Thai Brasserie by Blue Elephant

Spent too much resource on the decoration and plate and didnt invest in the chef. The food here taste like eating thai food in oversea instead of in thailand. Not authentic at all. For the price point, the quality of the food is no good. The shrimp is overcooked and tough. Pls avoid.

This restaurant serves mild taste Thai food which is suitable for foreigners who are not yet familiar with Thai food or people who don't like spicy ones. The food is neatly and beautifully arranged on plates. The atmosphere of the restaurant is elegant and classy. Good service staff. All menu items are named in a flashy way. I would like to give Pad Thai number one out of all the dishes I ordered today. The price is moderate in my opinion.

Average pricey Thai food. Food was average and definitely NOT worth the price. I personally wouldn’t recommend this place. The highlight was the coconut water, yes the food is quite average. Service was good though.

This restaurant is owned by a popular Thai restaurant brand, Blue Elephant, which also offers a cooking school and supermarket DIY meal kits. It offers good value lunch deals, which come with an entree, main, dessert, and a drink. My favorite dish was the crab cake. It was perfectly fried and had real crab meat inside, and it was flavorful. The pandan drink was also refreshing and had a subtle sweetness. The other dishes I tried were average and less memorable. If you are not a fan of super spicy food, I would avoid the tom yum soup, as it is quite spicy. The service was good and attentive. The staff was friendly and helpful.

When attending the Blue Elephant cooking class Phuket few years ago, I was shown how to prepare classic Pad Thai. It was full of flavour with sauce containing among other ingredients soya sauce, tamarind extract, dried shrimp powder, peanut / sesame seed butter…. Today Pad Thai in Brasserie was not resembling the one from Blue Elephant cooking school Phuket. The sauce in the Pad Thai today was very sweet red goo, no character, and spoiling the experience. Shrimps were excellent quality today….

To be a restaurant inside of a mall, I found myself very impressed with this place. The food was really good, and the cocktails were a great compliment to my meal.

We went for their set menu. The food was excellent, and the service was great too. Would highly recommend coming here if you are looking for some high quality food. It is also pretty good value for money in my opinion. It’s also very easy to reserve a table here through the Chope app.

Good Thai restaurant located on the third floor of Central Floresta Phuket. The food is very good, the taste is unique and the presentation invites you to taste the food. The staff recommends that you order and they serve you with a smile. The prices are not expensive and if you come before July 31 you get a 50% discount.
