This was my first time here. My husband I moved to Austin and we needed to find a pediatrician here. Everyone in the office was so nice and welcoming. Even though it’s a bit of a drive for us, we’ll be coming back!!

Great team of people to help care for the kiddos! As new parents, they are patient and understanding of our concerns. We always have a great experience when visiting Texas Children’s Pediatrics.

The most wonderful care team you’ll find! The physicians and staff are knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate.

Dr. Burns and Dr. Massey are such caring doctors and the team is great and always helpful.

I absolutely love this office with my whole heart. All of the nurses are extremely kind and patient, they treat my family so well. Doctor Massey is a godsend! She truly cares about the kids and parents. We are so thankful for this team!!!

My children and I were really pleased with our first visit. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful! Dr. Massey and her staff did a beyond excellent job on tending to my children's questions and concerns. Their well checks went great. My favorite part about our visit is that everyone included my children in all the typical well check questions and made them feel more comfortable their first visit than they did at their previous clinic. Dr Burns is a great communicator. As a new parent she knew the questions I wanted to know without having to ask. I appreciate her attention to detail and thoroughness. Several times she has called after hours to check in on our child. She’s an amazing physician who truly cares.

I had a wonderful experience at this clinic. We were visiting family in Austin during Covid and our three month old baby had a scary incident where he briefly stopped breathing due to reflux. We spoke to our pediatrician in Houston, who is with Texas Children’s, recommended we see a doctor to rule out anything serious. Rather than go to an urgent care facility with an infant during a pandemic, we decided to try to get in with a primary care physician with Texas Children’s. When I called their office, the first person I spoke with was so kind and understanding, and she spoke with the doctor to work us into their busy schedule. When we arrived, they were very cautious with all the Covid restrictions, and were also very kind and professional. The doctor took her time with us, and was very thorough. And she was able to enter all her notes into our MyChart so our regular doctor will see it all at the next appointment. I highly recommend this office.

We see Dr. Massey and on occasion, Dr. Burns. Dr. Massey spends ample time in the room with my child and I answering all my questions. Both doctors are very responsive via the messaging on the MyChart app. They will call you back same-day too. The front desk staff and nurses are great as well. Very punctual every time. There is plenty of free parking in the garage next door.

Been going to Dr. Burns since our beeb was brand new and now he's almost two. We'll follow her anywhere. She's kind, never judgmental, funny, and gives you real practical advice. Danielle at the front desk is amazing. The nurses are always very helpful. Love it here ---Update - 12/11/19 six months later and I still can't extol enough how amazing everyone is here. Every single person is kind, patient, goes out of their way to make my kid AND ME feel comfortable. Best doctor and clinic experience / front staff / nurse (Krystal, you're a dream!) I've ever experienced.
