seating so better make reservation well in advance.

As a Japanese person, I’m usually skeptical about elevated kaiseki in Bangkok—it often leans too much on gold flakes and caviar, feeling more like a display of luxury and zero focus on the ingredients. But that was not the case at Terroir. This place focuses on the essence of kaiseki—seasonality, quality ingredients directly sourced from Japan, and amazing combinations of flavors and textures. Every bite felt intentional and deeply thought out. My absolute favorite dish was the tomato with soup drizzled with kombu oil—a seemingly simple dish that carried such incredible depth of flavor. It’s the kind of dish that proves true skill lies in restraint and balance. I also loved the ebi Hotate salad, where the crunchiness of the lettuce paired perfectly with condiments - it just kept bringing out different umami flavors each bite. I’d definitely recommend to anyone who appreciates innovative kaiseki!

The food was good, When we ate that courses i felt i was eating food with great ingredients in every dish we had. Chef have a good cooking skills as well. Happy to had a good experience there. I love their Dashi soup, Salad, Somen, Tomato and Duck so much
