TGI Fridays

We walked into the establishment around 3pm a gentleman asked if we dining in. We answered yes and was asked to follow him into a far off corner of the building. He placed the cutlery on the table and the menus and walked off (they weren’t even laid out properly) The server shortly after walked up, introduced himself, nice looking gentleman, clean cut and handsome. He took our drink menu and our food order the same time. This was really impressive, He did not write it down. He remembered everything! Deunte, I think his name was(really great service) My family and I were praying and he realized we were in the middle of a prayer and stopped serving. I RESPECT and appreciate him for that. The food was good. My only issue was the ribs were a little dry and the strawberry lemonade was tart. Outside of that we enjoyed our meal. Our server was amazing!

10/10 NGL I had my reservations because all the other locations shut down years ago but I was very pleasantly surprised. The food and the service was superb 👌. Our server was Simone and she was attentive and such a delight. Highly recommended to enjoy a great meal.

It was ok. I ordered the boneless wings, cheese sticks amd potatoe skins. It was NOT worth $24!!!! They gave me old and burnt boneless wings but the server got me fresh ones. The young lady was nice and made sure my food was right the second time. If it wasn't for her, they wouldn't have gotten 4 stars.

Come in before dinner rush hour. We waited at the door to be greeted for about 7-8 mins. Keep in mind there were only three tables occupied in the whole place. Then once seated, the server took our order all at one time. Only to find out about 10 mins later that the only appetizer we ordered they were out of. Then I had to ask for my side salad. Food was finally served about 20 mins after this. Also keep in mind that we were never revisited for drinks or anything. While hearing laughter and singing and all kinds of commotion coming from the back grill and serving stations. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service. Will never be back. Don’t plan to come here if you are hungry, expecting at least mediocre service, and/or planning to get drunk……because it ain’t gonna happen!!

We arrived here after 9 pm and ordered our meals to go which looked like it came out about 25 to 30 mins, but we knew there was a big party for some kids I assume and it was almost closings time, so we did not mind the wait. Our meals tasted good. If we are im the area we will stop by to try a few others meals.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but my experience at this TGI Fridays was absolutely unacceptable. From the moment we sat down, the service was terrible. Our server was completely inattentive — she barely checked on us, and when she did, her attitude was cold and dismissive. We had to send food back multiple times because it was incorrect. No apologies. No urgency. Just more attitude. To make matters worse, the manager came out and was shockingly rude. Instead of trying to make the situation right, she escalated it with a nasty tone and zero professionalism. Honestly, I was stunned. It wasn’t just us either — we saw multiple tables around us dealing with the same horrible service and frustration. This wasn’t a one-off bad night… it was a pattern. This location needs a serious management overhaul, if not to be shut down completely. I left feeling completely disgusted. Save yourself the trouble — eat anywhere else.

An amazing restaurant gone down the drain!! As with a lot of chain restaurants they just don't have the staff to operate. Our server, Alex, did his best and he's the only reason we didn't just leave. They had a crowd of people waiting but like i said, no staff. We had to wait for the manager, who was also cooking, to come correct our check. I ordered an Ocean Oasis cocktail from the bar, they're out. I ordered an appetizer-- no Nashville hot wings, no steakhouse meatballs, no truffle-tot-chos, no ranch...at this point I'm like what do yal have. What they did have was good but by this point I was just frustrated and didn't really enjoy it.

This place used to be a favorite of mines for decades, now it's unfortunately not!! The food was horrible. The rice was bland, no flavor. The fried shrimp was overcooked taste like rocks!! The spaghetti had no flavor. The Jack Daniel's sauce taste weird not like the original JD sauce. They need to revamp their menu. This place was like a ghost town. I see why their declining in sales. The food is disgusting.

Walking in to TGIF even on a Saturday was still very nice, although I haven't been here in a while it feels like I'm visiting an old friend. My daughter and I shared a brownie obsession just like we used to back in the day. It's always nice sharing a dessert from TGIF. I'm so happy that after all this time we can still order a brownie obsession which taste the exact same.

Made an online order as there hrs state they close at 11 . My status advised me that my food was ready for pick up but once I arrived I was told by the general manager that they closed at 10 pm not 11 A waste of gas an no food

Customer Service: 5 stars: I tipped $20 on a $$47 check because the customer service was so good. The manager and waitress on duty 8/26, 930p, was really great. Food: 2 stars: had I not had a hair in my salad, i would've given them 3 stars. The burger and fries were good, the 3 pick appetizer sampler wasn't that great, and my salad had a hair in it. My salad was remade. It's chain restaurant food, so I will never give 5 stars, it's like anything is being actually cooked. The cheesesteak egg rolls need to be taken off the menu, just revolting. The wings were Meh, idk how they were cooked but thy were equally revolting as the egg rolls. The potato skins weren't as good as I remembered them to be. The appetizer sampler was kinda gross to be honest, that was a waste of $18. It was nibbled on so i didnt want to complain but only 10% of it was actually eaten, i had our waitress take it away. My salad was actually fantastic until I saw the hair, lol Price point: 4 stars: it's a decent value. You can get a combo meal including a drink for $9.99. The salads are $15. The specialty burgers are $15-$18. They do have a pick 3 for a dinner option for $23. Cleanliness: 4 stars. They were doing closing duties Overall, my experience was decent, I happened to be working late on a movie in the area and stopped by because my job gave us a gift card to dine here. The customer service was exceptional. The drink menu had some interesting selections but no drinking on the job lol even despite the hair in the salad i would give them another shot. I would come back. Keep up the great job!

Food was good and dessert was delicious. I ordered a typical burger and fries which were correct and good. I also ordered the poet gooey butter cake for dessert and it was soo good! I would go back just for the dessert. It was almost as much as my burger meal but still worth it. I also switched my drink at the last minute for a pick up order and they accomadated me without any issue!

Don't waste your time making a reservation; I was rudely met at the door after stating we had reservations for 2:15. "We don't do reservations" is what I was told. She proceeded to take my name and number and looked at me as if we were a burden and told us they'd call when they're ready for us. I'd like to think the restaurant is short on help because it was literally maybe 4-5 parties in the entire restaurant. That's fine, but don't take it out on paying customers.

Emari was our server today and he made our experience here wonderful. He was so prompt, kind, and went above and beyond. Thank you Emari!!!

Let's change it up on this one...negative/need to improve on critique first. Music choice...needs to improve. I felt awkward for the kids in the restaurant when some of the very mature music played. Like Cardi. Now mind you they even played some Stevie Wonder...but just word of caution. I guess a good fix would be to ask for the music to be changed. Because you guys know I'm greedy. I ordered everything at once. And my waitstaff was patient, knowledgeable checked on us. I ordered the mango Rita and impossible burger in a lettuce wrap instead of the bun. Don't judge me, it's the summer. Pandemic or no pandemic, it's the SUMMER. Great choice except, I needed a little more alcohol in my Rita. The bahama rum punch hit the spot. Regardless, fun times and good food...no problem. Oh and the mall is in the plaza. So you can walk off the food belly after.

Emari was the greatest server I've ever had... Very attentive, extremely funny, and even with a full section, he took amazing care of us... You can tell he actually likes his job, and he's so smart... The food was great, but I'll be back just for Emari's vibes... Thank you Emari, if nobody else told you today, you're an amazing server !!!

Brandon was a amazing server and provided outstanding customer service and the food was fantastic

We arrived at 5:00. The greeter was extremely friendly. Our waiter was excellent, friendly, attentive and He makes a majito drink. Brandon greeted us with a warm and friendly smilt not to mention a great personality. "Q" was fantastic with recommendations from the menu. When I'm back in the area I'll definitely be returning. The food and the service was top notch!

I could say a lot but I'll simplify. Initially the waitress said " you all are running your mouths so much you couldn't hear me". Several people in my party ordered the this mango salad, 15 minutes later we were notified they didn't have the salad dressing. I after that I ordered a burger. It had no beef taste apiece of lettuce the size of my fingernail. Two people brought our food to the table, party of 6, and the waitress told the other " that's dude's ". WFT. . I'll never go back. If the food had been good maybe I could have overlooked the waitress.

The worst customer service I have encountered. Will never go back. The supervisor was short and rude and d well as the hostess.

Server DeAndre was excellent but unfortunately I will never be back here again. Sam the manager- please get better customer service protocol. You came and greeted me with an attitude and walked away like I was bothering you. Happy hour/all day deals/menus need to be presented upon arrival. I literally saw a reduced menu out the corner of my eye.Thanks for taking appetizer (not very good) off the check. But note to DeAndre: be sure to tell patrons about deals and all day menus. And to you Sam, because an African-American woman asked to speak to a manager does not mean we're hostile I just wanted an explanation. No need to come over with an already posed attitude. Great music though!

We came in for drink and appetizers. Our food was hot and drinks were well balanced, thanks to our server Simone. It's my 2nd visit and it's been consistent, I'll definitely return .

TGI Fridays never fails to deliver a memorable dining experience, and my recent visit was no exception. From the moment we walked in I was greeted by a wonderful host, the vibrant atmosphere and friendly staff set the stage for an evening filled with laughter and good food amongst family and friends. The menu had an array of classic American dishes with a delicious twist. The food came hot, and in a timely manner. The GM and manager both came and made sure we were pleased with our visit

My friend and I stopped in for a late lunch and our server Marquis was amazing! Excellent fired and service!

They don't do any Yelp reservations as listed. The wait is always and I mean always 30-45 minutes inside. Don't waste your time. The whole Stonecrest mall chain restaurant situation is garbage these days.

I came here for a quick dinner at the bar but realized I maybe should have ordered To-Go, unfortunately the service was a bit slow and relaxed. The bartender kept disappearing & forgetting things that I asked her. There were many times where I witnessed her socializing with coworkers and taking an extremely long time to service guests. It honestly didn't make for the best experience. My food came out quickly once I was finally able to order which tells me the kitchen staff moves pretty fast. The wings and the mozzarella sticks were pretty good but the potatoes skins didn't have any flavor and were hard. I was excited to give Fridays a shot however I'm not sure if I'll return.

Food is just okay. The service can be pretty slow. Once we ordered the Oreo dessert and it tasted like cardboard and the ice cream didn't melt.

The food is okay the wait is too long. It's just okay not the best place to eat. They never have enough employees to work.

Tried to go here, we asked for a table and in spite of many being available, we were asked to wait until after the last took an order for an 8 top. I'd have had no issue being pointed to a table, but after a full day at the aquarium we wanted to sit rather than wait ten minutes. Can't comment on food, but I don't enjoy the feeling we weren't welcome.

Welcoming hospitality from the jump, Angela took care of us with expert by offering suggestions and timely order and service. food was great. would highly recommend and come again

Service was extremely slow. There were plenty of tables open, But there was not enough servers. So the wait time was long, and the server for our section had to work extra hard. The service was okay, but could have been better. I ordered a steak well done with broccoli and mashed potatoes which was mediocre at best. The broccoli was definitely salty and had way too much pepper. I couldn't even enjoy it. also, they used plastic utensils which is fine, but how do you expect to cut a steak with a plastic knife...Ughhhh!! Definitely, gave one star for not paying attention to detail.. My boyfriend had the ribs with fries and broccoli which had the same salt n' pepper (remix) to it.. I'm not sure if I would try this location again. Seems a little dingy for my liking anyway.

The host/ server at the front door was extremely rude and absolutely no customer service at all. She said she was waiting on a party of 10, but the restaurant was almost empty. The most common sense thing to do is seat your current guest. You can't refuse to wait on people who haven't arrived at the restaurant. That's completely stupid. There are plenty of other restaurants around TGI Fridays that guest can choose from. I picked to go somewhere else where the restaurant actually wanted my money.

I find it very strange that every time I come in here this location lies about the happy hour. Is this a franchise location because I'm confused on why the services don't align with the advertisement.

Please review the remarks. Do not go here. The server was rude and took 20 minutes to bring out a drink. We asked her not to forget about us when we ordered. Her and my husband went back and forth about her not forgetting about us- time to go now. Allison the manager was very nice she offered to comp our meal and change our waitress. No Thanks Guess we will go to another establishment!!

Maaaan I'm writing this review bc most recently I encountered Lynn who is a seasoned bartender at this location who sat up and lied in my face about happy hour, over charged me and had the nerve to cop an attitude with me bc I'm asking for clarity. This lady lied about happy hour specials for whatever reason and wanted to go back and forth with me over some damn queso dip. Luckily I'm cool with most of the bartenders up there so yes i will return but im still annoyed with the service I received from her! Lynn if you feel some way about not making money on happy hour then maybe you should find another gig where happy hour isnt offered all day. Silly girl. If I retuned when shes working ill NEVER tip her and will do the most just cause! Every one else is GREAT!

food was great! service was fast and efficient. haven't been to a Fridays in years but will be back soon.

My god sister ordered a salmon, mashed potatoes, and jasmine rice the salmon has hair in it So we requested that we change the meal to the lunch portion size Cajun chicken and shrimp pasta the manager, Arnez said that they only serve that in one size so we ask if it can be discounted because her salmon meal has hair in it so she can no longer eat that and now she would have to wait for a whole entire meal to be made. He said he cannot offer a discount because there was nothing wrong with the salmon. I said you should offer a discount for the inconvenience of now having to wait for another meal to be made. My godsister said just forget it then and now she's hungry. That's GHETTO !!! I work in customer service and that's not the way you handle a customer.

We went here as a group of 6 for lunch and a preteen birthday on a Saturday. The wait was a quick 30 minutes if not shorter. Our waitress was very attentive and accommodating. I haven't been to a TGI Friday since afterwork happy hours at the bar in NYC so I didn't know what to expect. But it was a very nice family environment during these COVID times. Social distancing was enforced with tables far from each other, masks until you reach your table, and the walkway traffic was controlled by staff. The menus were also paper and thrown away after use. There's lots for the adult and child palate on the menu and all of us were happy. The waitress even brought out a birthday slice for my niece although they couldn't gather to sing her Happy Birthday. We will be back!

Great service, no wait time as I confirmed an online reservation and the food was ok. Reason for 4 stars is the waitress was very sweet to my 5 year old grand daughter and she even made her a kiddie drink that wasn't on the menu with cotton candy.

Yesterday we were in the Stonecrest area and because it being the day after Christmas a lot of their local restaurants were closed so we decided to go to TGI Fridays because we wanted something a little bit more than what Applebee's have to offer. Upon walking up to the location we saw that three of their doors were boarded up, and when we inquired what happened, the guy made a joke about it and we brushed it off we decided to sit at the bar. The service was, not the best and the restaurant was not even busy. There were probably four or five other parties in the entire restaurant, and the service was slower yesterday than if the restaurant was packed and all tables were filled. My significant other ordered a steak medium and a half a slab of ribs. He wanted the loaded potatoes, which weren't really very loaded at all. I ordered a Nashville hot chicken sandwich with extra hot sauce. The bartender took our order, made our drinks and then disappeared into the back for 20 minute increments. She returned initially with his steak and his potatoes. We learned that we had to purchase sour cream and chives on the side, and then they also brought out my sandwich, but filled to bring the extra hot sauce, when attempting to cut into my sandwich, it was like cutting wood. It was overcooked it was dry. We waited a long time for food and mine came out cold. My french fries were amazing though my steak was very well done he asked for sour cream and chives, which she never brought, and by the time she returned 20 minutes later, he had eaten his potatoes. We couldn't even raised concern about his steak being over done because she was gone, when they brought his initial played out, they didn't bring his ribs out and when they did bring the ribs out eventually it look like they had just boiled some ribs. There was no char on them. They were just disgusting looking he tasted them just to see if they were Good and they were disgusting. When the waitress came out, she asked if everything was good. I advised her that it was not. He told her his concerns and told her she didn't have to worry about bringing this sour cream or chives because he, his potatoes were gone and then also that he didn't want to be billed for the ribs because they weren't cooked and we kind of expressed concerned about my sandwich. They took the ribs off but it was just a bad experience I won't never be back 10 out of 10 do not recommend stay away from this location.

Amazing food, great with hospitality and customer services, love to come here to TGI's often, alcohol drinks are amazing

I wrote a fairly lengthy Google review about my recent visit..suffice to say I do not recommend them if you are thinking you are going to get a meal in a decent amount of time.... you will not. you will be lucky to get a menu or glass of water.... We got menus from the hostess, but nothing else, not even a server after being seatef by the hostess and the place wasn't even crowded.

This TGIF Fridays location is awesome. There is plenty of parking and if the parking lot gets full you can park in a neighboring lot. On the weekends Friday and Saturday nights the restaurant tends to get crowded. There are 2 levels with a bar on each. I like coming to Friday's for their all day happy hour drinks. The prices are excellent and it's quality alcohol. My favorite drink is the Titos Strawberry Mule, the presentation is nice and it taste delicious. The customer service here is good whether you are sitting at a table or at the bar the experience for me has been consistent. Since I'm a pescatarian my favorite dish is the Whiskey- Glazed Shrimp which comes with fries. It's not the healthiest dish on the menu but it is scrumptious every time. I also enjoy the Grilled Salmon on days when i want something I wont regret eating. TGIF Fridays is a nice spot to bring the entire family, meet up with friends or even a nice casual date. It's also a great spot to watch the game if you are lucky enough to get a seat at the bar.

On our final night here we decided to have a mini date night. After debating we came on in to Fridays. We were greeted by a warm & inviting hostess who seated us right away. We both ordered the Fried Chicken breast sandwich with all of the fixings & a side of seasoned fries. Our server was great as it was her second week. Friday's is gonna be Friday's wherever you go...but it was a nice change up as we ate, sat and talked.

Let me begin saying that I HATE going into establishments around the Stonecrest/Lithonia area. If I could describe this location in 3 words it would be "Hood as f**k". My family was looking for a decent restaurant to have dinner on a Sunday and we settled on this place. We made a horrible decision. We were irritated the moment we walked in. I'll go into detail below. FOOD: Wish I could tell you, but we didn't actually get a chance to eat at the venue because it took so long to come out we just got it togo. I think I remember getting appetizers. They were good, but never got a chance to try the food at the actual restaurant. SERVICE: I must say our actual server was decent. She was trying her best given the crappy management and wait time. When we walked in the music was blasting. I felt like I walked into a club. The music was so loud that we had to scream to hear one another. Don't ask me how servers were able to accurately hear orders. We asked MULTIPLE times if they could turn it down from the ridiculous level. Each time they said they would tell the manager yet nothing happened. We then asked to speak to the manager. He told us he would get it turned down. 20 minutes later, nothing. We asked the manager again and he explained that he was on top of it. Another 20 minutes went past and we're still screaming at each other. At this point we decided to take our food to-go and eat it at home. ATMOSPHERE: Despite the crappy management and loud music, it was was a nice restaurant on the inside. PARKING: Parking was packed, but they had enough spaces for their patrons. Overall I would not recommend this location unless you're looking for a restaurant/club combination.

This was a horrible experience! The bartender and manager were rude. The bartender used profanity, and the manager seemed unconcerned. They were both unprofessional and my party and I vowed to NEVER patronize this restaurant again!

This location needs to be shutdown! Inexperienced and professional thefts Kwameek with the the missing teeth! God revealed my enemy when he smiled I knew I should t have trusted him! Credit card fraud at a restaurant about a tip! He shall fight the judicial system! And I'm trying to call up there nobody answers the phone but everybody on them! Y'all come to work to work or be in the building? What's up?!! 5 minute wait time no staff on hand to answer the phone I've called almost 20 times pressing 1 or 2 nothing smh

It took over an hour before we were served. On a Friday night, the restaurant was sparsely seated. Each stage of service was slow. By the time, we got our food we were hungry but ready to go.

Great experience! Fridays hit the lottery when they found the server Dominique! Service was fast and super courteous. I ordered the fajitas, they are not your normal Mexican type but had a sweet and spicy flavor. Dessert was amazing! I had the pecan and caramel cake with some ice cream on the side....WOW! KUDOs to Dominique though, he is truly amazing. He never stopped moving, checked back with me constantly and made the best dessert ever. This kid is fantastic, ask for him, he will make your visit a good time!

My experience here was the WORST I HAVE EVER HAD!!!! My sides came before my food which threw off my WHOLE entire dinner waiting for a new side. The waitress was pregnant and had one of the WORST attitudes I've ever come across, just rude and nasty for no reason. Couldn't even get salt and pepper on the table!!!! They they cooked a medium well steak for 40 days and 40 nights because that steak was tougher than them Trump supporters.Total waste of money! 1/22/2021 6:44pm... I will NEVER COME BACK HERE AND I DONT THINK ANYONE ELSE SHOULD

Just close this location down already. Service sucked. Food sucked. The facility sucked. I saw ONE server that looked like they have a damn but unfortunately he can't do it on his own.

Disastrous!!! Reservations were made for our party for my birthday. No only did we wait 1 1/2 hour for our food.... but my cousin NEVER got her food.... the owner stated that she still had to pay because she can't afford to send the food back. We never got enough silverware, we never got refills on water, we watched other tables get served, no opportunity to order extra drinks.... my fish was cold before I got tarter sauce..... my son ordered a chicken sandwich no barbecue sauce or mayo ... just an unfortunate mess. When we spoke with the manager, no apology was offered just an excuse that she's understaffed like everyone else. SMH! I would've rather they canceled the reservations instead of being money hungry!

Met a friend for lunch today. Restaurant was low in clientele but as others mentioned, service was slow. Both my friend and I ordered the vegan Beyond Burger and it took over 30 minutes to be served. When I inquired why it was taking our server said the kitchen was short staffed. Once ours orders came out, the food was decent. Fries a tad overdone and burger was very well done. And my plate was chipped. Our server was pleasant and efficient, even though she just started working there. Every thing was typical.. parking, etc. Overall experience was basic.

Bad place . I went b4 walked in waiting for food for 30 min to 45 min so leave . This is my second time n guess what .... Some like first time leave with no food . N no it's not busy at all I only saw 5 group of ppl slow day ...... ohhh it's not for family place . They try to make it for young ppl . That's why I think ppl stop going there

We were told it was a 15 min wait for 3 people and waited for over 30 mins we were told our table had a spill that needed to be cleaned and then a party of 4 that came in 10 mins AFTER us got sat and the hostesses said it was because the manager told them to do so. Not sure what type of business keeps a family of 3 waiting with a small child who kept saying they were hungry. Unacceptable and not to mention the place was no packed at all there were at least 12 open tables. If they are short staffed they could have let us know instead of making us wait and not seating us before the party that came in 10 mins after us

Ordered a burger, medium. Waited 30+ minutes for the order to be ready from placing it. Got it back to the hotel and the bun was crunchy stale, the out side of the meat was charred and it was well done. Simply horrible. It was 11:00 pm and I was staying at a local hotel. Didn't feel like wasting more of my time to take it back.

Customer service was terrible. Management didn't care. I won't be coming back to this location at all. Long wait for cold food. When you order a chicken sizzle it supposed to come out with smoke following it. Just a disappointed in everything there. Waitress barely came to the table.
