TGI Fridays

We went here for happy hour. Their happy hour menu is not that extensive for food, only about small 5 items. We had to ask for a happy hour menu when we were seated as they are not readily available for some reason. The place could use a deep cleaning. The floors are sticky. There is old food on the seats and wood work surrounding the seating booths. Additionally, the menus are extremely dirty and tattered.

I went twice just to see if maybe I went on the wrong night. No… I was right It’s club Fridays, I couldn’t hear much with the Dj. The food was not good, My fried string beans were burnt twice when I reordered. My daughter said her drink was nasty but was definitely alcohol. The decor was over the top hideous like my kids decorated for Christmas it was November. The service was the worse. Young girls with attitudes. when we walked in the servers looked at us never said anything. the security guard said they will get to you. I would never go back, 2 times was enough. Bad jawn!

Every time I come to this place, the experience is excellent. This time I sat at the bar and, as always, the service was outstanding. The girls are very friendly, attentive, and always checking on the customers, which makes you feel welcome from the very first moment. The food was very good, well prepared and flavorful, but what truly stands out is the quality of the service. It’s great to come to a place where the service is consistently excellent every time you visit. Definitely a place I always enjoy coming back to. 👏🍽️

Visited 6/18/25 like every restaurant prices go up & serving size becomes less. The tortilla chips are now in a smaller bowl, for $5 you get three mozzarella sticks, you get less fries on your plate. The burger was delicious. Yonna our server gave great customer service.

Glass of water was dirty. No napkins.Food was cold and tasteless. The restaurant was empty but food took a long time. Order was incorrect & calculated incorrectly. This was a lunch trip for school age students so I didn't have the time to discuss the bad service.

John was an amazing bartender! He was personable and made excellent drinks. His service was top tier and he was well versed on all the specials which actually made us order more than we intended but we loved it all. Will definitely be back for his service!

I had a great experience at TGI Fridays. The food was delicious, fresh, and came out fast. The atmosphere was fun and welcoming, and everything was nice and clean. What really made the visit special was our server Aminah. She was kind, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect the whole time. I always have an amazing time at Fridays! The service is consistently great, and the atmosphere is fun, welcoming, and full of good energy. Alondra truly made the experience even better, and that’s a big reason I’m excited to come back. I’m already looking forward to returning and seeing her again—Fridays just wouldn’t be the same without you!

Stayed in Marriott next door and order online for pickup. Glad I did. I walked in and the music was sooo loud I thought I was in the club. No one wanted to see if I had a to go order. Was sitting there 15 min staring at it. Girl was too busy socializing. No one seemed to care that I was standing there waiting. Food was subpar at best. I can see why most TGIFs went out of business. This was about the worst place I have been a long time. Don't go !!! Also ordered broccoli cheese soup and was so cold I could t eat it!

Our service at the bar was IMMACULATE!! Samir took great care of my friend and I and our food came out very fast. His energy really enhanced the ambiance and I appreciated him. I will be asking for him every time. Thank you Samir!!

Tysheema was fast and gave me excellent service! I was also impressed by the food and the overall ambiance. Tysheema was a pleasure to meet and speak to. She made the whole experience better.

Do NOT get the ribs! I can tell they were preboiled and old, unseasoned and literally BURNT. I spoke to corporate and all they could do was say sorry, were striving to do better..better yet, here's the quote.. "I was sorry to hear of your disappointment. Your concerns will help us evaluate our current performance and prepare proper executions of service that meets your expectations. If I can be of further assistance, please contact me below" I replied, he did not. $30 for dry, tasteless, old, burnt ribs

Laquan and Samir were fantastic! They worked really hard to feed our large group and did a wonderful job of meeting everyone's needs. I can't recommend them highly enough for large groups considering booking this restaurant. They will have you well covered and they are flexible and accommodating. Thank you Laquan and Samir! We will be back!

I ordered some food from Friday's thru Uber Eats .. took about an hour and a half to arrive. They never put your side condiments with your order at all. This is like the 3rd time it's happened to me. If I order food that comes with sauce put it in the darn bag what's so hard about that. I ordered two chicken breast dinners and this chicken looks like it's been sitting around all day. It was so dry and tough like leather. I couldn't even half way enjoy it cause I had no whiskey glaze sauce to put on it. The potatoes were off, kind of brown in color. If I wasn't working from home I surely would have brought these meals back for a refund.

The service was good. The food was terrible. The fries were salty, the cheddar and broccoli soup was salty. The didn't have items on the menu. The menu prices did not reflect the prices when the bill came. Overall I didn't not have a good experienc.

It's not often I come on yelp to leave a purely bad review, but this was the slowest food experience I may have ever had at a restaurant that wasn't even close to being full. Waters came 50 min in. Food wasnt all that soon after. One of the things we ordered never came and we just threw our hands up in the air and didn't try to have it taken off the bill because we were just ready to leave. The waiter was a nice guy, and the food that did come out was as expected. It was cold. Had to layer up the kiddos. Whew.

TGIFridays was pretty good. Service was fast, food was good and there wasnt a long wait. I just wish the waiter would not have swept around us when we were eating but its a great place to grab a quick meal with the fam

Only reason I didn't give it 1 star is because it wasn't the worst place I've been, but I know the area all too well and what to expect. Pulled in on a sunny Wednesday afternoon and there were a bunch of kids hanging out in the parking lot... and one of the workers came out to 'holla' at them, so when reviewers say they don't get attention, that's where their attention is...

Friday's new menu is amazing. The food was delicious, the proces were too good to be true, and our server Chez was the best. He was very attentative and checked in on us and serviced the entire section.

I was staying at the Courtyard hotel located just across the lot from TGI Fridays. Walking distance was an easy choice with a heavy workload. I was looking to grab a to go and head back to the room for more work and figured the bar was the best choice. Unfortunately, the bar staff ignored me for nearly ten minutes where upon I pondered going a little bit further to the Longhorn across the street. When finally asked if I had been attended to, the barmaid dropped down a menu and continued on without asking me for a drink order. Finally, I received a little attention. I have not been to the Longhorn, but will give that a try the next time.

Let me say this... I come here all the time and typically the services ISNT the best. However, I have to give TGIF their credit during COVID-19 because the service has been a step up, and the food is always delicious. Stopped in this afternoon, my takeout server Sabria was super helpful and had great listening skills s/o to her for making sure all of my sauces were inside the bag! Sidebar--I love their fried green beans, fried shrimp, dragon salmon and beyond meat burger, and the margaritas and long islands are always on point!

I used to love taking out-of-town friends and family to Franklin Fountain, due to the excellent ice cream and the "old time-y" feel if the Parlour, however after my experience this past weekend, I will never be returning. Although the ice cream was still excellent, the staff of ambivalent, blasé, and flat-out rude 20-somethings killed the entire experience. when you have roughly 4-5 people behind the counter, looking at their phones, chatting amongst eachother and generally ignoring the patrons, it tends to create a hostile environment. May I suggest that you clean house and find some employees who will look customers in the eye and treat them politely, rather than making them feel like a royal nuisance by simply walking through the door. The tasty treats are definitely not worth encountering the staff's attitudes. Sad to say--but we will not be returning.

Did Uber Eats on this place last nite. First the food took over and hour and half. I ordered the cheesesteak burger which also comes with a cheesesteak egg roll. The cheesesteak egg roll did not come, and the burger was supposed to be well done not burnt. I also ordered the Cinnabon cheesecake with ice cream. It was supposed to have caramel and pecans. I even called them to make note to put pecans on it. There were no pecans. Next time I'll order in person so I can check my food and say what I need to say before sending it back if it's not correct.

I am traveling for business with to celebrate a friend's birthday and this place was a few steps away. My friend and I went to the bar and received a menu, with no service. We went to the stand and ask to be seated which we where by a lovely man named Jeff. As soon as we sat down, we were greeted by Darnell who took the time to clean the table and ask for our drinks/order. He was attentive, responsive, and timely. Placed an online order at 730pm that said it would be ready at 750. I arrived at 755 and was told to pick up my order at the bar. It's now 815pm and I just spoke to manager after waiting who says my ticket is still hanging and I received no time frame on when it will be ready. Just to wait and they will get to it when they can. An Uber driver is also here waiting for a pick up because only half of order of ready. Another customer is digging through the bags behind the bar trying to find his order because no one has even addressed him. If you want even decent service I would suggest you stay far far away from here. Also The bar smells like rotting alcohol. Update: 822 and I received my food. On a positive note, the gentleman that brought me my food was kind. They are busy tonight but I suspect that this is there normal given the managers response and lack of action. Second update: the chicken is RAW.

the second time in 2 months I got food poisoning from this place. Even my friend did too. Dont know why I would even give it a second try I cant hold any liquids or food town since last night. please clean your chicken and stoves and get rid of old food so it doesnt become worse for someone older. thanks.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE !! How do you mess up WINGS! YOUR FRIDAYS! I don't understand. There was no parking, it was ridiculously crowded. The wait was long, then we had a problem with th machine and couldn't accept payments. My wings were extremly small and tasted like dish soap. The only thing good was my strawberry lemonade. And I say it again it was extremely crowded, and no one was friendly. I also ordered fries and they couldn't even find my order, so when I called the manger, and he didn't even take the time or effort to even really look. Also not did they even offer to reimburse me my money.

Avoid! I ordered directly from the store, never got the food and they don't answer the phone! then they just cancelled the order. They suck. Go to Chili's down the street, you might have better luck.

This place is not same without former bartenders the new ones are cool but just not the same experience. Shani and Tameka had the bar moving getting orders in and making drinks with quickness. I am sure I am not the only one missing their customer service and professionalism find them and bring them back ASAP.

Tables are wiped with alcohol wipes, not really picked up until 5 seconds before you sit down on it. Water took 20 mins to get to our table, and food even longer. Food was ok for being microwaveable lol servers seem overworked and short staffed. Pay your people well!

I went to TGI Fridays recently and had the most wonderful experience. It is open quite late so it was the ideal option for a 9:30pm dinner. Our waitress, Alicia was AMAZING!!! She was so nice, recommended the most delicious entree and drinks, and brought such a joy to our dining experience. Not to mention that the boneless wings are fantastic.

If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would. Against my better judgment AFTER reading the other reviews, I decide to give this place a chance ONLY BECAUSE it was close to my hotel. WILL SOMEONE PLEASE CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN????? I waited almost 20 minutes for a drink while sitting at the bar with 2 bartenders and 10 other patrons seated. (I actually had time to count, because they weren't busy... and neither was I.) I waited 43 minutes for chips and queso. (After I asked the second time about my appetizer, I finally got it. It was literally potato chips with queso and pico poured over it. ) I waited another 27 minutes for drink #2. DO NOT COME HERE! IT'S NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR PATIENCE!

Worse TGIF ever, ordered some take out and it took an hour over the allotted time and my food was disgusting. Cold sampler hard stale chips and none of the sauces were added to my order. I would be embarrassed if I worked there.

What happened to TGI Fridays!! We were at willow Grove Mall. I saw Friday's and said, I haven't ate there in forever, let's go. What a mistake. It was 12:15. No one was in there. I was looking around for a host. After a few minutes, a very nice gentleman came out and took us to a table. The menu is cut back to nothing. They offer sushi? Strange. Apparently, the apps are for one. Mozzarella sticks, for one, 4 dollars. There was 4 of us. Were like, I guess we'll get two orders?....6 mozzarella sticks for 8 dollars. Crazy. A man walked around and around the tables talking to himself. He sat by us and smelled terrible. They gave him food. Another man sat at the bar talking on his phone speaker. He had to look for the bartender in the kitchen. Another man tried talking to my family member in the mens bathroom asking where is he going to school. I ran back when I heard this because I worried about my daughter in the girls room. He was just standing outside the bathrooms...very creepy. Another man was talking loudly to the kitchen staff about how he doesn't abuse his children....Um, what?? Asked for mayonnaise with my burger. The staff said, we're out of mayo. I almost got up and left. The waiter found me mayo...from where, I don't know. We started laughing and asking, what is going on?? Are we on TV? Food was greasy. Two of us had to run to the bathroom on the way home. What an experience.

Where to begin. I grabbed a seat at the bar as service is usually on point sitting at the bar. I ordered my beer and the endless app option for $10 which is a pretty stellar option. The food was decent , it's on par for Friday's. The service is probably the worst I've seen except one girl behind the bar. The rest that were here need some training. I am still sitting at the bar with dirty plates in front of me and I finished my food a half hour ago. Keep in mind I have had a soup, then wings, then pot skins then mozzarella sticks... I finished each app before ordering another and ALL MY DIRTY STUFF IS IN FRONT OF ME, including my first empty beer glass. I watched a manager walk out to the bar to fix a problem and it's like he's oblivious to the girl on her cellphone behind the bar. How about have her get off her phone and bust the bar? I watched them do a crappy job at washing glasses which makes me not want to finish my beer right now. I'm in food service, wash rinse then sanitize. Not half wash, rinse and stack. Glasses need to sit for a minimum of 30 seconds in sanitizer this girl didn't even dip them in the solution. Yes the bar is busy but you have adequate staff... I don't recommend this place

I've only ordered from this location a few times but this time was so annoying that I'm leaving a review. I'm giving them 2 stars because of the other 2 or 3 orders being fine. Placed an order a little before 6 for the hubby to pick up. Hubby showed up and was told the order would be brought out in a few minutes when it was done. Cool. Hubby called again 25 minutes later and was told the order still wasn't ready. Called a third time; got no answer so he walked in the restaurant where he still had to wait for a few minutes to be acknowledged. The girl that finally helped him went right to the order pick up window where our order was ready and waiting and brought it right up to hubby. And the place was a ghost town so it's not like they were slammed or anything. So at 6:43 the hubs (who's the calmest person on the planet) is calling me to tell me all this and asked me to write this review because he's too mad to even see straight. Next time I want a salad I'm sending him to Saladworks. Update: Our chicken was barely warm (so it was probably sitting there for a while) and they forgot our dressing.

The vibe was 10/10. We got seated relatively quickly given it was a Friday and this place is def lively! Donell our waiter was absolutely amazing! He knew exactly what he was doing and was so sweet and respectful. Definitely was an amazing time and all his drink and food recommendations were FIRE! You don't always come across waiters like Donell who are passionate, knowledgeable and respectfully friendly. Def recommend and will be back here whenever I'm in town.

I totally will NEVER EVER order again for delivery and/or pickup from the Friday on City Ave. I have given them many chances to get it together. Not only do they not give you what you order, the darn meat taste like it is old. ask for loaded fries and pay for loaded fries and SECOND TIME I receive regular and old fries at that. The meat taste and looks and crunch's like old meat. (if anyone can understand what I mean by that.

Great place for vulgar music and average food. The servers were nice and professional but the environment is degenerate and offensive. I was perplexed by how any woman could feel classy in a place like this. Even more shocking to see them there with their children. I won't ever be back.

We needed food though late and before the restaurant closed. The food not only arrived but was burned and some items were undercooked. It they couldn't prepare our order with quality standards why accept the order.

Update; I finally got a hold of the Manager Walter, who is making this right! Way to go Walter, thank you! The appetizers? I will let the pictures of what was delivered to me tonight speak for themselves. Geeze TGIF, this is why so many of you have to close your doors, not the pandemic!

If 0 was an option I would have picked that. I did not enjoy my Friday Friday's experience. When I first entered. No one was at the door to greet me. Once host arrived he was rude and did not write my name down. His eyes looked as if he was high off drugs. Then I wait at bar until table was ready. Bar tender never offered me a menu. Instead gave me a attitude when I asked for one. Once seated by host. It took about 5-10 for my waitress to greet me. He took order pretty accurate. When my Appetizer came out the wings were cold. we eventually got new appetizer. Waiter never came to check to make sure the appetizer was hit this time. We then waited about 40 minutes for our pasta. When we received our food it was incorrect and nasty. The pasta was dried out and how we requested our food was incorrect. We could not find waiter to ask about our order so because we were hungry began to eat our food. Waiter never came over to make sure our food was okay or if we needed to add anything to order. We asked for manager and the back end cook came out and laughed at us with other employees. They refused to give us dessert too. The waiter didn't feel like going to get it to decorate it so they told us they couldn't give us what we wanted. Host told us they could sing happy birthday too. Waiter says he didn't feel like doing it so no we couldn't sing happy birthday

Went here for dinner on November 22. Absolutely horrible in every way! Our waitress was nice but we didn't get drinks for almost 20 minutes, food was over cooked and dry. My daughter had hair in her food. We couldn't get refills at all. We were a party of 7 and nobody finished their food. Was not worth the 200 I had to pay for their crappy service and food. I asked another server to get me a manager after my daughter found hair in her food, and no manager came.

This TGI Fridays is like all the rest. I came into the restaurant to sit at the bar at 4:55pm looking to have a quick drink. Two bartenders were already working when I arrived and did not acknowledge me. All of the empty seats at the bar, had the previous guests dirty glasses and napkins all over the bar. So I sat and waited. I watched another bartender come to work..LATE. And then all three bartenders talked about someone that did not show up. Still nobody greeted me or offered water. At 5:10pm, after not being greeted or offered water, I decided to go back to my hotel bar, like I know I should've done in the first place. Thank you for wasting my time.

Unfortunately this placed lived up to all its yelp review hype. For some reason a friend of mine wanted to do a work lunch here and I said yes. I saw the reviews but decided to proceed. I thought thus place might just surprise me. Bad decision!!! #HoodFridays It started off nice, the hottest at the front came out to open the door and greet us. That's about where the good stuff ended. We ordered and about an hour later our food came. I had to flag down our waitress just to get an update. Not sure why it takes that long to microwave food and get it out, you know they're not really cooking back there... I got really heated when I looked back and saw a server snacking on some food while I waited. On top of that, we sat there the whole time and she didn't once offer to refill our drinks. The girl disappeard!!! So yeah, the reviews were all accurate. This place sucks and I will not be returning to #HoodFridays

Gave it a shot. They didn't deliver. Friday's brings back high school memories, but the food just isn't that great. I ordered the Jack Burger - that sauce is good, but seemed sludgier than I remember it. Burger wasn't that big. Fries helping was small. Food took a long time to come out. We went for a work lunch, and it took an hour before we ordered and got food - not cool! They didn't even come by to refill my water :/ Take a pass on Friday's.

Absolutely disgusting attitudes and service. I went here tonight to get take out and give the restaraunt a try again as I haven't come here to dine in about 2 years, but this was the most HORRIBLE experience I have ever had. I entered into the restaurant at approximately 9:45pm and there was a man wearing all black, with his arms crossed in front of him in an in intimidating way who just looked at me. There was no greeting, no smile, simply blocking the entrance. I asked him where "Take out" was located and he pointed to the back area. When I went to the "Take Out" desk there was a girl who again did not greet me, but simply looked at me as if I was bothering her. I asked her where the menus were and she pointed in the direction of where they were rather than get one and hand it to me. I asked her about the salads and what the price would be should I substitute salmon for the chicken that comes with it and she gave me a price that I thought was high so I asked her why that was and she continued to look at me with attitude and said "you think i'm charging you more than it is?" and then proceeds to walk away. I decided at that point to walk away and get dinner from somewhere else. While I was exiting I asked the man who was dressed in all black at the entrance who was now hunched over the host desk who the Manager was and he said he was. I asked again "you're the Manager? What is your name?" and he said "Rasull, why" and I told him because I don't like the bed side manner that I'm receiving here. You're attitude as well as the attitude of the girl who's taking take out orders are not okay." He rebutted that he didn't have an attitude and I told him that he was not kind, and his body language was not okay, it was a stance of intimidation, he then told me he didn't like my attitude and that I better leave before he calls the cops on me and proceeded to pull out his cell phone to call the police. I cannot believe how disgusting the staff is there and how rude a treatment i was given. I am extremely disappointed and have never experienced anything like this before, it was was absolutely unacceptable.

it is okay for me but I wait for 40minutes and then get my food. I love the onion ring but the steak is not very good. Pasta always good! Try it.
