THAAN CHARCOAL COOKING

Really quiet on a Saturday night we were one of the only 2 tables there. Service was excellent and food was also top quality although I don’t think any items really stood out in terms of creativity but if you’re there for a romantic dinner then this spot would be good. They also serve complimentary bread and charcoal butter which was really nice. The steak was the most expensive item but the flavor were amazing although I did wish there was abit more char on the steak.

Good atmosphere restaurant around Phromphong. Should make a reservation for this resto. They serve both course and a la carte options, I went with a la carte menu: 🍞🧀Bread & Butter (complimentary) - sourdough with charcoal butter 🍳A5 wagyu sukiyaki with egg yolk (550 thb) - this dish was okay, more yummy with a complimentary bread 🥩Wagyu beef steak (price based on meat weight) - ordered medium rare 🥬🥔 Grilled Veg (350 thb) - great side to go with the steak. Simple but well done 🍾White wine (complimentary) - lovely bonus to the meal!

This restaurant we accidentally stumbled into. I'm super glad we did! The food and service was impeccable. A5 Wagyu with red wine was yummo. Not to mention delicious charcoal fish and tasty vegetable sides. Would recommend.

Exquisite service and high quality food. Initially half thought the winter 8 course, we thought it might not be sufficient to feed us full, but the last few courses really delivers. The special of the day are also very enticing - we tried the scallops with chicken fat butter - so decadently delicious! 😋 Will come back again! Expect 3-5K per pax with wine.🍷

I loved the start with their toasted sour dough with charcoal butter and the trio of brioches (uni, fatty tuna and crab). The rice bowl and the beef steak were good as well! It’s more 4.5 than a 4 frankly. The service of the staff was very good and prompt with all our requests! The atmosphere was overly dark though and I felt the kitchen should be more visible from the dining area.

Cozy atmosphere but the food quality , especially seafood, does not seem to match the price tag. Fried rice is delicious though.

I love charcoal grilled beef. So, my friend recommended me this restaurant. It didn’t disappoint me. We selected a la carte menu. Foods were good. The staff would show you the beef to choose. Beefs were grilled up to our satisfaction. Attentive service. Restaurant was too dark. Will come back to try tasting menu.

The food it self was amazing. I loved the scallop. The chefs were very nice. The customer service was very good. They gave us free chocolate cake because it was my birthday. Overall amazing.
