"Operated by Canadian company MTY Group—which runs more than 2,200 quick-service outlets across 29 casual-dining brands—this local Thai Express at 9773 West Flamingo Rd, Suite 2 follows the brand’s familiar bright, cooked-to-order concept: a 1,700-square-foot, counter-service restaurant with Thailand-inspired murals, pink colored stools, and an open kitchen where you can watch the stir-fry action. The chain’s first Las Vegas outpost opened in January at 1381 West Sunset Road near Sunset Station Hotel & Casino, and this second expansion launched in Spring Valley at the Grand Flamingo retail center next to FiiZ Drinks.
