Wow, I’m kind of shocked. I’ve never had the need to leave a poor review for this establishment and location. Tonight the wait was long and the food was barely edible.
I ordered on the app and the wait was long due to the dinner rush on a Friday night. I placed my order at 7:10 p.m. with a pick up time of 8:15 p.m.; my order was ready at 8:33 p.m.
I always get the Dallas cut filet mignon (basically for the last 10+ years whenever I dine at a TRH) and this one was clearly low quality, chewy even at medium-rare. I literally had to stop and take a photo because there was a vein or tendon sticking out of my filet. The seasoned rice was half cooked and even the butter tasted like Country Crock.
Clearly, to keep prices relatively affordable for their patrons, this chain has lowered the quality of their food significantly. I’m really disappointed, but not surprised. RIP Texas Roadhouse, this customer will be taking her $ elsewhere.
