Great place for lunch or breakfast. Fantastic ham sandwiches and great sides. My Shells and cheese Mac& cheese) was really good and had rich flavors. They are able to get the food out very fast and the line can move quite quickly. There drinks have crushed ice.

Was lucky to find this gem on the way to work after an appointment today!! You enter on the right side and are able to place an order to go or for dine-in. I was trying to decide and notice a Secret menu item posted at the checkout! Obviously I had to try it!! The Breakfast Bun was delicious! Served on a house made bun it had scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon and was topped with Swiss and cheddar cheese! The perfect toast to the softest bun and you can tell they use quality ingredients the way it melted in my mouth each bite! The portion was on the large side so I took the rest for lunch! It would be a great item to share with a friend if yall were not too hungry. They were quite busy but still had smiles on their faces and fast service. I had my food in less than 20 min! I feel like this would be a great place to meet up with friends or even a bookclub as it was lively and full of positive energy. Parking: lots of spaces that are constantly rotating with availability and handicapped parking available.

I can’t say enough amazing things about this perfect spot!! The TEA is great I just have to come out and say it. Your experience from walking in the door order with the nice staff and the wait is worth it. I love asking for the Mac and cheese with no top and they will even let you enjoy it while you wait on your other food. The breast fast roll or even the tacos are 10/10 the staff with chat with you while you wait always high energy regardless of the time. This is a neighbor must!!

I ordered a breakfast roll with wheat and for $7 was given one piece of bread cut in half for the entire sandwich… wtf? Both hard and just unpleasant to try to eat a sandwich that’s only half covered in bread. I don’t understand. I am concerned and confused if texas honey ham is actually that cheap to only give a sandwich one slice of bread cut in half or if this was an error. Wish I could rewind time honestly and get my money back, was not an enjoyable meal. Further I found a massive piece of egg shell in the sandwich… Edit there was no mixup- I requested my Sandwich be on wheat instead of the roll and was given one piece of bread cut in half for the entire sandwich….

Wow so disappointed with everything. The Breakfast Roll was probably the best part of a terrible meal. The Build-Your-Own Breakfast Taco was worse than a convenience store taco. The hash browns were utterly vile. The smell was off and I tried a bite and I couldn't even tell what the dark brown blob was made of. The worst place I have ordered from ever.

I've never been more disappointed with a sandwich. Got a side of baked potato casserole and it needs salt. Definitely disappointed by my lunch. Service was fine.

Went to Texas honey ham for the first time today with my girlfriend and was thoroughly disappointed and surprised. While we were waiting in line minding our own business the cashier tried to lecture me about how having my hood up while talking to him was disrespectful. I had it up because it was cold and rainy outside. Who do you think you are commenting on my appearance? I would understand if this was vince young steakhouse, but this is a neighborhood deli style sandwich shop so please know your place (not that you should be speaking on what customers are wearing regardless). After basically insulting me in front of my girlfriend he then tried to offer us free water (wow how kind). Just when I thought the food would be the redeeming quality of this whole experience, the sandwich I received was soggy and flavorless. Very disappointed after hearing so many good things about this place from my friends. Definitely will not be returning after almost every aspect of the restaurant was 0 stars. Do not recommend.

They don't just Serve HAM!! Lol Let me tell you, the tacos are great! They're not your typical Mexican tacos so don't take my recommendation thinking I'm saying they have great Mexican food. Their tacos are delicious and they're big! Highly recommend the Apache! Oh and let me tell ya, the mac and cheese is easily a 4.5 out of 5 Stars... it's thick not mushy, I recommend adding chorizo to it which helps thin it out while immensely adding to the overall flavor of a recipe that's already delicious by itself!! There's usually always a line of people, but the line moves really fast! The service is exceptional. You order at the counter and wait for your order whether it's to go or dine in. But you don't wait long! There's ample indoor / outdoor seating & the overall decor is casual.

Food was not up to par in my opinion. I ordered chorizo con huevo and ham & eggs tacos. They both tasted same and not flavorful. I was expecting the ham to be more chunkier and tasteful, not. Additionally, we had a single pancake with blueberries. It was very good. Tough to eat on plastic ware, but good enough. The staff were superb. Very friendly team. Always checking on you and ensuring things turned out good. I will say there was a mix up in my tacos and when a replacement was brought out, they tossed in a really nice chocolate chip cookie. I would say after spending less than $20, it was ok but doubt i will return. I can see why it is a hopping place with the school across the street.

Got the club hold the Mayo(dirty mustard is better) and center bread add avocado. FIRE!! Recommend as a must try. Had them make it to-go in case..... ate the whole thing! It's that good! Super friendly staff !! Chill atmosphere! I will be back !

My husband and I decided to get some lunch at Texas Honey Ham Company. My husband placed the order online. We drove up to the restaurant and parked. I noticed some outdoor seating in front of the restaurant. We walked into the restaurant and we were greeted by a friendly man who asked us how he could help us. We told him we were picking up our order and he told us where to go. As we walked around the corner another person asked us politely if they could help us. She found our order and handed it to us. While picking up our food I noticed the spacious indoor seating. I have to say I liked how friendly and helpful everyone was. It was a pleasant food pickup experience. I ordered two half orders. I tried a half order of The Benny which is an eggs Benedict that has a corn bread base, ham, an over easy egg, and queso. This was really good. I love a good over easy egg but the ham was really tasty. The cornbread was good and you could taste the sweetness of it. The queso added flavor to a really good Benny. I also ordered a half order of The Club Sandwich which has ham, turkey, bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, mustard and mayo on wheat or white bread. I chose wheat bread. The sandwich was yummy. The ham, turkey, and bacon are very good and they packed it into the sandwich, the cheese was melted which was a nice addition and with all of the combination of ingredients it made for a yummy and filling sandwich. For a side I ordered an apple slaw. The slaw was okay. The apple gave it a little bit of a sweet flavor. I would have preferred more apple pieces in the slaw but regardless it was still okay. My husband ordered a Ham and Egg breakfast taco which I tried and it was really good. It came with two salsas. There was a red salsa and a green salsa but we didn't use any of it. He also ordered The Ham Salad Sandwich which comes with lettuce, tomato and onions on wheat or white bread but my husband chose to remove the tomatoes and onions and have it on white bread. I tried the sandwich and it was delicious. Overall the ordering process was easy, the people working at the restaurant were happy and friendly, and the food was really good. We will return in the future.

Sandwich was tasty but it took 25 minutes and there was only one couple in front of me. They were given complementary Mac & cheese. I was not offered anything. I was told it would be delivered to my table which it was not.

Delicious food made with love. The staff is always so awesome. Today my 8 year old daughter went in to grab our to go food as baby asleep in car. They took such good care of her making sure she had a drink and everything we needed. Thanks for being awesome !

The service here was amazing! All the workers were extremely warm and welcoming. They even provided my group and I with generous samples without us even asking. Everyone there seemed like they enjoy being a team there. The food was pretty good. Got the breakfast bun sandwich and it was good. However, if you dip it into the bbq sauce (tangy) it's AMAZING. The food came out fairly quickly and is a solid choice for breakfast or lunch. The space itself was clean, nice and pretty big. There were several tables you could sit at as well as restrooms.

They had lots of delicious sounding options. I had a cornbread sandwich that was delicious. My son thought the pancake was one of the best he has ever had.

Really great visit to Texas Honey Ham Co. Went in on a Sunday morning around 11am as a group of 4. While the place was fairly full, there was almost no wait to place our order at the counter! Plenty of seating both inside and out. The indoor area was large but very cozy, and despite the hustle and bustle there was nothing but good vibes and smiles from the staff. We found a table outside (first come first served/seat yourself) and had a seat. The food did take while a while to come out (maybe 30 minutes or so), but I suppose that was to be expected! All our meals looked and tasted GREAT, though I will note that it was a bit heavy (lol). Very much so comfort food. We'll definitely be back to try some other menu items... all accounted for a great visit!

You're not going to believe this review. It's silly and awesome and fun. I'm a teacher. My name is Dawn S. I don't know many other people with the name Dawn. It's kind of a 70's vibe. We ordered a team lunch and a co-worker went to pick up all of the orders. All of the bags had our individual names on them. We all ordered separately. My bag clearly said Dawn S. but on the bag said 3 HEC- which I know means Ham, Egg, and Cheese taco- which was not my order. I was just going to eat them because what were they going to do...bring me what I ordered?!? Sure..right?! ;) I called just to let them know and a sweet person named Mason answered the phone. We both had a little giggle once we figured out what happened. There is another teacher in my district named DAWN with the last initial S!!!!! Our orders got switched. What are the odds?! Well Mason told me they were going to DELIVER my correct order. The order even included a cookie!!!!!! Thank you Texas Honey Ham for your delicious sandwich/Mac and Cheese and the amazing customer service!!! The even brought the order in like 15 minutes. This teacher will definitely be back this school year!

I went to this place for brunch with a great friend of mine and we were so impressed. The move is to go before going paddle-boarding on the lake because you can take a sweet food coma nap after eating here. We ordered a bunch of different stuff but you HAVE to get the Benny. Make sure to get the full one as well. It is perfectly balanced and pairs amazingly with the shells and cheese. Particularly on weekends, this spot can get pretty busy so I'd recommend ordering online. It has a great old timey kind of ambiance to it as well. An iconic Austin restaurant, I always bring people here when they come visit! They have the best breakfast tacos in town in my opinion- and (to no one's surprise) their ham is top tier. I recommend the ham bone soup and their take on pigs in a blanket (honey ham wrapped in a fluffy pancake!)

They have some of the best breakfast tacos in Austin and probably one of the best Frito pies in Texas. However, it takes Fritos to make a frito pie...and the last 3 times I've made a Togo order they forgot the Fritos. So triple check the bag!! or you'll end up wasting time and money.

Went here for lunch and it was extremely affordable and delicious. Highly recommend the pulled pork sandwich the staff were some of the kindest I've ever met with in Austin!!! They even gave us a sample tray of their best selling soup and side.

Wow!! Frigas w/sides was generous with great flavor. Enough for two meals. Pigs in a Blanket was hefty, perfectly delicious!! Can't wait to try other menu delights next time!!

Probably--definitely--the best breakfast tacos in Austin. Never disappoints. It's a super cute and cozy joint in Westlake with plenty of seating indoors and several tables outside. The servers are always friendly, helpful, and do a great job even during the a Sunday brunch rush. They also have takeout/curbside. I live for the ranchero tacos. So freakin' good. It's been a go-to during my pregnancy when nothing else sounds good. They also accommodate gluten and dairy allergies well--just let the staff know and they'll direct you on what is safe to eat. Plenty of options for dietary restrictions without feeling like I am missing out! My husband loves their breakfast roll, pancakes, and ranchero breakfast. I genuinely don't think there is anything here that would disappoint. It's always good, always fresh, and always satisfying. Forever an Austin favorite!

Do yourself a favor and try out there pig a blanket! It is hands-down, the best pancake I have had in a very long time. We ordered the choice slice sandwich, the club sandwich, the pig in a blanket, the potato salad, and the shells and cheese. I enjoyed them all and was surprised by the amount of food we got. It was enough for us to share and have left overs for later in the day. My absolutely favorite was the pig in the blanket- it's a large fluffy pancake wrapped over honey ham. Both are great together but even the pancake on its own was super. Service was quick. We ordered pick up on a Saturday morning and it was ready within 10 minutes. The place seems really busy but it made sense given the time of day and a week. I recommend ordering takeout because otherwise it seems like it may be hard to find a spot given the place is.

Not great if you don't eat meat.... Nothing if you're vegan. But I get it. It has ham in the title so lower your expectations but this is Austin in 2023. As a vegetarian you're going to have to chose between a salad for a cheese sandwich. And the cheese sandwich. My 'cheese sandwich' was about $10 and honestly was almost inedible - see picture. Either way, you're a sandwich shop, it's super easy to add more toppings to accommodate the non meat eaters. 3 stars because while my cheese sandwich was a greasy mess, my daughter did enjoy her brisket sandwich.

Ordered club sandwich, which included turkey, ham and bacon, it's so so good! The wheat bread slices were toasted to crispy and the layers were so fulfilling with crunchy veggies and savory meats. The best sandwich I've had in Austin. Also a huge shout out to the half sandwich option! The chocolate chip cookie was thin and crumbly, very sensational!

Texas Honey Ham is a great breakfast spot with yummy, customizable food options. I ordered a breakfast roll, which comes with a fried egg, cheese, and your choice of meat. Although I don't usually choose ham, I felt obligated to try their honey ham, and I was not disappointed! I also ordered a taco with bacon, egg, cheese, and avocado. I like their build-your-own breakfast taco option, which lets you create your perfect taco. The tacos come with salsas on the side, and they have 3 different salsas to pick from (green, red, and habanero). My mouth is watering just thinking about how delicious this food was.

One of my faves. You can never go wrong with breakfast or lunch at THH. Food is always good and service is great and always friendly.

The response from the Texas Honey was an appropriate response. I will be dining there this weekend and I hope the owners have taking this feedback to heart. If there is an improvement to covid protective measures, them I will revise the ranking. What I would like to see are encouraging but optional mask wearing signs. I expect to see hand sanitizers. I expect to see staff wearing masks as a plethora of eateries in Austin are doing. Sadly, my friend of 30 years will never be able to eat at Texas Honey again. COVID ensured that.

Recently I finally got to try a Westlake Hills classic: Texas Honey Ham. Here you'll find a comfortable place where the community gathers to enjoy good food and great service. I went for brunch and got, in picture order: - Club Sandwich: triple decker of ham, turkey, and bacon with swiss, cheddar, lettuce, tomato, onion, mustard, and mayo. I substituted the white bread for a bun instead and that made this one of the best club's I've had. They make it warm which I prefer much more. A must try for my sandwich lovers! Great price at just $9.49. - Breakfast Roll: fried egg, cheese, and choice of meat. I added their baked potato hash that has some bacon in it and wow that was a great choice because I liked it a lot. This is only $2.99 too!! - The Benny: an interesting take on the eggs benedict. Here they take a cornbread muffin, add ham, egg, quest, cotija cheese, and cilantro. This was my first time having a benedict, since y'all know I don't eat egg, but this was really good. I liked the contrasts of the creamy cheese with the honey flavor of the cornbread and with the smokey honey glazed flavor of the ham. $8.99 for this one. - Pig in a Blanket: a biggg pancake wrapped around their grilled honey ham. For only $4.49 this is a steal. The pancake is really filling and the addition of the ham was unique. Don't knock it until you try it! Overall, I enjoyed the variety of breakfast and lunch foods that I got. I'm not a big ham guy either, but here that's what they are known for and they do a good job with them. I found myself really enjoying it in the pancake and the sandwich. I had great service from the staff and I would definitely come back again. I give them a 4/5 for being great!

Honey Ham is a West Austin staple and has nailed down nearly EVERY item on the menu to perfection. Given the already magnificent number of strong reviews, there's likely little I can add except for one thing: Try their Egg & Brisket breakfast tacos. Austin has a lot of good breakfast tacos and food in general but very rarely do I see a brisket breakfast taco. Honey Ham does a tremendous job with all its meats and this is definitely a unique treasure that might not get recognized amongst their overall menu of delights.

Excellent. All of the food on the menu is delicious and enjoyable. The staff is friendly and passionate about the food. I asked Tommy what he recommended and he picked my lunch for me. i was not disappointed. Come by and pick anything off the menu that sounds good, or ask the friendly staff for suggestions. They actually eat their own food and all seem to love it as much as I did.

Wow, the ham is super juicy and sweet! Best ham out there. The Benny was to die for, delicious corn bread with some great Texas quest. Can't ask for better.

My daughter requested we eat here while she was visiting Austin. Your male employee, with the cute Australian accent while delivering our food to an outdoor table, was phenomenal! He even brought our pup a bite of bacon and made his day. Thank you!

This was a very pleasant experience for my family. There's plenty of seating...they have outdoor dining as well. I ordered the breakfast plate with ham and eggs over medium and a coffee (they serve Fara coffee). My brother got three tacos and a pigs in a blanket which he devoured. His fiancé got the same as me but with sausage and scrambled eggs. The lighting wasn't great so I didn't take any photos. The staff were young and hip and so was the crowd. For a second I felt like I wasn't in Austin anymore with the price we paid. There were a plethora of takeout orders which clearly understated the deliciousness this place has to offer. Check them out!

came in pretty hungover and the baked potato casserole saved me, after i ate the club sandwich which had crunchy bacon that i loved and the perfect ratio of veggies and meat. the atmosphere was very chill on a sunday morning despite it being busy. they have a bunch of indoor seating and a good amount of outdoor seating where dogs are allowed. the servers all looked to be enjoying their jobs as they interacted with one another which is something i value and love to see as a former industry worker. our cashier was very bubbly and helpful with recommendations. if i didn't live so far from the place i could see myself going there regularly. my boyfriend definitely plans on coming back for their breakfast sandwiches that he enjoyed immensely.

My favorite Sunday morning brunch! I love to get some breakfast tacos and an iced tea, but all the food here is very comforting and delicious.

We order the ham from here for both Thanksgiving and Xmas. I'm personally not a fan of ham in general but this place is an exception. The ham is perfectly glazed. We usually order a larger size just so we can enjoy leftover for days!

Ham salad fan all the way! For breakfast I recommend one breakfast sandwich and one taco. However, sometimes I mix it up with a pig in a blanket can't go wrong here! We came to this place looking for a Tex-Mex brunch and we were not disappointed! Truman the owners son helped us out at the register with the order, he was so knowledgeable and really guided us in the right direction. These portions are very filling and very reasonably priced. We got the spicy chorizo plate and it was awesome! The part of the meal that really stole the show was the potato hash, it was next level good, melt in your mouth. We also got the ranchero plate and we split the meat half bacon half ham and the bacon was fantastic, it was perfectly crispy, not burnt! The ranchero plate comes with beans and they brought the whole plate together. They also serve Topo Chico here and it was so refreshing! We were given the sampling plate and the stand out was the Mac and Cheese and Pulled pork, but the tomato soup was scrumptious as well! Now let's talk about the atmosphere, dogs everywhere! Omg It was like heaven, they must stay outside, but you still get to pet them. The people who work here are so kind, and the service is fast, they clear the table quick and are always sure that you had a good stay. The workers also try to make connections to the costumers, especially the regulars- I noticed one of them said "the usual" and he was like "you know it" that is the kind of people and food you want to surround yourself with! They also have a lot of cool spunky art on the walls and free newspapers. We will be returning!

Went for a little brunch to Texas Honey Ham. I ordered the bacon sandwich. Lots of bacon on the sandwich so I appreciated that. I got it on white bread with the tomato and lettuce. I would recommend ordering a side with the sandwich, I was still a little hungry afterwards. My boyfriend ordered three tacos. He got pulled pork, egg and spinach. The tacos were good and pretty filling. The tortilla is nice and chewy and the pork was very good. The staff here are very nice and attentive.

Omg!! I'm so glad I ran into this gem today. I've driven by here so many times and have never seen this! The service was very friendly and quick. The cashier helped us with any questions on the menu and even let us sample the soups before hand to make our choice a lot easier. The food was phenomenal and very quick! The ranchero breakfast plate was delicious! I absolutely loved the ham. The club sandwich was also very tasty and blew us away when we took that first bite. I was craving honey baked ham all week so my review might be a tad bit bias so I would say go and try it to see if my review was right for yourself. We have been buying party hams from Texas Honey Ham for a few years. Of course, we could buy a great ham from the grocery store, but we were happy to pay a lot extra because of the beautiful PRESENTATION and CONVENIENCE of using Texas Honey Ham. We always bought more than enough, so we could easily serve house guests a second meal. We got a nasty surprise when the last ham we bought had a hole in the foil at the bottom and wasn't spiral sliced properly. As always, we had planned to set the large ham out in the pretty foil so our guests could serve themselves. Instead, we had to wrestle with the large drooling ham, re-carve it, stack the raggedy slices and broken off hunks of sugar glaze onto a plate and mop up the wet mess. There would be no easy way to pull the nice, heavy foil up to re-wrap the leftovers so it could be easily served again. When I called the store to tell them about the problem, they seemed uninterested in the difficulty we had and only asked if the ham tasted okay. Of course, it did. They always taste great, but for that price, I expect a lot more than a chunk of flavored meat.
