A New Seafood Restaurant From Berg Hospitality is Opening in Downtown | Eater Houston

"Located at 845 Texas Avenue, the 47-story, one-million-square-foot skyscraper is a distinct downtown architectural landmark positioned at the axis of Houston’s Central Business District, the Theatre District, and the Historic District, making it prime real estate for tenants and neighborhood visitors; leaders describe Dune Road as a key addition to provide a curated F&B offering for the north side of Downtown and a setting for tenants and the surrounding community to dine and recharge." - Megha McSwain

Chicago Restaurant Etta Will Bring Its Hearth-Fired Dishes to Houston | Eater Houston

"A hearth-powered restaurant opening in February 2022 in the Texas Tower at 601 Travis Street, this 6,410-square-foot space is pitched as a relaxed, neighborhood-style spot and likely post-work destination. The menu centers on hearth cooking — pizza cooked on the fire, house-made pasta, fire-baked focaccia, and wood-roasted oysters — and includes a signature “Pig Picnic,” a massive spread of roast pork loin and pork belly served with vegetables, lettuce cups, fresh-baked bread, and sides such as dill yogurt, chimichurri, serrano, Veracruz oil, drippings, and garlic butter. Cocktails and happy-hour-friendly light bites are part of the appeal, highlighted by drinks like a white negori and an “antisocial” spritz made with Aperol, kombucha, and sparkling wine. The restaurant’s name is derived from Hestia, the Greek goddess of the hearth." - Brittanie Shey

Beautiful new building in Downtown Houston done by the famous Hines real estate company. Waiting for attractions/restaurants to pop into building. Pretty sure they have a tunnel connection inside.

Beautiful building in heart of Downtown Toured with AIA group, visited the key floors. The relax area on a high floor has a large spectacular outside area & a beautiful interior area too. Everything developed for today's business needs and a very fine workplace environment. You experience the feeling of stepping into a fine hotel lobby. New dining on 1st floor opening soon with access to lobby & exterior for public dining access after hours. Congrats to Hines Dev
