TGI Fridays

Got the dragon glaze salmon. I wasn’t super impressed with the glaze, I didn’t think there was much flavor. The salmon itself was good as well as the sides. They have N/A beer listed on the menu but according to the staff they haven’t been able to order any to actually have it available.

The New Aloha chicken bowl was delicious. And our waiter (DJ) was excellent! So friendly with such manners/respectful, he proudly served us & went above & beyond doing his job. What a pleasure to dine in there today.

I’m Italian and everybody knows Italians like good food: I’ve been in this restaurant twice in a week because the food was just so tasty. The second time they had some issue with my cards but the server and the manager were super kind in taking care of me. I definetely recommend it and I wish to come back very soon.

When we arrived we were told it would be a 5-10 minute wait because they had to clear some tables. No problem! We sat and waited patiently. Then people walked in behind us and were seated immediately. Apparently they don't take down names for tables or keep track of who is first. We finally got a table and ordered. The food was ok. Standard chain food. Our waiter seemed nervous, possibly new. We went because it was convenient, walking distance from our hotel. I wouldn't recommend or return here. There are far better places to eat.

This was one of the more frustrating dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. While the server did their best under the circumstances, the fact that only two were working is no excuse for the chaos that unfolded. Menu specials were incorrect, and when their error was pointed out, no substitutions were allowed — essentially punishing the customer for their mistake. Waiting over 10 minutes for drinks, only to have to get up and hunt them down myself, is unacceptable. The same happened with our appetizers, which took nearly 30 minutes and still required me to follow up in person. Half our order was completely forgotten, and even after I went to track it down yet again, it was brought out wrong. If the restaurant is that short-staffed — two cooks and one overwhelmed bartender — then management has an obligation to notify customers upfront. Instead, we were left to endure excessive wait times and poor service without warning. For the prices charged, this level of disorganization and lack of communication is simply inexcusable. High on cost, low on competence — thoroughly disappointing.

Family friendly place with plenty of nostalgic vibes. Good food would definitely recommend visiting

Holy cow. Would never have guessed our dinner experience would be this good at a chain restaurant. Quite good comfort food, good beer selection, and Duane our server was so good. I've spent much more on less. Don't be afraid to give it a try.

Food was good! The waitress was very nice too. The only thing I didn't like was the atmosphere. Dirty menus, and the bathrooms smelled like a dog kennel 😨

Service was fast and friendly. This was my first visit in a very long time. The menu has definitely changed. I wanted jack Daniel's chicken and shrimp like I enjoyed in the old days but it was not on the menu here. The burgers we ordered were pretty good. Artifacts lined the wall like an old Atari system. My son enjoyed his first visit to a tgif. It's a great date spot for those of you looking for some place loud and fun.

It has been quite some time since we last stopped here at TGI Fridays in Gettysburg. We only stopped because of an email we received from the corporate office if you buy two drinks and one entrée you got the second entrée for free . Our server was absolutely perfect such a friendly individual very attentive and really explained everything about their menu and what items they no longer have or no longer available . So we do the server and service five stars However, the food is the downfall , we ordered the whiskey burger with fries, which was perfect. Well presented extremely hot when served..... We opted for an appetizer which was the potato skins at a cost of $11.29 and that was extremely disappointing. They had somewhat of a rubber type consistency. When you chewed it you can tell that they were just microwaved. There was no appeal to them. The other main entrée was the sizzling chicken and shrimp. It was served extremely hot, but the chicken was extremely small and the shrimp was somewhat disappointing and the potatoes had no flavor. For the price of $20.29 you would assume that you would get a decent size chicken breast however it was smaller than the dollar menu at McDonald's which does not say much. The bathroom had to be desired. It had a bad smell and is a need of an upgrade, and there were two other folks dining near us, and they asked to move to another table because of the smell coming from the bathrooms. The inside is your typical Friday well decorated, and the floors and tables looked clean . In regards to the latest news about them starting to shut down some of the locations, we can understand why now the menu is no longer fun and diverse, and the food is questionable .

Nice location right off route 15. Easily accessible and by the outlets. Food was as to be expected for a chain restaurant. Not bad but not over the top. The waitress was nice and attentive. Nice spot for travelers to grab a bite without going far.

My mother and I came to get a nice lunch and with exception of the waitress, the experience wasn't good! The food was nasty and my mom's drink was as well. I ordered fried green beens which were the best thing on the menu. I also ordered an aloha chicken bowel and my 1 piece of chicken breast was flavorless with a dash of burnt. My mom had a bacon ranch chicken salad and there seemed to be only 1 cut up piece of fried chicken tender and a whole bunch of lettuce from someone's backyard! the cheddar broccoli soup taste watery and the broccoli was very undercooked. Her strawberry lemonade was watered down as well. I won't be going back.

The only saving grace to this restaurant was the good service. Just mediocre food! Gelatinous rice, raw avocado, tough overcooked chicken and bare sprinkles of accompaniments. Shameful to serve, not cheap food, like this.

Today i Had dinner at this Friday's. I was very excited. Hadn't been here in a while. My party ordered our food. We get ready to eat to find the nastiest dirtiest utensils I've literally ever seen! Said something to the server. She says they are all this way. But try another set. Second set nasty dirty. Had to complain again to our server and get cheap plastic fork and knife. What's even worse is the manager says he knows about this issue due to soft water issues. ok fine, why give the filthy dishes to customers? If the health department saw this instant shut down! Yes we got a little discount. We should have gotten the whole thing comped! Don't go there! Look at the nasty pics! This is unacceptable!

Man, I hate writing bad reviews, but Friday's, what happened to you!?! Today's visit was a major disappointment when it came to food quality. We went around 1pm, wasn't busy. We were seated right away and had a great server who was also managing the bar area. For appetizer we chose the pick three option and chose the 8 boneless wings, 4 mozzarella sticks, and 3 potstickers for $16.49. Compared to other fast casual chain restaurants it's a few dollars higher, but the items we received were good. It was our actual meals that fell super short. Husband ordered the whiskey glazed chicken sandwich with fries for about $14. He did not eat his fries as they were warm and hard as if they were maybe over fried or maybe they were sitting? The sandwich he said was okay, but the chicken was really thin. I ordered the Friday's "Feast" pick two for $22 and some change with the selection of whiskey glazed grilled chicken breast and fried shrimp. Sides were the mac and cheese and coleslaw. When my food arrived I almost laughed at the portion size. Friday's feast as the menu stated was a bit misleading. It arrived warm, even the coleslaw. The chicken BREAST was a CUTLET, not a breast. And it was super rubbery, as if it wasn't cooked? Lukewarm and rubbery, it turned my stomach, like I actually spit it out into a napkin. The 8 shrimp and Mac and cheese were good though. It's a real shame because we used to love TGI Friday's. Other than appetizers, our food quality was really poor. Maybe we just went on a bad day? But due to their prices, we probably won't give them another try, at least for a while. The other thing I was surprised about was the limited menu offerings. I assume they pared it down due to Covid? My order suggestion - stick with the appetizers and drinks.

The worst meal ever. Avoid at all costs. You're wasting your money!! Chicken was like leather couldn't even cut through it.

Service was very slow! Waited a long time for food. Food came and was incorrect. Food was not hot and not good. Would not return

Came to this location 2 nights ago in a group of about 15 people and we had an awful experience. Not only did our table get cut off from drinking after having 2 drinks each, the food was less than superb and I paid my portion of the bill and was somehow charged the entire $500 for the table and another $39 for god knows what that I did not sign for. This place's workers need to pay more attention to who and what they're charging people instead of being worried about cutting off grown adults whose age ranges from 30-50's. If you're considering going here, save yourself the headache and annoyance of these incompetent people on their high horse and go elsewhere. Will never return ever again and will certainly never have anything good to say about this Fridays. 0/10.

Wait staff was amazing! Food ... Delicious! No complaints what so ever. Thank you for always being our go to for a great meal.

Always available menu items, except $24.95 Surf & Turf. I believe it's a "sucker" feature to get you in. I expect if you went to 15 different Fridays you will never be served this so call feature item. Rest of menu is fine and the quality is good ..... but the portions are a little less than expected. Also constantly employee turn over .... Never see the same employee two weeks in a row. Bottom line .... A institutional food factory with a few gimmicks.

Don't waste your money. The food is terrible. I ordered the BBQ ribs and they were pathetic. There was no meat on the ribs. They served a rack of bare bones. Avoid eating here at all costs.

Let me tell you for a simple order of two soups and a couple of appetizers this place needs better management. We ordered pickup over DoorDash and I even turned around and felt bad because DD didn't issue them a tip. What I got was soggy fried green beans, broccoli cheddar soup that was like paste and potato skins that looked like they had sat for hours.. This is the kind of service you get when you give good tips. I wouldn't feed any of this to my dogs.

The food was great. Our waitress was outstanding! The music by the bar was a little loud but if you sit on the outside part it was perfect that you could talk without yelling at each other

Horrible, the food is served cold, waitresses are untrained kids, irresponsible, never again ! The worst experience ever, we had to catch a flight back to Florida, the waitress forgot to return my card leaving it at the station, I called 3 times they said no it's not there, I got back to Florida the manager said no problem to mail it back to me., 3 weeks later no card, obviously I turned the card off and since replaced it, Pretty Lame to tell someone you would return it! I'm letting all my family know to never go to the place run by irresponsible people. The y lie, and can't cook or serve!

Staff was nice. I was there on tranining trip (military) so I sat at the bar the three times I went. First time I got the bucket of bones which was a good experience. However, I went two other times and the first time I got uncooked wings (picture) and the second time I got a tiny piece of salmon for over $20 (picture). Not sure if that's the plate but it seemed very akward like no effort with lots of empty space in the plate.

Food was delicious as always. But do not waste your money on the rainbow cake. It was soggy cardboard and tasted like it.

I posted positive remarks in a prior review about Fridays. My friends and I were there last evening. We go there almost on a weekly basis. The wings have become so small they are not worth 50 cents. 3 of us got the sizzling chicken and cheese ... what little cheese there was, was scorched and the chicken was dry. Our server never offered refills on drinks. My one friend asked for a refill and never got it. Having the app you are supposed to get free chips and salsa. When the bill came they charged 4.99 but only took off 3.38. When we asked the server she said she hits a button and that's what comes off. We got separate checks but we're told that since we sat at the same table we had to scan the receipt into our app ourselves. She said she couldn't do it. The last two times we have had issues with this particular server. Before that she was bouncy and fun. We tip well so I can't imagine why she has become so rude. It's time to find another place to get together.

Pros - Fantastic location, vibrant bar scene, family friendly, great food and beverage choices, parking lot, friendly staff, clean bathrooms, fast food delivery to table, hot food Cons - Burnt food... very burnt.

I was looking for a place to stop for lunch during a road trip and this seemed conveniently located. I travel a lot for work and often eat at TGI Fridays as they seem to be conveniently located for me. This location was perfectly fine. I went on a rainy weekday afternoon between lunch and dinner. It was not crowded. Service was pleasant and quick, my burger was cooked perfectly and came to the table quickly. Iced Tea was fresh. The restaurant and the bathrooms were very clean. No complaints. A great place to stop when in the area.

Great service! Great food and everyone was so nice and accompanying! I always get the same thing but I've never gotten the cake before and I absolutely loved it!

Our waitress (Hastings) was phenomenal, very funny and nice. She was very attentive to us.

Jakob was an amazing server. We had gone to Gettysburg Eddie's and had a horrible meal and left. Ended up at TGI and had a beautiful meal and great service from Jakob. We will return!

This is the best Fridays location in the surrounding areas. The food is always hot and fresh and the service is outstanding. Friendly bartenders and management. If the prices of cocktails would cost just a little less, this would be the perfect Friday night hang out spot!

Horrendous service. Food took an 30 extra minutes, which we understood as they were busy, but there was an entire meal missing and when we went back to let them know and get the food, the female manager was accusatory and rude about giving it to us.

75 percent of combo appetizer platter was microwaved including mozzarella sticks. Potato skins were hard. Appetizers came out at same time as entrees. Drinks are INSANE prices and I hope you like ice. My daughters drink was packed with crushed ice. Mashed potato? Microwave. Ribs were good, steak was edible. For these prices, I expect the food to be better than microwaved crap. Wings were sad. All in all, lousy meal for 3 for a $102.

To start off the staff was very nice but they switched our drinks understandable but then the food comes out all of it was burnt and unacceptable to even serve, so we ask for new food out come more acceptable but still slightly burnt burgers and the bacon was hard as a rock, so after all this the chicken was burnt and a lot better the second time. In total they messed up around 6 times but as I said they were very polite. On a scale of 1-10 it gets a 2

Four of us went in around 9:00pm on Sunday night. There was a small group celebrating something and three other groups. We were seated quickly and told our servers name and they would be with us shortly. 10 minutes later drink order was taken. Guessing another 10 minutes drinks were brought and server said they would be back. Meal was ordered and all main Courses were prepared to satisfaction. However side orders were different story. One order they ran out of side and fries or I should say salt had a few fries with them. Drinks were refilled only once and had to go to bar to get them refill (coke and water). Counted 5 workers out front. We were only passing through so this is a one event opinion.

I placed a big order saturday night thru door dash almost 90.00 worth and woke up early next morning very sick. My husband and myself. Sick all day Sunday and Monday. Will never order from here again

The service at this place is a joke. Food and drinks are as you would expect, but everything else is bad. I arrived here with one other person for lunch on a Friday around 1pm. We were told there was a 25 minute wait for a table but we could sit at the bar. We decided to do that so we sat at the bar literally right infront of where 2 bar staff were crowed around a cash register. They did not even look up at us, say hello, or acknolwedge us in any way. It just went downhill from there in terms of service. They could not handle the simplest requests, and people were getting irritated with their ineptness. People just left the bar rather than deal with them. I would avoid this place if you can.

Happy Veterans Day to me. Thank you TGI for the fee entree. Been here many time when visiting my hometown area. Always a good choice for lunch. So close to outlets and historians sites in Gettysburg. Worth traveling the extra mile or two. The restaurant is always clean and the service is the best. They smile too. Thanks for the great lunch. 10 stars.

Horrible. First and last, the waitress excellent but the manager was an ogre. The food came burn, and because I wanted to see if the check was right I received the worst treatment.

Wow, this place may have been the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. I don't expect the best service at corporate chains anyway, but this place stands out as particularly horrible. I took my 6-yr-old son there for lunch on the way to visit the battlefield. After we were seated, it took 45 MINUTES to get drinks and menus. After that, it took another 20 minutes to get the waiter to take our food order. All during this time, I observed the wait staff standing around chit chatting and not taking care of customers. A half hour later our food finally arrived, and it was very underwhelming. My burger was so greasy that the bun fell apart in my hands when I picked it up. The chicken nugget kids meal my son got was obviously heated up in a microwave... soggy and gross. I expressed my frustration to the manager on duty, and he gave me a coupon card for a complimentary appetizer. No thanks, I will never eat there again. An all around awful restaurant experience.

The rudest host in the world. We went in for a late lunch yesterday....we were told that it would be a 10 minute wat...so we give our name to join the list. At that point we are literally the only party waiting. The host requires a phone number...and won't add us to the list without it, even though we explained that we didn't have our phone with us. He says, no problem, I just have to put something in here - indicating the ipad. We say, we'll be right here and stand in the foyer about 3 feet from the host. A few minutes pass, another party of two come in, join the list and stand next to us. Just a couple moments later the newly-arrived couple are notified and seated. We asked why they were seated before us, and the rude host smirks and says "I notified you"...on the phone that we explained was not with us! His excuse, he couldn't be expected to remember our names...but he literally had to walk past us to speak to the second party he was seating. I'd like to say he was clueless, but he was obviously and purposely rude to us. His manager was also relatively dismissive...overall horrible customer service....and we never even got to the ordering and eating portion of the restaurant experience! Apparently having a cell phone embedded in your hand is a requirement for service at this restaurant. I would have rather eaten my lunch from a grab-n-go at a gas station than ever go there again....

Had Justin as a server the other weekend, such a friendly and personable waiter while also being attentive!

Meal was good. I had the fried shrimp with sweet potato fries. All the food was proper temp and was received in a timely fashion. The staff was all polite and the server kept all of our drinks full. This TGI Fridays is located near the Gettysburg Outlets and is accessable from the highway.

TGI's at Gettysburg is by far the worst experience I've had in years. I really debated doing this but someone has to share in order for things to improve. And that says something from someone who has worked in food service. You tend to have compassion if you've been in the field. We took our 8 year old for her birthday before a movie. We were there over 1 hour before everyone started leaving and we realized our food still wasn't coming. (I only knew because my text messages to folks congratulating my kids birthday events was time stamped to the exact moment we sat down at the table). When we asked to speak to a manager, we got the food and they wanted to comp one kids meal and give a kids movie ticket to a theater, but even after we went through all of that, I received the worst $12 burger I've ever had and my wife's vegetarian salad came with chicken right on top. My specialty burger I got was supposed to have guacamole, peppers, cheese, lettuce, tomato and other stuff and it didn't have almost anything on it. (I cannot make this stuff up). I took a picture of my burger beside their actual burger ad for the burger and you can see for yourself. The manager came and checked and I didn't have the heart to send the burger back and wait another hour to feed the kids and see a movie, but I was shocked she couldn't see the discrepancy in the burger for herself and act and make the fix without asking. Again, the picture shows for itself. We missed the movie and changed our schedule. My daughter was really disturbed. We tried our best to do it as nicely as possible not to end a day that way but it was tough. As we told the manager and she did not deny, there was an epic failure in the team that day. It may be better on other days, but we did not have a good experience and even though we have a comp meal for a kid from this experience, we won't use it. Think we are don't with the chain altogether now.

I've always enjoyed coming here the past 2 years and have had great service every time for the most part. However the past 3 times I've came here have not been enjoyable,tonight was not one of those nights. I arrived at 4:30 and asked for a table, I was told the wait would be 30 min. It was 1hr and 15min. I however waited it out and was seated. I ordered drinks and those took 30min to come out, with no sign of the waitress anywhere. Ordered apps, yet again another 30 min. Ordered entrees and a whole hour went by by this time. I was especially upset because my food was ice cold. By this point I asked for the check and manager. (Another 30 min) . Needless to say horrible experience. hostess was incredibly nice, and extremely helpful.

I'm giving this place a 3-star review on the strength of their staff up front. They were super efficient and nice. The food? Oh lord. Kitchen needs to work on timing; food took a while to come out, and the plates were lukewarm. Try choking down cool french fries with your congealed burger. Blargh.

As of this review, when driving into the Outlets, the parking lot is HORRIBLE with uneven patched potholes. We got here early evening on a Saturday and there was a significant wait for a booth (20-30 minutes), we had no problem sitting at the bar as it had opening seating. This location does not appear to be super large and was PACKED. Service at the bar was fast and friendly and we got our food and drinks reasonably quickly considering the crowd. Food was average but portions were generous. Overall a pleasant experience.

Poor management Bartender spent more time visiting w employees mangers at bar serving fireballs instead of taking our order or refill our drinks. We were regulars. NOT EVER AGAIN.

Hastings was absolutely incredible. We had a party of over 20 and she was extremely helpful and gracious. Would highly recommend requesting her as your waitress!

The food was good and service as well, but my card was cloned, can't say how it happened but it was the only place I use my card that day...just be careful, I'm guessing paying cash is safer.

The bartenders here are the reason why we come back. They know us by name, know what we like to drink, and make great recommendations for us. The food is good, we love their Jack Daniels sliders, buffalo wings, spinach queso dip, and their pot stickers. The bar happy hour has a great selection of drinks. The endless apps is an amazing deal when you just want to snack, and they keep the food coming very efficiently. If you frequent this place their rewards app is a great deal. Definitely go in and sit at the bar, great people.

Not many places to go to near Littlestown so my family & I order from here frequently. First mistake manager was super polite & quick to fix the issue. We have gone quite a few times since (takeout) and there is always always something wrong. The sandwiches are never ever made the same way, they are always missing something & god forbid you ask for sauce that was suppose to come with something. This place is not super cheap which I don't mind but I do expect to have my food made correctly (most of the time) I understand mistakes happen. I do want to add the staff is always polite. I sometimes get a little side eye when I ask for sauce that should of been included. But overall my issue is never getting the same thing. You shouldn't have to ask to have food corrected every time (which I dont) hopefully they make some changes and train kitchen staff all the same.

Got a few togo items the other evening while traveling through Gettysburg. Not normally a TGIF customer (none near my home), but this was the most convenient place to my hotel. Got some wings and chicken taco apps. Both were great. Lots of guac and pico de gallo accompanied the tacos. Great value and overwhelming amounts. My wife and I had a couple of wings and a taco left over for the next evening's cocktails!!

Fantastic lunch experience!!! If you go- ask for Courtney!! I appreciate a server that is customer friendly and ready and willing to make sure refills and additions to the order are quick and ready!! We ordered endless Apps and she CONSISTENTLY and quickly asked for additional orders and didn't ignore us or push us to the side - we were taken care of just as well as her other tables and we never had a pause between refills!FANTASTIC service and quick refills during the entire visit!! I'll be back soon thanks to the outstanding service!!! Ask for her!!
