4/18/2025 Came here with a friend for an evening drink. There was no wait, as we sat at the bar. Full bar, so the bartender was super busy. Personally, I think that they could have used another server/ bartender that Friday night if you asked me. I ordered a Modelo (Michelada style) and my companion ordered a Margarita. It took an extra minute to take our order. Perhaps because they could not anticipate that we already knew what we wanted to eat, as we were just getting an appetizer with our drinks. We ordered the signature Whiskey glaze trio appetizer. Food was amazing! Dining tables were either in use, or prepped for next use. Facilities clean and well maintained. Staff were Awesome! 👌 Customer service was on point. Definitely a 5-star rating! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you TGI Fridays Orange! Thank you TriArtisan Capital Advisors! Thank you Outlets at Orange! - Michael Montoya

Hmm. Kinda like disappointed this time. The drinks were good. Not too sweet and alcohol was tasteable. Furthermore the food was just OK. And side portion of mac&cheese are 7 usd.

This review is for Miguel at the bar. He’s a GREAT person. There’s a few bartenders. They’re so good. There’s Miguel Christian Corbin. Oh my God, they’re so great. I would like to come and come because of them. They’re the best for me at the restaurant. I don’t have no complaint. I give 10 1010. Or 100 Also forgot to mention that Tran is an amazing and lovely bartender. We love her. Very attentive and friendly.

Google
Our experience was amazing. the team Tony, Edith & Christian are an awesome trio. Our day was made even better because Christians attitude was so interactive. He brought the best out of us both and made our day even more fun. The soup was not that great but even while dealing with our complaint about it, He managed to smile and be professional. The entire team was incredibly wonderful. Thank you for the food the atmosphere and the experience.

Google
We were welcomed nicely and seated quickly. The waiter, Antonio, took our order promptly. He brought out drinks and food quickly. The establishment was clean and the food was delish!

Google
Updating my review. If it weren't for the server being amazing, this would be an entirely 1 star review. I ordered a steak medium rare, it came out with the barest bit of pink. Sent back and what I got next was at least mediumish, but I couldn't even cut through it, and both steaks were gray. Even the. "Garlic mashed potatoes" were bland and bleh. Somehow the broccoli was the most edible bit on that plate. Celebrating a combo of our anniversary and my birthday, food was great, serve was amazing!

Yelp
It was pretty good. The food was good, the service was good, everything I saw looked maintained. And the decor, the usual TGIF vibe. The appetizers are better than most. Loved the short ribs. The burgers looked great, I heard no complaints, and the grilled chicken was good. But to be honest, for those prices I expect great. I really can't get past these high prices and not getting that extra bit of *great* service. The food was prepared well, so kudos to the kitchen staff. And I'm not going to blame our waiter. I know there was 2-3 staff just hanging out by the reception area when we came in. You're telling me they can't help our waiter for 2 minutes when he brings out 12 plates of food, so we, the customers, don't have to help him? That's why I gave 4 stars.

Yelp
Not a good place for Gluten Free individuals. I called ahead of time to make sure they had a gluten free bun like that said on their online menu. The person who answered the phone confirmed they do. Waiter took forever to get to our table, says they don't have a gluten free bun (they're out). I ask for a lettuce wrap instead. They say they are out of lettuce all they have is shredded lettuce. I say fine I'll have the burger no bun. Waiter doesn't know what sides are gluten free so I ask for the sides I want and he says he will put them in and let me know if they aren't gluten free. When they finally bring out the food, I find myself looking at a plain burger on a giant plate by itself. The sides I order weren't gluten free so instead of notifying me so I could get something else they just brought out nothing. When I asked the waiter what is gluten free here, he just looked at me bewildered and said "nothing really". Incredibly insulting experience, 0 out of 100 customer experience. Did I mention they took forever to get this food out? Honestly I should have gone full Karen mode and asked to speak to the manager. I have never been so annoyed and put off with a restaurant experience in my life and obviously won't be back.

Yelp
People are hating on this place for no reason, the food was really really good! I would compare it to a cheese cake factory in flavor. When I read these reviews I was expecting mediocre at best. Don't sleep on this place, every single thing we got was good and we ordered a lot! Drinks were good too!

Yelp
The food is good and the service excellent. If You can judge an establishment by how the restrooms are kept, They get a Minus F.

Yelp
I had a giftcard for TGIF which is mainly why I went. The food was good, but the presentation was lacking and there weren't that many deals. Honestly speaking, the prices they were charging on the menu did not match up with the expectations for quality or portion size. It didn't make sense to me. The service and our server was excellent though, which makes my rating higher. I would not come back to a TGI Fridays because of this.

Yelp
Ding ding! Dinner is ready! Ordered from TGIF on Door Dash. Food came pretty quick. And it was hot and ready to eat! The appetizer platter was good. It included Fried mozzarella, Potato skins, and Egg rolls. It was all great. My favorite was the mozzarella sticks. Those are so good in ranch. My fiancé likes the potato skins the most. 10/10 for this appetizer platter! 1 Cobb Chicken salad. I really enjoyed this salad. I ordered it without bacon and substituted beyond meat patty. It was delicious, fresh and healthy. 10/10 Ranch Substitute BYND meat patty No bacon NEW 4 Cheese Mac & Cheese Kinda lame. It didn't meet the hype. Tasted like a child's Mac and cheese. 8/10 White Cheddar Broccoli Cheese Soup This soup is creamy and cheesy!! It's a great soup. 10/10

Yelp
For some reason I did not know that TGIF was still around in Orange County. I remember coming here years ago when it used to be one of the hottest places to go on the weekends. Now it's much quiet and it was a nostalgia coming in here to grab a bite and experience it. I had ordered the mozzarella sticks and potato skin which is one of their classic appetizers and they were both decent. A little on the dry side for the potato but still brought back some memories of 20 years ago. As for my entree, I had to try the new Texas Bacon Cheeseburger. It was loaded with onion rings and bacon so I was all in for it. It was tasty, but the meat was beyond well done even though I asked for medium. Which is ok, it happens but maybe a different bun choice as it was just crumbling and falling apart after getting a little soggy. The server/bartender was good and helpful through the entire experience. Who knew I'd be having dinner at a tgif after all this time.

Yelp
I ordered the mushroom truffle burger with a side of garlic butter broccoli for dinner. Later on that night I had countless vomiting seeing hacked up burger meat in the toilet . Food poisoning!? Btw they didn't clean the seats down properly either and had sticky sauce residue on the cushion.

Yelp
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We were the first ones in to be seated at 11am. Waited half an hour to be served. We waited another 30 minutes for our order to be taken. Our drinks were served around 15 minutes after ordered. The server Juan was not very attentive at all. Our son didn't even get his order until we said something by then our food was cold. Other patrons were seated after we were well established in our seats waiting our order, and theirs came out first. When we got home our son got sick. The manager was present in the restaurant but didn't address the tardiness of our order. This Fridays used to be our go to spot when we would go to the Block, now the Outlets of Orange, whatever. Unfortunately we will not be returning.

Yelp
Boy oh boy. I had always wanted to go to TGI Fridays, ever since I was a little kid and watched Office Space. I needed to know what the experience would be like. Would it be as crazy inside as The Cheesecake Factory? Would their food be as unholy in sodium and fat? Would the server forget my table entirely? The answer is yes. I went to this TGI Fridays because I read that they had just filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy, and I'd be damned if I missed out on my one chance to try those heavily marketed mozzarella sticks. Items we ordered: - house salad. Great. Exactly what you'd expect. I got dressing on the side, and it did indeed come on the side. - 3 appetizer platter (mozzarella sticks, truffle totchos, pretzel bites). As expected, their strengths lie in deep frying food. The mozzarella sticks had so much pull, I thought I was on a loop. The marinara sauce was more of a watery tomato paste though. The totchos had a questionable texture, but the flavor was nice. The aioli pairing was tasty. The pretzel bites were soft and buttery, with a cheddar ale dip that tasted suspiciously bacony. - whiskey ribs and apple bbq ribs (sides of cole slaw and broccoli). My friends really enjoyed the ribs and declared them the best items on the table. The cole slaw was forgettable, but the broccoli was VERY MEMORABLE (derogatory). It was so unevenly and heavily salted and peppered and you'd get a mouthful of one or the other and it was totally inedible in the end. My sister dipped her broccoli into her cup of water to wash off the salt. It's a no from me, dawg. Side note: the tap water is abysmal, but I think that's more of the fault of the city than the establishment. It burns your nostrils as you drink it. Is it bleached? Maybe. Their water makes you thirstier, but don't fall into that same trap as sea water. Just do what I did: chase their water with your own (hopefully you've brought along your own water bottle). Or just get a drink, but beware... - berry mojito - I am positive this was just berry nyquil on ice with some seltzer and mint leaves. I did sleep well afterwards, so this might be a plus? The food was hit or miss, the music was fun and not too loud, and overall I had a blast because it was just the sort of fever dream you would expect from a TGI Fridays.

Yelp
On this Friday night at 8pm, it was packed. We waited about 20 minutes to get a table for 3. We wanted to try this place out because they just declared bankruptcy and my sister had never been before. The stakes were low, but we wanted to check it off the list. We ordered: Choose 3 Appetizers- Totchos with truffle aioli- 6/10, more tots than nachos Mozzarella sticks- 8/10, marinara was watery but the sticks were great Pretzel bites- fine, dip was fine Half rack of ribs with the whiskey glaze- excellent 10/10 Half rack of ribs with the apple butter bbq- pretty good but whiskey glaze was better 9/10 Garlic butter broccoli- HORRENDOUS. Some bites were too peppery, the other bites were too salty. I had to dunk some pieces into my cup of water to rinse it off. The texture was somewhere between blanched and raw, sorta crunchy and rubbery at the same time. 1/10 Coleslaw- fine. 5/10 Side salad with balsamic dressing on the side- 10/10 "it was exactly what it was" Berry Mojito- 2/10, tasted like berry flavored Nyquil, but it was pretty The water was disgusting. You could smell it.

Yelp
Ate here for the first time in a long time and it didn't disappoint! The food was great and Amber was an excellent server! We will Be coming back for sure!

Yelp
The service was disappointing. Our server Nancy was rude and dismissive. We waited almost 10mins for service to begin; it got to the point I almost went to the hostess to check-in but before I could, Nancy came and began right away with a drink order, appetizer order and meal order all while never even acknowledging us in the wait time or saying hello. We told her we wanted to start off with appetizers and not quite ready yet for meals; she had us wait longer (10-12mins later) to order the meals, which is fine. Our appetizers arrived then 2mins later our meals came. We told her our appetizers just barely got to the table and our food would be cold then says "okay, do you want me to tell the kitchen then" and I just said never mind just to keep everything moving. After that, it was us asking for service from her while she avoided our table like the plague. It almost felt like we were a nuisance to her and bothered she had to serve. We were hella chill and really didn't want to bother her but it just seemed like she was bothered. The environment was chill; it's a TGIFridays and the food was good. It was the service that sucked. Nancy really just tanked the entire experience for us and would recommend she work on her ability to be friendly and just treat people with dignity and respect. We weren't even being rude or difficult; we were just there trying to eat and enjoy. I can't control if she had a bad table and was taking it out on us but I can say our table was hella chill and positive; so this whole experience was disappointing for me to experience.

Yelp

Yelp
Service was fast, no wait time. Food came out fast, as well. Everything was delicious. I recommend the Cajun shrimp and chicken pasta! Had a spicy kick to it. Peppers added gave the dish a great flavor. They have great shareable appetizers choices! Ambiance here was lively, a bit loud but not overwhelmingly. Great place to go eat with friends or coworkers. Cleanliness 8/10 Ambiance 8/10 Location 9/10 Service 9/10 Overall 9/10 The mozzarella cheese sticks were very cheesy!!! (Huge plus) *** be kind be, be patient, Everyone has different experiences.)***

Yelp
Haven't been to Fridays in a decade and figured it was going to be low quality food like Applebees. But I was wrong. Service by Jordan was exceptional as she came back with refills without asking, food was delivered timely, and she came back to us periodically to make sure we were ok. Whiskey glaze steak ribs and shrimp were surprisingly tasty too. (No longer called Jack Daniel sauce, but tastes the same) Steak sirloin was tender, and not grey looking meat at all. Only took a pic of the appetizer as we scarfed down our entrees, but definitely coming back to TGI Fridays.
google avatar

Cho C.

Yelp
Decided to try this place again after not visiting since 2000. Yes, 2000. Use to come here every Friday with my co workers, grab a bite to eat, drinks aplenty, service quick. Now here's what went wrong. The food, they lost the Jack Daniel's collab. The sauce they use now, taste too sweet, but lack some of the smoky complexity of the JD sauce. The other thing I saw was the missing French Onion soup. The other thing that made JD stand out was this particular soup. Gone, dreams crushed. The menu was more limited, and once we had our food of wings, chicken tenders, burgers, sides... everything just seemed lacking. It's like a step below a dive diners food. What was once a solid eatery, now seems like reheated and fried food. Atmosphere was the same ole feel of TGIF. I like the decor and it still works. Music playing in the background. Some of the things that needs to be addressed : Small appetizer serving plate. Out of the 5 that were brought to us, one was still dirty, had a piece of fried chunk to it. I informed one of the servers, guy took it away and said they would bring me a new one. That never happened. The seat cushion for the booths, they need to be refinished. It's small dips from patrons sitting on them since 2000. Not pleasant. I really want to like this place, but the place just feels empty, just a run of the mill diner food now.
google avatar

Brenda C.

Yelp
Had lunch here Saturday and it was a very nice experience. The ambiance was perfect the staff were very friendly, we ordered the Cobb salad and it was the perfect. Also had French onion soup and the breadsticks. Very fresh and hot when they brought them out. Will definitely be back to this particular Fridays.

Yelp
This place is amazing. My husband and I love to sit at the bar to order food and drinks because the bartenders ( Miguel and Jesus ) are friendly and offer fast service. The manager ( Luis Anaya ) at this location is professional and welcoming with us every time we visit the restaurant. The busboy Jose Rios is always making sure to provide a clean environment and is also friendly. This is the reason we visit this location for the welcoming environment the employees provide to us.

Yelp
The service is great, 5/5, the 1-star is for the food here. I went with a group of friends a while back, and I saw that this place was open late and close by. Right away, my friends were already asking me if there was anything else I'd rather eat, but I decided to give it a try here. The appetizer sampler was dry and stale, and tasted as if it was waiting under a heat lamp to be taken out for the next customer. I ordered the chicken and shrimp pasta for my entree. The sauce was so bland, and the whole dish was cold to room temperature. I went to my water cup cause it tasted better than my meal. I was curious to try what my friends ordered as well, and they were just as bad. Ribs were tough and hard to eat, chicken tenders were awful, and the fries were not crispy and also stale. I was hoping the dessert would save the night, but I was wrong. I ordered a brownie obsession, and this was the worst of everything we had. This tasted and looked like it was thrown in a microwave and forgotten about. By the time we got it, you could barely even tell if it was a brownie; it turned into a pudding. Thank you for the great service, but we are definitely not coming back.

Vlad B.

Yelp
If I could give it a 0 stars, I would. We arrived at 11 when the restaurant is SUPPOSED to open. Waiting outside with a few other parties and doors are closed. Staff inside and not even bothering to open. I called the restaurant and manager picked up. I told her we are waiting outside for restaurant to open. Her response was "Oh..... I'll send someone to open the door". No apologies, no nothing. All of the parties just walked away. Probably $300 easily they could have made from the 4 parties waiting. No wonder the chain is on a verge of Bankruptcy. They don't even try at this point.

Yelp
As soon as I Walked in I was greeted and told wait time. When I was seated I was attended by Jorge and service was delightful. Their burgers never miss. Had a great time, the environment is very upbeat and peaceful. Recommend bringing a date here.

Yelp
Came here today around 2 pm and sat at the bar. The food was good. The service at the bar was great! Sadly I didn't get his name but one of the best service I've ever had. The ambiance was sporty/family. Haven't been here in years but definitely coming back when I'm in town. I love their whisky sauce whether it's with burger, fries, or tenders. We just walked in and it wasn't too busy. Parking was hectic though probably due to holiday season.

Yelp
Nickel and dimed to death! Friday's at the Outlets in Orange was very unsatisfying. Here are a few things to think about before deciding to eat there: *Their wait staff does not speak enough English to be able to describe what you are ordering to you and when you get it, you feel ripped off. Small chicken breast, etc. *When you get the bill, they add extra charges for hot sauce, syrup in your drink (50 cents per refill on your Arnold Palmer for "syrup"). *The "deals" on the menu are really scams when you get your food. The whiskey chicken meal comes with two chicken breast for 17.99 and their feature special served on a cutting board/platter you can choose two of four featured items for 24.99 and you end up with less food. If you pick the ribs it is 4.99 more which I did not see on the menu. It ends up being $30 for a meal with less food and it was not filling. We felt totally ripped off. The waiter could not explain how much food we were getting. One would figure the whiskey chicken with two chicken breast and shrimp for 24.99 would be kinda fair. Seven dollars more for shrimp and 1 less chicken breast? Twelve dollars more for four ribs, a little steep. Like I said I didn't see it on the menu. We got way less food for more money than a regular meal. Buyer beware! I will never eat at TGI Fridays in Orange again. Just my opinion based on my experience.

Chris P.

Yelp
Amber was our server and we really enjoyed her experience knowing the menu and being patient until my wife figured out what to order. We enjoyed the food for the most part but everything was just sooo over salted it was hard to eat. My broccoli was super salty my grilled chicken with dry rub was over salted. I ordered the appetizer 2 steak meatballs and they were tiny but tasted great. The portions are small here and the menu is way overpriced for what you get. My dinner salad was perfect size and the best part of my dinner. I also ordered edamame but they serve it cold hear and i never ever have been served it cold before so i guess maybe some people like it that way. Again Amber was very sweet and professional.
google avatar

Yelp
We come here nearly every month for their amazing wings; the Red Hot & Nashville flavors are the best! The staff remember faces well and they are always super friendly; even when its busy they do their best to make sure you're taken care of. We'd like to thank Amber for another awesome night. The food always hits, and this location is literally perfect; we're planning on coming here for years. Keep it up guys

Yelp
Updated Happy hour menu as of 07/07/2024. They have happy hour seven days a week! 3-6 pm and 9 to close each day. I use to come here all the time until they stopped their happy hour many years ago. Food on happy hour are small portions but taste really good! Drinks taste like corporate drinks... happy hour or not they aren't ever really strong, I'd recommend getting a mixed drink over any of their signature drinks. I'll definitely be back and hopefully they'll add more stuff!

Yelp
Meatballs new recipe is not good , they need to go back to the old one. Service is great,Nate is always a good time and music is good

Yelp
We come to this location every few months and it never disappoints. Today we tried something new, the Cajun Shrimp and Chicken pasta, which was really good. Our server Jordan was attentive and super friendly throughout our meal. We always come back.

Yelp
We've been going here almost every other Monday for the 50 cents wings and paired it with entrees. Nothing great but just good food overall. Service was fine. We ordered 40 chicken wings just for the two of us and two entrees. The wings were better this time as it was a bit crunchy and not soggy. The new sauce they had is good.

Yelp
My friend and I visited during happy hour and initially received great service from one bartender who was preparing to leave. We wanted to close out our check with her while waiting for another friend to order a drink. Unfortunately, the other bartender didn't come over when we called for assistance and instead responded with, "Oh, now you want my help?" We never indicated that we didn't want her assistance; we simply preferred to finalize our check with the bartender who had already helped us. The second bartender seemed to misunderstand our intentions and continued to insist that we were rejecting her help, which was frustrating. Her snarky demeanor made us feel unwelcome and overshadowed our experience. While we enjoyed the food and the happy hour overall, her unprofessional behavior affected our night. We were planning to order more drinks, but ultimately decided against it due to the negative interaction.

Yelp
Service: 2* Stopped by this place before a movie to try their happy hour. Arrived at the front door which states please wait to be seated. A party was in front of us and waited 5 minutes before someone showed up to seat them. Once the walkway was clear, we entered the bar (where you have to be in order to enjoy happy hour). The bar was full, so sat at a table and looked at the menu. After we selected looked around to see where a server was. No one but the bar tender was around. We over hear a patron at the bar complaining about no one serving them. The bar tender apologizes and says he is the only one working the bar. When he was asked why, he said "It is very common here that I am alone until about 5:30pm". What? Poor guy. Having to work alone and service a bar area during aphasia hour with 35 seats as only one person. We left and went to BJ's for happy hour instead. I would not return for happy hour here.

Yelp
Came into this place to get some apps and drinks. Jordan, our server, was very communicative about everything, quick on refills, and even helped out on getting us a deal on one of the apps we ordered. We'll definitely be coming back. One slight ding was that an exterior door to the back patio grill(?) kept being pushed open by the wind and gave us some chills. Otherwise, still a great time.

Yelp
Had a hair in my food and when I told them to just take the wings that had the hair in it I heard the entire kitchen staff saying I was making it up and manager came over saying it was just cheese. If I was making it up I would make them take the whole platter not just the portion of wings Server was kind and wasn't his fault
