TGI Fridays

I ordered the salmon with steak meatballs and he order the ribs dinner. Everything was delicious and try the chocolate brownie with Vanilla Ice cream with pecans. It was good and love the dessert. 😉

I'm already a Fridays customer, but this store made me become a fan! The order was very well prepared and served and we had an excellent service experience. To make things better, the waiter (whose name I didn't understand), upon learning that we were from another country, made a list of tourist attractions to please us. thanks!

I Was there for birthday party the food was OK, those 2 little round humps was my mashed potatoes slightly warm. The salad was OK I asked for ranch I got 1000 island but it was OK. My grilled lobster was done just a tad too much but it was an OK. Too Much was going on with the bottomless wings, and sides. They only came in bone out and only some of the sides were bottomless. The waitress was cool she was attentive and professional.

The food is good could be better but my #1 complaint is the women at the bar will ignore you til no end I'm sitting at the bar took 30min to get a drink they are rude they don't smile they don't check on you maybe they not used to the large crowd but yet you work there a smile goes a long way now the older Hispanic lady with black hair gotta give it to her she busy but she's good. I could have walked out many of times you think they would care HE__ No its sad since melodies is closed everyone goes to Fridays like back in the day. But those bartenders can piss you off and ruin your experience the one with the burgundy bob she's light skinned and she is rude as he__ every time I go she's rude but they ignore you they have bad attitudes and that can ruin a person's day at Fridays get it together bartenders you know who you are so sad especially in the ladera gotta do better

I went to Fridays on Saturday and I had HAIR IN MY SALSA!!!! I discovered the hair when the salsa was more than halfway eaten, so that means I ate so many germs and nastiness. I spoke to manager and all she did was take 25% off of my entire meal. This is disgustingly rude. The meal should have been free or more like 75%off!!! The manager Crystal don’t need to be the manager!!! The service here has gotten so bad! Fridays service and food here has depleted. DON’T EAT HERE!!!! GO TO A DIFFERENT RESTAURANT!!!!! Save your time and money!!!!!

It's wasn't Friday, I went on Saturday afternoon. TGI Friday the atmosphere was not crowded or busy. I stop by this place from time to time. This round a time. I enjoyed the cook's cooking and the bar-tender still need to stop putting so much syrup in the drink, smh. Let me tell you thou, there's a couple of seats near the window to view the great intersection 😁

Let's just say 2.5 review is very generous. Nothing is right about this. Just a teaser: I asked for plain broccoli, and this is what I got (see picture below). I asked for hot tea, and I got it after dinner.

I came here for the first time and I have to say I've been to nicer TGI Fridays restaurants. The ambience is not the nicest, it doesn't feel like a cozy place. But I came for the food and that was good! I had the ribs with fries (great!) and coleslaw (not so great). The service was not bad but has space for improvement. For example when a customer says 'thank you' to the waiter, the answer 'no problem' doesn't sound great. 'You're welcome' or 'my pleasure' would be much better. Usually one of the first things you learn in service industry job.

Love it, love it! David is a great bartender. His attention to detail and his kindness is a breath of fresh air. The food is good and ambiance is cool.

Came here late one evening. The food was decent. Our server was nice but very quick. Needed to be more verbal and bubbly. Didn't really say much not smile. She just came by, took our order, and didn't see her again until she dropped off the food. That was it. Didn't really check up on us. The location was also kind of dead. One thing that threw us off was how bright the lights were in the dining area. It so bright it was blinding us--we had to switch tables.

This is was first TGI Fridays experience as an adult and its definitely different. The atmosphere was really cool because it was the nba finals so the energy was really high. Are waitress was really awesome as well she was really on top of it service was good. We went on 50 cent wing day. The size of the wings were a bit a underwhelming but they are 50 cent so you could order a bunch. Dragon Glaze was by far the best the most flavor and very interesting but delicate able taste. Sweet spicy and savory. Nashville Hot was also really great spicy and enjoyable great flavor. Whiskey Glaze was really good if you prefer sweet savory wings. Garlic Parmesan is a classic but and was solid but could have been a bit more garlicky. Frank Red hot wings were a bit underwhelming they could have been more wet soaked in the sauce and not as dry Apple butter wasn't bad it just wasn't for me personally just not my preference. But overall it was good experience. 3/5

Decided to go out for a quick bite, sat at the bar area. The vibe was good, the game was on the TV's. We were greeted within a few minutes of sitting down. Super friendly staff. Ordered the Ocean Oaisis, if you're into rum and fruity flavored fresh drinks, definitely try this. A drink I'd like to sip on while on a beach. So good I had another one My quick bites were the Fridays signature whiskey glazed sliders and yes they come with fries. Lightly toasted top bun, comes with cheddar cheese, onions, a pickle and a house made spicy aioli. It wasn't spicy though. The whiskey sauce came on the side, sweet and flavorful, nice touch to the well prepared juicy beef patty. Fries were good, a bit salty but I dipped them in the sauce and balanced them out. The second dish was the boneless buffalo bites with a side of ranch and celery sticks. Perfect potion of 12, coated evenly and cooked to perfection. Crunchy coating a soft juicy interior. Overall great food, service and ambiance. Recommend for any occasion.

I see from the reviews that people have some pretty strong feelings about TGI Fridays. I've always liked it and this visit was no exception! We didn't even plan on coming here just out on a Sunday and got hungry, there it was and Boom! Since we are two guys, they seated us in the bar area for football LOL It was busy but not full, however I must note it was the quietest sport bar I've ever been to. Everyone was enjoying the different games but the atmosphere was very chill. There were no waiters so the bartender was doing everything, waiting tables, tending bar, delivering food. And he was on it! This guy really kept the party going LOL The Food: Classic Fridays Combo Appetizer - Boneless wings, loaded potato skins & mozzarella sticks. Deep fried deliciousness!!! Whiskey Glazed Burger - Yes!! Asked for rare and got rare :) Philliy Cheesesteak Burger - Delish & came with an egg roll on top LOL Drinks - I had 3 Ultimate Long Island Teas :) :) :) and my driver had the Watermelon Red Bull Passion Slush LOL A good time was had by all and I will be back :)

Tarcore was an amazing server. Her energy was amazing she made my family and I laugh so many times. I hope she is here every time I come to Fridays

Our server Tarcore was amazing she was very pleasant and gave us good recommendations. She was very fast didn't have us wanting. She was very attentive with her services.

Went here a couple of weeks ago and both my husband and I ordered the salmon it's was tasteless , how can you mess up salmon , it's all started off wrong , no one to seat us after waiting for a few minutes , so we found seats ourselves and the waitress told us no one is working in that section so we had to move to another area. Menu prices are rather pricey for the food served , I have ordered salmon from other restaurants for about the same price but a much tastier meal than Fridays !

Cool story: About 5 years ago, I was seated at the bar with my main squeeze when we saw a baby roach stroll past, not a care in the world. Left and have never been back. We told the bartender, btw, and he too seemed to have not a care in the world. I just passed by....thought of a salad.....and kept rolling because once again, that memory popped into my head. This location has gone through so many phases over the years--not sure what is going on with it presently.

Come here pretty regularly. Most often for the 50 wings on Monday nights and Diana is regularly our server. She is amazing, very friendly, attentive, always remembers us and our order, and is excited to see us. You know it's going to be a good meal when sat in her section. Today we were running errands in the area and decided to stop by for their new Meal Deals (which are great deals by the way, cheaper than fast food!) and had the pleasure of having Tarcore as our server and she was also wonderful. Very friendly, fast service, got us everything we needed, an absolute pleasure. Great staff and atmosphere, only complaint is that sometimes we have to wait a bit to be seated because the host isn't there, but it's worth the wait

My family and I stop by on our way home. Silvia and Sinai are amazing they both help us out. They stop by and check up on us for refill very often. The food was delicious we order the streak, and it was juicy. The ribs had a lot of flavor even tho we got them with no sauce. Mash potatoes are very good as well

Our server Ashley was a ray of sunshine in a world full of darkness. Her friendly attitude and excellent service reminded me that there is, in fact, joy and hope still remaining in this hardened world. Thank you Ashley!!!!

Everytime i come here with my best friend, we have truly a five-star experience. It feels homey, the service is friendly & warm always, and the food never disappoints. I grew up in a suburb outside of NY where restaurants like these were meant for special occasions, now every visit becomes a special occasion. Tonight we had Anna as our server and she was phenomenal, we love getting seated with her she works hard to give us a perfect experience every time. I'll be back, regular here :-)

Service was slow, very very slow. Just didn't vibe at all with this spot, solid sampler but just not likely coming back for what it's worth.

The food and service were good. The restrooms are ALWAYS NASTY AND MESSY!! The Porter Location is just OK.

Our server Tarcore was very friendly, she was fast with everything we needed. She recommended the Truffle Mushroom Swiss burger and the Strawberry Henny and they both were so so good. She's such a people person we enjoyed our lunch date with family.

This is my favorite Fridays! The food is good and the drink deals are great! I love the bartenders and the mangers are attentive. KB, Cresha, Kat, and Sarah are amazing bartenders. JJ, Diana, Ana, Silveria, are my fave servers and the customer service is always great. I also take advantage of the points system they have, and they have $5 drinks for happy hour! Great place to grab a quick bite or just to socialize with friends and family. Enjoy!

Nunu was great. She was the only server in our area and they were really short staffed, but NuNu gave excellent service. She kept checking in on us. It was big parties of graduates, and I feel she gave great service to them as well.

I give this TGI a 3 star because we'll you know it's TGIS. How great can the food and drinks be? The drinks were weak asf BUT I went an Thursday night and they had karaoke at the bar and I thought that was the DOPEST thing ever cuz it wasn't packed seemed like regulars but it was so SUPER FUN!!! Def would go back just for the karaoke !!!

Me and the other half couldn't choose a place to eat and randomly stopped at TGI's. For a Wednesday night it was kinda busy. Once seated, Tarcore was our server. Wow, she was so excited when greeting us from the beginning to end. Loved her enthusiasm and could tell that she enjoyed her job. Gave us a few minutes to decide and then she took our orders. French onion soup was fine, fish and chips, well the fries were just warm but the fish was piping hot. She took back the fries for a new batch so that was nice. My steak was ok, I was just hungry for dinner. I'll just say my husband loved the bread lol. It's too bad when the kitchen isn't on the same level as how the servers are performing. Tarcore was the highlight of dinner and not the dinner itself :-(

Please help me in congratulating Tarcore Johnson, waitress at TGI Fridays in Ladera Heights. She is the epitome of "Great Customer Service ". She's professional, courteous and very attentive to her customers. She is the reason I frequent this location. If you want good service and someone that always has smile. We came for dinner and Lisa was our server who was very attentive and took great care of us. Our food was very good and brought out in a timely manner. We will definitely be back!

Food, Service, and Ambiance Tarcore was the best server that I have dealt with in a long time her personality and courtesy made my group of 9 feel welcomed and at home. She is knowledgeable and very helpful. I will return just because of her.

My family and I have been coming here for almost a year now. We visit on Mondays the majority of the time for their Monday night 50 cent wings. Our favorite flavors are garlic Parmesan and whiskey glaze. We normally sit in Diana's section. She is so sweet and attentive! She makes sure we have refills and anything we could possibly need while there. Love her The food is always good!

I had not been to Fridays in a long time and I've been missing out. The artichoke dip, wings, and drinks were sneaky delicious! Best artichoke dip I've had (and I've tried a lot). The service was great, Diana was our server. She was on top of our orders, had great recommendations, and even better vibes. Atmosphere was perfect for my 2 yr old with the tvs and music. Great vibes, left full, satisfied, and a little tipsey. Perfect Friday!

The food was great. I had the Cajun chicken and shrimp pasta. The drinks were on point and the server Diana was the best.

I have no idea why this beautiful establishment had a few stars. This is 5 stars! Super nice staff, from the Hostess, Waitress, Bartender, Everybody was super cool. We're still here. Had an entree and appetizer and HH beer for $2 plus a DJ and MC. I f'n love the food, people and music here.

Great service. Our server Tarcore was amazing. She checked on us frequently, she had great conversation and provided excellent service. The fish and chips was fresh and hot. Highly recommend.

The food was delicious, The wait time was great and most of all the service was outstanding! Ana and her team were absolutely fantastic and extremely attentive despite having a fussy and tired toddler tonight. Everything Ana recommended was absolutely delicious. We came after having a fun day at the state park/lake. I definitely look forward to coming again and I recommend it. It's definitely family and kid friendly. They hand out colors and a coloring page to keep the little ones occupied. Thank you Ana and TGI team for such great service! 5 stars all around.

Anna our server was very pleasant and had a great attitude. No complaints on my end. The food was hot and fresh and came out quick. Would definitely recommend.

There's many things to brag about when it comes to the location. The food, service and ambience is worth bragging on. Parking is plenty. I love the fact that there is a patio area with beautiful couch like booths. The inside is very wide with plenty enough space to sit. The waiters were awesome. We were introduced to one waiter named Lisa and we thought she was going to handle our table. She was very polite and efficient. Where we were originally seated We would have had a disturbance due to the loud talking of another group. So we asked Lisa if we could be moved and she was willing to do so. Before we knew it though we were introduced to a young man named Beasley. We weren't sure if Lisa was going on break or was done for the day but we went ahead and gave Beasley a chance. He was even more polite and very elegant with his service. He allowed us to take her time to pick what it is that we were interested in eating and he brought us our drinks and made sure we enjoyed them. My mom seems to be obsessed over these mouth size burgers and so she went with the sliders. She didn't want salt on her fries although she was told they were seasoned already and she wanted her sliders well done. When she received them though it wasn't to the satisfaction that she wanted and believe it or not both Lisa and Beasley made sure her plate came to her correctly. She tends to like her sliders or burgers a little more overly cooked than usual. They made sure she got that. I went with the wings. I wanted to taste the popular Jamie Foxx BBQ. I have to admit it's awesome! I had their strawberry lemonade which was very good because it taste homemade. The ambience was very peaceful and we enjoyed our meal and each other's company. I was very impressed by Beasley's customer service and I hope he continues to perform that way and not allow any rude or ungrateful customers change who he is!!!

When we arrived we were seated right away. It seemed a little busy but nothing crazy. The person who seated us was very personable and we loved her. She asked us what we wanted to drink but got distracted and never came back. We got a new server and she took our orders. She brought our food out and mine was pretty good. I ordered the Cajun shrimp & chicken pasta. It had a really good flavor and came with some bread on the side. As far as service we asked her to bring us ranch and she didn't bring it until my bf was almost done with his food. They also never offered refills. While the food was good I've gotten better service going to other places. Not sure if we'll be back. They do have a happy hour and good deals on meals so if you're looking to try it's definitely worth it. There's tons of parking and the restaurant is clean. We also got to watch the dodger game near the bar so that was nice.
