Yelp
Quality/Quantity -
We ordered the following:
Know that you will pay extra for choice of meats; it says so on the back of the menu, but if you are not paying attention, it can be a surprise.
Crispy Vegetable Rolls - Egg rolls, comes with 4 cut in half, so 8 halves.
Taro Puffs - Very generous with the taro filling
Coconut Lemongrass Soup + $2 Chicken- This was a hit, it came on fire. Not sure if we were supposed to wait until the fire went out??? Which it never did, so we just blew it out after it started boiling, so we could serve the dish without setting ourselves on fire.
Pad See Ew + $3 Beef - Generous portions and my daughters favorite, so it was a hit; she almost did not share.
Crab Fried Rice - Good, but nothing special.
Seafood Eggplant - I think there was also fish in this dish, although it did not state fish on the menu. Good flavors, small portion; but then again it is a seafood dish.
Spicy Green Beans + $2 chicken - This was VERY spicy, everyone just took one bite and I took the rest home. I will add it to another dish tomorrow to "dilute" it.
Drinks:
Thai Ice Teas - Good.
Coconut Juice - Could have used more coconut meat.
Singha Beer - When in a Thai restaurant...
Atmosphere - Small local restaurant. New cool decor.
Service - Slow, as if they were understaffed or just overwhelmed. They struggled with the in-house customers and take-out customers. We of course ate during peak dinner time which didn't help. It took 1 hours and 20 minutes to receive our first dish after we sat down.
Price - $200 which includes the mandatory 18% tip for our party of 7.
Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since February of this year. Wishing you the best.
