"Featuring bright interiors and a cooked-to-order menu, the first local outpost debuted at 1381 West Sunset Road back in January, a short distance from Henderson’s Sunset Station Hotel & Casino. Its second expansion has already launched in Spring Valley, at the Grand Flamingo retail center, next door to FiiZ Drinks. The 1,700-square-foot, counter-service restaurant follows the design model of its more than 285 Canadian locales, adding Thailand-inspired murals, pink colored stools, and an open kitchen to watch the stir-fry action. On the menu, appetizers such as mango salad, spring rolls, chicken dumplings, and Thai chicken wings. Main dishes can be created on scale of mild to very spicy, with choices including tom yum soup, red, yellow, or green curries, pad Thai, or pad see we and stir-fry options that can be upgraded with extra proteins including fish, tofu, and “battered chicken.”" - Bradley Martin
