Wow, wow, wow! I've been meaning to try Thai Farm House forever, but for one reason or another, I kept putting it off. Recently, I've been on the hunt for a new favorite Thai spot in Sacramento since chef LAN left Thai Palace on J and Noodles to Thai For on 24th. I've tried several other highly rated Thai restaurants in the area, but none have truly impressed me--until now. I was blown away that each dish we tried was exceptional, bursting with flavor, and perfectly cut, combined, portioned cooked and seasoned. While I still need to go back to give their drunken noodles a taste test, I can confidently say this place is a my new go-to Thai Restaurant.
We enjoyed some of the best soups an outstanding papaya salad, and an incredible asparagus, shrimp, and chicken dish. Each dish was perfect. --it's clear the kitchen here knows their craft. I love that the entire restaurant was ran by women there about five of them cooking in the kitchen.
The restaurant itself is small, with limited seating, but it has a warm, welcoming vibe. They also do a thriving takeout business, and during our visit, I ran into some regulars picking up their orders. They couldn't stop raving about how they've been coming here for years--and I can see why.
I can't believe I waited this long to try Thai Farm House. It's easily one of the best Thai spots in Sacramento, and I can't wait to come back for more.
