TFK - Trelawny Fusion Kitchen

**FIRST TIME VISITOR ALERT!** First impression means everything to me. After searching for years for Jamaica cuisine and I finally found it! TFK offered all of my favorite dishes. The food was exquisite! I love and appreciate the different style of preparation and presentation, with great taste. I missed out on the vanilla ice cream with my Bread Pudding, but it was still delicious with the strawberry drizzle. From entrance to exit, we were greeted and treated with kindness, compassion, and respect. Service was timely and friendly. I am looking forward to visiting again soon. Worth the wait and the price.

The salad was crisp with tender greens, tomatoes, and avocado. I usually consume my salad raw. Since the meal had already arrived, I forgot to let the waiter know that I didn't want salad dressing. The salad was surprisingly delicious due to the tender salmon and creamy crunch, and the dressing was also delicious. My friend was pleasantly pleased with her oxtail and rice and peas meal. The salt fish fritters were well done.

OMG!!!! The food is AMAZING!!! It’s so good it had me and my husband fork wrestling for my last piece of oxtail. The restaurant is simple and nondescript, because all of the details is in the food and drinks. We found this place via reviews. Everyone was positive and raving about the food and chef Deon. Yessssssss!!!!! I had the sizzling macaroni and cheese and oxtails, my husband had the Roasted Thai style vegetable and Quinoa with Salmon. Both plate presentations were like being in a 4 Star Restaurant. Our drinks were the Bob Marley, which was Irie! We had a great time and great food. We will definitely be back….

Another 1st time visit, I stumbled across this gem! The food was so good! I was tired of eating Golden Krust and wanted to try something different. Luckily, I found this place down the street. My boyfriend called ahead to order, and when he went in to get, he was immediately greeted and asked how can I help you? He was then advised 5 min wait in which it was truly 5 mins! They have a bar and chairs and tables throughout the restaurant. Reggae music was playing with a nice vibe. All our food was delicious and fresh! We got jerk chicken plate, curry plate, and a side of mac of cheese, everything 10/10! The cabbage was seasoned very well to my liking and mac and cheese is worth $6! It was creamy, fresh, and good!! I'm definitely going back and would definitely recommend. We went around 5pm and it wasn't busy. This place is in a plaza with 1 big parking lot shared with other businesses.

First time experience. Small setting, not loud, good music playing. Ordered the ginger pineapple drink, which i had to order another one because it didn't last at all, had to be made inhouse!. The ackee and salt fish spring roll got devoured the sauce that it came with to dip i wanted a spoon for the left over sauce. The TFK pasta (Oxtail) was on point most places give you like 3 bones and more sides than the main meal nah not this place. The whole dish was flavorful, both the pasta sauce and oxtail gravy I will def be back to try other menu items.

Easy 5 stars, the chef is amazing! I would love to see him grab a pay increase! Everything came out piping hot together, the flavors were unreal, perfectly cooked, the best sauces and seasonings. My crew was blown away!

This restaurant truly deserves a 5 star. Kudos to Chef Des and his wife. The place is well kept. The food is delicious. Great drinks. My server Danielle was very pleasant and attentive. I highly recommend TFK - Trelawny Fusion Kitchen. Check them out.

Trelawny Fusion Kitchen never disappoints! The curry chicken was delicious as usual. Everything was flavorful and cooked to perfection. The portion size was generous, and the sides (rice and peas, cabbage, and plantains) were the perfect complement. The service was very good, and I always have a great experience here. Highly recommend for good Jamaican food!
