The food was very good, and the service was excellent. The atmosphere was just okay, but overall the great service made the experience enjoyable.

Two nights I ate at this venue and really enjoyed both of my meals here. Alongside my father we enjoyed some great appetizers and some drinks. I recommend it very much for a short stay at the bar while you watch sports.

I personally do not like the food taste. I ordered cajun pasta with shrimp and chicken. Too creamy and the combination of cajun spice plus cream and cheese just don't go together for me (maybe I ordered the wrong food). Plus it would be perfect to pair it with Garlic Bread. The staff and service tho is amazing. They always look after you and it's quick.

We love Fridays but have been disappointed recently by two stores near us closing. It’s a bit of a drive now to get to our closest one but the monthly specials make it worth it.

I wasn't going to leave a 1 star until I received the check. We came here for lunch and it started fine. I ordered the ribs with fries and coleslaw, the coleslaw tasted sour which is finei just didn'teat it. I let the waitress know and had her take off the table. My niece ordered a burger and 3 bites in she got a piece a hard plastic something. This time I asked for the manager. She apologized and said she would take it off the bill and discount the rest of the bill, which I said she didn't need to as we were fine with the other plates. She discounted the rest of the bill $1.49... Again didn't ask for anything else to be discounted but whatever. As I am going through the bill I see a $15 charge for wings that we did not order. I bring this up and the waitress say "OH sorry I added someone else's order to yours but used his gift cards to fix it." There is clearly a $15 charge but no credits showing on the bill. She then says she'll just remove it and redo our bill. She brings back the bill which originally was $72 and change brings a new bill (after "removing" the $15 wing order) and now the bill is almost $84. I said this still isn't right and went to show her the original bill that she brought with the new bill and she snatches the original bill away and will not let me see it to explain where I saw $72 and now its $83. She just keeps saying the manager removed the items and corrected the bill, yet if you remove $15 how does the bill increase by $11? I can chalk most things up to things just happen. I will not chalk up you overcharging me and hiding charges from me. Definitely will never be back. If you go to this location make sure you check your bill before paying.

The food was pretty good, not wonderful but not bad. Our server brought us our food then disappeared for quite a while so that wasn't good. The environment is fine - a bit noisy but ok. We'd eat here again, but probably not too often.

I work from home but I don’t live in Orlando. I had to stay over due to being called into the office for business meeting and presentation. I was hungry and decided to eat at TGIF. The food is American cuisine fun food or full course meals if you desire. I ordered my meal and had a few drinks that were amazing and looked just like the menu photos. It was late but the staff didn’t act as if was a rush to get me out. I was greeted by the manager on duty and seated by him as well. All in all I enjoyed the food, music, and you know sports bar, family mix or single atmosphere

Let me just say this place was actually amazing! First, the place was REALLY clean. I mean it- everywhere looked like it was taken care of properly. You most likely won’t see any sort of garbage laying around tables, chairs, the floor or anywhere in this place. Next, the waiters were literally the most amazing human beings ever. The words patient and kind can’t describe how well one of them treated us! Oh, and the service was just impeccable. The food arrived so fast- and we ordered a good amount too! Expect to see lightning fast service of this place. Finally, the food was pretty good not gonna lie. It’s better than your average fast food place and overall just tastes like good food. The most you’ll get from the food is a 4 star experience, as it’s nothing too extraordinary. I’d say this place is great for eating out with family. The staff is super friendly and the food is enjoyable! Check it out, and maybe you’ll see what I mean! ❤️ ❤️

Came in for Happy Hour. The bar was a little sticky and unkempt. The drinks and drink prices were in line with the area, but the food was really a letdown, especially knowing that Fridays dishes should pretty much be the same everywhere. Unfortunately, the food looked kind of sad, and none of it was delicious. Our bartender was very friendly, and seemed to be trying to make the best of a bad situation. If you're looking for reasonable drinks after Universal Studios, this is a great spot. Otherwise, I'd avoid.

Where service goes to die. If you enjoy being reprimanded by staff for trying to bring your child a muffin, this is the place for you. This restaurant was once built around a simple, joyful idea: Thank God It's Friday. It used to represent a small celebration at the end of the workweek, delivered in predictable, comforting chain-restaurant form. That spirit is completely absent here. Instead, the morning staff appears disengaged at best and openly hostile at worst. The tone toward guests is adversarial rather than welcoming, which is especially baffling given that the primary customer base comes directly from the attached hotel. Relying on hotel renovations to drive business is not a sustainable strategy if the on-site dining experience actively pushes people away. At a minimum, management should recognize who their customers are and adjust breakfast policies accordingly. Better yet, invest in a morning crew that treats guests with basic respect rather than suspicion. That alone would be a significant improvement.

This place is absolutely horrible and what I mean by that I went today to experience their breakfast buffet. I was so in shock I didn't even take pictures. It's worse than a hotel that serves FREE continental breakfast. Let me tell you people I do not recommend it now you can go if you want to yourself you might like that kind of crap but hey, it's up to you. The Bacon was extremely undercooked Pork undercooked trying to kill somebody the eggs look like they have been sitting there for 45 minutes the fruit look like they put it back out since two days ago. I'm sorry I do not recommend and I'll never ever go again ever.!!!! if I could read it zero I would

I ordered via uber eats ... I got the kickoff platter because I wanted potato skins and pretzel bites. There was no sour cream for the skins - how do you not provide that, it should be automatic. See picture - there is so much oil that the pretzels were floating in it and it wouldn't let the queso stick to the pretzel, it just came right off. No option for sauce for the wings or mayo for the sliders. This was overall disgusting and disappointing. It's just gross.

This place is great! The food is really good. The service was awesome and the prices are real. No overpriced beers at this restaurant. A good family restaurant that won't break the bank. And it's right across the street from Universal Studios. Worth every penny and made my day perfect!

TGI Fridays is a bar based restaurant know for their expensive cocktails plus burgers, wings, seafood, steaks and appetizers. I stopped in for the Monday 50 cent wing special. You have to order at least 10 of each flavor. I ordered the whiskey glazed (10) and apple butter (10). I requested more 'flats' than drumsticks and my server, Gabrielle, said the special is 'you get what you get.' Okay it does not seem to be that difficult of a request. So I got my 20 wings and four were flats. I also got the celery and blue cheese. So I got the other 16 wings packed up and asked for the check. The Monday wing special is a good deal if you don't have any special requests. My initial server, Gabrielle, put the order in and the wings came quickly. She noticed I was not pleased with my food but rather than discuss the issue, she just ignored me. The second server, Emily, noticed I did not eat most of wings. She went to the kitchen and got some flat wings to go for me. This is a large restaurant with typical TGIF red booths and tables. It gets loud in the restaurant because of rock Muzak and customers talking. They serve a breakfast buffet in the morning.

Went to this location on Saturday, had a great time. Vincent was phenomenal, and food was amazing! If you are confused about the parking it is free!! Thanks for a great time!

The best part of this experience was Rehnuma's Service! She was kind and very attentive. When we came in an hour before closing there were chairs put up on all the tables which seemed very un-inviting and there was no music so there was a loud awkward silence. From overhearing another customers conversation the night manager already received a complaint regarding the music and still was unable to satisfy the customers request. We've been to this location many times and have never experienced this so the manager must be new but the bartender made sure that we were comfortable and well taken care of! The food was good per usual, we got the whiskey glazed burger and the appetizer combo with boneless wings, pretzel bites and mozzarella sticks.

Location is a big deterrent. Pulling into a gated parking lot was very odd. We almost decided to go someplace else because we thought we had to pay to park. But there was a sign that said customers park for free so we decided to go for it. Upon entering, the music in the restaurant was drab jazz and the fact that there were hardly any customers added to the depressing atmosphere. The wait staff were very nice and attentive, but it did take a while to get our food. However, it was worth the wait because the food was delicious!

The service was dreadful from the front door to the bar. I'm a retired restaurant owner, and I would rather go to Wendy's.

I did an online order, and it still took a little while to receive my food. When I got back to my hotel, I found out not everything was in the bag. It's very disappointing not to receive everything you paid for. The food that I received tasted fine.

Great service! We were seated immediately at midnight and our food came out surprisingly quickly for it being so late at night. The waiters were very kind and were exactly what we needed. Burgers were very good too!

This TGI Fridays is conveniently located across the street from Universal and near several hotels. After a long day at the parks, it was nice that it was across the street from the Doubletree by Hilton. The restaurant had great customer service starting from the hostess to our waitress. We were seated rather quickly and our waitress immediately came to our table and got our drinks started. I also ordered an appetizer, the potato skins. I was disappointed because they just weren't like I had remembered. I'm sure it's more to do with the chain, rather than the restaurant but they are definitely lacking in appearance. A slice of cheese with bacon bits. The other plates we got were pasta and thankfully our waitress suggested changes to add flavor to them. Not a horrible place to eat, but not the best. 5 stars for the service and 3 for the food.

TGI Fridays, next to the Holiday Inn and Suites across from Universal, 5933 Caravan Ct, Orlando, FL 32819 We ate at this location twice during our stay at the Holiday Inn which is attached to the Fridays restaurant. There was a friendly staff, especially Brianna, the happy hour times were ample. Happy hour drink specials had good prices. Happy hour drink selections were good, with some interesting specialty items. I was able to customize the Appetizer Platter to my likings. The food and drinks arrived promptly and was at an appropriate temperature.

We were seated very quickly and our server was insanely nice always attentive to us and our needs. When we ordered we started off with the warm pretzels with the cheese sauce. While eating our server asked if we we're ready to order which we ordered some boneless & chicken fingers and the food came out almost a minute after ordering and it was hardly warm, my tenders were pretty cold which led me to believe it just a bunch of food leftover from being cooked earlier and my husband said his boneless were the same way which was a little disappointing to us. However we don't have a Friday's close to us and was next to our hotel.

We came in for lunch & the place was not busy, we were seated right away. Once seated, Drinks to start I had a Pink lemonade, don't recall drink name? but it did have alcohol it was decent also tried a Mule not bad. Appetizers we gave the Philly cheesesteak egg rolls a try, yumm these were very good. I had the Million Dollar Cobb salad, not bad at all big salad good grilled chicken , good combo with the eggs, bacon, shredded cheese & dressing. Hubby had the Cajun shrimp pasta, this was good as well a bit on the spicy side but pretty good. Decent size location with plenty of seating & a bar area. Friday's tend to be a hit or miss, since u never know what u are going to get specially with the food & service. Service was good & prices are not terrible, we had an enjoyable lunch.

Correction to my review... the 'manager' I referred to was actually the host Wellios (Big Daddy). He is a huge asset to the location as are the servers.....

The food tastes really old and simple there's no passion for what they do as a restaurant. I would never buy food there again . Plus it made me sick

I would honestly rate a ZERO star review if I could! From the server, hostess to the bar tender all were very rude and showed that they didn't even want to be there. Service took about 15minutes, then about 30 minutes for food to come out. Utensils had to be requested twice! And once we asked for the check the bartender started picking up everything from the table while we were still drinking. Great way to treat the tourist! They need a whole new staff in this restaurant.

Came in at 10:55 they refused to sit me because they don't serve lunch till 11! I walked across the street to get food! I see why TGI is closing

I came in at 10pm on a Friday night because it was the only place open in the area that was still serving food, fortunately for me. It wasn't too busy but there were people at the tables. I ordered to take out. They have a paper menu available at the host stand and you tell them what they want and they place the order. You can even order a cocktail to go! I didn't have to wait too long and I appreciated how they provided the cotton candy and the liquid in different containers so I could pour them together myself. That's considerate. Also, the young woman at the hostess stand was notably friendly and helpful. She provided great customer service and this location is fortunate to have someone this helpful and chipper so late at night.

I went the evening of the Superbowl and only ordered the table-tizer for two people. The food was delicious and the hostess was really friendly. She kept checking up on us and our order. We had one of the drinks which was good as well. Didn't really have a complaint food wise, other than the tv set-up. It needs bigger TV's.

That being said the chicken had a weird texture and we didn't really finish it. Broccoli and mashed potatoes were good. If we go back we probably wouldn't get any chicken dishes next time

Conveniently, this restaurant is attached to the Holiday Inn across from Universal Studios, where we had reservations. We walked in at around 9pm with a party of 6. We were sat right away which was amazing. We were sitting for about 15 minutes before anyone stopped by to take our drink order. Once our waiter stopped by, the service was pretty good. He was very attentive and took really good care of us. We ordered 3 specials which all contained half rack of ribs. The ribs were well seasoned but mostly bone, without the fall off the bone part. I was a bit disappointed to be honest. Everything else was pretty good. The restaurant it self looks great with an amazing opened view. Great ambiance and the music playing on the loud speakers was a nice addition to the night.

Friendly staff, terrible food. But not worse (nor better) than expected. Lukewarm soup + sub-par salad.

The food was way over seasoned, it was terrible. You couldn't even taste the food over the excess salt on everything. We ordered 4 burgers and an appetizer combo. Bill was $150 after tip for lunch. Over priced, and way over seasoned.

I came in around 1:45pm. The place was nearly empty and the service was so slow. It took 7 minutes for anyone to come take my order and then another 30 minutes for the food. And another 7 minutes to get the check after giving my card. I'm not sure if they're short staffed, but all of the customers were looking around wondering the same thing. The bartender was nice but she could've used some help. Just very slow service.

January 2024 - Excellent TGIF. Overall, the facility is clean. The staff is friendly. The drinks were yummy and the food was good. Not sure what more you can expect from a chain establishment. Looking around, folks seem to be enjoying themselves. To my left I see a family of all ages. A young child with a stuffed animal, a teen on their phone, parents enjoying a cocktail. That's what this type of place is all about. As I write this a group of seniors are headed out; they came for drinks at the bar. Across from them, a young couple. The woman drinking what I assume to be a margarita with her "man" with his hand at her side watching whatever sports are on TV. Now, that same family table is being served their food. Multiple waitstaff are brining out the dishes. Don't let the previous negative reviews steer you away, as of this moment in time, this TGIF is worth visiting.

What an amazing visit! Stopped here after a concert and beyond happy we did! Elliott was exceptional, along with the rest of the crew behind the bar. WONDERFUL service! Will be back next time we're in the area, because of this fantastic visit!

Pretty chill place. I came here after the convention across the street was over for the day. I ordered their sampler app and had like 3 or 4 shots because they were only $4 a pop. So I was definitely feeling it. The pot stickers were definitely my favorite part of this dish. The loaded potatoes were also good. There was a sour cream and chive dish too that I could dip my potatoes into to add some flavor. Then I ordered the buffalo wings. I couldn't finish them because they were too spicy. The bartenders were chill. I was surprised that the alcohol was so cheap. I kept getting larger and larger shots each time I ordered. It was great.

Took a while to get seated. Once we were seated we were then moved to another section because the guy said our server he assigned us already clocked out. They had one girl taking on a lot of tables so it took a while to get our order taken and receive our drink orders. The didn't put any of the glaze on the grilled chicken I ordered that was supposed to have it. However our server was really nice. And the food was great!

I don't expect much out of a Fridays these days. It's a step below Guys American Kitchen, which is really saying something quite sad. We went last night in desperation and ordered chicken fajitas. Our server was top notch, which was confusing in such a toilet of a place. The chicken, well, it's obviously not entirely chicken, was mostly salt and gross. That's to be expected though. It's been a minute since Fridays had real food. I'm here to talk about the bathrooms. The terrible, horrible, no good bathrooms. They look like they haven't been cleaned in weeks. There was pee splash all over the walls, and the place was smashed to crap like the worst South Carolina truck stop rest rooms. I mean, the staff uses this, then goes and makes your food. How's that cholera working out for everyone?

Visited this establishment & as a fan of T.G.I. Friday's I was somewhat disappointed. The highlight of the dining was the host, who was an older gentleman & very pleasant. Everything was pretty much downhill. The server wasn't very attentive, other than to leave us the check. The ribs were tasty but the chicken was really tough & the steak was not medium-well as I ordered. We ordered appetizers to share but had to use napkins as plates. The restaurant itself was pretty spacious & was pleasant. May try again before I leave.

The service is good and the waiters are nice but the food tastes like it's straight out of a box and the only qualifying traits is that it's edible

We made reservations online and when we told the front desk they said they DO NOT honor the reservations bc it's a franchise TGIF. Really? Had to wait additional 25 minutes. I'm too Of that they put us in the back with no AC the roof had water damage. This is the worst TGIF I've ever been.

We had excellent service from Justin at the bar. Only had a couple appetizers and drinks. Then we came back for dinner and had the BEST ribs, Mac n chz and broccoli with melted butter! Charles was our server last night and he was charming and efficient! I was very surprised that the dinner was so good!!

This Friday's I give a 4 stars just because parking is always easy to find as it is ample and we get seated almost instantly every time! Even when we were a party of 6, we got sat quickly. This is probably because the Friday's is very huge! It's the biggest one I've been two my whole life. The drinks are always good and well made, and the food is always delicious. I will say the food does take awhile to come out but it really takes the fact away with that first bite!

I can say our server during the day time was great and so was t he food we had late lunch during the week. Though, don't go here for BREAKFAST. I didn't go there, but my husband, my mom, and my girls went there for it, they HATED IT!! THEY ALL WERE LIKE NEVER AGAIN, EVERYTHING TASTED RUBBERY, NOT WORTH A DIME!!!! I told him if, I could of been there, I would have asked for a refund. I felt so bad for them .

Terrible service, waitress came over twice while we sat there for over an hour, drinks were brought and had no carbonation, all of the food was very blan, and the potato skins are embarrassing. Bag bacon and all skin no potatoes. Not to mention the waitress was stoned out of her mind.

Oh my, got into town after long travel and my family and I were being served undercooked wings. Talked with the manager and he gave excuses that it was impossible because of the length of time "they were supposed to cook" the wings... but judge for yourself. The wait staff were great but the manager didn't even offer to comp the order. Be wary bringing your family here.

The places is called Fridays now instead of TGI Fridays. The place dinner time is very crowded. The food took some time to get to us. The food was pretty tasty and fresh. The place is not as clean as I would have hoped. It makes a good stop when you are craving a burger or something fried. Not a fan though.

When we arrived we had to wait about 5 minutes to be seated by the manager. They were busy but not super busy. We were seated next to the bar which was fine since we requested a booth. We waited another five minutes for someone to get our drink order. Nice gentleman came to the table and brought our drinks back to the table. During our long wait (about 15 min), we heard Emmanuel (possibly the bar manager) disrespect and berate about 3-4 waiters/waitresses. He compared them to a new guy. I don't care what they did, NO ONE deserves to be talked like that in front of customers especially during a pandemic. The table behind us was seated and order taken before us. We waited another 5-10 minutes before our order was taken. Once we received our order, the toppings on the fries looked as if they were thrown on top, both pasta dishes had undercooked pasta, and the fried shrimp was cold. Needless to say, we were aggravated and just ready to go back to our hotel. Worse restaurant experience EVER! This would be zero stars, if possible. And just a note, we try to give restaurants a chance even when the star rating is low but this place will never get another chance from us.

Melvis should be employee of the month. Amazing Service. Wow he made it very pleasant, very thoughtful splitting my plate in 2 for my husband and I to share. Extremely nice always checking up on us and our needs. Thank you Melvis! You sure made our evening!!!!!!!

Friday's is Friday's, right? The food is consistent and today was no exception. Well, ok, the giant pretzel and beer cheese sauce was very, very good. Maybe two and a half verys (veries?), even. Just perfect. We had the Cobb salad with grilled salmon. Super hearty; Petunia and I split it and it was more than enough. The salmon was cooked perfectly and tasted fresh and smoky, woo! Best part of the visit, though, was Luis...what a character! Whether you are a fan of Friday's or not, get yourself in here for a cocktail and some laughs with this one, he's such a hoot!

Idk why this place has such low ratings this is my second time stopping in to this location and they are so fast with the food I almost didn't claim my order because I thought it came out too fast to have been mine! They have drink deals all day every day which is rare in this area, and yeah it's a bit pricey considering it's the first restaurant outside of universal but prices are still moderately fair. Overall great experience both times will be returning for their 50 cent wing monday deal

The place needs renovation, it's a bit dirty especially the bathroom and the kitchen, the staff works well but the quality of the food is low.

My family wanted to go eat dinner here so I went. I saw they had the $10 endless apps so I figured I'll give it a chance this time. I don't care for TGIF's their food is basic and tasteless. Their customer service is slow & food prepared carelessly. However, to my surprise the Jack Daniel's chicken & shrimp combo was good. My husband food came out before our 1st choice of endless apps. We wasted slot of time waiting on the apps to come out. The Pink Punk Martini was good! TGIF's $10 Endless Appetizers ordered: Mozarella Sticks, Meatballs, Buffalo Chx Flatbread, Garlic Parmesan, Loaded Potato Skins, Pork Pot Stickers, Boneless Buffalo Chx, Fried Pickles. The Buffalo chx & mozzarella sticks were the only good apps.

It was late, we were hungry after a concert and tgi fridays was right next door to our hotel. We had a craving for a BLT and tried calling in for pickup. No answer on phone call. I walk downstairs and as i enter restaurant i can see 3-4 workers just cutting it up and having a good time at a station. First red flag, i shoulda turned around and walked out. I continued to take out desk or wait to be seated and the workers clearly see me but avoid eye contact. The bar is half full and i know they aren't closing anytime soon. Still no one comes over to seat me or even see why im there. Another couple walk in and wait behind me and finally a waiter comes over and addresses them first knowing full well i was there first. The couple mention i was ahead of them and only then does this clown acknowledge me. Take out from the bar. Ok. Red flags everywhere. I order a blt fron the bar and the bartender says they are out of Turkey as they over Turkey BLT. I said i don't want Turkey just BLT so he rings me up and it's nearly 15 bucks! Ok i bet is going to be one hell of a BLT loaded with bacon. I pay, even tip the guy and they bring me this sorry excuse of a hardly cooked mess. I was so disgusted i lost my appetite and said hey man this is embarrassing! Are you serious? I says i can see maybe about throwing another piece if bacon on there. For 15 bucks you better throw like 10 more and fully cook em. I said no thanks I'd like a refund. Manager comes out and issues refund and didnt even apologize for this sorry excuse of a sandwich. The bartender even acknowledged it was bad and he understands it was a poor attempt fron the kitchen. Do not waste your time at this place. By far one of the worst dining experiences I've had in a very long time. "i could care less about a customer" should be the slogan.
