TGI Fridays

I have not been here in a long time. I went here pretty late on a Saturday night and close to closing time with some family from out of town, after hanging out downtown. I want to give a BIG THANK YOU TO THE STAFF who was working the late shift on 8/16/25 for being very welcoming, accommodating and still very friendly and helpful with us coming in very last minute, even if there were like three other tables full of people at the time. They were nice and kind while we were ordering our food and drinks. Drinks and food were good and we all had a very good experience. Thanks again. Would recommend. 👍🏽👍🏽

Good chicken pasta 🍝, professional service 👍, and a calm, lowkey vibe. I’ll be honest, some of the women working there are fine 😉. The bar area looks clean and kept up. I’d come back.

The staff was very friendly and attentive . The food was great. Walking distance from many of the hotels and river.

Let me first start off by saying the hospitality at this Fridays was outstanding. As a former Fridays employee at a different location in Indiana I was a little weary of stopping here to eat. But little did I know we would be back three times in two days. From the moment we walked in the hostess was kind and catered to our needs of wanting to sit outside in the beautiful weather and enjoy the views! Nancy our server was over the top amazing and delivered such wonderful service, she was quick to refill our drinks and was very knowledgeable about the menu and food if we had any questions or requests, we obviously had to go back and see her. I wanted to let her manager know what a great job she did and after talking to Ron (the manager) who also exceeded our expectations, it confirmed how great this establishment is and how wonderful the staff is. We will definitely be back, Ron and Nancy made our experience the best, and our mommy/daughter trip even better. We will definitely be back in the future. I love this Fridays and they definitely made an impact on our time there in Chicago. Thank you Fridays and staff for such an amazing experience!!! P.S. The Valet men were also kind and worked with our needs. Thank you Nicholas, for an excellent valet experience, I highly recommend checking out their valet, it can’t be beat!!! This TGI Fridays is easily one of the best casual dining spots in Downtown Chicago and hands down the best Fridays I’ve been to. The atmosphere is upbeat yet relaxed, making it a great spot whether you’re out with friends, coworkers, or just grabbing a casual meal. The waiters and staff are incredibly friendly and laid-back—they give you space to enjoy your food but are always attentive and ready to help when needed, which really enhances the experience. The food here is surprisingly impressive. Everything comes out fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared, far better than you might expect from a chain restaurant. They also have a wide variety of drinks, including new cocktails that they rotate regularly, which keeps things exciting if you’re a repeat guest. The menu itself is updated often, giving you new options to try alongside the classic favorites. Between the great service, consistently good food, wide drink selection, and welcoming vibe, this location is truly a standout. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, casual, and fun dining experience downtown.

My sister comes here quite frequently since her son is a patient at Luries children hospital. Today she brought me in to eat & watch the bears game & let’s just say Katee the bartender service was SUPERB!! She was so patient & informative & made the visit so welcoming. We need more people like her who clearly loves their job & making the guest feel good. Keep up the good work Katee with 2 E’s.

Our waitress Skylar was amazing, friendly, funny, attentive.🤩 She made the whole night a blast! She kept us laughing the whole time and still never missed a beat with our service. Everything tasted spectacular and you could tell the food was hot out of the kitchen. Our drinks were always full!!! We will definitely come back and will be requesting her as our server
