I took my brother here for the first time, and he had a fantastic experience. He’s a big fan of ribs and steaks and Oklahoma truly has the best. He loved the ribs and mashed potatoes. I usually prefer chicken over ribs or steaks, so I decided to try a salad with fried chicken, and it didn’t disappoint. The fried chicken was perfectly cooked, crispy and tender. The service was amazing—our waitress was kind, attentive, and quick. We had great time!

Waiter Dalton was amazing. Food was ok a little over priced for the meal but over all the service made up for the lacking of food quality. Definitely know it was someone not so experienced in grilling steaks..but had a great time nonetheless

Stillwater location does a good job of getting you in and taken care of, no complaints, country fried chicken was large and not over layered, the two steaks we ordered medium rare, one came out perfect the other was medium at best. Nobody asked about that but it was still good. Hats off to the 20% military discount.

Fifth time at Tex RHouse Stillwater Ok. Fifth time I ordered an 8 Oz steak, medium….Fifth time my steak was cooked well under done..it was actually medium rare. I preferred medium. Grandson enjoys Tx RdHouse and a medium rare steak so that is the only reason I go there. I did not eat any of the steak. Put it in a box for grandson to eat at home. I will no longer EVER order a steak from Tx RdHouse again…Fifth time is not the charm! I will I order chicken next time. Our server was great!! I mentioned to the manager the cooks/chefs should be retrained on how to cook a steak besides medium rare. I think they just try to slam the meat out as fast as possible. Teresa Moon

We had a possibly new waitress. She spoke softly and didnt really know the menu. I got my salad and we waited a bit for my husbands, but he finally had to ask for his. We ordered a ribeye received a sirloin. Overall experience tonight was disappointing. We frequent this location and normally the staff is extra friendly with big smiles. Tonight no one was smiling and it was quiet and blah. Surprising, just missed the bubbly atmosphere.

I love getting my medium rare prime rib! So juicy and tender! I also love the 12 oz Rib Eye steak! The staff is friendly, and service is pretty quick. Also the home made rolls with cinnamon butter is so great! A must try!

Whomever their cook was today 12-13-25 at 3pm was not good at all.. my Ribeye came out over cooked (well done) after asking for medium rare. They sent it back and when i got my second one it was still well done and extremely dry. Until they get a different cook i recommend a different steak house.

Shelly our waitress was helpful and friendly when we came in the other night for a bite. Busy and loud but that's usual for yalls restaurants. The service was good. The food was not too bad. My husband's steak was a bit more cooked than he'd like to say it kinda tasted funny 5/10. I had the herb-spiced chicken 7/10, not dry, had good flavor, was moist couldn't taste any herbs or spices. The baked potatoes were good! Green beans not so much kinda tasted like collard greens. The bathrooms were clean-ish.

This is our family "go-to" restaurant for most occasions. Good steaks (bone-in ribeye) with solid service.

We have not been to Roadhouse in a while and we remembered why. I do love the house salad and rolls!! Both ribeyes we ordered were over cooked for a medium steak. The server was so nice and the manager was quick to try to fix my over cooked steak. My kids loved their bbq chicken sandwich and pulled pork dinner. The atmosphere is pretty loud and very packed but it's a Friday night. If you do plan on coming to Roadhouse, I would make a reservation online before going. There is usually an hour+ wait and gets pretty crowded.

Love the Roadhouse. Had the 8oz thick cut NY Strip tonight and it was cooked perfectly. The rolls are always amazing. Service was friendly and quick. It's a steakhouse that's always busy and has a classic steakhouse atmosphere.

Pretty much like any Texas Roadhouse, the food is always good, service is top notch, and if you leave hungry, it's your own fault. The Wife had the 12oz Ribeye, which some parts of seemed a bit chewy, but overall a good steak. I had the 12oz Prime Rib, which is always a good choice. Tender, cooked perfectly and totally eaten up. Our server was a trainee on her second day, but she aced it.

Texas Roadhouse is my and my fiancé's go-to date spot. He's a big guy with a big appetite, and he loves the 16-oz sirloin with loaded potatoes. I enjoy the sirloin as well: always flavorful and cooked to my liking. They also have a really good Caesar salad so I get it every time. We visit Texas Roadhouse probably about once a month, and every time we go we're greeted with friendly staff and reliably good food. That's not to even mention the rolls with cinnamon butter, which are one of the best things about this place! If you've never been before, you should definitely stop by if you're in the mood for cold drinks, tender steaks, and a fun atmosphere.

The food is always tasty and the service is usually good. They have the best salad in town. Just a little crowded.

Busy Thursday night - seated immediately and hot rolls accompanied us to our table. Service was fast, food was great.

Sat for 10 minutes after being told to wait aside while they seated 6 other people and always over cook the steaks this place is horse shit

I usually avoid chain restaurants, but this particular chain restaurant provided a nice meal one night. I had the Steakhouse Filet Salad with romaine, fresh tomatoes, and more. My salad was well prepared and generously sized. My table service was friendly and efficient.

Texas Roadhouse at its best. I had an 8oz sirloin and thoroughly enjoyed it. Their rolls, served with a special cinnamon honey butter, are delicious - we always ask for more! When it comes to sides, I'm partial to their green beans.

Great place for a date night or a late dinner pick up. I was actually really impressed with the steakhouse filet salad wanted to try something different and actually ate the whole thing. The butter rolls are the BEST here too. Omg. & the ranch is delicious! To go area is great & they have a window to pick it up from outside.

Hadn't been to a Texas roadhouse in a long time was here visiting from New Jersey. Service and food were excellent however they did not ask us if we wanted dessert.

Went to Texas Roadhouse with a large party for a birthday dinner. Our servers were very accommodating and organized. The one that yelled the birthday shoutout, amber, was super fun and friendly! Good experience overall.

Have not had a bad meal or service at the Stillwater location. Wasn't offered peanuts and did see them to get on our own so no five star review

they literally pay their hosts server wage, hire people and then set them into a different position whenever they're hired to do something else, and overall treat their employees not in a professional way. i am a bystander and do not condone this behavior to their workers.

I hate this place but my dad loves it so we go here when i visit him. Usually once or twice a year since 2010 or so. The "tender meat" tastes like it's been processed in some way. I really did not enjoy my most recent steak here. Maybe the hand-selected ones in the case are different? I live in a city renowned for its restaurants but usually enjoy the steaks I get in Oklahoma much more. Definitely not the case for this Stillwater location. I don't care for the "peanuts on the floor" and "line dancing waitress" cheesiness of the place. If that's your thing, you'll love it. And -- it is very inexpensive for a steak place. I'll be back since my dad loves taking me out for steak and it's his choice. But I'll pass on the sirloin strip next time.

Went in last week for dinner with my boyfriend who lives out of town. He's from RI so he's never had Texas Roadhouse. For his first experience, I was almost embarrassed for the establishment myself. His steak was not cooked all the way (almost raw in the middle) and my sweet potato came out literally black. Our server was incredibly kind and offered to take the potato back even before she put it on the table. I am a server as well, so I understand the troubles of incompetent cooks. MADISON WAS AMAZING! So nice and helpful!! The manager even came over to apologize and check on us. She proceeded to take off almost half of our bill. So all in all: bad food, great service! If you go here, request Madison and tip her well! She's awesome :)

The service is good here , we order prime rib in rare , but is totally over cooked and also seems and taste like everything is reheated by microwave even the steak , the surface of the steak is totally dry also the horseradish and bake potato , no wonder it only takes like 5 mins to get all the food ................ Never come back again

Consistently great food and service. Highly recommend! Bar top service is phenomenal.

Ate here for Easter dinner with two of our kids' families. We called ahead and got on the call-ahead waitlist. We mentioned there would be ten of us and we needed two high chairs. All kids were under the age of 7. We were offered two tables...one for four and the other with bench seats for six. We were then handed two 'high chairs' that needed to sit on top of a chair. Babies sitting that close to the table will grab all things set on the table by the server. This Nana gave the parents a break and sat at the kid table. We made note to remember that this restaurant is NOT set up to allow large groups to sit together. That aside, the rolls kept coming, the steaks were grilled exactly as they were asked, the food was plentiful, loved the green beans and sweet potato, we went home with plenty of leftovers and extra rolls to go with those. Will we be back? Of course; we'll keep our group to six or less !

I get that during the pandemic things are a little tough but good grief how do you miss no dipping sauce in the cactus blossom?

It really good to know you can go into nearly any TXRH and get a well-prepared steak and great sides. I always get great service as well. Tonight was no exception. Paige & Ky owned the bar and dished out great service with a friendly attitude. I asked for well-carmelized onions on my medium steak and it was exactly right. Not a hint of gristle or fat on my 6 oz sirloin. And it arrived incredibly fast. I was hungry so I was pleased to see it. This is a well-run location and both times I have been here I was thoroughly pleased. You may get a steak at a top local place that would be great but for a solo business dinner TXRH is hard to beat. Value priced and consistently great.

Good food at good prices and large portions. We love their rolls and cinnamon butter. Always a good time there.

Today was my daughters birthday, I called red to see if we could get a table for eight, they said they couldn't do a reservation, which is fine we called ahead to say we would be there around five , myself and my granddaughter arrived at 5:00 I requested the table than, but was told by staff they were not allowed to give me table until my complete party arrived, again I was patient, than the other parties arrived except for my daughter whom the dinner was for they still would not seat us !!! Told us they need an ETA on her arrival, it was their policy to not seat partial parties??????? I stated to the manager that we would like to set up before she arrived he said no, than when she did arrive they gave us a table that was back in a corner that was so over crowded with eight chairs you could not sit comfortable, and didn't even want to accommodate with a high chair!! The staff was rude the young man that called himself a manager was rude, we called Olive Garden and they were more than happy to accommodate us! We left snd than only at that point did the young manger say how can we make your visit better!! Well to the owner the Texas Toad house here's a big suggestion to you hire and train your staff better! You lost 220.00 worth of business tonight and Olive Garden gained it!! This is the third time I have tried your restaurant, to no avail another fail, it's path Stillwater only has this place for a steak house we need more new business to look in our direction for better fine dining .

A decent steakhouse in town. ALWAYS packed and load so be ready for that. Service can be slow, but is expected in such a busy environment. Orders are sometimes given out incorrectly, but the staff is always polite and makes up for it.

Excellent food and service. The rolls were a little too sweet for my taste. The bartender, Brook was a joy. She is right up there with Bailey, my granddaughter and I will be back.

Incredibly disappointed in the take out orders we have received from TRH. While their Caesar salad is still amazing, their ability to cook steak has declined dramatically. We ordered two rib eyes medium-rare, and they were barely cooked. As rare as they were, it was unsafe to eat them and would not have been enjoyable otherwise. Customer service when we picked up was very friendly, even if it takes a little long. Always check that every item is in the order!

I came in this weekend with a huge party of 22. They were able to seat and serve all of us in a super timely manner. We were essentially in and out in around an hour. Service was awesome. Would HIGHLY recommend.

The place was packed. Always good food and consistent quality. Takeout is a winner too. I thought I was eating in Texas while parked in Stillwater. Ribs were a little dried out but the chicken was very good. Grilled shrimp also a winner.

Definitely the best Texas Roadhouse I have been to, the food used to be mediocre but over the last couple years the food has improved quite substantially, and all of my friends/roommates agree! I honestly have very little, or no complaints about this Texas Roadhouse. It's a solid Stillwater go to, it's usually busy which is a downside for some, but the food and service are great. It's not 5 stars because Roadhouse is not a 5 star restaurant. In my experience, they usually undercook the steak so if you order Medium you may get Medium Rare, so keep that in mind. If they do under or over cook something, they'll take it back so no big worries there! Overall a solid experience, nothing groundbreaking though!

First time ever being at. TEXAS Roadhouse. Stopped and asked what butter we prefer. Ummmmok. Then asked if we wanted steaks. Why, yes we do!!! Nice big bone in Rib eye, please. So we are shown a butcher case and asked to pick out our very own steak. That's pretty cool. We choose and the hostess puts tickets on top of the steaks and gives the duplicate ticket to us to show our waitress. Pretty great idea, right? Not when your waitress tells you they are out of steaks, but can hand cut you a juicy sirloin instead. What? We asked about the ticket process...the standing in front of a glass case of steaks... being asked to pick out our very own steak.., am I going mad? Waitress comes back and says she got out steaks for us. What? Never ever again would so set foot into. TRH. The manager didn't even come by after re-interrogating our waitress. What a scam!!

I got one word: seasoning. They had none. I ordered a grilled chicken breast and it was juicy, but literally had no flavor. If it weren't for the mushrooms and cheese I had on top i might have not known i was eating anything. My husband and my daughter both had steaks and they too said that they were a little bland. The sides were good, and service left a lot to be desired. Our waitress wasn't around very often, and glasses were empty a lot. Of course, this is during a pandemic so maybe i shouldn't be too harsh, but overall I was disappointed.

Another bad experience. Our to go order was supposed to be ready at 7:33 and I get a text at 7:10 that the order is ready. I'm 20 min away so our food sat there getting cold for over 25 minutes. I go to the pick up window and ask the girl to check the order to make sure cinnamon butter and tartar sauce are in the bag because both were missing from the bag when we last ordered to go from this location. The girl closes her eyes and lets out a huge sigh like I was a bother to her. She checks the bag and says yes the cinnamon butter is in there but they didn't put the tarter sauce in with the salmon. We get home to eat and the cinnamon butter is not in the bag. How can this possibly be this hard? Why can't the servers be nice and do their job without an attitude? I'm actually paying them to be rude to me and not give me whole order...again.

I guess I'm lucky but it's more than luck. I've been eating at TR since they opened in Stillwater. I have Never been disappointed in their food or the service. I always order a filet medium rare and it has always been prepared perfectly. As a matter of fact, I'm going to go out there right now and order another one!!!

The best chain restaurant in Stillwater, the only place to get a decent steak. If you've never been to a Texas Roadhouse, be aware they have peanuts to snack on in the waiting area and at the tables and it's normal for people to throw the shells on the floor. All over the floor. The waitstaff do random line dancing in the only walk ways between tables to the blaring country music. Upon entering you can see the cuts if meat behind glass if you want to pick your own sreak. There is a saddle for a birthday parson to sit on and the wait staff shout at the whole restaurant on your birthday. Best steak In Stillwater. Most delicious everything. All kitchy weirdness forgiven after the first bite of hot roll covered in honey butter.

Though the servers are very tentative and friendly, I could not say worse things about the management. The restaurant is very poorly ran and from what I could see the kitchen was disgusting. I also received my steamed veggies with a WORM in it. Will not be coming here again.

I took my wife there today for her Birthday, and she got the Porterhouse steak. The steak she received was mostly all one big bone.She was very disappointed and now I must make up for this dinner some where else.

Terrible Service! i love coming to this location to eat but the service i received today was awful. it took 20 minutes for anyone to come and greet us then when we're greeted she kept saying sorry for my service i just woke up from a nap. Then after receiving our food she kept reaching in front of all our faces with different condiments while trying to eat. i believe her name was, T.

Me and my girlfriend came here a few days ago and talk about a meal. The service was absolutely amazing and the feel of the place was very comforting. The hot bread and cinnamon butter was delicious and my burger I order was cooked to perfection and my girlfriends steak was slightly dry but gad great flavors. Even though it was a comfortable setting it is quite loud so expect to use ur voice when talking. A cool feature I liked was you can choose which steak u would want cooked for your meal. And can even take some meat home. Be prepared to wait but I'll tell u now it was well-worth it and look forward to more great meals in the near future.

Take out not so great! We live 20 minutes outside of town and the forgot 3 out of 7 entres. Not even very apologetic. So much for a hot lunch!!!

Texas Roadhouse is my favorite place to eat in Stillwater. The rolls and butter are terrific, the salads are delicious, the steaks are great and I absolutely love their mashed potatoes with cream gravy. Everytime I eat there, I know exactly what I am going to get. They are always so consistent. I have only had an issue once with a steak being too salty, a 1/100 in about 15 years of visiting a Texas Roadhouse. At that time, the manager took care of everthing. I will be going for another 100 times and 15 more years. Thanks Texas Roadhouse for great customer relations and great food.

We were quoted a 50-60 minute wait. Still hadn't been seated after 85 minutes. Gave them back their buzzer and went somewhere else. Very disappointed.

Generally this place is wonderful - especially to spend an afternoon with apps and drinks. However, the daytime bartender (her name is Logann or something like that) is TERRIBLE. We have had to stop going if we see her behind the bar. Stinks bc for a chain this place has great food and a good bar.

I had the ribeye and my wife had the filet. Both were very good. Nick was our server and he did a great job. Will definitely be back.

Nicole my waitress was FANTASTIC !!!! Poor girl trying to make tips in a restaurant with a kitchen that can't cook a steak right and a manager Wes that has ZERO customer service skills.

Good food. Spotty service. Crazy amazing alcoholic beverages. Order the Roadkill if you're cheap and get a 6oz filet if you're not that hungry.

Most delicious lunch I've had, maybe ever. The bone in ribeye and grilled chicken salad are off the charts.

My husband and I and our daughter and her family came to Texas Roadhouse in Stillwater, OK tonight. It started off bad. First of all, I ordered the pork chop and asked that it be butterflied. My daughter and son-in-law ordered the prime rib to share. They were out of prime ribThe server came back and said that the pork chop could not be butterflied. Every other Texas Roadhouse I have ever been to is able to butterfly the pork chop. So I ordered the Dallas Filet medium well and ask it to be butterflied. She said they could. When I got my steak, it was medium and too red for me. So I asked them to fix it. Instead of putting it back on the grill for a couple of minutes, they obviously microwaved it. It was shriveled up almost half the size. And the meat was grey on the inside with no pink at all. It looked horrible. I just told them I didn't want anything and she could take it back. This is the worst Texas Roadhouse I have ever been to. THEY NEED A NEW COOK!!!

My smothered chicken great however another lady with us ordered it and it looked like a different entrée.. the waitress noticed and just brought cheese to table for her "?"....
