Thai Express opening in the Southwest | Eater Vegas

"About three miles north on Flamingo Road, this Thai Express remains open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.; it features Thailand-inspired murals and a menu that lets customers customize their main dish—selections include tom yum (Thai soup), curry dishes, pad Thai, and pad see ew, and I can add proteins like shrimp, fish, or battered chicken and choose a heat level from mild up to “very spicy.”" - Bradley Martin

Thai Express Debuts Second Location Within Three Months | Eater Vegas

"Operated by Canadian company MTY Group—which runs more than 2,200 quick-service outlets across 29 casual-dining brands—this local Thai Express at 9773 West Flamingo Rd, Suite 2 follows the brand’s familiar bright, cooked-to-order concept: a 1,700-square-foot, counter-service restaurant with Thailand-inspired murals, pink colored stools, and an open kitchen where you can watch the stir-fry action. The chain’s first Las Vegas outpost opened in January at 1381 West Sunset Road near Sunset Station Hotel & Casino, and this second expansion launched in Spring Valley at the Grand Flamingo retail center next to FiiZ Drinks. Open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. (702-272-1075), the menu features appetizers such as mango salad, spring rolls, chicken dumplings, and Thai chicken wings, with mains customizable on a scale from mild to very spicy, including tom yum soup, red, yellow, or green curries, pad Thai, pad see we, and stir-fry options that can be upgraded with extra proteins including fish, tofu, and “battered chicken.” MTY Group has not yet revealed whether more Las Vegas sites are planned." - Bradley Martin
