From the moment I walked in, Terry, the owner, made me feel completely welcome, he’s friendly, down to earth, and clearly cares about his customers. Joe took care of my oil change and, at my request, also checked my timing chain. He was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, explaining everything clearly and taking the time to make sure the job was done right. You can tell he’s got plenty of experience under his belt. The shop itself is immaculate—not something you see every day in an auto workshop. There’s even coffee and tea available while you wait, which was a nice touch. And best of all, the service was very affordable, with no surprise costs. If you’re looking for honest, skilled, and friendly service, Terry’s Ltd. is the place to go. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending them to others!

Terry’s is so great. We have just taken our car for its second MOT- they even kindly checked over fluids and a few other bits which is above and beyond for an MOT- lovely guys, and a genuine service. So great to find an honest mechanics

No other words than to describe Terrys as truly outstanding. I dealt personally with Terry (the owner) who supported me with my vehicle which had many mechanical faults. Terry was not only able to diagnose these faults but went above and beyond by liaising with Nissan to support me with building my case for warranty repairs. It’s rare to find a mechanic who is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also takes the time to explain what’s going on in clear, straightforward terms. That level of skill and integrity is hard to come by. From start to finish, everything was handled with precision and care. Exceptional service and workmanship. The garage to go to if your looking for high quality work and genuine service.

Honestly the best most helpful mechanic. My mechanic retired and i was so worried finding another mechanic. I meet terry and i told him exactly what I needed, a mechanic who understands me, who won't take the piss out of me and who will be my safety net with my car. Terry's ltd is fairly priced hes truthful safety conscious and will be totally transparent with what you need when how and how much. Hes has unlimited knowledge and if he doesn't know he has friends colleagues and people he asks for advice. He always answers the phone, always gets back to me and has never made me feel that I cant trust the car I drive. If you are a new driver scared and worried about trusting a mechanic this is the place for you.

As a new driver, I was panicked after another garage quoted me £2,000 in vague repairs during a free car health check through RAC. I called Terry’s LTD for a second opinion worried my new old car wasn’t safe, and Terry was amazing, calm, honest, and genuinely helpful. After quickly booking me in he did a full check on the car and confirmed it only needed one very minor repair which he quickly did and suggested one tyre needs replacing. He also took the time to educate me by showing me all the parts under the car and points that might arise in the future. He has restored my trust in garages. Lovely man, highly recommend! Will definitely be back.

Always answer the phone promptly, very accommodating when I had issues making it to my MOT appointment, staff were helpful, friendly and professional, While U Wait service has tea station, WiFi and charging facilities which were very useful. mot was completed in good time and for a very reasonable price. The garage services up to class 7 vehicles so taking my 3.5T + campervan was no issue. 👍👍👍👍👍

Visited recently on a recommendation to diagnose my car. Terry gave me some advice to trial before getting mechanics to work on the issue. Offered money for his services, advice and time and he did not take any. Gentleman. Thank you. TP.
