THAI ESAN MAUI

Best thai food on island, if not all of hawaii. Highly recommend. Very friendly, big portions, really tasty!

Visited over Labour Day weekend when everything else was closed, and this place was truly an oasis! Honestly, this is the best Thai food I’ve had outside of Thailand. We ordered the Crab Fried Rice—absolutely incredible 🔥—and the Bamboo Shoot Salad, which was equally delicious. Highly recommend! Edited later: We also tried other Thai food trucks in Maui: Thai me up, Thai food by Pranee and TikiThaiToGo. Can confirm this one is the most authentic and delicious Thai food in Maui.

Authentic Thai food hosted out of a food truck just off the side of the road. The flavours are delicious and the serving sizes are generous, making this a great place for lunch or dinner. The staff are super kind and there’s a little sitting area next to the food truck in case you want to eat your food straight away

Authentic Thai food. Reasonable price and generous portions

We had the Pad Kaprow with the fried egg, chicken wings w/rice, and somtum laos. Everything was sooo good and the somtum (papaya salad) was so refreshing. This is probably one of the very few places (that I know of) that serve papaya salad lao style. The portions are great, flavors are great. It was a bit difficult for us to find because the food truck is located behind a building, on the left. They do have a sign sign but it's low to the ground. Don't let this deter you, it's good food!

Stopped by on our way to iao valley . Our group was vegetarian and they had multiple dishes clearly labeled that they could make with veggies instead of meat. Ingredients felt fresh, food was spicy and perfect for us. Big portion sizes too. Highly recommend

A very good deal for hungry travelers ! The noodle dishes were generous and flavorful, with the perfect noodles / vegetables / meat / sauce ratio. Super friendly price for a big portion and delicious hearty food, still open mid-afternoon, perfect for a quick late lunch ! As European travelers, we were surprised by the high cost of food in Maui, but we were happy to find this little food truck offering a great alternative to other overpriced restaurants ! Great experience and we will gladly come back before the end of our trip.

Delicious food. We tried the green curry and pad kee mao with tofu. The chef made sure no fish sauce/shrimp paste were added. Green curry was the star.
