My boyfriend and I met at Tex’s Deli today for lunch since he works around the area, and we love a little bodega vibe. The food and ambience exceeded my expectations— our club sandwich and chicken+cheese sub looked EXACTLY like they did on the menu and were full of flavor. Portion sizes are great for its price, there’s a large tv that was streaming sports channels, and a pool table with just enough room to balance it all out. We will definitely be back here for lunch more often!

A Hidden Gem with Big Flavor! Absolutely loved this small spot! Don’t let the size fool you—this place delivers huge on flavor. We ordered the Tacos Dorados, Dumplings with Rice, and the Shrimp and Chicken Plate, and every bite was a hit. The Tacos Dorados were crispy, perfectly seasoned, and packed with flavor. The dumplings were tender and paired beautifully with the rice. And the shrimp and chicken plate? Simply delicious—juicy, well-seasoned, and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the service was warm and friendly. It’s clear they put care into every dish. Highly recommend this place for anyone who loves bold, authentic flavors. A must-try!

"It's right across the street." Was in the industrial park looking for a place for lunch. Saw the sign and stopped. Place seems popular with the locals. People knew what they wanted when they came in and food was hitting the window quickly. Ordered 2 sandwiches and an order of wings. Cheese Stake was well received. My grilled chicken wasn't my favorite. But the wings were actually pretty good. I would say I would consider stopping in for them alone. Decent sized. Properly cooked with a flavorful sauce that was a nice change from the bland Sysco everyone else uses. Selection of beers are available by the 6 or singles. Some interesting choices in the cooler if you like Modelo. Lots of calling ordering while we were there and the staff kept up. Not sure how much use the pool table would get... But definitely worth stopping in.

Just a little shop for blue collar workers. Food is tasty and surprisingly not too salty. The frontdesk lady, who is a Korean, is very friendly, even though her English isn't too good. They accommodated all our quests about adding avocado to many of the dishes. Everything we ordered are tasty, the platter, the sandwich, the cheese filled pita bread, and the fried chicken wing. The good thing is, the meal is cheap! We will be back.

Breakfast is always great but I hate to have to update my review. I just ordered lunch and the fries taste and smell very old (like day old fries refried) and the Philly steak and cheese was NOT good. There was a different cook this time. I’m very disappointed and I would only suggest breakfast but if I received old fries I wouldn’t suggest this restaurant. Maybe today was a just an off day but the experience today was bad.

I wanted to try something new and came across this place. The food is so good. I will be coming here again. So many options to choose from.

The lady was super nice and the grilled chicken I ordered was buss. The fries were also really good and crispy.

A great little spot with a nice selection of beers, especially from Latin America. Buy a bottle or a six pack and have a seat at a table where you'll find an opener affixed to the wall. There's a juke box and a pool table. Although I didn't order any food, the menu looked good. Latin American, Korean (including kimchi), and regular bar food like wings and burgers. The bar has been around since the late 60s and has charming features like a mural of Texas and the bar. Best of all the service is great with very friendly and welcoming staff. The owner was eager to talk about the history of the place.

This place is amazing! Can go and play pool and have a few drinks with friends, or enjoy a great meal, especially the Tacos!!

Food is great,service is awesome, and the price for the food is unbelievable. When I'm hungry this is one of my top 5 places to go to

so I ordered Chef salad that was from one over priced it was full of lettuce online says 9.99 get there it 13.95 for what the lettuce def will not be going back what the menu says and what u get is two different prices

I've lived by this place for awhile and wish I would've tried it sooner. I ordered the steak and cheese sub and a few papusas, all which were delicious. Staff is very welcoming and so were the other customers

This place has been here for decades, under a succession of three owners. There has been a marked improvement under the current ownership. Cleanliness, plantings out front, varied and well-priced menu and friendly service are the main reasons we keep coming back. Personally, I like the bibimbap variations, and haven't strayed far from there. I also like that they include a small bowl of Miso with your order. A sweet and inexpensive addition. It's also good to see that they've embraced their current clientele with improvements like the TV and pool table, while expanding their base with a more varied and healthier menu.

Awesome place , might not look too fancy from outside but when you go inside the environment is really good . They have a music box and also a pool table while you wait for your food. Also enjoy a nice cold beer with friends after work . Also the food is great good buffalo wings and steak and cheese . Definitely recommend to everyone in the area .

Great small diner/dive. Nothing insane in the menu but all of their food is very solid. My only complaint is that they're closed on Sundays.

Perfect little hole in the wall spot. Affordable, good quality food. Beer to go or to drink there with multiple TVs. Plenty of non-alcoholic drink options, as well. Serve breakfast all day and menu is solid. Will be back.

Solidly good place run by really nice people serving good food. Located in a "hole in the wall" location surrounded by industrial parks. In fact they share their parking lot with an auto repair place. Really looks like a bare bones place when you walk in. What makes place special are the people who run it. Pleasant and accommodating. I have had their breakfast and lunch sandwiches. All are very good and the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this place for a simple yet satisfying take out deli meal.

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT They did a great job making the place sparkle! A revised menu and the hours are great. I work nearby, so I am in there often. I had the sliced steak bulgogi bowl and it was very tasty. came with some dumplings and miso soup.

Renovated place with a new menu and a great service . Recommend to anybody that is in the area stop by different menu but very good food a bit of Asian and Mexican together with American food..very nice place to come and spend you lunch time , 50 inch TVs very good place .

Their customer services are incredibly kind. Especially, in the morning the Lady she is super nice. I enjoyed with fresh flower arrange also. I strongly recommend to go to get not only breakfast but also their kindness. Ben Hur

This is a hidden gem inside of the Autobody Shops off of Southlawn in Rockville. I went with a buddy while he was waiting for a part for his car. The place was recommended by the mechanic. Surprisingly very delicious. He got the tuna melt and gave me half. Very good. Also ordered fries, and good as well. For a dive diner, it's very good. As long as you don't mind the other guests. They serve beer as well, and the staff was extremely friendly.

Have only eaten here once. Terrific food (I had the mixed Bap with spicy pork and chicken). Lots of food for the money. I will definitely be back!

Awesome place to grab dinner to-go. Everything we've had here is fabulous (chicken cheesesteak, fries, wings) but I highly recommend any of the Bap Cups. They are a delicious spin on bibimbap: rice bowl with salad, a protein, yummy sauces, and dumplings.

I've eaten here a couple of times and the food is decent and priced well. The reason for the one star review is for hygiene. Went in to pick up an order and the woman in the kitchen does not use gloves. She was making french toast and sticking her bare hands in the batter to pick up the bread and place it on the grill. So she's touching raw eggs and then touching other food items. Nasty

This place is under appreciated in my mind. Everyone I have brought here keeps coming back. The owners are great. Food seems always fresh. Their sausage egg and cheese is inexpensive but amazing. It's convenient to our office and is open early and closes late.

This is a great place to hang out. The owner Michelle is a great person the very first time that I came in she was and is friendly. She remembered my name also treats me very nice. What a great place to hang out and have fun, and be safe.

Had a philly cheesesteak with fries for 7 bucks. Fast and good. I'll definitely be back.
