TGI Fridays

This place is fine. It's a huge open area with tons of seating. The menu is pretty simple and what they've got seems to be of a good variety and decent value. The only thing is, in my opinion this kind of restaurant is a little bit outdated. I really liked it, and I liked hanging out with my small group, but it just doesn't have the style that I go for. It's one of those places where I'm sure business is great at night, but during lunch it's only old ladies you know. Overall I would say it's a 3/5, nothing special.

We just came in for the first time in our area. Great food and great prices. We had two drinks and a meal for 56! It was super decorated for Xmas too!

I haven't been to TGIFridays in forever. I decided to take my 10 year old of lunch and we loved it! The restaurant was decorated like a winter wonderland and gave all the holiday feels. It was so cute!! The sever was attentive and checked in regularly. There were a lot of delicious option and the had this type of big kid menu with fun drink options. I got an old favorite, trio, for an appetizer and our entrees were good. We'll definitely be back!

Dined tonight after a long shift and joined my coworkers here, upon entering and being seated with the party who were half at the bar and half at a tabletop I wasn’t greeted by anyone or asked if I needed anything After 10 minutes of being unnoticed I flagged down 2 waitresses, the second one had enough time to take my order which included food She never cleaned up the 5 glasses and trash that were in front of me so that when my food came I could comfortably eat it, I attributed it to how busy they were and the fact that the previous trash came from the party I was joining although as a newcomer I expected a fresh, clean experience like I’m sure they had, I ate half of my food there and took the rest home because they were about to close, I got home and finished the rest only to find what I believe and hope is a chicken bone in the bottom of my food… service, horrible, food acceptable until the feeling you get in the pit of your stomach when you finish a platter and find something questionable at the bottom of it, it turns your stomach and makes you feel uneasy. I had the Cajun pasta there shouldn’t have been a single bone in it and I certainly didn’t expect to bite down on it causing me pain and discomfort in my jaw

The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, and they made sure to include our 7-year-old in the conversations; which made him comfortable, and his visit even more enjoyable. The bar, dining area, and restrooms were extremely clean and well stocked. The meals were delicious, well-proportioned, and reasonably priced. Overall, our entire family had an enjoyable and memorable night out without spending a fortune.

I get it, it's a to-go plate. But this is absolutely unacceptable. I order the Traditional garlic parmesan wings and this is not it. There's hardly any garlic parmesan whatsoever and the wings look as if they have been sitting out awhile and old.

Love the jack Daniel's ribs. The best, fall off the bone and the bbque sauce is amazing. The waiter/waitresses are friendly. They just upgraded their seats and seating area as well.

We stopped in since we have not went to a Friday’s in a while and since we were at arundel mills we were pleasantly surprised. Our server was very kind and attentive. The mozzarella sticks, cajun pasta, brownies, and tenders were all very good..In addition to the restaurant being clean and the app being very helpful as it gets yourself free items based on how much you spend. The only thing that was wrong was the burger was a little burnt and the salad was average but when someone asks for well done that is kind of a expectation for it to be overcooked. Safe to say we will go back!

This is by far one of the best TGI Fridays around. Food is typically hot and fresh. Our food literally and out smoking this time. Staff is always friendly. Haven't had a bad experience!!! I tried the new TBS Trio and it was so good. Wish there were 3 mini burgers but it's still definitely filling.

The food was decent but one of us requested a double patty burger which was good but the he bun it was served on was tiny even for a single patty burger. Our server said "oh sorry that the bun they use." Then we ordered a margarita with Petrone, average not even good. Then we not a nitro espresso martini, tasted like watered down iced coffee, had to send it back. The salmon and the Whiskey glazed boneless chicken wings, salmon was good, chicken wings- okay. Ambiance, is what it is, Fridays. You all have a great location, try to do better.

I'm too old for Fridays? Friday night full of young adults our server didn't even pay us any attention due to a large party she had ..... my glass of Prosecco was good and they have a late happy hour from 9-close so that's great $5 drinks and food. I was very disappointed in the service .... They want us old people to stay home after 8 lol and we're the ones who tip big smh ‍

Hi Good atmosphere, good service, the wings were ok, it's all that I had. My drink was pretty strong...tito's and pineapple ( I only needed one). There was a game on, so it was a little noisy at the bar. However, I didn't mind. I sat at the bar. Free parking , it's located in a strip mall on the other side of Arundel Mall ( across the street).

Fridays always saves the day, good is good, service, good, cool place to hang out with friends have few drinks and wings. I definitely recommend this place.

Came a little after midnight after having worked late. Ordered steak and the butter cake. Steak was good, potatoes were plain, and the butter cake was downright one of the best desserts I've had. Too bad it's seasonal.

It's been years since I had TGI Fridays, so imagine my excitement when I saw there was one not too far from the hotel I was staying at. I decided to order on DoorDash and have delivered to the hotel. I went with my tried and true order of Jack Daniels, ribs and shrimp. Well, that's what they used to call it. It's now called the whiskey glaze. I ordered the combo which consisted of ribs, shrimp and your choice of two sides which I selected loaded mashed potatoes and garlic, butter, broccoli, and cheese. I also ordered a strawberry lemonade for my beverage. The food was warm on arrival. There was barely glaze on my ribs, and they did not send a side of sauce of any kind for my shrimp, which was disappointing. They forgot the straw for my beverage, which ruined the drinking experience. Drinking from the cup versus drinking from a straw hits different. If you know what I mean. The food was OK but next time I'll go to the restaurant as opposed to ordering delivery. There were too many missed opportunities for me.

So against my better judgment, I decided to hit the bar for a drink and a bite to eat. I thought I was scooping up a chunky piece of blue cheese and it turned out to be a French fry inside of the cup. Completely disappointed! How is this even possible. DO NOT COME HERE!

Haven't been here in a while but Isaiah was our server and he was excellent. Very attentive, knowledgable, fast and had excellent customer service. After 9 pm there is $5.00 happy hour with a decent menu of food and drinks. We got seated and served very quickly and the restaurant was cleans it actually didn't have the dirty mop water smell like the other chains do. It says they stay open until 2, if they do that's a plus. I'll def visit again when I frequent the mall or movies again.

I was surprised to see this place open while shopping at the mall so we decided to stop in. The cheesesteak sub with fries was good. The Alfredo pasta was not good at all. I recommend getting a burger instead because it lacked flavor. I like the strawberry lemonade as well. The waiter and the staff are nice.

Went here for desserts but ended up trying out the Kripsy Rice collab as well. We order a scoop of ice cream with Carmel drizzle for myself. My boyfriend got the Cinnabon Caramel Pecan cheesecake. The couple that was with us got two brownie obsessions. The dessert was awesome, but the number of times we had to return the wrong order for the Kripsy Rice was ridiculous. We first ordered the Cali crisp roll, was huge, and took a while for me to chew it down, but it was good. The second order was where the mistakes started happening. We just wanted the salmon and yuzu kripsy Rice. The first plate was spicy tuna roll. We sent rhat back, and the second plate was the original baked crab handroll. By now, we were over it, but our waiter was a great person, and she got us our correct order the third time with no problems. For drinks, we all got water, and we tried the cold sake. This was too strong for my taste, but everyone at the table seemed to not mind. Friday's is usually a hit or mix don't mean I won't be back.

To me this establishment is always a hit or miss . Either the food is good and service sucks or it's vice Versa. Today , my home girl and I brought our kids out for a valentines dinner . Our server was super sweet but yet my sizzling chicken and shrimp was dry and beyond bland . My son ( whose 8) didn't care to much for his tenders . Chicken tenders and fries were way over cook . However my drink was amazing . For it to be valentines today , it wasn't too crowded or loud . The vibe was just blah for some reason

I've been patronizing this restaurant for many years and usually my dine-in and carryout experiences are fine but not this time. Wanting to go for a healthier option today, I ordered the new Thai mango salad that was supposed to have "Grilled chicken, mixed greens, shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, diced mango, fresh herb mix, candied pecans in a house-made Sweet-Heat Mango Vinaigrette." Instead what I received was mostly lettuce and some grilled chicken with very little cabbage, carrots, mangoes, and NO pecans. The fresh herbs seemed to be a salty spice blend that overpowered the meager compilation. The chicken and dressing were good but couldn't entirely make up for the lack of other ingredients. It definitely wasn't worth $16.79. Very disappointing!

The wings were half cooked and the steak was only seared. We asked for for medium well. We waited 30 minutes for the food The waitress was very apologetic and nice through it all

I stopped for a late lunch. So, it wasn't busy. I had not eaten at a TGI Fridays in a while. I sat in the bar area. The bartender, Chanel took my order. I ordered the Dragon salmon with rice, broccoli and a half rack of ribs with the glaze sauce. The cut of salmon was small and smothered with pico de gallo. The salmon and pico combination was tasty. The rice and broccoli and rice were also tasty. I did not care for the ribs. The glaze had a nice flavor, the rib meat was bland, tough and undercooked. I wouldn't recommend the ribs nor order them again.

Hour long wait for a burger and fries with friends. Dirty Table. Wasn't offered extra menus for guests. Food was okay, likely microwaved. Weird decor. Was not that full but took forever to get check. Maybe don't come on a Friday.

Late night and nothing was really one when we checked into our hotel. Decided to grab a to go bite from here. Got my favorite Cajun chicken and shrimp Pasta. It had no seasoning and no flavor what so ever. The service was good as the person brought the order to my car even tho I didn't specify curbside. I really felt robbed as I paid about 18 bucks for this pasta dish that wasn't good in the least. Got the bird dogs and those were at least good and flavorful.

Food seems to be getting better. Quick and seems to have a crowd of people nowadays. The music is nice and the service is decent.

Pickup order was ready 20 mins after given time it would be ready. On a slow Thursday!

Wow not sure why all the negative reviews. Mr. X and I went a couple Sundays ago and had a great time. The ambiance is nice, the drinks are strong, the service was great, and the food was tasty. I got ribs, which is one way I really judge a restaurant. They came out perfectly tender and fall-off-the-bone good. Mr. X got a burger and said it was done exactly how he liked it. We also loved the fries-- warm and crispy, and NOT COATED. For an appetizer we got the Potato Skins and Pot Stickers. Both of them were enjoyable, but not particularly memorable. Our server, Warren, was fantastic, and really made the experience extra enjoyable. He is really friendly and knows what he's doing. Great service. Even the restaurant mangler came over to chat with us. We love the fact that Friday's kitchen is open until 1:00 am. It's hard to find anyone open past 10 pm these days. Even Double TT Diner closes early now, so it's nice to have a late option for drinks and dinner. My only complaints that keep this from being a 5 star review are that the guy at the front greeting stand seemed like he had no idea where he was, and you could just barely hear him. Not a good first impression, but thankfully the mangler came over and rescued us. My second gripe is the value. The portions are a bid on the small side. Usually, I end up taking food home, but not here. I was still hungry when I was finished eating. I don't mind ordering more food, but still the prices are just a bit high for what you get as far as quantity. Double TT Diner in Catonsville is still the best deal as far as value goes, hands down. Romano's in Glen Burnie a close second.

The cajun shrimp pasta was awful! Could not eat it. Very Very bland. Combine that with the waiter reeking of weed and just barely standing..What a horrible night at Fridays. I asked for the manager and what sad about that he knew which waiter I was complaining about. I paid for my beverage and the sampler which was mediocre and we left. The manger did not offer any compensation which would have been nice for the inconvenience.

the food was over cooked and bland pasta was oily bread to burger was falling apart wings was wet. no ranch no fries hair in drink undercooked burger, only good was the bread stick and the boneless wings took over a hour for service

Me and my sister stopped in at the bar for a drink to celebrate my dissertation defense. The bartender was friendly and efficient. Bar area and bathrooms were clean. Good prices

I came here to watch some football. Before the pandemic, it was a nice place to watch football especially with their ALL DAY Happy Hour. Well, now it's just a sad place that I felt uncomfortable watching football at. The service is horrible, just plain bad. After ordering my food, I was tempted to leave as I didn't like the attitude of our waitress "LaToya". She is loud, answers your question before you finish the sentence, talks about other customers to her coworkers, slow with service, and texts on her personal cell whenever she gets a moment. I likely won't EVER come back. Without the food/drink deals there really isn't a reason to eat at a place with mediocre food and uncouth service by their staff. Lastly, the "manager" moseyed on by a couple times without asking how our stay was going. This place needs to shut down again and REOPEN with better food and staff.

I was really in a bind on where to spend my valentines at, I made the decision to enjoy valentines at TGI and was greeted at the entrance immediately by a welcoming lady who was more than helpful, when I sat down it was no longer than 2 minutes, a waitress by the name of Jennifer had arrived at the table where she guided me on what I wasn't too sure about & gained my trust as a customer because for what I was advised to try, ended up being delicious! She is absolutely dedicated to show hospitality & what the restaurant may offer, she gave me an remarkable experience. I can confidently say that I know exactlyy where to go when it comes time to share a special occasion with someone. Thank you Jennifer (You're Phenomenal) & I thank the management for having such entrancing decorations in the restaurant & initiating very appreciative servers.

Hrm. Well contrary to many opinions I loved my visit to Fridays today. Got the ribs, shrimp, mashed potatoes and broccoli special and it tasted amazing. Everything was fresh and cooked at the correct temperature. My partner in food got the chicken and shrimp Cajun pasta, without the chicken and added salmon on the side. Again very good. The Whisky Glaze on the ribs was the perfect amount of bbq and "tangyness" would recommend on any meat they have. Was told the Apple BBQ is more sweet. So if that's what you like, would get the latter. Server was very nice and attentive. Had great conversation too!

TGIF is my go to for a good night. I will say the quality I'm the food and portion sizes have definitely decreased. The service was great and the atmosphere is fun.

Great time... Waitress NICOLE she is amazing!!!!! Handled our big party all by herself and didn't miss a beat!!! Food of course was delish.. Yummy

I never choose this spot for dinner but now that they have the sushi box for indoor dining, this makes both my husband and I very happy. I was so surprised how flavorful and delicious the sushi box was. I had a lot for leftovers and can't wait to go back.

Amazing ribs, good happy hour drinks, and excellent service. The vibe and atmosphere in here were great. We went for happy hour and were pleased with 2 cocktails and we split a rack of ribs. The ribs with whiskey glaze sauce were fall-off-the-bone tender. The playlist was great for the vibes and it decorated really nicely. Definitely one of the better TGIFridays in the DMV area. This was my little sister's first time in one and she was pleased and loved the ribs. Will definitely be back here. Thanks to Jennifer for amazing service.

First time at this TGI but I will be back. We sat at the bar, customer service was great. The bar tender along with other staff members continued to check on us throughout the night. They had the r&b vibes going on with the music. Best Fridays I have been to in a minute, all the others are poorly staffed, food is nasty and have bad customer service.

My husband & I had another amazing experience at this location again. Our waiter was Brandon & his customer service was OUTSTANDING!!! He's on the bar side & our booth was nice & cozy. Our meal was delicious & we can't wait to go back. Madisyn was another star player who saw us out & thanked us for our visit. I had to let Donnie, the manager of the servers know how pleased my husband & I were. We will be back! I came here to write this review becsuse I've already written a review on Google.

Off the bat, the first thing I will say, especially for this location, is to not order anything of the Krispy rice menu. The reason is that the interface of how the order is put in is terrible, so you will most likely get the wrong order. One time I was here, I ordered something from that menu, and they had to take it back 4 times before they got it right. The server showed me how it was organized, and it is hard to tell what is what, so I won't hold them on that. What I will hold on the staff is the fact the "full" rack of ribs I ordered was so tiny and the first time it was brought out the ribs they gave me barely had any meat on it. After getting a better-looking one, it still was not that flavorful, and the worst park is i was still hungry after. If you have had a full rack of ribs, you know that is not a good sign at all. It feels like I was robbed. All the other appetizers were great, like the mozzarella sticks the sliders, the garlic rolls, and the tater tots. The burger was ok, nothing special. The wings are solid as well. The drinks are where it's at tho. They have $4 happy hour pretty much every day. It is a nice bar type setting if you wanna come watch the game and have a few drinks. I tried giving this place multiple chances, but in the end, i keep getting disappointed. I think if you come here, just stick with something basic and hard not to mess up. Overall, it's OK. Only come here for bartype activities, and don't expect anything other than solid bar food. Corey is a great bartender who works at this location. I just wanted to add that as well

Came to meet up with friends on a Friday around 7PM. Fridays apparently got rid of their happy hour before the pandemic started, as I was told. Large surface parking. They now have a smaller, paper menu but there seems to be some new "around the world" appetizers they have added. After 10PM, they started playing smooth hip hop music through the speakers, which was nice. The place seemed like its still very active, people were still walking in the door at least by 1130P which I was happy to see. Hopefully the location stays open and employees can keep their jobs during these uncertain times. I had a regular cheeseburger (medium) and fries. I didn't eat much there, but the re-heat the next morning was tasty! lol Kenneth & Will were great bartender / waiters!

You know TGIF I am totally disgusted with you. I ordered a cheeseburger on line and this is what l received. A burnt Burger. Some one needs to teach the chef how to cook. This is ridiculous! I asked for my Burger to be cooked medium well and this is what I get. This is beyond well done. My fries was ice cold. Total Waste of money. I don't live that far so it was no reason for my fries to be ice cold. I should have checked my food before leaving. Didn't realize l needed to do a lift up the bun check and feel your fries. I won't be getting this from TGIF ever again. So disappointed!

First time at TGI Fridays! Man for a young girl it's very hard to get good service from anyone, but man did Lou do the trick! He was amazing, he did everything I had asked for, even surprised me with a little gift! A girl loves her pickles! Thank you so much lou for your patience, kindness and care to me and my table tonight! 10/10 give him a raise!!!

We had lunch at the TGI Fridays by Arundel Mills on Wednesday and it was great. First it wasn't crowded. It was a Wednesday at 2PM so may not get as lucky. Also since it was still lunchtime we was able to get 10 dollar lunchtime meals. I had the chicken fettuccini it was awesome and for 10 dollars the portion was huge. The final thing was that server was great and he constantly checked up on us to make sure we was ok

This Friday's is a second home to me. I came on a whim one day and fell in love with the hospitality and have been coming regularly ever since. I sit mostly bar-side and they're all wonderful, but Gabbie has always been the most attentive with a great memory! She makes everyone she comes in contact with feel welcome.

I don't know where to begin Ohh how about having an ADULT working on a Saturday night; everyone there seemed to be under the age of 21..we came later in the evening after a show greeter was very unprofessional then waiter came took our order.. food came out cold then they had an unruly table of young adults who were extremely intoxicated & upon their departure words were exchanged then the entire wait staff ran outside ready to fight them so of course when our waitress came back she had a terrible attitude.. just a bad experience all around

Typical Fridays just off the freeway, near the Live Casino here in Hanover. Large Friday's with many booths and late bar with multiple TVs for the sports fan. The standard Friday's menu, I typically sit at the bar, have a beer or two at dinner or tea for lunch, this location has a good staff, friendly , and great service at the bar. Have tried their French Dip and just the Strawberry and goat cheese salad- both are good selections. The fried green beans are a great starter. Prices are in line with other Friday's and food quality was very good. Quick check out and easy access to airport and Casino. I pick this exit when staying in the area as I can get to DC or Baltimore in 30 min and need a meal I can count on. WiFi available , good place for business lunch due to location. I enjoy it , worth a try.

Today was my third time eating at a restaurant indoors during the pandemic. With today being a holiday, a friend and I decided to meet for lunch. Friday's is her favorite, so we found ourselves here. Friday's is doubtful a great with ensuring guests are provided. Every other table is closed, and they have no plastic partition in between. They were consisting cleaning the entire time we were seated. The waitress and other staff members were masked and customers were required to stay masked until the were seated. The menu isn't the same, I guess they scaled down a bit due to covid. There are not really a lot of healthy options now, which wasn't great for me being on a diet. I was able to order a beyond meat burger and it was tasty. Maybe I will drag the family here soon, so we could get out and enjoy the world a little.

My family and I have visited the TGIF in Hangover for quite some time. The restaurant is always clean and the food delicious! My favorites are the Whiskey glazed slammer Caesar salad with salmon. The drinks made good too! The highlight that keeps my family and I coming back to the Arundel location, is the family friendly atmosphere. Specifically, Troi! Troi always makes us feel welcomed, she's funny, caring and listens to our concerns if something isn't right- and goes above and beyond to make it right! TGIF-Arundel keep doing what you do! -J

My food was amazing! Everything was warm and my server, Alyssa was great! was very quick and nice.

I don't normally do reviews while traveling but had to make the exception here! We had been traveling most of day & we were tired & hungry. We decided to stop for dinner. We didn't know we were in for such a treat! The place was clean and friendly and inviting. And we were were welcomed. We had the most wonderful server Jennifer! She was just what our traveled out souls needed. She was funny & accommodating to our needs. She suggested the dragonfruit margaritas which were fabulous and very tasty! Just what we were looking for before our dinner came! We ordered the cajun chicken and shrimp pasta on her recommendation and she was spot on with it! Though usually not a fan of Cajun, this was amazing! Cook to perfection and a generous portion so much so we brought the rest with us. As a previous server & front end manager I cannot say enough great things about Jennifer. I would have wanted her as my employee! She was attentive, always there at the right times & went beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience! This was especially nice after the less than stellar time at the last TGIF's in another state a yr or so ago. She was even kind enough to help us with some hotel suggestions when we decided we were done & best to stop for the night! The Element hotel was an excellent suggestion! Overall a delightful experience our belly's and hearts were full and our night ended on a happy note! Keep this girl she's a true gem!

Ordered take out which was quick and convenient since it was snowing here. Impossible Burger with TGIF special sauce and fries was pretty tasty. The loaded Impossible potato skins were tasty too

This was the worst experience ever!!!! The customer service here sucks!!!! 1. We stood in line for 10 minutes just to be seen by a hostess. 2. It took 45 minutes to get our food after we ordered and the waitress barely checked on us. 3. My aunt's food was cold. She ordered potato skins and only one of them had bacon on it. 4. The manager came and offered her something. She ordered a shot of Jack.... the waitress brought it over with white hair on the rim. 5. It took over 10 minutes to get our checks. And an additional 10 minutes just for them to take our money. 6. The manager barely showed any empathy.

I always have a great experience at this location. The servers and bartenders really make the experience so much better. My most recent time was on a Saturday night where they were busy but they seemed to manage all the hustle very well. Me and. A friend we lucky to have gotten a spot at the bar. John was our main bartender but all of the bartenders (Cory, Kenny, Andrew, and a lady I didn't get a chance to grab her name) work together and all around the bar which is super convenient. John makes great surprise cocktails and overall great personality. We had a couple appetizers and they were all good. There's also pics from a previous time when we actually had a full meal. We will definitely return! :)
