TGI Fridays

I’m REALLY surprised that this hell hole is still open! The service is beyond POOR! They don’t man the takeout or dine in counter. You arrive and just stand there unless, MAYBE someone CHOSES to acknowledge you! I made a pick up order at 3 pm to pick up at 5 pm. I arrive and just stand there until I went to ask if anyone was working takeout. All awhile, a couple was waiting to be acknowledged in dine-in. When the woman came to me she asked my name and went to get my food. She returned and asked if I was somebody with potato skins. When she FINALLY found my order it was TUCKED under the dine-in counter. NO sauce was on the ribs or tenders (one cup of sauce was placed in the bag for both), and the broccoli was missing on both meals (so I still had to cook). This will definitely be my LAST time wasting money in that low vibration place. The only people who seem to be enjoying themselves were sitting at the bar. And lastly, the food was abysmal aka NASTY and DRY!! If we were dining in, I definitely would’ve asked for my $57 back because the meat was beyond DRY, it was hard, and the mac & cheese was STIFF!! People DO better on the Southside of Atlanta, or go back home!

Update ** got home with my appetizer platter and it didn’t have whiskey glaze as I ask for hot wings 🤦🏽‍♀️ you can’t make this up. I don’t eat hot food. So I called spoke to Rita the manager she apologized took my information/email down and said Erica would be in touch with me. I let her know I appreciate her hearing out my experience. Honestly had someone came and spoke with me I would’ve voiced this in the restaurant rather than here. But I wasn’t approached, and when I got home to see this I was just disappointed all over again. Honestly I am disappointed if you come here expecting to get a good burger, I picked out the mushroom burger, and it was so flimsy. They put what look like to be a quarter size of mushrooms right in the center of the burger (it look like 2 mushrooms in the center) not even the presentation was on point. The presentation of the meal was a big letdown so I didn’t even taste the burger but when I tasted a fry to give to my kid, it was grease like old grease. So I know from working in restaurants in management that you know, they usually don’t want you to send the food back and rather you pick out something else so I decided to pick out the appetizer platter. I did ask the young lady to bring me out another sprite because the whole time I was sitting there feeding my daughter, the mashed potatoes eating them with her because I was so hungry I needed a refill. She never brought me a drink refill. When my replacement order was finally brought out, I had practically ate up the mashed potatoes with the baby, and she still did not bring me out another Sprite. At this time, she said she was gonna give me another Sprite to go. Unfortunately, I had to sit there without a refill while waiting on my food for 20 additional minutes and than I noticed that instead of bringing my check out as she said she was going back to grab, she fixed four tables drinks she went and got their order of drinks. She went back and got napkins and all this time I’m still waiting on my drink and my check . Maybe, she was overwhelmed, but I would’ve expected the manager to come up and speak to me about my experience and when dropping off my food i would’ve expect my drink and check and to be tendered out. The food was not together as pictured on line and there window sills were so dirty you are sitting and eating around so much dust it was shameful

Had a great time! After work vibes was on point. Service and atmosphere was on point. Our Server Dece was very pleasant definitely attentive to us! Food was so so. Will be back though!

Will not be coming back here. Took my nephews here and they seated us in a smelly/dusty area. My nephews were displeased with the upkeep of the place but said the food was good. The music wasn’t kid-friendly. The food was alright. The boneless wings was the best part.

Mathew was my 10 star 🌟 waiter! We arrived at Camp Creek location around 2:15 pm with questions. That’s what great bloggers do! The waiter suggested hitter 🥤drinks and food ! We made it in time for lunch and had great appetizers. Look 👀 for great prices, food, service and 🍹 🍷 drinks in Camp Creek. ( Atlanta’s got it !)

0 stars service was horrible! Host monnie or emonie was very sweet but as far as our service..HORRIBLE. For it to be pretty much (no one in there )it shouldn’t have taken us 45 minutes to get a sweet tea. The sad part about it ,we sat close to the bar, we were able to see the open kitchen area as well as the bar area. Our server chose to walk around talking to other people while holding our drinks, which was very disgusting and unsanitary. He proceeded to still give us our drinks anyway. we waited an hour and a half for our food, but it’s a great thing that we sat close to the open kitchen, because we were able to see our food being placed Into the expo area. Servers as well as managers walk right past our food 3 to 4 times reached over our food as well as talked over our food . We wanted to just pay for our drinks and go. The server he chose to go get A manager and she tried to insist on giving us the food anyway. I would never come back here again. This was a very bad experience. And noticed I keep saying (he) Because our server never introduced himself! He just proceeded to ask if we wanted any appetizers or something to drink.

The food was decent, but the bowl I ordered didn’t match the photo—it might have been because the bowl was too large for the portion. My daughter had pasta and broccoli, which she enjoyed, although the order of fries was quite small. The mango salad, however, was incredible! After tasting my sister’s, I wished I had ordered it instead. The table we were seated at was a bit awkward, and the service was somewhat slow, but overall, I’d consider going back.

Food was bad. I visited this location on a weekend and they made the food any kind of way. Everything was dry, tasteless, and rushed. The patties on the sliders were burned, hard, and inedible. I tried to eat the sliders anyway, but I couldn't stomach the taste. The sliders were half baked and the cheese was barely melted on them. Pretzel bites were burned too. The mac & cheese was floating in a liquid that I don't think was melted cheese. I don't know what I expected of Camp Creek, but I assumed for $50, I would be at tolerable.

It's always a cool vibe here. Service could be better some days. The bartender Mike is always pleasant and cool to talk to. He makes great drinks for sure. The food is what you would expect from TGIF. I like coming cause it's not a far drive

Be sure to come here only if you are DEAF or have hearing problems. You'll be able to hear the music. If you can hear, you won't be able to when you leave. The music was fine when we got here. However, within three minutes someone turned it up at least 20 decibels. It is louder than a dance club. How's the food? I don't know. I'm not sure the waiter was able to hear me place my order. Last week the environment was good. Hopefully, the manager will read this and put locks on the volume controls.

The hype for this restaurant was big. And I went to try it out. Service was okay, although the server who brought us in was very friendly and cheerful. We ordered food and our extra plates were dirty and I have attached it in the review as well. I am concerned about the plates with my food though. The chicken was dry, I had some ribs from my cousin and they were better than the chicken. The batch of fries that came with my order wasn't crispy but then we had another batch that came and it was hot and crispy. Which I was confused. The day I went to dine in we sat in the booth and the whole restaurant smelled like someone had urinated in the area. And this is all I had to say.

Popped in around 10 and ordered to go....BIG MISTAKE. At this point I don't understand how this is still open. I live 7 minutes away and my food was barely warm. Pick 3 with ribs, whiskey chicken and shrimp with mac n cheese. The ribs were dry and chewy. The chicken was brittle and the mac and cheese was cold. The shrimp were the hottest item on the plate and they were lukewarm. A Whiskey Burger with onion rings. Tell me how you get a soggy bottom bun and a dry burger? Cheese had been on it so long it was shiny on top. Onion rings were inedible. Spinach Dip. Also lukewarm and tasted like it came from a can. I should have known it would be garbage when I asked for a lemonade upgraded to a peach lemonade and got fountain Minute Maid lemonade with peach syrup that settled on the bottom. $75 later Im pissed I didnt folllow my 1st mind and go elsewhere. This location should NEVER open its doors again. Actually this should be an Applebee's.

Well, I have been eating at Friday's a lot lately. I have several gift cards. Anyhow, Raquelle is an excellent server. She is funny, sweet, cool and efficient. Their new chicken Bacon Ranch Salad is good. So are their new items were added yesterday. This location is much pricier than the one I usually go to in Pembroke Pines, Florida. But it is at an airport and well, we have time to burn....I recommend eating here.

Stopped in on a hum-bug. My experience was A1. I sat at the bar, my bartender Stephanie was everything! She was nice, great energy, very attentive, and had a sense of humor. (FYI: tips are shared) I stopped in around late lunch time, so there wasn't a large crowd, a real chill vibe and they where playing some good music... it had me swaying back and forth lol. They have these 5.00 drinks, I tried the Berry Mojito (I believe it was) and I enjoyed it! I had the Million Dollar Cobb...no onions, added candied pecans and the bartender recommended me adding cranberries... one of the best salads I've had in awhile.

I flew into town yesterday, didn't get settled in until about 7 pm, hadn't eaten all day, so decided to explore my dinner options, not a lot, I'd say, so I settled for something close by my hotel; TGI Friday's. I haven't been to a TGI Friday's in forever, so WTF. Apparently, TGIF is the place to be Wednesday night in south east Atlanta. The bar area (where I prefer to eat) was packed and pumping music; complete club vibe, including a DJ. I would have stayed, but I was informed that they were short staffed and the drink/food order wait was 15 minutes. Starving, I headed next door to the next best thing to a TGIF; Chile's. I decided to attempt an earlier return the next day. I found a space at the bar. The drinks and food were served promptly. The music is still loud but old school, and after a couple of extremely well poured vodka tonics, I was grooving! Strong drinks, my Al Pastor Bowl (not really Al Pastor) was very good. The service was great!

Food so good I had to make another review. This time I ordered the Whiskey Glazed Jack Daniels with Jasmine Pilaf with Mash Potatoes

I get it. In here it's always Fridays but sheesh turn the music down a bit I could barely hear myself think. The music selection is great just way too loud. Restaurant was clean and service was quick and friendly. Our server was good with my kids and recommended really good drink choices. I got the all American mule with aviation gin. For dinner can't go wrong with the sizzling chicken and shrimp a classic. I'll come back soon

Didn't receive the steal I ordered and paid for sorry customer and being disrespectful paying customers and when you call corporate hq no one can be reached by phone that's bad business no matter how you look at it

I am shocked that this is a chain restaurant. The vibe is great, the food came out hot/fresh (with Flavor), and the staff ... impeccable. Our server was 10/10 (Melea). They even asked how we wanted our burgers cooked, and they were cooked to order.

It's been awhile ordering food from this location but because I waited so long to eat..TGIF was the only choice available. I was pleasantly surprised that my food was prepared in a timely manner and arrived well presented. Garlic broccoli was cooked well. The Jasmin rice was cooked well. The half rack of ribs were cooked well. The food portions were plentiful! The uber delivery didn't disappoint either. I think it's under new management because this is awesome service! KEEP IT UP!

Solid. Got a meal to go and it was fine. Nothing worth remembering and nothing worth being overly joyous or disappointed by. It was ready when it said it'd be and I'm happy. It was definitely busy after 11pm and I was shocked at how packed it was this late at night -- Clearly ppl enjoy it which is great. I thought I was going to be disappointed by the food given the low score, but I'm now assuming the low score for this spot is due to service bc my food was more than fine. Though I got a wildly safe meal of tenders and fries so it'd be hard to mess that up if they do serve not ideal food lol.

is this brownie is like a brick hard af. My daughter chicken finger was not done all the way. Are you serious you can get so many things from raw meat. Why are yal open things ridiculous.No worries I will call corporate office I'm am.

Inexperienced waiter! Water took a hour and a half to come and appetizer took about 2 hours. Customer service felt like talking to a wall. All the white people got their food but all the blacks got served nothing. I think this is racism, I am a very important person from the government to inspect this restaurant and this was a horrible experience. The manager didn't even respond to our cry for help. Ambiance sucks, service sucks.

Take yo a** to Olive Garden this food is not cooked all the way, it's greasy and portions are not it. I feel like I'm at a club with the loud music.

Very good service. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout. The food was exactly what you'd expect from a fast casual diner chain -- nothing extraordinary, but solid and satisfying for a quick bite.

I travel a lot for work and it is far and few that I find a bartender like Cookie. She was personable, attentive, and has a great personality. She will make sure you have everything you need. The vibe was amazing, the music was pleasant, and even the customers at the bar helped me have a pleasant experience. They told me they are regulars and I can see why. I have seen a lot of Tgifridays go down hill but this one will survive just because of her. The food was excellent as well. I would recommend the Fridays on camp creek parkway to everyone

Came in for a quick dinner with my family and received excellent service from our server Kemari. She was very attentive to us and our food and drinks were great. Not to mention they always play a great selection of music.

the wait was extremely long then once seated the waiter took forever to take the Oder and the food came out cold I just took the food to go the manager seemed incompetent and was very unhelpful won't be returning again

I ordered a 40OZ jack daniel sauce and 30 minutes after I ordered I finally arrived and they still didn't make it took another 50 minutes for it definitely not going to this shitty ghetto restaurant again

Honestly, I didn't expect much based on the reviews but please note, I came here at 4pm on a Tuesday. I've seen the Parking lot on the weekends, it's usually packed. Our server was very nice and made sure we were ok. The price was more than I expected but it wasn't unreasonable. My sister got a burger and I got a full rack of ribs. It was pretty empty but it was calm. The food was really good. My onion rings were very crispy and broccoli was seasoned well. And the Foxx BBQ sauce on the ribs was very tasty. The shooters I got were kinda watered down. It was my first time at TGI Fridays ever and I was pleasantly surprised. I would still never go here on a weekend/Friday night.

Trash food & Trash service & Trash staff. Club like restaurant. Do not recommend going here. Waaaayyyyy better options in ATL than here.

Nichole is fabulous. Very helpful, good energy, great spirit. Need more personalities like that when you walk through the door.

Service is terrible . Don't even waste your time ordering take out. You walk in and there is a million people standing around waiting to be talked to or be seated.

I've been here a couple times. The bad part is that it has a club vibe. Loud music! I come for lunch. I don't feel like dancing on the table. The service has been pretty good compared with other places in the area. This area is known for shitty service. The food I've had has been surprisingly good. If I just had to rate this location on food I'd give it 4 star. this is an overall view though, not just food. You guys turn your music down and I'll add a star. I don't want to eat at a dance club.

this was the worst food I have ever taste in my life. I genuinely had to spit everything out. The strawberry lemonade was water down. The chicken was HORRIBLE. and the SMELL of the food, was the worse smell that could possibly come across my nose.

I ate a cheeseburger and order of mozzarella sticks in the TGU Fridays in the Atlanta airport on 11/26. I've been very ill with f very and burning acid sensations in my lower abdomen since. Thanksgiving was miserable as I was confined home with diarrhea and much stomach pain. I'm only now recovering on Friday. Do not eat the beef there. I l will never eat there again. I probably had E Coli poisoning.

Bad timing on my part, Thursday before a holiday weekend, graduations taking place, and the kitchen staff had just quit. Camp Creek Parkway Atlanta 1:30pm crowded, sat a the bar, first time in this location. Before ordering I handed the server two $10 gift cards for validation. She could only validate one. I placed an order {burger and fries} 55 minutes later the order arrived. The meat ordered medium was WELL DONE and dry. The fries were a mixture of older and newer. As I had not eaten anything since 7pm the night prior I was not picky about the dish only that it could satisfy my hunger. Next time, if there is a next time, I will select a more appropriate time and date to hopefully have a better experience. BTW the other card is valid, verified by www.fridays.com.

Kanesha was very pleasant and attentive. My favorite menu item was no longer on the menu (Bucket of Bones), but she helped me figure out how to best order it so that I got the meal I came for. Thank you for having such a valued member of your team.

Mathew is amazing! I enjoy coming to TGIF because he's such a great waiter. Everytime I come in I'm always satisfied.

Food was great, and the waitress was kind. However they don't honor the reservation made on yelp. This is at the Camp Creek location.

The bartenders were great, and drinks good, although the music was very loud and you couldn't hear your self think. We only had chips and dip and that was good, it's very busy all the time so expect a wait to get a seat the bar.

I'm still mad they closed our local one but I've always loved TGI Fridays... I mean you can't go wrong with this place! I stopped by the one in Camp Creek and there wasn't a lot of people there but mind you, it was New Year's day. There was a 30 minute wait despite it not being packed so we sat at the bar, especially since there were some college football bowl games on. The service was just ok. The bartenders' vibe was a little off. Like when you sit at a bar, most bartenders go ahead and at least give you water. We had to ask for it. Anyways, I always order the same thing which is the sizzling chicken and shrimp with a side of mash potatoes. I always love this dish! It's always sizzling, fresh and well seasoned. With my dish I also ordered a Long Island iced tea. It was on special For $5 and I could tell why. It was nasty. Not sure what was in it, but after two sips, I couldn't drink it anymore. I had to get the bartender to remove it from my ticket even though she could see that I barely drank any. Smh. Also they had loud music with videos showing. Now they did have the football game on two smaller TVs, I was just surprised however that all TVs didn't have the game on even though it was a local college.

I ordered two fajitas one chicken and steak well done and one steak and shrimp. I had it delivered from door dash. I paid 61dollars and my order was wrong they sent two shrimp and steak fajitas but I am allergic to shrimp and have told door dash and TGI Fridays this and they have both refused to refund one of the fajitas, the only thing they can offer is for me to come up there and have the order remade. My whole complaint is that they sent me the wrong order and I had to pay for the food and the delivery of the food and now TGI Fridays expect for me to drive up there to correct their mistake. This is totally ridiculous and my daughter fajita was not even good it tasted like they added vinegar to something. This is the last time I will ever spend any money with this establishment, they are totally incompetent and will just give you whatever they want you to have for your hard earned money. I really feel like I am being screwed over by this company!

This location is pretty good. Fast seating and service. My waitress Chayla was phenomenal

On a visit here from Mississippi, I treated my Mom and 2 of her colleagues to lunch. Against my best knowledge because of previous negative experiences, I decided on TGI Fridays because it was close and had a range of menu options. When we got seated, it took approximately 8 minutes for our server to come to our table and bring water. Once he came, it took even longer to get our drinks. It was very irritating because for it to be during the lunch period, it was not busy. We quickly learned why. Our glasses were dirty when we got our drinks, it took our food approximately 20 minutes to recieve, and once we got a dessert to go, there was a bug in the food box. The food was fair, the service was fair and the outcome of the bug being in our food box was fair...making the overall experience unpleasant. I definitely will not be back.

DATE: 10/10/2019 Located in Camp Creek Market place. Since we've tried just about everything in the area, we decided on TGI Fridays for dinner and some drinks. We were seated promptly at a table where the sun was blazing in our eyes. Needless to say we asked to be moved. I started off with a margarita...it was LIT. No skimping on the alcohol that bad boy had me tipsy! LOL. We also had the spinach dip appetizer which compared to other restaurants....was subpar. The cheese wasn't even melted all the way..... Since all the hype about chicken sandwiches lately...I decided to give theirs a try. I ordered the chicken sandwich and sweet potato fries. The chicken sandwich looked really good on my plate but it was just another chicken sandwich for me. I ended up eating only half, and gave the other half to a homeless man outside as I had no intentions of heating the rest of it up for the next day. My date had just a regular cheese burger and fries. Nothing he hadn't had before! The waitress was accommodating. No complaints really as we knew we weren't going to a 5-star restaurant. The bar area was jumping, lots of people having drinks etc. I'd come back here for drinks only and perhaps to catch a game.

The food just isn't the same anymore. I placed a to go order at the College Park/Camp Creek location and the backup in the kitchen was horrible and the food was just as bad when it came out. I called to let the manager (Rita) know and her response was..."just for future reference, just check the order before you leave the restaurant ". I'm sorry!!! I didn't know I needed to stand there and eat my food before leaving!!!!

Arrived in Atlanta EARLY Friday morning. This shopping center was about 10 minutes from our airbnb so i stopped in to grab lunch. All of the waitresses were super nice! I sat in the bar area, but in a booth. Since i was not directly AT the bar, i could not get the appetizers that were $5 each day, but i was able to get some of the $5 bar drinks. I had a lunch combo of a drink (long island- strong!!) pasta with shrimp and pasta and a small app of hot wings for $13!!! It held me over til dinner. They played old school late 90s to early 2000 hip hop music, i loved it!

Called on a Thursday night before arriving to see if they were open & still seating people. We were told yes but we had to come right now as it was closing at 12am. Cool we're 11 minutes away. It was about 9:45-10 so we head over. We arrive and we're told WE ONLY SEATING FOR DRINKS. I explained we literally just called about 15 minutes ago and got the okay to come get some food. A group of ppl standing nearby said SO DID WE. The hostess told us thats corporate yall spoke to. So you telling me corporate is open right now taking calls. Im so aggy because I had not eating all day. My sister is the one who called so she dials the # up again while we there and said she can hear music in the back. I guess corporate partying while taking calls. I refuse to leave because now its late & theres no way Im driving around hoping to find food so I asked for a manager. Lady comes, never states her name but explains theyre short staffed, kitchen closed & i can be seated but only for drinks. Im still not letting up IM HUNGRY. She says I can order online for to go as they stop taking orders at 11:30. Now if the kitchen closed how the its taking orders online She excuses herself and says she'll BRB as I was still speakin but she was walkin away. NEVER CAME BACK. I quickly select the 1st thing i see which was the Wing Around the World. Now im standing here waiting on her to come back because I want to confirm the order went thru before standing here waiting on an order; never returned. A few minutes passed and the hostess we initially spoke to came by I asked her and she confirmed it indeed went thru. The lack of communication btwn the TGIF team sucks who ever is answering the calls should be aware if theres changes to the hours of operation. Also the couldve said from beginning YOU CAN ORDER ONLINE. I guess they thought telling me no Id backdown like the other group did. No ma'am pam I needs to eat so ummm please go find a manager.

WORST SERVICE EVER!! People seated after us were served and finished their meal and we never received our entree or salad. This is the worst place ever. I will NEVER go back. They meed to fite the whole staff. The music was so loud you couldn't carry on a conversation. If I could give zero stars I would.
