"Terry O’Reilly’s Pub (45 Union St.) has closed, but a replacement is already open in the space. Baramor describes itself as 'a warm and cozy American pub serving gastro cuisine,' and chef Tim Moss cooks up a menu of poutine, bacon-wrapped meatloaf, potato gnocchi, burgers, fried chicken sandwiches, and more." - Dana Hatic

Really fun bar. Great vibe. Spacious so not on top of people but draws a great crowd. Went for Thursday night karaoke. It was a good time. The manager was like a fantastic host. Making sure our group was taken care of, but still finding time to dance with karaoke singers. Will be back.

Pretty great watering hole in newton. The small bar side still has a great local feel. They've got live music in weekends. Oh, kitchen closes at 11

A must visit, when in the Boston area! Hidden gem for sure. Nick the bar back, pointed us in the right direction for awesome local food and, entertainment. My father and I were introduced to the marathon beer that was truly great. Awesome atmosphere and small town vibe, customer service and friendly community like vibes for sure. If you are looking for somewhere to go to have a few drinks and get the lay of the land, just stop by and talk to Nick he is sure to given you sounds options.

Fish and chips in this place is really fresh and delicious. The bar offers variety of drinks and they have stand up comedy nights and music nights too. We will definitely go back there with family. Their kids menu is good as well. When it is warm outside I would sit outside to get a feeling of newton neighborhood as well.

Went to Terry O'Reilly's Irish Pub for the Bluegrass Brunch this past Saturday. I had one of the juiciest, best burgers I've ever had with perfect fries and slaw not overrun with mayo while listening to live Bluegrass music. Such a great way to spend the afternoon with a friend! The service was great and the owner, Warren, friendly and welcoming!

Great live entertainment. Awesome Open Mic on Wednesdays. If you order food during live events you probably want to go to the other side as you might never get a chance to order. Beer selection is hit or miss. Have ordered many a great beers here but just as many skunked drafts and have also been given Sam Adams bottles that were expired by over a year at TO's. Overall they usually take care of it if you tell them but then leave the rest for others to order. This review would be lower but the live entertainment is honestly what saves it.

It's your typical Irish bar, with a solid, diverse beer selection, good food and very friendly, attentive service. There's a lot of room, too. Many TVs showing sporting events, but the atmosphere is very laid back. Since it opened, it has quickly become one of my favorite places to go for a beer or a quick bite.

A great bar/restaurant, with friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere, split across 2 areas. A small bar and dining area, cozy with several TVs showing sports, and a larger bar on the other side of the building where the very regular events are held, such as live music, trivia, comedy, open mic nights. There are events most nights of the week. They also have a few outdoor tables in the summer months
