Amazing experience! I don’t normally do reviews but after this day I had to just share my experience. I entered the showroom (Nov 14, 2025) and I was greatly welcomed and felt comfortable to be here . I was looking at my dream car up close (model x) and a worker approached me, he was so friendly and we had a conversation as is if we knew each other already. He was a really cool person. I was hesitant to ask if I can sit inside the car but he offered me before I could even ask, and he explained everything and made me feel comfortable sitting inside my dream car. He was also as excited I was to be inside the car. He offered me a test drive as well afterwards. His started with a J. My name is Juan and he thought we had the same name for a minute. His name coincidentally sounds like mine but close. After the test drive in the rain, he felt like a friend that I’ve always knew. I didn’t want to leave the dealership afterwards with how respectful and kind he was. Nothing but laughs, and fun conversations together. He didn’t feel like a worker but a friend. I’d honestly give him a raise, I’ve never got treated this way by any worker!!

This was my first time visiting to purchase a Tesla, and I had a great experience. Thanks to the staff’s professionalism and excellent customer service, I was able to make my decision without any hesitation. I picked up my vehicle in Montebello, and I was truly impressed. I absolutely love the FSD (Full Self-Driving) feature — it completely changed my driving experience. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my purchase and the entire process. Highly recommended!

Had a fabulous experience learning more about the Tesla X and Tesla Y with the expertise and care of London. Over two days, my wife and I worked with London to make the right decision choosing our next vehicle. London was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and kind. To Tesla and those who think customers can be intimidated: Today, at Century City, I approached you with a simple request—a refund. I came with respect, with patience. But when your manager, Gordon, summoned a guard to brand me a trespasser without cause, he crossed a line. I was neither inside the store, nor was I aggressive, and yet, I was treated as a threat for exercising my rights. California law is clear: every customer has the right to fair treatment, without fear or discrimination. This isn’t just about a refund; it’s about the principle that no one should be treated like an outsider for asking questions. I won’t let this slide. I’m taking this to Tesla, and I’ll make sure this story is known until someone takes responsibility. We customers deserve better. Respect, as they say, is a two-way street.

I had the pleasure of working with Mert Miranda at Tesla, and I can honestly say it was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Even though there was a major screw up in the beginning, Mert took full ownership, corrected the situation, and went above and beyond to make things right. He even set me up with an amazing car to drive around until my order was ready, which completely turned a frustrating start into an outstanding experience. From start to finish, he was attentive, professional, and patient. He took the time to fully understand my situation, walked me through every detail, and made sure all of my questions were answered clearly. What really stood out was his genuine care. He wasn’t just trying to get me in and out; he wanted me to leave feeling confident and supported. Thanks to Mert, I left impressed not only with the product, but with the way I was treated. I love Tesla and truly believe in their mission, but I'm extremely disappointed with a design flaw in my vehicle. I accidentally dropped an AirPod between the driver's seat and center console, and it fell into an overlapping piece of fabric that wasn't fully sealed--making it completely inaccessible. When I arrived at the Tesla service center, they said it would cost $250-$500 just to retrieve it. I've owned many cars, and I've never had one where something could fall into an area that requires professional disassembly to access. This feels like a major oversight in design, and Tesla's response was frustrating. I expected better from a company known for innovation and customer focus. I hope they're able to make this right.

I've walked by the Tesla showroom in Westfield Century City countless times as a college student, always dreaming about one day owning one of these incredible cars. Fast forward to today, and I can't describe how surreal it feels to finally drive my own Tesla! I had an amazing experience at Tesla! From the moment I walked into the store, everyone was incredibly welcoming. A gentleman named Mirt helped me out, and he was an absolute professional. He took the time to teach me everything I needed to know about the Model 3, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I loved it so much that I had to start my order right away! If you're thinking about getting a Tesla, I highly recommend going in and asking for Mirt--he'll take great care of you.

My partner and I always a Tesla Model 3 since we pay so much for gas for our commutes. We decided to go check it out at our closest location which was in this beautiful mall. We were greeted with friendly service and helpfulness which was pretty nice. Guy with the mustache was really cool and patient with all our questions. He said his name was Mirt I think.. huge thanks to him. The adjustment to the whole accelerate/break mechanism was easier than I thought. By the time I drove it home I was already used to it. Overall super stoked to own this car. The full self drive was scary at first but now I'm just amazed at how they got it to do all it does. 6/5 stars for the whole experience.

Test drove a cyber truck today! When you step in you instantly feel encased in masculine energy. Even though the windows are tinted, everyone on the road knows only a man would be driving this. The thoughtless design pairs nicely with my lack of imagination. No frills, it just gets the job done. It has a "Hunger Games/The Purge" feel to it. Dystopian for sure. The strength of 600 horsepower beneath my gnarled feet, Love it. With all that torque we don't need horses anymore. Perfect. Hate those things. Seating for 5 but why, wish it was just 1 right in the middle. Love this car. Can't afford it yet, so for now I'll just salute them when they drive by. 1 star !

We went to check out the cyber truck. My 7 year old son was inside the model Y playing with the games on the screen. A guy name Ryan or Brian with scruff like beard walked over told my son to get out. My son ran to me afraid and about to cry. Then what made me more upset was the super rude comment he made. Your son " wasn't doing anything wrong, but if he wants to play there's a playground around the corner!! (in a very sarcastic tone)! Wow super unnecessary for him to say that. I was really disappointed especially coming from a store that is trying to sell cars. It was just rude, unprofessional. He could've said it kindly and didn't need to add the smart comment there's a playground around the corner! I'm a Tesla owner and have been to many Tesla stores and usually have the best customer service. This is such a disappointment

George Rodriguez has been the worst sales person. He promised that I would get a referral fee and I even have it in my texts however I have not received the $500 referral fee he promised and I tried to contact him through text and call and I even went in person I left him messages to call me which never did. awful alex hermits? also was awful my original review was: George Rodriguez is a great sales associate. Ask for him getting a new car :)

We had ordered a tesla and did not get a desirable pickup location or date. We tried calling someone/anyone but it turned out that we couldn't get a human at the other end. Frustrated, I walked into the Century city showroom. Kaitlyn was super helpful. She not only changed the pickup date to what was convenient for us but also explained several little things that you'd only learn along the way. She has gotten us excited about our new car again! Thank you for your friendly and helpful demeanor, Kaitlyn. Much appreciated.

I was at the Century City store about 6 weeks ago. I had been getting a lot of runaround from the Tesla system on line regarding credits owed me on my lease return. I met with Kaitlyn on a walk in basis and she was fantastic. She looked up my account, confirmed my accounting on what was to be credited to my account and told me the expected time frame. She helped me log in to my account and showed me where I could see this accounting on the website. Thank you for being a pro and helping to bring the overall Tesla experience back to "acceptable".

What a great experience. I walked into the store cold and met AJ, one of many sales reps. AJ Walked me through the various models and features and answered all my questions. The Y was perfect for what I was looking for. I was amazed when AJ said a new one could be delivered to me in 5 days. I went home, clicked the order link he sent me, and yep, it confirmed Friday delivery (yesterday), and it arrived 3 hours ahead of schedule right to my front door; FANTASTIC! AJ called me to ensure I received the Y and was happy so far and answered a few questions. My ranking of my Tesla Experience So Far: 1. The Car Itself: Technology A+ User Experience - In the Car Tech A+ User Experience The App A+ First Charging Experience A+ 2. Sales Experience A+ 3. Education/Training/Support to Get me Running A+I promise I do not work for Tesla; I am amazed at my first Tesla. I can't give the Y or AJ at the Century City location at higher review, all 10's! Great job, guys!

They did good work on my model S, but it took too long to get an appointment and communication was not great throughout the process. Feels like there should not be any more growing pains at this point considering the popularity of the brand.

I had a fantastic experience at the Tesla store thanks to Bryan J. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and guiding me through the entire process. Without his assistance, I probably wouldn't have gotten the car. Bryan made everything easy and stress-free. Highly recommend working with him!

We asked to see the inside of the cyber truck. The sales person said that the manager took the keys with them. They were also waiting for repairs to the interior. My stated it must be hard to sell without being able to show the truck. Just then another guy said they sold 3 million trucks , and we would not be able to view it today or any other day. We responded okay. Then another potential client asked to see the interior, we suggested don't ask the gruff looking guy, he is rude. All of us left speechless. I guess it will be a 2024 GMC AT4 TRUCK purchase for this guy.

Our waitress was awesome. She knew the difference between a Calzone and a Stromboli. Got us waters in time. Good work, good view

In Century City this Tesla dealer has been there for at least 4 years. This is just a showroom, it has always been clean, neat and the staff very helpful, friendly and professional. Yesterday there were 3 models on display based on baseline price points: $40k, $80k and $90k add ons are extra. Was mostly interested in the SUV with the gull wings. Had to arrange an appointment for a test drive later this week, not on the spot. The representative Esteban was very nice and informative and was eager to take my info to enter into their system, but I was already on their list. Tesla currently offering very sweet incentives if you lease prior to Dec 30 2018. After that date, all deals are off. So that was yesterday's pitch. Earlier today in the news, Tesla's CEO Elon Musk was asked to step down as CEO for alleged securities, tax, issues producing a ROI statements transparent to investors. This news was not shocking to me, because Tesla hasn't shown a profit since inception and investors are aware of this. Elon Musk is the genius and key to the viability of this company. With Elon not behind the wheel to guide the company, I wonder about this company's future. Despite the not depend on gasoline, it's green effect, cool tech appeal of these vehicles, these were not enough reasons for me to purchase a Tesla if the company sinks...even the gull wings couldn't help it out of the red. Really like this USA company concept and innovation and want to remain optimistic for its success.

After buying the car, I discovered a problem in the cabin + the glass does not close tightly and makes noise. I made a service request on the second day. They arrived after 10 days and left without fixing anything, but they wrote that they needed to make a new request and wait another 7 days. Buy a car and wait about 20 days to fix a factory defect? Do people have to pay 45,000 for this?

First and foremost is I love my Tesla model three dual motor. I bought it through Javier who works in the Century City dealership. It was seamless and I actually picked up the car the same day I ordered it because they had it in stock at their distribution center in Marina Del Rey. Javier really knows his stuff and has been working for Tesla quite a while. Once you drive a Tesla you'll never go back :-) Bottom line Javier Rocks .

MESSED UP MY DMV REGISTRATION WHICH HAS CREATED SEVERE FINANCIAL CONSEQUENCES FOR ME AND MY NEW BUSINESS. Warning: If you are buying a Tesla to use commercially this is not the place to shop! I bought a black on black 2024 Telsa Y to drive Black Car service on an Uber Black account. The sales people knew exactly what I was there for. I explained everything. They informed me that I was not eligible for the immediate cash federal rebate of $7,500 because I was purchasing the car commercially. So I didn't get the rebate from Teslsa and paid for the down payment with my own cash. I purchased the car with an Auto loan and all under my business name. THEN THEY REGISTERED MY CAR WITH THE DMV NON COMMERCIALLY! Doing this has made it impossible for me to complete the TCP PUC application necessary to activate my TCP number for Black Car service. Uber was originally created for limo and black car drivers, so the TCP is a must for drivers to use the app that most riders are using for black car service. At minimum, TESLA CENTURY CITY OWES ME $7,500 SINCE THEY WENT AND REGISTERED MY COMMERCIAL CAR AS A REGULAR AUTO. I PURCHASED IN APRIL AND I AM STILL DRIVING WITH NON COMMERCIAL REGISTRATION BECAUSE GETTING THIS CORRECTED INVOLVES A LOT OF TIME - PAPER TITLE AND DMV DELAYS. TIME I AM NOT ABLE TO USE MY UBER BLACK ACCOUNT WHICH PAYS DOUBLE WHAT THE REGULAR UBER ACCOUNT PAYS, TIME I AM PAYING FOR A LUXURY CAR AND COMMERCIAL INSURANCE PREMIUMS WITHIN THE BLACK CAR WAGES TO MATCH THOSE COSTS! If everything had been handled properly then I would be on the Uber Black account this month. Instead, it's taking much longer and I might not be on my Uber black account until August. So the way I see it, Tesla owes me $7,500, or the lost BLACK CAR service wages. Since April I am driving lower tier Uber X and Lyft customers around in a luxury black car meant for Black Car service and getting paid those low wages instead of what I bought the car for. With the proper course of action, that would have changed by the first week of June. With TESLA registering my car improperly (after denying me the federal rebate ) I won't be able to activate my Uber Black account with all documents in until August. PAY UP TESLA. TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR YOUR ERROR. I AM NOW IN SEVERE DEBT BECAUSE OF WHAT YOU DID.

Very careless and unfriendly staff. One wonder if Musk paying these guys to be so cold and ambivalent toward new customers. I dealt first with a guy who left while i was checking the car although I had mentioned that i called for test drive. Then an unfriendly girl name Amanda who was hard to solicit for help as she was more interested to be on her computer than actual client. i wanted Y model but i find the car very simplistic for a BMW driver Tesla its a golf car. And those door handles, you have to explain everyone how wants to get into your car, its a push and pull while handle suck itself back. Also they are out of insensitive so i prefer to buy my electric car from Companies that offer that 6 7K insensitive. Last and oddest is their test drive. They give you the key and tell you go and figure it out. Its like they don't care about selling cars. i didn't felt comfortable to drive by myself and no inspection after, next thing you know they charge you for some damage that you never done. This dealership is not recommended and frankly i find the car interior claustrophobic, tight, not roomy and banal!

AVOID this showroom at all cost and go somewhere else. Management (Ashley customer experience manager is rude, condescending, and kept on looking at her phone just because I'm a senior. I had an appointment and they kept on handing me off to different people because they didn't have confidence in me making a purchase and answers to my questions. (They need better training) I was so disappointed by the lack of interest in a potential customer. I ended up calling the Canoga Park and scheduling a test drive as I would be visiting my daughter. I had an amazing experience there! I ended up ordering my Tesla Model Y and Tesla Model 3 for both my daughters for Christmas but it will be arriving late summer which will be ok with all of us. So please avoid this place if you can, till they learn how to treat potential buyers and people in general.

I bought a Model 3 online with the help of fantastic salesperson Blaine M. at the Century City store. After guiding me through the online ordering process, and receiving a January 2022 delivery date, Blaine stayed in touch as was able to get me the exact car I wanted when another customer turned down delivery, without having to wait until January.

ATTENTION ELON MUSK! You have a rock star that works here and her name is Alexa. My lease was up on my Model S and needed to get into a new car right away. She somehow found an available car for me, contacted me and I went online purchased it and this all happened within minutes. I was so impressed with her professionalism and dedication. This is another reason why I'm a Tesla customer for life. Thank you Alexa!

I thoroughly recommend the excellence and attention to detail delivered by AJ at this Tesla location. For a variety of reasons, our purchase was protracted and even ended up being finalised in Colorado, but AJ was a thoughtful, tenacious and effective advisor. We're delighted with our car, and impressed with the service we received from Tesla in Century City. From test drive to delivery and beyond, AJ and his colleagues have exceeded our expectations.

I am so glad I trusted Alexander Mendoza! I was nervous about purchasing a Tesla because I have always owned gas vehicles. I told him I felt bad because I was test driving a lot of other cars. He said "we want you to try other cars because you will find Tesla is the best!" He was right! He drove to my house to let me test drive a Model 3 Performance. What incredible customer service! He was so kind and knowledgeable! I'm so in love with my Tesla it's so fast and the handling is more incredible than any BMW I've driven! I will never drive another car again:-)

Had some cosmetic work due to a sideswipe done on my car by Tesla service advisor Johnny Reedas. He was absolutely fantastic - high quality work done fast. I'd recommend him to anyone needing service!

Tesla car exhibit and dealership at the mall. Sweet, economical, clean cars of the present and future. Had to take a pic of my favorite. Lots of people checking out the cars. Made me proud to think we have a factory in our hometown of Reno, Nevada.

The absolute worst staff at this location. None of the 3 employees seemed interested in doing their job or talking to anyone in the store. I had questions about the model Y and kept having to chase the worker down. When I asked to compare the two interiors he just unlocked the door and walked away with out saying anything and when I tried asking about the spoiler he was walking away as I was still talking because he was more interested in swapping charging spots with the other models parked. How is one suppose to purchase these cars when the sales workers have no interest in answering questions about them

Love my car! Worth the wait. It came at the perfect time! I couldn't be happier and the third toe is roomier than expected.

Went to put my order in and reserve a Tesla. I don't know if it's the way I'm dressed but was not approached whatsoever. I was already thinking about ordering online tbh but I thought a little human interaction wouldn't hurt. Turns out this location just straight up ignores you if you "don't look the part." I was waiting for a good 30minutes for someone to talk to but decided that a computer screen is much better. I highly recommend not to go to this place not unless you want to be ignored.

Great company, but one of the service advisors here. Is not the most welcoming person and is spreading misinformation in regards to Tesla's optional extended warranties. Which he implied can be purchased after the basic warranty ends for the Y & 3. Which simply is not true. This person does not belong on the sales floor

I ordered a model 3 from here a few months ago. The sales guy was informative and very eager. I actually test drove it AFTER I ordered it and was surprised by how much I enjoyed driving it. My only critique is that after the test drive, I was under the impression the sales guy would meet me back in the garage after I parked. This didn't happen so I confusedly walked back to the showroom on my own with the key. I think they should meet you after the test drive to see how it went and escort you back.

Jerry was recommended to me by a friend and I could not have been any happier with my experience with him. He is beyond knowledgeable, responsive, courteous, and just an overall joy to work with. Being unnerved by the car buying process, he answered any questions we had, and gave us a phenomenal test drive where he somehow managed to break down all the remarkable features of the car. We left with a wealth of new knowledge, and we were extremely thrilled with both the car itself and the incredible service from Jerry. Certainly, the car itself is amazing, but without quality people telling the story of the car and the brand it is just not the same. We even had further questions that came up beyond our first meeting and Jerry was more than happy to meet us to answer them all, and at no point did we feel an ounce of pressure to make a decision. This was hands down our greatest car shopping experience and we have Jerry to thank for that. Although we worked with Jerry, everyone at the store seemed very friendly. Thank you Tesla Century City and thank you Jerry for making the often-dreaded car shopping experience a great one!

Worse dealer and worse customer service I had a trad in the sales person Amanda gave me a trade in value. After 2 weeks i was there i brought 2 friends that got a new tesla. And i asked if my trade in is still the same. She said yes. I order the car on the spot. When i tried to complete the sales the trade in value dropped 10k after they run my credit. I called amanda and she said she will call me bavk. She never did. Im here now and she was nasty. I just canceled my Tesla. Worse hospitality and customer service worse worse

Horrible customer service. I won't even waste anymore time on these people.so unprofessional and they have no knowledge of what they're doing. I called to speak with the manager Amanda three times amd she didn't even have the common courtesy to return my phone call. For a company that is known for being tech savvy and a step ahead of everyone else their customer service was horrendous!!

Alexander Mendoza needs to be REMOVED from Tesla. He called us yelling and abusing us and threatening us. We ordered a Model 3 months ago, and were supposed to take delivery in about a week, but now he is punishing us and pushed our delivery to 13 weeks for us complaining. He refused to give us the name of the manager. We asked to speak with the manager but instead Alex called us. Pretty sure employees are protecting each other.

I recently visited this location and had the WORST sales experience ever. If would give negative stars if I could. I went into this location fully expecting to put down the deposit and start the process, but spoke with AJ Graybill and left feeling disgusted and disrespected. He was rude and condescending in his approach to providing financing information (which was completely inaccurate) and treated me like I could not afford the car. I am strongly reconsidering even getting a Tesla at this point. I would strongly recommend AVOIDING this location at all costs!!!

I never write reviews but for the awesome service I got from Nick at Tesla, he deserves it .... More like the service commands it! Let me tell you why.... 2-3 months ago I was buying a beamer for around 40k and the service at bmw during negotiating etc was just a pain in the ass... too much headache back and forth The day before my delivery For my bmw , I sat in a tesla uber( u read that right) nicest uber guy ever , showed me how cool the car was ... it was a model 3 i got home and by chance just called the santa monica showroom to speak and just find out the price etc Let me put it to u this way... I spoke to nick for over an hour , not only did he explain to me so well how a tesla works ( like switching to an iphone ) he also knew so much about the cars that I ended up spending 70 80 k more for a s model..... why?? They dont work on commission, but just because it was explained so well to me. During that conversation not once did I feel pressured at all! No sleazy salesmanship like I experienced at bmw Just honesty and too the point. This car isnt available till june, this dude got it for me in 2 months almost! My friends who work at tesla said its impossible , hes at a much higher position , he couldnt do it! I got options for colors also its nuts! I have asked him continuously a millllllion questions ( I mean a milllion )never once has he not answered promptly or disrespectfully ! He has been honest and just simply amazing through out. MANY MANY people tried to talk me out if buying such an expensive car with a yoke. But because of Nicks wonderful customer service that I received and continue to receive I went through with getting the car. GIVE HIM A FREAKING PROMOTION!

This place is the worst Tesla ever. I was told invalid information continuously rather then being told I don't know while I was there. Asking the sales reps here anything is a waist of time. I dealt with alexander who might be one the rudest people I've ever dealt with in customer service. Like I just ordered a car with you guys and all he did was talk over me. I asked to speak with someone else and he didn't give me someone else. He literally told me his manager doesn't work there so I have no one to complain about him too. I still do not have a solution to the delivery problem I have and now have to continuously call again to try to get a solution. Avoid this Tesla, avoid calling them, if you have to go avoid Alexander!

I had an outstanding experience purchasing a Model Y through the Santa Monica store. In particular, I received stellar service from Blake, my sales advisor, throughout the process. I came into the store in March for a test drive, accompanied by my sister. Blake gave us a thorough walkthrough of the car and its features. After the test drive, Blake suggested I place an order to lock in the price of the vehicle. While I had no intention of placing an order that day, Blake made me feel comfortable and educated me as to why it was to my advantage to do so. As it turned out, this decision saved me over $1,000 as the price was raised multiple times in the interim. In early April, I was ready to finalize my order and Blake walked me through the process to do so. My new car was delivered to my home at the end of the month. Unfortunately there was a technical issue that prevented me from accepting the delivery via the app and unlocking the vehicle for a few hours. This resulted in me being ticketed as I was unable to move the car from its drop-off location on the street. I immediately alerted Blake of the issue and the resulting parking ticket and he promptly took care of the situation, getting a check issued to reimburse me for the cost. As a salesperson myself, I was impressed by Blake's level of knowledge, helpfulness, and responsiveness throughout the buying process. Overall, the car buying experience was the best that I've seen to date, and I'm absolutely loving my Model Y! I'd highly recommend working with Blake and team at Tesla Santa Monica.

I don't quite understand the role of these sales people here other than facilitating you for test drives, which I'm sure can be automated. They also canceled my test drives few times, super disorganized. Maybe I just had a really bad sales coverage (GM) throughout the ordering and delivery process, but they were extremely unhelpful and couldn't provide any info beyond what was given on Tesla's website. Zero cares throughout the process from the customer team. It's nerve racking enough waiting 3 months+ for your car to arrive, whenever you ask them a question, they tell you whatever bs answer to get you off their back (or don't respond back all together). Horrific customer experience overall. I don't recommend at all

Called twice and left messages. Wrote an email asking for a test drive. None of my messages were returned. Guess they're not too concerned right now with new customers.

Worst customer service! David Maggard was super rude and unhelpful. Talk about disrespectful. Do you research before buying the car- it gives off radiation and has a lot of cons.
