Family-friendly Texas Roadhouse opens in Henderson with a second on the way soon | Eater Vegas

"A second 7,570-square-foot standalone location is planned at the Crossroads at Sunset Center near Stephanie Street and Sunset Road, representing the chain’s continued local expansion following its strong reception in North Las Vegas; the project reflects an investment in a standalone building to serve the area." - Susan Stapleton

The wait wasn't long for 2 people. The bread and butter was soo good. I ordered the steak with mashed potatoes and corn. My friend had ribs with salad and corn. We also got the fried pickles. Would definitely be going there again.

What do you expect from Texas? Honestly… the basics. But even that seemed impossible here. The food tasted like something I could’ve cooked at home for half the price and with double the flavor. The cooking was completely uneven — my mom could do better, and I definitely could. The steak had no flavor at all compared to what I buy at Foodtown or King Kullen. Even the potato wasn’t warm. And the flies… there were multiple flies circling my food the entire meal. One was literally sitting on my salad enjoying himself. The environment was just as rough. I couldn’t hear anything except people screaming from other tables. Not exactly the atmosphere you want when you’re trying to enjoy a meal you overpaid for. On top of that, a quick warning: If you’re the UN-designated driver — meaning you’re not even drinking or driving — they still require your physical ID. A photo of your ID won’t cut it. Be warned when coming here

Would recommend Applebees over this place. Horrible food, the waiters made the experience tolerable. Waited 15 mins to asked for drinks because the host didn't communicate to the waitress. The rolls were undercooked. There were debris in my friends drink. Asked for a medium well steak and it chewed like a now &later. The waitress gave great service, Which she was given a tip. the kitchen on the other hand, need's upgrading.

Google
Great place. The staff is great. Decently priced and tastes great. I literally come everyweek so far. This location also has seasalt grinders that enhances the steaks flavor tremendously. I havent seen that at every texas roadhouse.

There was a 30 minute wait for a party of 4 on a Tuesday evening at about 7pm. The menu was extensive and they're kept at the table but not cleaned often enough. The table was sticky, so their bussing methods are less than ideal. The decor was pleasant but a bit bland. There was generic country music on the speakers. The server (Layla) was very pleasant and knowledgable. The apps arrived quickly and the entrees arrived soon after. The food runner was very nice and actually made sure everything was correct. The apps were tasty and the drinks were refreshing. The entrees were hit and miss. Though the steaks were all undercooked vs what was ordered, they were still a bit dry and lacked flavor. The mushroom and onion toppings on the steak was delicious. The sides were well portioned and decent. Value was subpar, as the bill for 4, no alcohol and no desserts, came to over $200. We might be back some day, but we won't put it on our top list of places.

Google
I give them a solid 3.5. Overall, the food portions are of a good size, they just need a bit of flavor. My salad tasted like greens, nothing spectacular. The steak was cooked well done when we asked for medium rare. The waitress was kind enough to send it back and the 2nd plate was better, but still, that was an additional 20 mins to receive the right order. The sampler was the best choice of the evening. The mozzarella sticks are delicious! 10 out of 10. The loaded potatoes were great too and the bbq chicken was okay. I would come back for a quick beer and small bites but nothing more than that.

Google
The first visit was delicious! The second was food to go and the well done cheeseburger was pink, The medium steak was beyond well done the watery mashed potatoes where not edible with a fork, the green beans where a soup, and that after walking in having a drink and ordering Togo food, after Appx 1 hour the food finally came out… the only thing edible was the French fries!

Google
If there is something I love from this restaurant is the bread and butter. Is always so good. Ans that's why you will not see a picture of it, because none one can resist to leave it on the table 🤣. I got a ribeye 20 oz pretty good. Medium rare. Flavour and cook perfect. I love some mush potatoes. I tried the string bean and I think was over cook. I will not get it again. I didn't know they can add tajin 🌶 at your margarita. Server was pretty good. 7/5 update, I got ribbs this time . Really good . House salad was great and the side corn was amazing . This location have so good employees.

Yelp
Be prepared for a very long wait but if you do wait, this place was awesome. I've never been here before and it was a very cool experience. The food was so well prized. I was so surprised and we all got steak and it was delicious. Very well cooked to our liking. Honestly, everything that we ordered was really good and the service was super fast and the bread that they start off with was so so good and fresh while you're waiting, you can watch them make it. I would come here again, but make a reservation if you can I'm not sure what their policy is

Yelp
Went to Texas Roadhouse with my son for the first time. It was my son's second time. The place was packed & there was a bit of a wait so I knew the food would be good. What really blew me away, having been a waitress for four years back in the day was the professionalism of the waitstaff. They were quick and efficient. I could ask anyone for anything and they would get it for me right away even if mine wasn't their table to be serving. They were all helping each other out. Teamwork! Everything from waiting to be seated to getting the check ran like clockwork and the price is very reasonable. It is a family friendly place and they even have their own special birthday song to make a celebration special. I was so impressed.

Yelp
Note-really wanted to give this place a 3.5 stars. If you're looking for value and glimpses of tasty food, then this is your spot. I've never been to a Texas Roadhouse before, but have seen reviews online about it and always wanted to check it out and had the opportunity to this past weekend. The wait time during regular meal times is long so be warned. My party luckily got to have some seats at the bar first where we had some beverages and apps. The bartenders were really nice and gave us some suggestions. We had the Rattlesnake Bites and their Tater Skins. Both really good. When we finally got our table, our server was not really on top of his game. Had to ask him several times for things (utensils and straws), but I guess when you're really busy, it's understandable. Our party of four all got different entrees so we're able to try different items. The bbq chicken breast was surprisingly pretty juicy. The country fried sirloin was also pretty good (seasoning and breading was on point). Steak wise though...that was pretty disappointing bc there was no seasoning. Overall, great value but hopefully in the future, they add some flavor/seasoning to steaks.

Yelp
Who doesn't love Texas Roadhouse and its only location on Long Island?! We ate the bread and cinnamon butter so quick I forgot to take a photo ‍ the service was quick! Don't let the long lines fool you they have that place organized and ready to serve. We waited about 20 mins and were in and out - exactly what we needed. The food comes quick (thankfully as we were starving) and the whole order was perfect our server was amazing (Nelia) you rock girl! This is Texas without actually being in Texas haha will be back again for sure
google avatar

Grace K.

Yelp
Our waitress was extremely sweet so the service was great however the food experience was disappointing. The fried pickles were extremely extremely salty , I was only able to eat about 3. The ribs and mash potato were delicious but the green beans were mushy and swimming in oil. I ordered ginger ale which had the worse afterwards, a little bit like detergent so I switched it out to sprite. My daughter had a hotdog and apple sauce from the kids meal which she finished so that's a good sign.

Yelp
Can't wait to return here. They know how to run a business. Staff was super friendly and excited for you to be there. The restaurant was super clean. The food was great. Well prepared as directed. Staff followed every bit of instruction. No errors. Only if other establishments were like this.

Yelp
Been coming to this location for a while. Texas toad house is definitely a very reliable brand when it comes to food and service. When you order food and drinks, you know exactly what to expect and they are very consistent with serving standards. Parking is always an issue at this mall, always a wait. I wish there was an easier way to get drinks at the bar while waiting for a table, room was toght at the reception on Saturday evening at 6:30pm, we had made a reservation early in the afternoon so we knew what we were up against. Our server was very friendly and efficient, we order (2) burger with fries, wife had steak tips but order seems small given the price. Had the jumbo size margarita, which was very good. Bar area was packed no sitting space. Overall great experience with the family!

Yelp
Well idk where to begin I'm use to higher end steakhouses but this place definitely was worth the trip nice cuts of meat you can tell someone back there cooking with love The bartender definitely was good help made sure food came out to perfection My bday falls on Sunday this week I can def say I'll be back with my family to celebrate Ps the Drink are banging here make sure you come on a Wednesday or Tuesday the bartender awesome
google avatar

Gary A.

Yelp
Good was great well seasoned and warm. Ask for medium well and it was perfect. Prices were at the right price point, much more accommodating than other steakhouses. Server was great very helpful and patient. The ambiance was great what you would expect from a roadhouse. Btw the portions were more than adequate. Only drawback was that it missed the mark for bday celebrations. I will return

Yelp
Went to Texas Rhodehouse tonight, picked 12 ozNY steak, got blue tickets, given to our waitress sweet Alisha who worked hard to be sure we had everything we wanted. Staff , who are young and smile allot, wear logo shirts with different sayings like ,I love my job on the back. They verbally speak the word corner or cornering when moving around tight corners in back. ( see pix) My steak though tender was rare and needed more fire. Replated brought with it a new sweet potato, yum we will have it again for leftovers. String beans and corn seemed canned. Game I - pad on table for 1.99 a choice of games to play as Trivia, candyland badketball and the like. You use the QR on the screen and link it to your cell phone. The speed goes very quickly- not sure if there is an adjustment and takes a bit of practice to feel comfortable and commonplace with game though it was a fun tryout I myself would not likely use it again. Dessert was chocolate cake alamode. Not sure if the cake was supposed to be chewy. With soda and an appe bill was 90 + dollars and then added tip. It was a nice night that we had used the call wait list for seating. They open in the afternoon and have a full bar section as well. Only a once in a while thing for us as high cost and loud noises.

Yelp
Over Thanksgiving leftovers, my sisters and I decided to check out Texas Roadhouse on a whim on Black Friday. It was our first time visiting. The Southern basement vibe (wood paneling overload!) and prompt seating set a cozy tone. All the clamoring I see about the legendary bread and cinnamon butter, I couldn't wait to taste it. The bread was good, though combined with the butter reminded me of an Aunt Annie's sweet cinnamon pretzel. Considering I'm not really a sweets person, I mainly ate the bread with a tiny dab of butter or without butter at all. We opted for the appetizer sampler--meh. The boneless chicken lacked heat (hot sauce was super thin), rattlesnake bites tasted like Arizona nachos dip (iykyk), but the mozzarella twists (dipped in marinara sauce) saved the sampler. I gotta admit that before we got here, we thought the rattlesnake bites were actual rattlesnake LOL. I kept it simple and basic with an American cheeseburger w/steak cut fries, which turned out tasty, though I only fully appreciated it the following day due to the generous bread and sampler. I was stuffed after the bread and apps. I tried a tiny piece of steak off my sister's plate--nicely seasoned. Service was on point, and Gleny, our waitress, was great. Overall, a solid experience with reasonable prices but I don't think I'd make the trip again (in state or otherwise). It is one and done for me. PS: TX Roadhouse is located in a strip mall which makes parking a breeze.

Yelp
I'm here with a few friends. Party of four. Three of my friends' food was cold. Only one sent the food back. The others were afraid of what would happen if they sent it back. Cold ribs? Cold rib-eye? YUCK. I'm beyond disappointed. Someone came out to 'check' on us. I expressed the issues with the food. Lots of smiling and no solutions. I am soooooo glad I kept it safe and ordered chicken fingers. I can't say I won't be back because the chicken fingers and bread are good. But I will DEFINITELY tell whomever accompanies me to avoid ordering anything else but chicken tenders here!
google avatar

Ryan G.

Yelp
I had dinner here tonight it was great. I got the 8oz sirloin and the ribs combo with house salad and mashed potatoes. Everything was very tasty the service was great and the server was very attentive. For a chain restaurant the steaks are great. The ribs was fall off the bone and not just smothered in sauce. The ambiance is a bit noisy but you have to expect that with a popular restaurant. Also the prices are very affordable.
google avatar

Yelp
Food was good steaks cooked as ordered appetizers were ok. Service was good Busing of the tables was terrible. Plates were there from the bread to all the appetizers to all the empty drinks still on the table. Nothing was touched until we

Yelp
Texas Roadhouse is one of my favorite chain restaurants. Fun atmosphere, tasty food, great selections for the whole family. Service is friendly and efficient. Sometimes the wait to get in is pretty long. So try to go at off hours. They also have a lunch special so check for that. Enjoy.
google avatar

Jeff G.

Yelp
Wow. What a mistake. We placed a takeout order and we were given a 7:11 pickup time. We got there at 7:13 and our food wasn't ready. 7:20 we went in and we were told it wasn't ready. 7:30 still no food, I asked for a manager. 7:35 no manager. 7:38 manager refunded us. Never again
google avatar

Rosa L.

Yelp
The place was overcrowded, noisy and uncomfortable seating. The waiter was ok, not attentive but might be cause it was busy. The food was horrible. Took one bite of my steak and didnt eat the rest. None of the food came out looking like the menu. The bread was the best part of the meal. Brought the wrong side for one of the order never came over to ask if we needed refills. Disappointing overall and would not go back.
google avatar

Chantel S.

Yelp
Food was great, service was great (we sat at the bar) the place was packed for sure. We left from a massage and headed there took about 20 min drive and the wait list was 35-45 min wait. We arrived and sat in the car for 10 min or less till our table was ready but decided to hit the bar last minute. Country fried chicken always my go too. This is my first time going to the roadhouse in New York. I normally go when I visit pa! Definitely chilled vibes. Natalie our bartender was very nice as well.

Wilma P.

Yelp
This place has great food at a great price!! The bread is amazing and the steak is delicious! If you're in the area it's definitely worth checking out. Make sure you request Christina as your server. She is amazing. Always has a smile on her face knows what you need without asking and goes out of her way to make your dining experience great. Texas Roadhouse is lucky to have her!
google avatar

Yelp
I love to have steak this place especially rib eye steak over 22 oz Also chilly soup.
google avatar

Jean R.

Yelp
Let's start by saying I'm not a fan of chain restaurants. However, I think Texas Roadhouse does things very well. Lets start with the rolls and cinnamon whipped butter. Delicious! hot, fluffy, slightly sweet... I could easily down 3 of these before my meal. I think they have the best steak out of all the chain restaurants in its price point (Outback, Applebees, TGIF, etc) plus it comes with 2 sides! I don't know how they bake their potato but it's always super creamy in the inside. They also got great chili with all the fixings! Their steak sauce is solid too. Their side salad has chopped hard boiled egg (and a waitress once said their dressings are all made in house- don't know if that's true but I'll take it). I love their frozen key lime margaritas too! This place also doesn't break the wallet. So worth what you get! Pro tip- download the app and sign up for offers. They send coupons for free apps! Also on Wild Wednesdays they have $2 off sirloin steak- gets busy so make sure you join the virtual waitlist! (Look at that 3 tips! :))
google avatar

Yelp
First time visiting! Was not sure what to expect. We had a big party. About 20 of us. We were seated once everyone in the party had arrived. This location is massive. Once we were seated they came around and gave us menus. I really enjoyed my drink & entree. They also came around and sang my friend happy birthday, well the entire restaurant did. Will be back very soon. A good place to get a good meal and drinks on a Friday night!
google avatar

Crystal G.

Yelp
Delicious! I did not take a picture of the soft warm yeast dinner rolls because my friend and I scarfed them down like savages. It has been a while since I've had and good steak and this place did not disappoint. No wonder it was so crowded. Our wait-server was delightful and very polite. The ambiance is casual roadhouse, wooden benches arranged in stall-like configurations. Reasonable prices. Highly recommended.
google avatar

Patrick S.

Yelp
The food was good and it was a decent price. There was very good service and the ambience is what it is. I would definitely go back.
google avatar

Irene D.

Yelp
Very friendly place. My waiter was very attentive and helpful with recommendations. The food was a bit too oily for my liking and the steak was a bit hard to chew. I loved the complimentary buns. That was probably my favorite. I recommend coming just for the buns. Overall it's just okay.
google avatar

Shamik M.

Yelp
By far the best deal in steak - a giant prime rib complete with jus, horseradish and the fixings for $32 is an insane deal. The largest ribeye was similarly priced. The hectic saloon ambiance is fun and lively and the service and prompt and attentive. Great for kids and families too give all the festivities involved. The star of course is the unlimited soft dinner rolls which are served freshly baked and piping hot. Will definitely return.
google avatar

Vambina N.

Yelp
Food is always good here specially their melt in your mouth freshly baked bread which is the highlight of our visit here. Service is always appreciated by our family as they always greet us with a smile on their face. Ambiance is good as it accommodates everyone, be it a family style meal or a group of friends who is there to watch a game! Overall a great experience everytime we visit.

John C.

Yelp
It was my third time there; this last experience was the least pleasant. The noise level made it nearly impossible to carry on a conversation without yelling across the small booth. Annoying gnats constantly buzzed us. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. The food runner was annoyed at something and not pleasant at all. The icing on the cake was watching one of the busboys carrying a stack of small plates out of the kitchen to the bussing station as he steadied the stack with his goateed chin on the top plate. I was hoping he would remove that plate and bring it back to the dishwasher, but no! The food was just ok! Don't think we'll be back

Yelp
Was craving a prime rib on a Sunday night so we stopped by Texas Roadhouse for dinner around 5pm. I was also craving their bread and butter they give out for free and it hit the spot. Our host Chris was super nice and knowledgeable. Our waiter Joe was cool and recommended some food dips for our appetizers. We got the following: - 3 Combo appetizer with fried pickles, rattlesnake bites (jalapeño poppers) and twisted potatoes (potato skins with bacon) - Country fried steak with corn and Mac and cheese - 12oz prime rib medium rare with loaded sweet potato and house salad with oil and vinegar. The fried pickles my husband loved but it was a bit too salty for me. Everything else was great. The dinner portions were huge so we had to pack it up which was great for lunch the next day.
google avatar

Jessica S.

Yelp
First time at Texas Roadhouse and I was not disappointed. The was delicious and service excellent. I got the pulled pork dinner. The meat was tender and flavor, I loved the loaded mashed potatoes because it was the right amount of cheese, sour cream, and bacon. I liked that the meal started off with a complementary bread basket. Ambiance is nice nothing that stood out to me.

Yelp
Had a beautiful time last night. Went on a mommy daughter date. I'm gonna say My daughter did help me with this review. She's 7 ! We loved the whole place as soon as you come in through those doors you automatically get this feeling of being in Texas, we waited about 10 mins to be seated and everyone in there were really nice, the waiter was really nice as well. He made us feel really comfortable gave us our time to choose and put himself at service with whatever we needed. Food was delivered in an appropriate time, meat wasn't flavored we did have to put some salt in there. Really liked the mashed potato, My daughter and I loved that we could pay right there through the little machines they have at each table that resembles that of a mini tablet or even smaller. We got to play trivia games on that thing as well which my daughter and I enjoyed and laughed so much. She kept saying " great service mommy, we need to come here for my bday or yours" It was a great experience.

Yelp
Service is slow but the food makes up for it! Best steak i ate in a long time and they have great fresh bread

Micah B.

Yelp
Always a great experience! Our server Roberth was amazing - so sweet and constantly checking in on us. He kept checking in on us as we wait and relaxed and kept providing refills on our beverages. He was such a sweet guy and had such a nice vibe to him!! The food was great overall - steak was good quality and always a lot of food. Had a very nice evening! Thank you texas roadhouse and thank you Roberth.

Yelp
Have been here too many times to not review. We usually get the T bone porterhouse. We had chili, buttered corn, and seasoned rice as sides. I DID NOT EXPECT the chili to be that good. Maybe I was just hungry but it was super hearty. We asked for the T-bone to be medium rare but it came out rare which was unfortunate but okay. Could eat some parts because it was almost raw. Some other items we had were the chicken salad which was good but the chicken was a little burnt. The bacon on the bacon cheeseburger was huge. Cocktail was weak. Bread rolls not as good as before but still addicting.
google avatar

Sarika S.

Yelp
This is a great family dinner spot! To start, their bread and cinnamon butter is a must have. Also highly recommend their fried onion appetizer called cactus blossom. It is on the smaller side, but still tasty. For dinner, I got the grilled shrimp with a loaded baked potato, broccoli and a Caesar salad. The dinner portion was a big size had some leftovers. To end the night, our table shared the brownie with ice cream, which was also very good. This is a nice place, but wouldn't recommend for a romantic dinner or a quiet dinner as it is a bit loud. The waitress we had was attentive to our needs. If it's your birthday, make sure to tell them, as they celebrate very loudly!!
google avatar

Cindy D.

Yelp
The food was delicious . I recommend the Ribs with sweet potatoes with garlic bread ...The service was on point..and atmosphere was great.

Leilani G.

Yelp
When you are craving finger food and steaks this is theplace to go. Endless bread rolls and the cinnamon butter is just Devine.

Julie J.

Yelp
Great food and great service everyone I go. You definitely get your moneys worth. I don't have any complaints.

Yelp
Been several months since last visit to this location and let me tell you, I was hankering for their famous fall off the bone ribs and margarita all day long. What can I say aside from mission accomplished and a smile from ear to ear. Texas Roadhouse is the epitome of inexpensive dining with great taste and loads of fun, especially their birthday celebration with the portable saddle. Always great coming here and they do deserve a great deal of credit for their super friendly staff and service.

George P.

Yelp
Service excellent. Our waitress was on point. Liked the Sweet potato. Broccoli and as great. Beer cold. Now the steak. Ribeye I picked myself. Medium cooked great. But the steak I chose was not the steak I was served. The steak I picked had marble. But this was half fat. The old switch-a-roo. Not the server's fault management dictates protocol. Will not come back.
google avatar

Tiffany B.

Yelp
I frequently go to Texas Roadhouse but during tonight's visit, Jesse (our server) went above and beyond to make our experience pleasant and memorable. He is such an asset to the Texas Roadhouse team and I am so thrilled to have experienced his professionalism during my visit. He was knowledgeable about the food, courteous and overall kind! Thank you Jesse for the wonderful experience!

Yelp
Ate at Texas Roadhouse at 830pm Monday night Bartender and greeter both on their phones way too much When people are struggling to get a bartender's attention cause they are on their phone it's rough. As a bartender, you ask someone if they want a box for food, good, then go get the check for them.... don't go on your phone for 10 minutes.. so annoying. It's actually a management issue You need a manager with the guts to tell people to get off their phones. Rattlesnake bites still the best app on the planet though

Eileen G.

Yelp
This place really went downhill. We ordered two appetizers. The mozzarella sticks came out first. They were greasy and unappetizing. 10 minutes later the sliders came out. They were like hockey pucks- a little bit of cheese and no pickles. We ordered steak with salad and sweet potato. Got the steak and sweet potato- salad came at the end of the meal. It was a frustrating experience.

Yelp
Worst experience ever and won't be going back. Ordered a Togo order in advance for my son due to the 50 minute ride to the restaurant; apparently that is a sin... was treated like a child by this waitress which I won't mention her name belittled us and made us feel like less than human. Then she took my printed order which (I made and brought to help her with her work) snatched from my hand and went to the kitchen and the Togo area as if I did something wrong asking if I ordered it online NO I DIDNT ORDER IT ONLINE I just printed my order so she didn't need to write it down. She reluctantly took our order with the nastiest attitude ever brought out our drinks no joke literally SLAMMED it on our table splashing it and dropped our straws on the table! Worst experience ever will go further all the way to Deer Park or even Westchester just to avoid this location. I will never come back to this location ever again left such a bad taste in my mouth and to my family. Spoke with the manager she offered to give us a coupon no thank you keep your coupon and provide retraining to the worst customer service provided by the waitress. Ultimately we left without eating ruining my whole sons graduation celebration drove over 55 minutes THANK YOU so much waitress!
google avatar

Valerie B.

Yelp
We love this place and consistently have a great meal. It's loud, but that's part of the charm. I'll admit my daughter is afraid of the decor haha. Absolutely love their bread and cinnamon butter. So good. Mom loves their prime rib. I actually love their salmon. I think it's great. My daughter is thrilled with Mac n cheese and broccoli. We also loved the chicken salads. The critters or the marinated chicken is awesome. The salads are huge. Can get two meals out of them if you remember to get the dressing on the side.
google avatar

Roxy S.

Yelp
Came here with a friend, there was a bit of a wait but we didn't mind. I got a steak and ribs, both were over cooked and extremely dry. My steak had charred "sear" lines and my ribs were basically burnt
google avatar

Angie C.

Yelp
Two stars for the food. The bartender did everything but practically say "I don't want you to sit at the bar" . Horrible. Back turned to us the entire time took 20 minutes just to order a drink and we were the only guests at the bar. Then it took 30 minutes to get the check. No manager even came to help this poor girl just a guy who said he didn't know what to do. He never came to us to apologize for holding us hostage. I had to wait outside because another minute I was going to try and get the check my self and obviously that wouldn't end well. P.s I begged the person I was with to try Texas Roadhouse. How embarrassing.

Jeff B.

Yelp
Good food and great service. Bartenders Erin and Vince are great. Very friendly. Food is always good. Never have an issue. Enough TV's to watch favorite sport at the bar.

I don't know why I continue to go there. I'm very particular about the way my steak is cooked. I always tell them warm pink Center. Medium rare. I also let them know to please explain to the cook about my particularity. The way I see it is ,if I'm paying for it. Then I should have it the way I like it. Anyway, is there any other way to eat a steak? Lol! Had to send it back as I noted it was taking more than a couple of minutes, I knew the second. It took so long that it was going to be overcooked again. It was.. manager was standing behind the lady that brought the steak as I had asked her to stay while I cut to check. Sha said nothing even though I told them it was wrong. Manger non-existent. Never came back, no apology nothing. . The waiter did put a 10% discount. Took the steak home, and my kids ate it. They can chew a steak, and it was made the way they like it. At cold cuts when I got home. Unfortunately, my wife likes the place, but next time, I'll order a burger or the chicken. It's hard to get that wrong. The service is great! The manager could have done a better job and presented herself. She just stood there when I told the lady that it was still not cooked right and then disappeared. She just didn't want to deal with a complaint. Bad management service needs improvement.
