Texpress Gourmet occupies the same space as Baskin Robbins. Texpress Gourmet offers an accessible self checkout for popcorn in large bags which is single serving size for me and I also grabbed some chicken jerky that are yummy. I get airport prices are higher, but this place is crazy expensive. It cost $4.09 for a SMALL bag of Doritos and $3.49 for a 20 ounce Dr. Pepper! How can it be legal to inflate prices just because people are traveling. I suggest you get a hot meal and avoid this place. A sandwich, drink and chips will run you $15. Avoid places like this and the prices will come DOWN.

The cashier/attendants need training in Customer Service very badly. Some of them are just standing by doing nothing while another one is just on their cellphone. The line was getting longer. To get a scoop of ice cream takes them forever to complete the task. Please train your employees better. They do not have a sense of urgency especially in an airport where everyone is in a hurry.

Ask to have the item I was purchasing so I could get the airport employee discount. The lady working refused and told me to use the self checkout which doesn’t offer the discount.

Prices are airport-like but selection is good and has some nice options others don't.

The lady running the register on 6-5-2020 in the morning is really nice and friendly. Very accommodating and helpful. I appreciate the positive attitude and will always recommend southwest Love field!

Food is beyond crazy expensive, even for an airport & the quality of the fruit & cheese was terrible - the fruit had already gotten mold on it even though the expiration date was a couple of days away
