I had a great experience at Texazuela! The location is super convenient with plenty of parking and a nice shaded area to enjoy your meal outdoors. I ordered the S2 - brisket tequeños and S4 - plantain basket, and both dishes were fantastic. The quality of the food really stood out — no extra seasoning needed — especially the smoked brisket, which was easily my favorite. The house-made sauces were another highlight, adding a great finishing touch to an already delicious meal. Plus, the prices are very reasonable for the portion size and quality you're getting. I even had leftovers . Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for flavorful food with great value and a chill outdoor vibe.

What I liked most, besides the delicious food, was the attention from the owners themselves! I felt right at home. Don’t forget to ask for the Chimichurri dressing! Its the best! 😀

Great atmosphere and even better food! The owners were friendly and gladly answered any questions I had. The brisket was smoked to perfection, the arepas were fresh, and the salsas added even more flavor to an already flavorful meal!! I will definitely be going back.

I tried the La Texana, La Fresca, and the Smokey Porky yesterday. WOW, the food here is absolutely delicious! The smokiness flavor of the bbq’d meats was perfect, and all the sauces I tried were flavorful. My favorite sauce was the chimichurri. I am really truly impressed and will definitely be back! Service was also friendly and sincere, which is lacking in so many places, so I really appreciated it. The only downside was the wait time. It took about 30 min for those 3 arepas to-go, so just keep that in mind when you go.

I totally recommend that you try this food truck. 10 out 10 the best. The food here is absolutely amazing, packed with flavor and the sauces are really good. As well the staff is so friendly and welcoming. If you are in Austin , I completely recommend that you check out this place.

Wow! We loved having dinner at TexaZuela. Really really impressed by their bbq and their playground. I know they are new and their wait times will get shorter as time goes by. If you go- I would anticipate about a 30m wait, which is completely worth it to get arepas made from scratch. You can’t get this good of arepas even at home. We’ll be coming back!

We loved Texazuela! Everything was really good. Our favorite dishes were the brisket tequeños and the brisket arepa. The papelon con limón is also a must. The owners are really nice and they provide a great customer service.

Food: Everything I tried was fresh and flavorful with good presentation. I started with the plantain baskets to try each meat and the brisket was my favorite so I tried the Texana arepa and highly recommend it. Try out the different sauces to find your perfect flavor & consider the sweet plantains or peach cobbler for dessert. Service: We showed up before lunch rush & the owner came out and walked us through the menu. He was very professional and passionate about his business. Ambiance: Food truck is clean, eating area is shaded picnic tables, & there is a large, safe turf kids play area with a variety of clean toys to play with. Getting to eat a meal in relative peace was a highlight in itself. You can tell the owners care about the quality of their customers experience.

Wow! So glad we tried this place! Have a friend visiting from NYC and this place did not disappoint! The sauces accompanying the meals are in spot and the food so good! Service is very friendly. Outdoors with picnic tables and shade.

Wow! What a great find! My dog and I stopped by on a Thursday afternoon. The outdoor space is shaded and plenty of nice tables. They even had a tv out there. Owners were super friendly and helpful. I ordered the arepa flight and it was incredible! All the meats were smokey and perfectly cooked. My favorites were the steak and the chicken. The soft yet crispy arepa was a perfect balance to the smoke flavor of the meat. The Venezuelan soda tasted like Big Red. Overall absolutely delicious! I can't wait to come back!

Owner was very nice. Explained the menu. We ordered two flights of arepas. One order fried, one order grilled, plus an order of brisket tequenos. All of the food was hot, well presented, and delicious.

We live in the neighborhood and went to check it out this afternoon and not only were we super impressed with the food, the hospitality of the owner was unmatched! All the toys out were all so clean and my son left us alone the entire meal while he played Will definitely go back! Try the plantain sampler platter, you get to try all the meats in greats combinations and his sauces were bomb too!

The food was amazing! The brisket and cheese tequenos were so flavorful! You can tell all the meats were smoked to perfection and the flavors of the meats went perfectly together with the ingredients of the plantain baskets. I also really enjoyed all the shade in the seating area. I will definitely be back soon!

Delicious! Definitely will be back to try the brisket cheese sticks! Very friendly customer service for being our 1st time! Very cute with all the lights and lots of seating. Even a tv outside! Definitely will be going back!
