Very busy Saturday night. However, food came quickly, service was good. Food came out hot, beer came cold. Food was okay, fries not my taste, over salted and a little soggy. Steak was good.

Google
My partner somehow accumulated $125 worth of gift cards to Texas Roadhouse, and we set out on a mission to use them all in one night. The surprise here is that Texas Roadhouse actually slaps, and we had a great time. We had the steak, ribs, salads, and a blooming onion (cactus blossom) all of which were delicious! But these margaritas. 🤤 They were strong by themselves, but we threw in the kicker shots on both and after 2 of them we definitely needed to Uber home. Our server, Debbie, was so sweet, helpful, and quick too despite the fact that they were absolutely slammed!

Google
The famous Texas Roadhouse in Kentucky near Cincinnati. We chose to get some proteins and carbons during the snow season just after whenever we left the Perfect North Slope in Lawrenceburg in Indiana. We get the line online before we leave the skiing space, but we still have to wait for 30 more minutes as the total is almost 90 minutes on Wednesday evening. It's so popular among the local area! The beverages and the snack Cactus Blossom comes very fast. But we had to wait almost 40 minutes for our protein food and the salad with grilled chicken. The BBQ chicken is generally good while the pork rob is so tender and great with BBQ sauce. The medium Filet is great as it's tender enough while the Sirloin or medium-well might be too old and hard for bite like the well-done one. The cornes, sweet potatoes as well as the steak fires are great. I have to say the SD Smothered of grilled onions and mushrooms are awesome. Though during our waiting, the staff offered us many beverages and the famous rolls with butter, the waiting time for dining and food were too long to make us satisfied. Do remember to get-in-line online and avoid the peak hours.

Google
Finally, a place that can cook a steak. I have had two great experiences in a row. The porterhouse and sirloin were cooked perfectly. Highly recommended. The servers are there to work and make sure you are taken care of. The bday songs are excessive, you hear it 6+ times a visit. The host stand is a mess, fighting a crowd just to get to the stand and get to my table. Parking is a nightmare.

Google
We got there late was the last ones to leave and yet we got some of the best service! Food was perfect and the server was super friendly and had humor which means alot!

Google
Stopped in while traveling for work 45 minutes before close and sat at the bar for a quick dinner. The Dallas Filet, with green beans and mixed veggies was amazing! Jen at the bar never made me feel rushed or unwelcome, and did an amazing job! All of my interactions with any of the workers were great as well! A+

Google
Carryout experience was fantastic! We ordered online and arrived at our scheduled pick-up time. Food was ready and hot. ALL items were included in order (y'all know there are other restaurants out there that have taught you to double-check before leaving). Employees working the carryout window were friendly and attentive. Sometimes when you order out, it seems you can get smaller and messier portions -- not our experience here! Food was just as it would have been had we eaten in. We ordered the steak kabob, sirloin, cheese fries, and extra rolls. The restaurant parking lot was packed and I'm so impressed with our great service despite how busy TR was. Kudos to management for running such smooth and efficient service while serving at max capacity. We will definitely do and recommend carryout again!

Google
I’ve been going to this Texas Roadhouse location for years and it has only gotten better. I love how the mangers always come by and check in at least once per visit and the drinks are great. We reserve seating on the app beforehand and never have any problems. Fun atmosphere and amazing cinnamon butter.

Yelp
Their quality of steak beats higher priced joints right don't the street. Been going there 20 years and maybe had 1 or 2 four star experiences... the rest are 4.5-5 stars. Staff is super friendly and the only thing i don't like is the loud country music.

Nathan C.

Yelp
Yes, it was Father's Day, yes it was a little packed, but they must have zero kitchen staff whatsoever, because it took them about twenty minutes just to take our order, and almost forty minutes to get out food out to us (4 people) the ribs I was served had more bone, and burnt meat than actual meat I could safely ingest, everything else what pretty much fine, but the service makes me want to never visit that place again.

Yelp
Not necessarily their fault, but tonight as I waited in a carry out parking spot waiting for my carry out order, I watched car after car park in these spots - which are clearly marked "CARRY OUT PARKING ONLY" and walk straight into the main entrance. No one was waiting in any of the vehicles except for me. When my order was ready and I went in to the carryout area, I mentioned this two the two young girls working there. They said they have told management many times but were told there's nothing they can do. (I'd be happy to offer some suggestions. ) It's just another example of the entitlement mentality times we are living in. What ever happened to living by "the golden rule"?

Yelp
I will be the first person to say that I am not a huge fan of chain restaurants. But I do enjoy Texas Roadhouse. This was our first visit to this location, and we checked in ahead of time online. The restaurant was very busy. When we were brought to our table, the hostess also immediately brought us rolls. The Texas Roadhouse butter alone is worth the visit. It's heavenly good! I ordered a 6 oz filet mignon with a house salad and a loaded baked potato. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. If you are looking for a reasonably priced steak, definitely come here.

Josh W.

Yelp
Jerry hands down best waiter! 10/10 may be the best I've ever had! Refils and rolls before the prior ran out!

Edgar H.

Yelp
Called ahead almost 3 hours before we arrived. Had a party of ten coming table was supposed to be ready between 8-8:15 didn't get sat until 8:45. Only received bread rolls once, " didn't even ask us if we wanted more". Was my Little brothers thirteen birthday I told them if they could do their happy birthday chant or whatever. She said yes, no one ever came. Overall terrible experience. Food was ok not worth the wait time.

Yelp
The last time I ate here was a long time ago. I am glad we went back. The place was packed but we called ahead to get on a waitlist so our wait was not long. I recommend the margaritas and the roadkill. Sounds crazy but so delicious. It's like a Salisbury steak with sautéed onions and mushrooms. I ate every bite. The green beans were so well done. I am not always a fan of chains but this didn't disappoint

Yelp
I had a good experience at this location of Texas Roadhouse. It was so packed that there was barely any parking in the lot. It seemed like the place to be on a Saturday night for dinner in this area. Luckily there were several seats open at the bar, and we didn't have to wait too long. Though I appreciate the complimentary peanuts they offer, and it's kind of fun to throw the shells on the floor. The service was very friendly and attentive. I ordered the Steakhouse Filet Salad without croutons. It was very good overall. My only complaint was that the steak was a little over salted and over cooked. I ordered it medium, but it came out between medium-well and well-done. I didn't mind too much. It was still tasty. This is a great go-to spot for the whole family. I look forward to going back sometime soon.

Yelp
I ordered the all American cheese burger and steak fries, and it was EXTREMELY salty. Normally I'm a salty food lover, but this was just way too much. After I finish my food my whole mouth, as well as the roof of my mouth was sore from the salt. It maybe lasted a hour after my meal. Really ruined my experience. Other then that, the service was very kind and helpful.

Yelp
Excellent BBQ Food. Super delicious Ribs and chicken service was fenomenal Tanya was very friendly attentive , Helpful and quick . Great Country Ambience, The manager Kaylee came to our table to say hello and give us a little souvenir for being our first visit .place looks very nice , food prices reasonable. The bar looks very busy. Plenty parking lot great views . We had a awesome time eating here we definitely will recommended to our friends and families when they visit Kentucky. Thank you Texas Road House for the delicious food Great amazing services. Like my friend Arnold will said I will be back

Austin M.

Yelp
I've visited this establishment many times since this situation and it has been great. Must've just been a bad day in the kitchen.

Fred R.

Yelp
Tried to order the prime rib online but app said it was currently unavailable. Called them and they said it was available so I placed my order on the phone. Why online say not available? Prime Rib was good.

John M.

Yelp
Food was ready when they said it would be. Everything was packed very well. All meals was as ordered and tasted great

Marsha K.

Yelp
Danielle, the manager of the Hamilton Texas Roadhouse, is excellent with her customer service. She took a situation where the waitress made a mistake and turned it all around with professionalism, politeness and courtesy. Great Job

Yelp
Slightly disappointed but optimistic the next experience will be better! My family and I are huge fans of Texas Road house and go often for the Fort Worth Ribeye steak; it's still my favorite cut there and usually packed full of great flavor. This experience however we were all a little taken back with how there was little flavor in the food served. The cactus blossom was smaller then what you would usually get and missing that greasy deep fried juiciness when one bites in. I did a prime rib this go around and though the steak was cooked perfectly and was tender, there was no flavor. Even after bathing the steak in aju I was underwhelmed with no real flavor. Just like my steak, my veggies were cooked well but bland. My wife had the Ft Worth Ribeye which is our go to steak and again seemed it was lacking the savory flavor that comes with it. Overall, when Texas Roadhouse is good, it's good. The difficulty is they are not always consistent and that's why I went with 3* here instead of 4*. The place is always busy because they are a great place for good steak and the dinner rolls are always fresh and amazing! Plan ahead if you have a large group and reserve seating early (which you can call ahead and do). I m going to believe my next few experience will be better so I can bring this to a 4* place to eat.

Yelp
I never have a bad time at the House. My boyfriend try to go here once every three months because it has a home-good feel and always worth the wait. The online check-in always helps you and the staff, so make sure to save your space in line ahead of arrival to save time! Also, John our server, was timely and phenomenal. We had a "free blossom" card to use because our last visit missed said appetizer. I always feel bad using coupons so make sure when you tip, do not add the coupon to your total, rather what you WOULD HAVE paid. He took good care of us.

Yelp
We got carry out at 615 on saturday night. The place was crowded!!!! When we got home with our steaks that supposed to be well done, was blood dripping from them. Called was supposed to call back but never heard back!
google avatar

Sandra H.

Yelp
We are still hesitant about dining out, but our experience here today was excellent. We called ahead and got on their "wait list". However we were seated immediately. The server was prompt, well mannered and very knowledgeable about the menu. The rolls and of course the peanuts were great starters. The full rack of ribs was perfectly done with light BBQ sauce. The loaded baked potato and the sweet potato was exact what we ordered. Great service and food!
google avatar

Yelp
Carryout and dine in were both Delicious!! Good service and tasty food. We love their steaks porta bella chicken and salads!

Barry C.

Yelp
Had a problem with my gift card and the manger and staff made it right. no hassle or drama. thanks so much. Food was great. I have always enjoyed TR and this situation affirms my previous experiences.

Audrey M.

Yelp
Feels like an adult Chuck E. Cheese. And those have all closed. This place should too.

Yelp
it sucked. hated every minute. the ambiance caused intense arguments between me and my family. took a solid 6 hours to receive my steak. don't recommend the blooming onion either. if you encounter this place, just run! don't even step inside! the air is toxic!

Yelp
THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO COOK A MEDIUM STEAK ! This is the second time this Ft Wright KY location has delivered a medium RARE steak that I ordered medium. I'm NOT a fan of medium rare... OR I WOULD HAVE ASKED FOR THAT. The first time I sucked it up, had them put it back on the grill, after which it came back a complete char. arrrgggg.. And I still paid for it, although I was mad, and told them so, and told them that their grill was too freaking hot. This time I sent it back for a whole new one, and guess what they gave me next ... RARE . as in nowhere close to being to my medium request. I just got up and left. AND notably, tonight, my sister also ordered medium, and got medium RARE. She chose not to complain. As much as this damn steak costs, COOK IT TO ORDER !!!! I am tired of paying for expensive steak not cooked as I had asked. This location used to be great, now it sucks. I won't go back.

Yelp
Always my favor place. Food and service always good. Chili is my favor. Staff is friendly. Mixed drink was water down, but I only had once.

Yelp
Very good food, and experience, at this restaurant - Our server was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The food came out fairly quickly and with the right timing: a basket of their delicious rolls were placed on our table very soon after we were seated, and water glasses were brought over shortly after that; our drinks, appetizers were next, and finally our entrée meals a few minutes later. There were three of us in our party. I had a Texas-size pour of the house Cabernet, my husband had a key lime margarita, and our friend had a tall glass of the seasonal beer (I don't remember the name of the beer, but it had a pinkish tint to it and although our friend raised an eyebrow when he first saw it placed on the table in front of him, after tasting it he said he actually enjoyed it) . Everything was nicely presented and tasted good, (although my husband said he didn't think there was much alcohol in the margarita..) My husband and I each had the 6 ounce filet, done medium, and both were perfect. I had a side of sweet potato and a Caesar salad and I enjoyed both of them. My husband had a side of a loaded baked potato and a house salad and he said he enjoyed both of those. The portion sizes were very good and each of us had leftovers to bring home for tomorrow's lunch. My husband ate all of his filet, of course, but left half of his loaded baked potato. I had half of my filet to take home, along with half of my sweet potato. For our appetizers we had the fried pickles and a cheese fries - both were very good and to my surprise I enjoyed the fried pickles even more than the fries. Definitely a must try with their house made ranch dressing! Overall, this was a great meal with a local friend for our first night as official Kentucky residents! (We have relocated from Southern Nevada and we arrived in town just this morning after our 5 Day road trip with our little dog across the country!)

Yelp
Haven't been back in after they took my favorite thing and the ONLY thing I like off the menu. Why come to a restaurant just for a salad? Yeah it's extra yummy but I am so mad about the chicken critter recipe changing!! Whatever the chicken critters are now are not the same and I am 1 of a million people who have been complaining about this & to bring back the old recipe! Don't change something that needs no changing done in the first place. Please bring back the original chicken critters... the crispy, yummy ones! (Picture shows a petition where people are actually signing trying to get the recipe back!)

Yelp
dear texas roadhouse, i was in last night with my friends and it was my dear friends BIRTHDAY!!!!! she turned 19 and was so excited eat at texas roadhouse. well to her surprise when they sang her happy birthday, she didn't receive her free dessert. It would be okay if they weren't giving out desserts but there was another person there who did get a free birthday dessert. so just saying not very cool. she will survive but is a little upset. not mad, just disappointed.

Yelp
I waited for 40 minutes to be seated when I was notified at 30 minutes to be seated. I then ordered a ultimate margarita on the rocks. NO salt. I then waited another 20 minutes for my drink and it came with lots of salt on the rim. I have high blood pressure and don't use excess salt. The people that got sat after me were served drinks before I got the wrong one. Terrible service. I will never be back to that restaurant again. I told the hostess I needed to speak with a manager and waited another 5 minutes. I left. I then called the store and was on hold again for about 5 minutes. Nope. My money spends anywhere. Won't ever go back to Ft Wright
google avatar

Samantha K.

Yelp
This restaurant is a little too crowed for my liking and it felt unclean. I unraveled my silverware to a dirty knife and there was something floating in my glass of water. It seems they are too busy to focus on cleanliness. Wear a jacket because the AC is blasting. As for food, the cactus blossom and side of corn were a little too salty, but rolls were good and the rack of ribs was okay. I would honestly only return for a pick up order of rolls and butter, but I don't think that's an option.

Trevor D.

Yelp
Owner told us to go somewhere else there was too long of a line no matter the wait time. The front desk people were horrible to deal with kept arguing with us. Finally walked out after 10 minutes of dealing with it would not come back to this place never had this kind of experience here.
google avatar

Nancy M.

Yelp
Tried to eat at the Ft wight roadhouse today. Was told I had a 5 to 15 min wait for which I was skeptical looking at the # waiting. 25 mins later, still waiting, and had to leave to findsome place else. Not a matter of impatience. Had to pick someone up from airport. DONT LIE ABOUT YOUR WAIT TIME!!!! ALWAYS A PROBLEM AT THIS LOCATION. AND THEFOOD IS NOT THAT GOOD WHEN YOU CAN GET A TABLE.

Yelp
I visit Texas Roadhouse at least once a month. I always go to the Fort Wright, Kentucky location. It's usually always pretty good. After today I will not be going back. First, they messed up my steak. I was fine with that. I just sent it back. While waiting on my steak to come back, I started eating my baked potato. I could not believe my eyes when I seen the most disgusting potato I've ever seen in my entire life. There was something in the potato and it was the width of a hotdog, it was 1/4 of a hotdog. It was absolutely brownish, black. I don't know what it was but it was disgusting. I showed it to the manager, she acted like it was really no big deal. I told her she needed to go check the potatoes immediately because someone else could've ingested a potato like mine. She ended up paying for my steak, but that was only after I was getting ready to actually puke. She still made me pay for the rest of my dinner though. I have lost all respect for this place and I will not be going back anytime soon. I have the pictures to prove it and if I can post it on here I will.
google avatar

Todd D.

Yelp
No one was enforcing mask protocols. Patrons were walking around and in/out without them. You could see management notice but not say anything. The service and food were good.
google avatar

Jeremy J.

Yelp
I love Texas Roadhouse. I have never had a bad meal here. This place is always crowded and always slammed with hungry people. The reason is because everyone loves the roadhouse. I mean what is not to love? They have steak, ribs, chicken, beer, peanuts, sports, and friendly waitresses. This place has it all. My family and I love going here and I usually get the Sirloin steak meal deal. I get 10 ounce steak, baked potato, and house salad. Can't go wrong with it. We will be back and I don't need to tell you to visit because I know you will! 5 out of 5 all day long!
google avatar

Dawn H.

Yelp
Always love Texas Roadhouse all over the USA! Great value for money and perfectly cooked to order steaks. Sweet potatoes with cinnamon butter and brown sugar are like dessert! House red wine at $5.99/glass is just fine with a juicy steak. Dinner rolls are the kids favorite. My daughter and I share the 16oz. Ribeye dinner w/2 sides and it's the perfect amount of food. TIP: use the call ahead seating so you don't have to sit and wait 45-60 minutes on busy nights.
google avatar

Brock S.

Yelp
Good experience as always. These guys are good and the food is good. Waiters are attentive and do s grad job keeping track of their tables not to mention their birthday cheer. They get pretty loud. The portions are unbelievable along with the prices. Very affordable for groups and great drinks
google avatar

Brianna B.

Yelp
My family and I went here to celebrate my mom's birthday and we had a great experience. They were super busy on a Saturday afternoon for lunch. I definitely recommend taking advantage of their online system for getting on the waitlist before you get there because we would have waited 20+ minutes if we didn't do that. Our waitress was great - knowledgeable of the menu, nice, and very attentive! My mom likes her steaks cooked a certain way (most restaurants mess it up) but our waitress insured that her steak was cooked correctly the first time! Of course their rolls were hot and fresh and my family got a cactus blossom for an appetizer - they said it was really good. I ordered the double grilled pork chops with a side salad and loaded fries and I was pleasantly surprised by how good everything tasted! Everyone else was happy with their meals as well. Prices are a little higher here, but for a good quality meal, I think it's worth it!

Kathy H.

Yelp
This place was absolutely filthy. The table they sat at us was disgusting underneath.. this pic I took was after they cleaned it some bc we told them. Food was meh. For the 15 servers there you'd think it would be quicker.

R M.

Yelp
Milford store was a little bit odd. We entered late afternoon, party of 5. Wait staff were posted intermittently along the walk to our booth. Kind of like flight attendants when you get on a plane. We passed a half dozen of them. All of them gave the appearance of lifeless, bored high school girls. Not one looked up. Not one made eye contact. Not one smiled. Nothing. It was as if they were awaiting their executions. Not very welcoming and in fact, rude. Has the manager trained these girls in the art of customer service? Apparently not.
google avatar

Christy C.

Yelp
The food was amazing as usual and we only waited about 15 min to be seated. Our waitress Heather was really cool and prompt. The managers were also very attentive to the customers and walked around asking if the food and service was ok. Even though the place had a huge line outside and every table being used, the food was quick to our table and hot!

Zach H.

Yelp
A pickup ordered was placed, they forgot the 12 additional rolls that we paid $5 for including the butter and cinnamon etc. I get that things are sometimes forgotten, but the manager had the gall to suggest to me that I drive back to the store as they would be more than happy to make some fresh bread for me.... This was truly her only suggestion / offer to make things right, no option for a refund or store credit, she expected me to drive back there to correct their mistake. Not sure who the manager was at the time, this was on 04.03.2022 Sunday afternoon, after I let her know I wouldn't be driving back, an offer of an emailed coupon was made, this was never sent. I am never going back.
google avatar

Jeff N.

Yelp
The call ahead seating worked great. We waited in the car and a text told us when to go into the restaurant. Our food was good. The steak was excellent, but the baked potato was cool. We will go back.
google avatar

Makayla T.

Yelp
Love Texas Roadhouse! Me and my son went for lunch and had fantastic food and fantastic service as well. Never had a problem with this location! Love the rolls
google avatar

Jessica M.

Yelp
We usually have a good meal here and for a chain it's really good. Many date and family nights here!
google avatar

Amanda M.

Yelp
Chloe was our server and she was absolutely fabulous!! Very polite, best waitress we've had in a long time. The food was delicious as well!
google avatar

Carly Grace H.

Yelp
TRH is your run of the mill normal family chain with the exception of having the MOST amazing cinnamon-butter rolls. Needless to say i was won over by the first bite and now as a repeat offender & must spread the word! I am generally not a fan of family style restaurants, but TRH has something special, something frozen-- yes, a very delicious and cheap margarita!! My husband and I are always surprised at how attentive and nice the wait staff is, along with how quickly our meals get served. I have been to this location ~4x and I can say that will continue my patronage ( especially since one night the bartender made an extra set of drinks and was kind enough to bring them to the table on the house! )
google avatar

Ken B.

Yelp
Your thinking 5 stars for Texas road house.. really? Yes really and here is why!! First off any place that lets you eat peanuts and toss the shells on the floor is well awesome!! But really this place was great. Our server was amazing we had a group of 5 and she was spot on in every aspect of service. Nice, helpful and fast. I got the prime rib and my wife got the fillet. The prime rib was out standing. I have had prime rib I'm many places and this was by far the best prime rib of any chain steakhouse. Definitely better then outback.
google avatar

Aristo W.

Yelp
Can I get more steak? Texas Roadhouse is always a good choice for the value and he amount of food that you get. Friendly staff and servers. I got the Fort Worth ribeye 16oz with shrimp side kickers and mashed potatoes + chili. Can you believe you get all of that for under $30? What ana amazing meal and the steak is cooked perfectly to my specifications. I would definitely come back to this particular Texas Roadhouse.
google avatar

Chris A.

Yelp
The Texas Roadhouse in Fort Wright must be the busiest location in the Tristate. Plan on waiting a long time (our party of four waited nearly an hour) even when calling ahead. Layout of front area is poor for large waiting crowds. Waitstaff have to plow through herds of people by the host station to get to the bread baskets. Food and service is about what you'd expect from an understaffed chain restaurant. At least they comped the appetizer for screwing up our wait. Avoid when busy. It's not worth it.
google avatar

Yelp
I'm a steak lover this is a far better value than the higher end steak houses. I've always like it here. We've been on the move since 7:30am so I was starved. It was just my son and I so we got a table instantly and our server (Tatiana) was tableside instantly as well. We had our dinner served to us within 20 minutes of walking in the door. My steak was actually over cooked to medium (cringe) but...like I said, I was starved and didn't complain. Still a great place for steaks.
