I visited this restaurant for the first time during the month of my Birthday. The food was good. The service was good. The ambiance was fun they have the employees dance, it's very entertaining. I will definitely come back.

It was a fine place to meet and eat. Their portions are huge, their flavors big. Combo plates of ribs and other meat are popular choices. Meat portions were large which makes this the perfect place for hungry friends. I like the table peanuts to snack on. People enjoyed the table bread rolls as well. The chicken breast were butterflied with excellent grill marks and super tender. Big drinks, full bar.

Stopped by with a friend and sat at the bar. The bartenders were nice and thank you to the gentleman sitting next to me for treating my friend and I to a drink- double shot of Crown Royal. Love that I was able to hang my bag under the counter. Look for the hooks. Food: Sirloin Steak with Sweet Potato and corn. My friend had the salmon. The complimentary bread is always a hit. The steak was good not the best cut but I wanted steak and didnt want to order a rib eye. Overall, across the board all Texas Roadhouse meals are always delicious.

Best service I've had. Wonderful waitress and food was out quick even though they were packed. I had a 6 inch sirloin with shrimp.

This is the first time we come here and we were not disappointed. Quite the opposite, we were so impressed on how quick it was to get seated on such a busy day. It was very full but our server was very attentive and made sure to explain how their food is unique and their bread is made in house. We fell in love with the food and their fresh bread. We will definitely be coming back and with more people. Very family friendly as well.

This was our first time at Texas Roadhouse. Only had a 10 min wait. We had a wonderful experience. Our server Jessica was such a delight. Explained any food items, cared about my mushroom allergy, and was very attentive. The manager Juan then came and gave us samples of their sides, very surprising. They definitely made our 1st time experience a great one.

This is a frequent family favorite! Rarely am I disappointed in the food, the service can be here or there. For the most part we are always happy with the option to visit this location.

Ordered online. Steak, baked potato and green beans. The potato was rotten, visibly from the outside. The steak was chewy and room temperature. Also plastic silverware was flimsy and very difficult cut steak.

I was excited for my first visit to Texas Roadhouse. I only heard good things about the place. It was my nephews birthday so decided go there plus none of us been before. I like the vibe from minute walk in got high energy vibe, lots of fun party atmosphere, and got personality. Between the fact set times throughout the night whole staff sings and lines up does dance moves. Or if birthday brings out mini Trojan horse with real saddle sit on plus get wear cowboy hat and staff sings happy birthday. If that not personality. The menu is pretty big. Since my first time really had no idea direction wanted go. I ended up settling on the smothered chicken and sides went with chili and mash potato. The chili was da bomb. I could have whole bowl for meal be happy. The smothered chicken portion size huge all dishes we all got. The chicken perfect nice moist well seasoned and the gravy on top awesome. The BREAD comes with meal. Always had Olive Garden most addicting need make point not overload bed or meal. It honey plus sugar in them. So addicting. Overall great spot! Just wish had one closer to my side of town. Service was five stars no doubt.

I don't know what happened to Texas Roadhouse, but after this experience, I will never return. My family and I went there on 2/4/25 at around 5:40 p.m. and were absolutely ignored. While everyone around us was getting service, we were completely forgotten about. We walked in and immediately saw multiple staff members talking with each other and doing their jobs, so I know they weren't understaffed. We were seated and sat there for about 28 minutes without anyone even acknowledging us, and by that time, people who were seated after us were already getting their drink orders, drinks, and having their entree orders taken while we were still sitting there with NO service whatsoever. I get that sometimes places get busy, but this was beyond ridiculous. There were servers walking past us, serving everyone else except us. Not once did anyone stop by to ask us what we wanted to drink, let alone take our order. It was as if we didn't even exist. We were so upset, we ended up walking out, completely fed up with being ignored. We considered flagging someone down, but honestly, we were worried if they got annoyed they'd take it out on our food. I've been to Texas Roadhouse many times in the past, and I never had an issue until now. This experience really left a bad taste in my mouth, especially because I can't help but feel like the service we received was racially motivated as we're Mexican while everyone around us getting service was not. I've never been treated this way at any other restaurant before. Hispanics/Latinos, beware! I will not be returning to this place again.

Tonight the catfish looked as if it was dropped on the floor and put in the box. The loaded sweet potato...the picture speaks for itself. My order was supposed to be ready at 7:30, I ended up getting it at 8pm becz they were, what I thought replacing the nasty fish but only one piece was replaced. After waiting an extra 30 mins. Now becz I had to wait for one piece of fish...the other food got cold and the fries were soggy. Tonight was not a pleasant experience. I'd prefer a full refund but I'm sure that will not happen. Time to give them a rest.

Inconsistency in execution of steaks. Medium rare became more medium. For a steakhouse that prides itself on steaks fairly unacceptable. I know they'll replace for us but we feel it's wasteful to do so. Please work on this. Meats continue to cook while it's resting! 4/7 steaks we ordered were overcooked. Of the three that weren't one was the prime rib another was a bone in ribeye. Seasoning on the steak was otherwise ok. All the servers we interacted with were nice. Front staff had a guy that was fairly rude though.

They are now at strike three, three of the four of us got food poisoning last Saturday. Sent back the ribs they tasted like over boiled ribs charred on the grill. Ceaser salad had two croutons. Service was fine food not so much.

This is the second time I have come here and I was disappointed again. The service was great and everything but the food is just so bland to me. I've gotten their filet medallions and there is no flavor. The blooming onion we tried and the sauce tastes weird, I'd rather get that from Outback. My sister got their ribeye and it was mostly all fat. I do like how big the restaurant is and how much seating they have but the food is just not good to me. Of course the bread is always the best part when I come here.

We went here this past saturday night, and boy, was this place hopping! My MIL's husband saw someone he knew, from work, a fellow school bus driver, on the way in, and on the way out, my MIL, saw a former Principal at her school of employment. There was also Homecoming diners too. Taylor was our server- she was great, always smiling, attentive, checked on us a several times, and very nice (no issues, no complaints). The preferred way to check out is using the Ziosk. With a bunch of gift cards, it was a bit cumbersome. But hey, we got through it. Rolls please! We got a second round. (And we took some to go to!) Appetizer: blossom, yum! We all got an entree, three of us got the chicken fried chicken, $16.99, comes with two sides, the side salad is huge, comes with two containers of dressing. I got the seasoned rice, MMM. Two choices if gravy. We all got drinks, so the final tab was around $125. We were celebrating our son's birthday. This is a very good restaurant, large portions, the rolls are the bomb, I had to stop myself at 1.5. I think I had too much of the blossom, love the sauce, too. All three of us who got the chicken fried chicken, took half of it home (we made sliders using the rolls, toasted). Hubby took have of his mashed potatoes home. The boy took his mashed potatoes home too. I took my seasoned rice home too. When we know we're coming here, we look forward to it!

My first time at this location. We walked right in with no wait. That never happens. We must have been right in between the rush though because when we walked out there was standing room only and lots of people waiting outside. The restaurant was clean. The bathrooms were pretty clean and well taken care of. Our waiter was sweet and tentative. We got our drinks promptly. The sweet tea was made to perfection. After ordering, we got our meals pretty quickly. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted great. The rolls were hot and fresh and delicious as ever. We enjoyed dining here. Will definitely be back when in the area.

Make sure to asked Daniella. The food is delicious and service is great!! I also ordered a drink " Sangria Margarita". It's a Friday night and is like a happy hour is busy and fun. The staff sing and dance.

It was me and my fiancé's first time trying Texas Roadhouse today. We joined the waitlist on the app, it was a very easy process. The wait was fast. The food was so delicious, that we walked out full and asking each other who wants to drive home . Our server was amazing. She stayed on top of it . Every time we needed more drinks, here she comes with another cup full, we didn't even have to ask. The ambience was very calm. Lots of people enjoying their experience. Live entertainment from the crew members, delicious food, Sports on Tv, and alcohol? Hands down, the best restaurant we've ever tried .

Never been there before food was hella sweet atmosphere was so cool and inviting and fun such a good vibe employees were fabulous and kind and attentive live this place so going back there again

The plate you are viewing was the first item I ordered, steak shish kabob. The kabobs were cold and so the waiter returned it! When he brought it back it as burnt, Maybe I will try the fish should I go back.

Id like to start by giving a special shout out to any Gemini's who may be reading this review. I celebrated my birthday at Texas roadhouse and had a really great time with the fam. All of the food was enjoyable with no complaints. The atmosphere was upbeat and lively. And every so often they turn the music up really loud and a large group of the staff brakes out in a line dance. Which makes for a festive and fun experience. Most of the staff were great, especially our server who earned every bit of her tip. Some could've used some improvement. More specifically the guy who worked the front desk wearing glasses and two sketchy looking gold chains. I didn't catch his name, but he could definitely use a crash course in proper etiquette when dealing with a paying customer. Other than that little incident with that little person (not in height but in importance) everything else was great.

So tonight I went to Texas roadhouse for dinner my service was OK nothing spectacular, but she was not that server that like to clear off dirty dishes off the table until the end so I have a table full of dirty dishes. The music was way too loud way too loud. I had a salad, but my meat was basically raw so I had to send it back but other than that it was all right. I just gotta figure out something with the music and how loud and the food make sure it's cooked.

Great service, steak was quality and cooked to perfection. Great energy and ambiance. Cant wait to come back again!

The dancing at my table while I'm trying to eat is a tad awkward but the food is delish. I'm all for good times but my table at that height means gyrating butts at face level- I thought I was paying for steak not rocky mountain oysters. Those rolls though are to die for and the food is *chefs kiss*

Decided to give this place another chance and go here for my birthday today...we got there right at 3pm when it opened on a Monday and there was already a line at the door...we actually got in pretty quick and seated within 5 min so, that's not too bad at all. I ordered a peach iced tea and ice water and my son had the chicken fried sirloin steak with 2 sides which is actually a really good value and price (under $20) and I ordered a boneless beef rib eye with a side of chili with onion and cheese and a side salad with ranch and everything was really good except...... I ordered my steak medium and it came medium rare(still bluish/purple) and our waiter was such a sweetheart and took it back asap and the manager brought it back out after they had put it back on the grill for a few more minutes which is odd to me since I had actually eaten a couple of bites from it (on the end before I cut into the center that was cool to the touch, I figured once you touch it then to take it away and recook it, is that safe? I guess it's saving $$ but, what's the protocol on that? Anyways, I ended up taking half my steak home since I was full with the delicious fresh rolls that were hot when we 1st sat down and 2 of them filled me up so, I took the other 2 home to eat later, I am still waiting to review again for 5 stars...maybe next time? Until then.....

Usually love going to Texas Roadhouse. It being my birthday, I usually like to go to Texas De Brazil. Today, I decided I wanted to celebrate closer to home and went here. However, I wished I chose elsewhere. Once we ordered, I asked for more bread, waited almost 20 minutes and had to ask again. The bread came, and our food came shortly after. Our server(s) never came to check on us, however, the bartender did, bring water for my husband twice. Never did they ask my son and I if we wanted a refill. The Cactus blossom was great as always, my husband's slab of ribs were super, super dry and he only ate 2 ribs off the whole slab. My son's steak was overcooked. I asked if they needed my code for the birthday appetizer, the waitress said, just do it on the tabletop computer device. Not sure I'll be going back for a while. Sad because I really like their food and usually have great service. My son didn't want me to speak up, so I said nothing! If he was not there, the ribs would've been sent back and I would've asked for another server.

First time going here and was amazing! Loved the atmosphere and workers! Definitely loved the music and the dancing as well and to top it all off the food was definitely amazing and worth it. Will definitely come back here again

Pretty standard Texas Roadhouse. Yelp is requesting a review. I guess maybe there are folks unfamiliar or they're trying to get a plethora of experiences. This is one of the more crowded restaurants I can recall. They do a fantastic job corralling guests and getting them through. We only waited five minutes front door to table. My sirloin was great. The correct colour, tender and a nice balance of spices. The chili and baked potato both spot on. Our server made several trips to the table and kept the glasses full. It's a fun place to spend some time. Flat screens with country videos and several sports. It's loud, but in a good way. They celebrate birthdays and line dance and make dinner a better event. 04/24

5:00 check in on Wednesday May 1st Review #14 of 2024 Dropped in for a Military Veteran fundraising event. 1st visit at this location. Service was efficient as we ordered at 5:12, and food was delivered at 5:42, although a bit slow, we were ok with it as the house very busy that night. Wife and I ordered then shared a Full slab Ribs which were fall off the bone delicious. Our children ordered Mac and cheese, Hot dog, chicken tenders. The bread was nice, warm and on point. An amazing appetizer to hold us over while we waited for our order. Nicole was our awesome server, always checking and at the right time without being overly interrupting. Truly appreciated this as other businesses try to hurry you along. Line dance delivered some good entertainment and went well with the volume of music ending with great service to close off an excellent evening.

Just sat at the bar and had a cocktail and a salad. The bartenders were amazing!!! One was Austin can't remember the other one's name. The only thing I was not a fan of was service stopping because the staff had to do a dance. EVERYONE that was a patron looked annoyed. Overall was a good experience and the bar was super clean!

Chelsea served us, she was wonderful with a really positive attitude and made it feel great. The food was delcious and would reccomemnd again.

Steak and loaded potato was perfect! Loved the butter woth bread omg. It was awesome management made her rounds and came to check-in. 1st time here and highly recommend

This is my wife's favorite place to grab an early dinner. Austin, Allie and Caleb literally knows her name and usually have her order placed for her as soon as they see her walk through the door! Whenever I go there with her, the place is like the old sitcom Cheers! Only they say "Bestie" or "Lisa" instead of Norm! Fun atmosphere and I'm happy for my wife that she has good friends working there. Also they make certain our food orders are perfect every time!

The "manager" Juan is absolutely horrible and so unprofessional. Had a minor issue which I wanted to address with the manager, assuming it would've been an easy thing to remedy but he stood, rolled his eyes and laughed. Dust fell into my food therefore contaminating my food. Pretty sure it's a health code violation for an establishment to be so dusty. For Juan to be a "manager" that is a slap in the face to your other employees. They should lead by example and treat both consumers and employees with respect. I've never had a manager laugh in my face and disrespect me so badly. The good thing is that our server Rebecca was great! The general manager Perry was also great. Perry did speak with us regarding Juan's behavior, and did take care of us. It's just really unfortunate that Juan's actions and attitude have created such a negative memory for me at a place I truly enjoy going to.

The food is very good and the service is excellent!! It's too noisy and my great grandson had to cover his ears a lot and so did I! Other than that we had a good time and meal .

This was our third visit to this location. This time the rolls were not warm and our food was barely warm. The ever Gabe was amazing. She was attentive and apologetic.

I've had so many people tell me I haaaave to try Texas Roadhouse. And honestly for me, it was eh. My biggest thing about this place is that Ican probably think of about 10 other better restaurants in the area that are local that you should hit up instead. Nothing against them, I just wans't overly impressed, and I was SHOCKED to see how many people were waiting for a table here. Now the real star really is the bread. Damn... it's good. It was REALLY good. I would literally only come here for the bread if I ever came back. I did also love the complimentary peanuts, too. I could literally eat peanuts all day long. That was tasty and I ended up taking the rest of the bag home with me haha. The service was also really really good, too. Our server was super attentive. The biggest miss for me really was just the food. I don't know, maybe I'm just getting older, but the fried food is a lot for me lately. We got the loaded potatoes and these jalapeno popper type of things as appetizers. I also ordered a giant margarita, too, which was pretty good. Added an extra shot in it, too. Not bad! I don't know if I would come back here on my own, but if a friend wanted to eat here again, I guess I would. I'm not entirely sure. Maybe I need to try something else? I guess my only thing really is the bread is the only hype for me.

Came in today for an early dinner and had the pleasure of meeting KALEB for our server. Service by KALEB was perfect and he greeted us perfectly and treated us like VIP. My wife order the chicken/vegetables/sweet potatoes... she loved it. I ordered the California chicken salad and that was also perfect. KALEB also brought this really sweet dressing for my salad, (can't remember the name) but that was the best ever... KALEB bringing that out sold me on this salad now every time I come in here now. Thank you for the best service KALEB and the great food. The Ambiance was great watching college football with nice TV's.

The food was great! We had the cactus blossom which was not oily compared to some. We also got the grilled shrimp starter and it was so good! For our meal we shared the grilled chicken and sirloin which was really enough for me and my husband. The service was also good as well, they were attentive to what we need esp i like the idea of the server suggesting what kind of drink is good which is not in the menu. The ambiance is nice, typical BBQ place which is cool to hang out. Overall, we had a good experience. Recommended!

Loaded sweet potato was NOT LOADED as ordered and paid for. Rolls were not hot. Mobile app is always glitchy.

This place pissed me off. Last time I came here they took away all my food and my kids food when i went to the bathroom 20 minutes into my meal. The device they had said "pay now" and wasnt paid yet so they definitely shouldnt have. The restaurant didnt replace our meal. Only brought us 3 shrimp and a bowl of green beans (it was an uneaten steak and shrimp combo with salad and a bowl of green beans because we take along time to get settled and the food cut up for my 5 year old and his special plate made). My son was crying.... _we decided to try again today __________________ Came here to chill a full hour and make sure my kid eats all his food and not to go... before his dad gets him This time after 29 minutes the waitress came to me with my empty water cup and said she has to leave her shift. Since i had been waiting for her to order a drink... i ordered it. She also offered to refill my water. She came back without water and pushed the device in front of me to pay. She said do i need anything before she leaves and i say no, nothing but water...she asks if needs to go and i say no i want him to eat it all Then i asked for water and moved the device away from me and my child so he wont order games in it. She comes back with the water and grabs device and pushes it back in front of my face basically. In my bubble. She says, i really do have to go now, can you pay on this device or are you needing my assistance. I stated i plan to pay on the device and turns the device away from my direction so i can go back to eating and feeding my son. She turns the device towards me and presses the button pay check. Ive been here 39 minutes and just ordered a mixed drink so i push the device away 5 minutes later she just came a third time and asked if need box and asked me to pay. Pushing device to me... i said i want him to just eat it all.she asks if imsure andi say fine, to bring me a box. (That i dont want or need). I got here 40 minutes ago. Im really mad now At 45 minutes she brings me box. Says has to leave again.asks if i need her again. I say no again.

I went on a Monday night and it was super packed. However the wait times were only 10 mins so I can't complain. The steaks were juicy and tender. I got my ribeye medium and the NewYork steak was medium well, they left the NewYork strip steak red so we had to send it back and it was super cooked when they brought it back. The service was great, the bread and butter were worth the hype. The fried onions with its sauce was great as well. Our table was super small though for all the food we had. Over all, I liked the atmosphere. It was great vibes and will definitely come back again for more meat! The bill only came out to around $82 without tip.

Don't waste your time. Although the few times I have been there the food and table service has been very good. The hard part is watching the hostess mismanage seating. Get on the wait list and walk in. The hostess staff are incable of speaking off script.

Standard casual dining steakhouse. Interesting that we never get steaks here. The pork chops are really good and a decent value. The baby back ribs are well prepared albeit a little expensive for what you get. The catfish used to be stellar but they now break the filet in half and it literally is half the fish portion that it used to be. The theme is super kitschy but in a fun way. They don't take themselves too seriously and most of the people are super friendly. Consistent food, predictable service, good value.

Never have I had a bad experience here! Service is always speedy, and professionally friendly. Longest I've ever had to wait was 10-15 mins. Music is always fun and relevant to the early 2000s country. Love the random line dancer that the staff do. The bread and butter is heavenly. Ask for more. Just trust me. Love that the salads come in a chilled bowl. Such a nice touch. Menu has ample steak options and chicken options. Never had a bad steak here. Tonight 8oz ribeye for $18.99. Reasonable in my opinion and that's what keeps me coming back.

Great place for groups. 1) Food is good. The bread and butter is always amazing. The only thing that I have to complain about is that there is not much seasoning. Not much flavor to the meats and veggies, such as the chicken fried steak. That is easily fixable. 2) A bit loud, especially with the dancing mixed in. Hard for my dad to enjoy this place as he has a hearing aid. But it has a great atmosphere and ambience. 3) Service is nice! Never had a bad server. 4) Pricing is not bad, I would say it's relatively cheap for a sit-down restaurant. Will return.

The steak here is just as good as any steak you'll get on the strip for less than half the price price. My go to is always the ribeye because you know fat is flavor. I got the 12 ounce which is the smallest and I only ate half of it. The ribeye was a 10 out of 10 cooked perfectly and seasoned very nice. When you walk in they grab a basket of their fresh hot bread with their cinnamon, honey, butter, and bring that directly to your table as you are seated. The bread is 10 out of 10 soft fluffy and hot. The butter is amazing. You are gonna want extra because you literally slather it all over that bread and it immediately melts. They bring you bread anytime you ask for it and even send you home with some. Everyone there is so outgoing and friendly. Our server, Chris was training, it was his third day, but you would think that he had worked there for years. JAE was training him and she was bubbly, friendly and look like she generally liked her job. Awesome service from these two. The ambience is loud and crazy which would make for a fun birthday dinner. In the past, I've been there where they do line dancing, and make a big deal out of singing, happy birthday. For sides, I got a house salad, which was fresh fresh and cold. I also got a baked potato and I made it loaded which means it came with cheese and bacon for just I think $1.49 more.. My cousin got the ribs which were fall off the bone and delicious. 9/10. My sister got the sirloin and steak fries. Nine out of 10. I tried the peach sweet tea which came out really sweet so I swapped it out for something else. But if you like really sweet drinks, I'm sure you will like the peach sweet tea. I've been here three times now and I will be back .

Placed a to go order for a dozen rolls and was quoted 5-10 minutes. After 30 minutes we checked in on our order to which the female said it was still not ready because they were backed up. After an hour we finally got our rolls AFTER the same cashier told it was not ready but it was just sitting under the register because she "mixed it up" with another order. The rolls were COLD by the time we got it but we didn't have time to wait another hour for bread that you guys pump out every 3 minutes. And y'all really have the audacity to charge for regular butter. Thanks for ruining the vacation. You truly deserve no stars.

Too many memories here, when I was stationed in TX. And now, here we are, our very own Texas Roadhouse in Vegas and I can't be happier. Love the familiar down home setting and their hot, soft, plushy rolls. I never used to eat that by the way, but now all the fucks have gone out the window since I was 9 months pregnant and I asked for extra rolls and the cinnamon spread. Yas queen. I eat what I want! I got the ribs this time, which were good but will be going back to the ribeye go to again in the future. Nothing like a steak done right at TX Roadhouse. Brings back all the feels.

The peanuts on the floor is gone, but the awesome steaks are still there. Along with excellent service (Peggy+++++). Parking: easy, free Wait time: 15-20 mins (Sat. 8:20 pm) Service: excellent, plentiful Order: boneless wings app (free for bday), 2 steak dinners (Caesar salads, potatoes) Price: $58 + Tip Peanuts: bagged/sealed to go (on request) This was my first time at this location, first time at a TR on west coast. Definitely delicious and what you've come to expect from this franchise.

Great place to hang out and eat with a family. But I felt absolutely terrible after! Big time food coma. Too much carbs

No matter what location you choose you will never be disappointed. The steaks are always cooked to your liking and the portions are never small. Hope you come with an appetite because they will not disappoint. A great family restaurant to come and dine with the family

Solid Texas Roadhouse experience. You can pick your steak at the front area, but...I wasn't very impressed / the 'regular' steaks are quite good. The rolls are always good, service is reasonably fast, salads are good...a solid dining experience. Expect a wait during prime dining times.

I've eaten there 2 times in the last week. Not good. Ribeye was stringy and full of gristle. Tonight the pork chops were rare! Sent them back to the kitchen twice. They still didn't get it right. Not sure what's going on there but don't they have a thermometer in the kitchen? Won't be going back anytime soon.

Good food fast and nice guess service definitely will be back in the near future. This is a nice location
